I hired Leo to DJ at my wedding in April, and I can't recommend him enough. He was very nice and professional, his DJ equipment and lighting were great, and he played great music all night! He was able to keep everyone on the dance floor by mixing different genres with great transitions. We had our reception at a hotel, and Leo was very accommodating with moving from the terrace for dinner to the ballroom for dancing.

You NEED Leo D as your wedding DJ!!
We truly could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! From start to finish, Leo was incredibly easy to work with, very responsive, and organized throughout the entire process. He handled three separate setups for our day (beach ceremony, foyer, ballroom reception) seamlessly, which gave us so much peace of mind.
His pricing was very reasonable and the value was outstanding. We were initially worried guests might not be able to hear us during the beach ceremony, but Leo's microphone and speaker setup was perfect. He was spot-on with the vibe we asked for, provided dance floor lighting, was flexible with last-minute changes, and kept our guests dancing all night. Leo was also a fun, upbeat MC who kept all parts of the reception flowing smoothly and on schedule.
Leo was truly one of our best vendor hires and we would 1000% recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing wedding DJ!

I cannot explain how awesome Leo was! Start to finish he answered every message very quickly, and was very easy to work with. We had two wedding parties and he handled them both with ease. Our cruise ship decided last minute that we wouldn’t be able to have a dj and Leo stepped up!! We trusted Leo D for our destination wedding and he far exceeded expectations. It was perfect from the initial consultation to the day of the event. He provided sound equipment for three spaces (beach, lanai and ballroom), honored all our requests, and played the right tunes to keep the dance floor packed all night ! We are so beyond happy with Leo!!! He went above and beyond to help create the day of our dreams. He was very attentive prior to the wedding, checking up on everything we wanted for our bid day, as well as very attentive on our actual day, signaling to us every now and then if everything was okay and was going well. Leo came highly recommended by our wedding planner, who actually used him as her own wedding DJ too. Amazing, Diverse DJ
We just had our wedding this weekend and starting reviews with our top vendors. I have to say Leo absolutely did amazing and is only 1 of the 2 vendors I would say have no negative feedback for.
He was on time, prepared, and professional the day of. He communicated clearly leading up to the wedding. Most importantly- he had everyone on the dance floor and the music was a good mix of what we wanted (Haitian, American and reggaeton music). He was prepared with back up plans for the ceremony mics and did not try to pull a last minute fee like my makeup person did.

Leo was such a dream. I didn’t meant him until the day of my wedding. He was recommended to me by a family friend and he mainly had communication with my husband. My husband told me “oh he’s gonna be good” and he absolutely was. Be knew exactly what we needed and when we needed it. The most common thing I’m hearing about my wedding is how crazy fun it was and how great the music was! People have told me they’ve never been to a wedding where absolutely everyone was dancing the entire night! The vibes were incredible. I did ask for a 15 minute emo time (middle school all time low, fall out boy etc) and he asked me to just send him what I want to play and it was a total hit with my friends! Everyone was screaming and jumping. I couldn’t have had a better dj!!! Totally recommend!

I have never hired a DJ before but I needed one for my wedding. I didn’t know how this worked but Leo explained everything to me. Communication with him was amazing. Everything was done through the app/email. He sends a detailed worksheet that you fill out for all the important aspects of the wedding and every request I made on there was done beautifully. Leo is a kind person and got along with everyone at the wedding. I messed up as the bride and failed to explain a few things that I did differently but Leo adapted so quickly and flawlessly. He even worked with music that’s only on YouTube (the song I wanted was a fan made version). He blended Hispanic, hip hop, and k-pop music wonderfully. I was so impressed with his skill and professionalism. 100% would and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you Leo for everything!

DJ Leo was extremely accommodating in all my requests, from music selection, all the way to lighting. This was super important to me because I am especially picky with my music.
He is highly responsive and knows how to execute the plan.

AMAZING! So much fun!
Leo was so great at our wedding!! He was super professional, he arrived on time, we used mics during our ceremony and the quality of sound was great. During the party, he was letting us know everything he was about to do so that we knew what was happening and he followed our instructions to a T! All of our guests commented to us how good he was and were so grateful that we were able to find him! We had a blast at our wedding, thank you so much Leo!

