  A great place to buy a good value wedding ring in Bethesda!

  For our wedding rings, we just wanted simple, plain bands, and found just what we were looking for here, for a fraction of the prices I saw elsewhere! And they carried big enough sizes for my fiance and I, compared to places like Brilliant Earth. (I have big knuckles, so size 6 and below isn't going to cut it for me). The same saleswoman was there when I went to get my ring and when my fiance came in later to get his own, and she was so friendly and nice. It was also great that they buffed/cleaned the ring for you. We were also able to be served right away. If you live in the Bethesda area, definitely come take a look!

  When my wedding coordinator (my niece) first visited the Jewelry Exchange for my husband and me, she couldn’t tell us enough about the wonderful help she received. So when we visited the store in Bethesda, I can truly say the quality of service was beyond OUTSTANDING!! One of the sales managers worked diligently to ensure that I found the rings of my dream. And I did!! I am so grateful that we decided to work with the Jewelry exchange and I now know that this is my go-to place for all my jewelry needs. This is the best place to go to if you are looking for quality products and services.

  My husband did a fantastic job finding my ring!! I love it! We went back to get the bands and from what he said they were just as helpful. They never complained when we went back and forth when trying on bands (sometimes 2 and 3 times) and even worked with us on the price! We are both happy with our rings!!!

  We went to the Jewelry Exchange in Bethesda to get our bands.. They have parking for a few car out front, but all the spaces were taken, so we parked around the corner (which isn't crowded at all on a Sunday); and it was another awesome thing that they were open on a Sunday! We were only looking at the men's rings for a few minutes before Deandre provided us with attention, wonderful quality of service, and great professionalism. He's a young guy, but he told us he had been there for 3 years, and he spewed out information on the different products we looked t. I admit, we went only 3 weeks away from our wedding date, so I am not sure how much more variety we would have had access to if we wanted something different and unique. We ended up finding bands we liked and Deandre even probed through a few similar looking ones to find one that suited me better. It was a quick and easy trip and we are both satisfied with our selections. He even cleaned my engagement ring and it looked fine before I gave it to him, but looked sooo much better when i got it back...I would have thought it was a different ring.   A variety of jewelry at various price points (you can get the same style of ring with many different types of material) which makes finding and creating your 'dream' ring easy and fast. There's no push to buy as the staff does not work on commission. They have a jewelry maker on site, so even if you break or mess up your jewelry, or loose a stone, they can easily fix it for you, some times by that very day.
  
  The only con would be that it's tucked away in the middle of Bethesda, at a very awkward intersection with awkward parking, so you have to deal with bad drivers not understanding the rules of the road.

  Our salesman didn't write down what he said he would include in our price and treated us as if we were completely truthful. They were also supposed to weld my rings together but that was not done when we went to pick up my rings 2 hours later.

  Greetings are Important

  Perhaps I went at a bad time, but the guy who dealt with me made me feel like I had disturbed him from something he was doing that was otherwise important. When we walked into the store, no one came to us initially. A lady came eventually and then went to get a guy working at a desk seemingly engaged in whatever he was doing. When my husband told him why I was there, his tone sent the message that we were wasting his time. I hated my experience so much, I did not any to return to get my husband’s band. This encounter may have been an anomaly, but it most certainly turned me off. Don’t know if I’ll revisit.
