  Philip helped us when we came into The Jewelry Exchange.He was very attentive to my needs. I needed a wedding band to go with my existing tiffany engagement ring in my size the same day!!For around 300.00 We had to catch a flight to Pr. the next morning at 3:45 am and had no time to waste!He never flinched.I tried on two rings that I thought were nice except they were a little above our budget.The second ring I noticed I didn't ask to try on or Even look at! I thought it would be above our budget and I looked at another instead it was above our budget:( YOU WONT BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED NEXT!! The ring I passed up well I had to try on. So I ask May I see this ring anyway? Waiting for the fall to come, IT WAS IN THE $300.00 RANGE!! And A PERFECT MATCH and when I say "match" I mean we had to match the center stone,(blue sapphire) in my existing tiffany engagement ring and it look just like it had come as a set!! The band had EMERALD cut diamonds and Emerald cut blue sapphires in a channel setting(NO PRONGS) in wt.14k gold!!To anyone who doesn't know, Emerald cut stones have to be very clean to look this nice in a setting!and the channel setting you also pay more for the design! Great Buy! Thank You The Jewelry Exchange for making my wedding day !!We will be back!!Phyllis

  SO happy we decided to get all our rings at Jewelry Exchange! The people were friendly (typical jewelers, I think), but it's the prices that were impressive. My ring was around $3k, but when we got it appraised, it was valued at over $6k. I don't think there's anything to be ashamed about when you're saving money, so I tell everyone where we went! The only downside to this store is that there isn't a WHOLE lot of selection. At least, there wasn't when I went to pick out my wedding ring. Not a lot to choose from that actually matched my ring, my tastes, and our budget. Seemed to have a good selection of men's wedding bands (my husband loves his!), though. Overall, I'd do business with them again.

  I'm so glad my husband knew about this great store! He got a great deal on a beautiful diamond engagement ring. We also got our wedding bands here, and we have absolutely no complaints. They size them in-store and we walked out with our rings the same day.

  I agree with the other post, the only bad thing that I can say about this place is that they do not offer any kind of plan on the rings. But, we added it to our home owners insurance, and its fine! My ring was quoted double what we paid for it and i have had nothing wrong with it! We have even sold stuff here and I got a better price for it than elsewhere! I would suggest that you go here first!

  They have unique rings, but they do not offer Warranty (like Zales, Gordons, and etc.)