Perfect DJ for our wedding
Leo did an amazing job for our wedding. He sent a worksheet to fill out that helps you think about what type of songs you want to use. I filled it out and from those couple of songs he new exactly what type of vibe we were going for. I dont know how he did it but everyone in the wedding kept telling me that it felt like they were listening to my playlist of favorite songs. He knows what he is doing and because of him everyone danced the whole night. He was also very flexible and stress free when I had to change my dates and location. I would definitely recommend him to anyone for their wedding or anything else.

DJ Leo is the best and everyone will enjoy!
We are so thankful and happy that we hired DJ Leo for our wedding. He is super responsive and a phenomenal DJ. He is not like other DJs that just plays music, he is also super knowledgeable about technology and equipment too which sets him apart! Our venue looked amazing thanks to his uplights and floor lights which created a beautiful vibe. He DJ outdoors and then indoors for us and it went super smooth.
DJ Leo is bilingual and has a great energy! Overall, everyone at our wedding had a phenomenal time and of course, thanks to the music of DJ Leo :). We will certainly contact him again for any future DJ/MC needs.

Amazing at what he does!
Leo was so responsive before our wedding day answering any and all questions I had. He showed up early on our wedding day to start set up, which was super helpful. We basically gave him free reign of the music for the reception & kept the party alive & played all the right songs! I would recommend him over any other DJ in South Florida! Thank you so much Leo!!

Professional and FUN!!
I am so glad that we were able to find Leo for our wedding. From the very beginning he was extremely professional, and really focused on what we wanted for the day. Music was very important for my husband and I, and we have a wide range in music taste - our first meeting we told Leo we wanted everything from Fleetwood Mac to Pitbull to The Killers to classic salsa/merengue to KISS - and he was excited and totally open and understanding to our vision.
I still can't believe the value that Leo gives to his clients! He is well below other vendors, yet he provided microphone/speakers for our ceremony, a separate set up for our cocktail hour, as well as the entire set up for the reception, including uplighting. The uplighting was an amazing add on, very affordable, and it made our reception look so elegant, plus it would sync and change colors during the dancing! It really added to the overall style.
He was also very receptive and accommodating to all of our requests - my brother performed during the ceremony, so he provided microphone and set up for that. Also my husband and I had a secret karaoke performance after our first dance, and he set up microphones strategically so we could go straight into performing and surprise our guests.
Thank you so much Leo for bringing our wedding vision to life. We recommend Leo whole-heartedly, he was absolutely amazing to work with!

Couldn’t ask for anything more! We contacted Leo with the request of DJ/MC services for our short notice wedding. Leo from the beginning was one of our most responsive vendors and made time for us every time we had changes even if he was out of town. We appreciated the value he brought compared to so many of the other DJ’s that we reached out to. He was easy going and did not inundate us with sales pitches like other DJ’s asking for an exorbitant amount of money for their services. I can’t tell you how much of a relief it was to have Leo squared away so we could plan the rest of our vendors. Leo was super helpful and he followed all my music requests to the T. I really enjoyed working with him, and he made our wedding fun and enjoyable. Leo kept the party going all night!
Leo had previously done my sister in law's wedding 6 years prior, so we already knew he would be an awesome fit. He was super responsive to all of my questions and needs, and was so understanding regarding everything going on with the pandemic. All of my guests were on the dance floor the entire night, which was not an easy task with social distancing! On the music questionnaire we requested 90's music and he killed it! He had technology that none of us had ever seen before where he could control everything from a tablet across the room! I would HIGHLY recommend booking DJ Leo for your next event!

If you are looking for an incredibly professional, friendly, affordable, and fun DJ for your wedding, look no further than Leo. He had everyone dancing all night and all of the songs he played were exactly the style I requested. He paid extra attention to the pronunciation of my wedding party’s names for the announcements and he nailed all of the little details I requested like our ceremony exit song starting right at our first kiss. The lighting he provided for my reception space came out beautifully. He was such a warm and friendly presence to have at our wedding as well! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ.

Leo was fantastic! He was very communicative via email, which is greatly appreciated. He was very flexible, and his understanding of our music requests were perfect! He handled the music for our wedding ceremony, including an additional speaker just for the ceremony, which he timed perfectly. Leo was amaaaazing!! A DJ is what makes the party, and on my special day, Leo did not disappoint. All my guests at the end of the party, or the next day, mentioned how great the DJ was. From beginning to end, Leo has been nothing less than amazing. His communication is on point, and he was just great from the ceremony to the reception. My now husband and I weren't going to have a dance floor, but we decided last minute to add it. So we didn't really know what songs to have when we were to be announced in the reception, we were clueless on a lot of things. I left everything at Leo's hands. Have I mentioned this before? Leo is the absolute best! My (now) husband and I absolutely love to dance. Having the perfect music at our wedding was critical to us, and Leo delivered above and beyond our expectations! First of all, planning the music with Leo was a dream. He was incredibly prompt in responding to our emails, and really took the time to appreciate our wants and needs. Leo is so incredibly kind - he was such a pleasure to work with. The day of the wedding Leo was fantastic. All of his announcements were perfect, and the lighting he set up made our venue look like a fairytale. Leo's mix of music was incredible and met every one of our wishes. I originally was not going to hire a DJ for my daughter's wedding, but a few weeks before the wedding, we decided to make inquiries. Wonderful Experience! Definitely set the fun atmosphere for our wedding
We hired Leo for our wedding, we were having a multicultural wedding where we had very specific types of music. Leo was so amazing at making sure both of our cultures were represented and made sure that both types of music were played during the party ! He also did a great job providing MC services in both Spanish and English for our guests. He was always very professional during our planning and party, we appreciated his calm demeanor throughout our whole evening, it was much needed with all the craziness that tends to happen during a wedding. Overall , I would say his services are a great value for everything he provides! His professionalism, flexibility , and ability to showcase our cultures at the wedding were amazing. All of our guests were dancing most of the night , and kept saying how much fun they had, and many did not want to go home! He definitely set the atmosphere for the party!

Leo was wonderful at our wedding. He included all the music we asked for and kept everyone dancing all night, both my Venezuelan family and my husband’s Ecuadorian family. In addition to that, he was extremely professional in every aspect. He made sure to check in with me if there were any changes to the timeline. He was flexible enough to stay an extra hour as well and I simply paid him through Zelle right then and there when the party was over. He made the party flow seamlessly. I'm taking the time to write this review as Leo deserves it.
We reached out via email after seeing both his reviews and taking a look at his YouTube channel (a good onsite into gigs he has done and some of the equipment he uses).
In all correspondence, Leo was polite, prompt and concise. Exactly the qualities that inspire confidence in a service. This level of service continued all the way through to the end of the event.
He had many options for equipment and lighting and he was able to tailor a prefect setup for our venue.
A small deposit was required to secure his services with the balance paid on the night. Again, a quality that inspires confidence.
Leo is bilingual which was ideal for our needs. He does any announcements you need and the details are all discussed beforehand and he even clarified on the night. We had to make some adjustments as the wedding proceeded but Leo handled it all with ease. He even suggested a couple of things we hadn't thought of which made our reception smoother.
Now, the important bit... The music! We and our guests loved the music choice! The party flowed all night with no lulls or poor choices of song. He kept a great vibe going and our dance floor was buzzing all evening. He played all our requests and filled in the rest with great American and Latin songs , the style of which we had requested. He really excelled and we are very happy with out choice.
Leo, thank you. You really helped make our wedding day memorable. It was a honour having you as our DJ.

Leo was the best DJ we could have had. He is not your typical corny wedding DJ, he speaks through the music he plays to get the crowd going as opposed to awkwardly begging guests to get up and dance. He was extremely professional and prepared and played all of our requests even though we asked for some ridiculous stuff. He actually mixed and dubbed songs together, unlike most DJs I have heard at weddings. You won’t just get a playlist played with Leo. Leo is a talented artist and our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the music was and how seamless all the transitions were. Leo was awesome! We spoke on the phone initially, then he took the time to meet at the venue so he could give recommendations about the sound system and other stuff. He had a really comprehensive list for our requests and was very responsive to our comments and edits. The day of the wedding everything ran smoothly thanks to his MC skills and the music was great! DJ Leo was perfect for my wedding. He played the music I requested, was so down to earth, very responsive and worked with my budget. I would hire him again if I could! He also helped line people up for the reception entrance which was helpful and not even requested. You would not be disappointed.

What a class act Leo is. He went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did he play every song we needed for the ceremonial and first dances, he also had the majority of the songs in our exclusive playlist (even though there wasnt enough time in the event haha) and there was never a dull moment on the dance floor. Leo, made our wedding fun and every one was shaking their butts on the dance floor. His setup is very technical and his equipment is top notch quality.

I didn't know him, nor his work, have not checked on reviews, and can assure now that our choice was the best, he did a really good job, followed our specific music requests, went over the expectations when announcing events, and was flexible enough at invitees' requests and when we asked him to extend his stay.

Leo was incredibly kind from the start. We met with Leo a couple months before the wedding at our venue so he could get a feel for how he would setup. As soon as we met him, we knew he was the one for us. He was caring and VERY professional. To call Leo a DJ, would be very unfair. He wasn't just a DJ, he was a true MC. The music he played was perfect and he entertained our guests and kept them calm as well. He has a way with people that just can't be taught. We had an issue with the caterers delaying our food. When Leo noticed people were getting hungry, he slowed the music and started playing games with our guests. It was like magic! He really made everyone forget that they were hungry. Everyone was entertained throughout the whole night! I really don't think our wedding would have been the same if Leo wasn't there. We even had several friends tell us days after the wedding how great he was. If you're reading this and you're on the fence about choosing Leo for your event, do it!

Your search for a wedding DJ (or a DJ for any other event) ends here. You have to have DJ Leo ("The Housemixer") DJ and MC your wedding. Not only was he incredibly responsive and helpful in the months and days leading up to our wedding, but he also was so confident and comfortable with the wedding process--he guided us and helped us feel comfortable, too. He will work with you to do whatever you want at your wedding and help you plan your ceremony and reception. He remembers every single detail, including the need for microphones, microphone stands, speakers for ceremony and reception, lines for the cameramen to connect the microphones to the cameras, and everything else that you wouldn't ever think of if he didn't. He provides fantastic lighting (our wedding at the Ancient Spanish Monastery was stunning because of the beautiful lights that he provided--you can choose your color(s). He also knows how to get the party started and read the crowd for song selections. The only con about our wedding was that it was too short. If we could have stayed all night, we would have! I will consider him for every event I have in the future and will recommend him to anyone. If you want someone you can trust and who will do an excellent job, do yourself a favor and hire the Housemixer DJ Leo. Between his wedding worksheet and the planning meetings, you will know that everything is under control and every detail is taken care of. We highly recommend him.

We had an older crowd (second marriage) and he blended the perfect mix of music to keep even the groom (who never dances!) moving all night long! We had the pleasure of working with Leo for our wedding this past weekend at the Sundy House. He is an amazing DJ!! He is professional and prompt. He showed up way ahead of time to setup his equipment in multiple places on the property. Even had to move his stuff around when the rain came down and was still ready to go ahead of time! He truly cares about his clients and takes the time understand exactly what they want and how they want their event to flow. Our night was flawless and I owe it to DJ Leo!! He got even the most shyest people out on the dance floor and kept everyone entertained and happy! Great music was played all night!!! I have absolutely not one complain about Leo. He was our FAVORITE person to work with throughout our wedding . He is such a sweet person and a people person. He makes it very apparent he is there to please you as his customer. He got our reception POPPING! He knows how to read the crowd and get them going. He was super flexible and even set up skype sessions since we were planning our wedding from across the country, not to mention he was super affordable! He read the crowd perfectly. I have been to my fair share of weddings where the music is okay and most just stand and mingle. At my wedding almost everyone danced and KEPT dancing. He played a great variety despite my inability to decide on what to listen to. I would recommend him to anyone wanting music for a special event, not just weddings. I am deeply grateful for the excellent service he provided.
