The Holly Vault was by far the best venue we could have ever chosen. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure our day was special. We definitely couldn't have done it without the help of their amazing staff and one of them being Miranda! She was seriously the best! She was so helpful throughout the whole thing. The Holly Vault staff made our dream wedding a reality and I couldn't be any happier 😊 -

Our wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect, thanks to the team at The Holly Vault and our coordinator, Samantha :) They were so easy to work with throughout the whole process - they answered all of our questions, gave killer recommendations for other vendors, and helped to make everything run smoothly on our wedding day. Booking your wedding with The Holly Vault Collection means you’re going to be taken care of. They’ve thought of everything, and they have lots of options to fit different budgets. Their team is incredible, the food is great, the bridal & grooms suites are cute and comfortable, there are plenty of areas to take gorgeous photos, and the housing you can book along with the venue is the icing on the cake of the most perfect wedding weekend you could imagine. Samantha was such a thoughtful, patient, detail-oriented, and responsive coordinator. These qualities embody the professionalism that you’ll get when you work with The Holly Vault! -

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with the Holly Vault Collection - specifically Venue One Eleven. From the moment we toured the venue to the final song on the dance floor, everything was absolutely perfect. The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day as special as possible.
The venue space itself is stunning - the ceremony spot was absolutely stunning with the bloomed flowers on the hot August day. The reception space was beautifully decorated and loved having the separate space for the main bar and cocktail hour. Our guests were blown away by the ambiance, especially with the attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the space.
The coordination team made the planning process seamless. They handled every detail setting up (highly recommend hiring their team) with care and ensured everything ran smoothly on the big day.
If you're looking for a venue that is both breathtaking and stress-free, look no further! It was the best decision we made - our wedding was everything we hoped for and more! -

The Holly Vault was incredible from the very first walkthrough to the moment our wedding day wrapped up. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, organized, and supportive venue team to bring our vision to life.
Our day-of coordinator, Samantha, was truly exceptional. She exceeded every expectation. Walking me through every detail with calm, confidence, and care. She made the planning process feel significantly less overwhelming, and on the big day, she ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to enjoy every moment truly. I can't thank her enough!
We were married in the stunning Garden and held our reception in the Pavilion. Both spaces were picture-perfect and flowed beautifully. From the setup crew to the bartenders, every member of the Holly Vault team was kind, professional, and on top of it all. Our guests are still raving about the venue and how seamless everything felt.
If you’re looking for a venue that’s not only gorgeous but staffed by people who genuinely care about your experience, I can’t recommend The Holly Vault enough. They made our dream day a reality! -

Venue one eleven
Venue One Eleven was everything we envisioned and more. The food was AMAZING. We had so many compliments on the food. Highly recommend the salmon & short rib. The venue itself was so spacious & beautiful. It’s pre-decorated which made our lives so much easier and saved us a lot of money in the long run. The courtyard is filled with flowers & was a good place to step away from the dance floor for some fresh air. The stage was perfect for our band & made it feel like we were at a concert! We rented the townhouse about 10 steps across the road from the venue for our wedding parties. It was AMAZING to be so close to the venue for the entire weekend & it is decorated SO cute. It sleeps about 16 guests so our wedding parties didn’t have to worry about driving the night of the wedding & my bridesmaids & I used the top floor to get ready together the morning of.
Our coordinator, Alisa, was the biggest blessing we could have asked for. That woman went above and beyond to make our lives as easy as possible. She has worked with many vendors in the area in the past so it made planning the day of timeline much easier for us! Wedding planning can be stressful & expensive, but Alisa managed every stressor & helped to save us money too. We trusted her completely & welcomed any & all of her advice. -

Beyond perfect place for a wedding
My husband and I got married here, April of 2024. Thanks to our wedding coordinator, Samantha B., the day was so perfect. She saw my vision and made it come to life even better than I could have ever imagined. I was so calm the morning of knowing that the day was in her hands, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Her creative eye took my breathe away when I saw what she brought to life. Couldn’t recommend her and this venue enough! -

I’ll start by saying, the venue is absolutely gorgeous and has so many amenities. The #1 reason my husband and I picked The Holly Vault was how all-encompassing it was, eliminating a lot of stress from our day. The wedding party stayed in the Crossing House (also where the guys got ready in the morning), the girls got ready in the Lofts above the Vault, we were married in the Chapel, and held our reception at the Vault. Catering (for rehearsal, breakfast, lunch, and reception dinner) was done in-house and received many many compliments from our family and friends. The bar staff was friendly, engaged, and the drinks were strong and nothing ran out all night long. Leading up to the big day, our assigned coordinator was responsive and very helpful. We navigated small issues (which are bound to happen) quickly and without headache. Not only does the Vault offer a number of standard, helpful add-on services, but they were also able to quote me for additional unique services that we requested as well. The location and aesthetic are historic and unique, complimented by an exceptional experience and venue team! -

This venue is wonderful because it is run by people who love their job and it shows. When my son and his fiancée’s wedding venue burned down four days prior to the wedding, Cari Cucksey reached out to help. Her and her spectacular team put together the most amazing wedding and were even able to keep the couple’s original date and time. The fact that Venue One Eleven was able to accommodate this wedding flawlessly within the time constraint is a testament to how well this organization functions. The Event Coordinator, Alisa was nothing short of spectacular. Her knowledge and confidence reassured the bride-to-be during a very chaotic time. The entire team stepped up to save the day. The rose garden provided an exquisite setting for the ceremony and the photos. The reception decor was beautiful. The chef was very accommodating and food was delicious. My only regret with this review is that I can’t give more stars because they deserve it! -

A week after we got engaged my husband and I went on a wedding venue tour of several different places. We looked in Downtown Detroit, Ferndale and even Pontiac. We were looking for something Unique and Special. The second we stepped into the Holly Vault, we knew. We had other venues to look at after but kept talking about the Vault. We knew that was the place!!! Cari was wonderful during all of the planning and helped me with my vision of our special day! We were planning to have the wedding outside in the alley but it did rain on my wedding day. They had just purchased and renovated the chapel and we were able to move the ceremony into there instead of the area inside the vault. Cari and her team was wonderful in coordinating with my wedding Band that I'm in and my stepmom who was essentially my day of coordinator. If you are looking for a unique, cool, one stop shop look no further than The Holly Vault!!! -

We had our first date at the Holly Hotel Comedy Club just down the street, so when we saw that there was a wedding venue nearby, we thought it was the perfect location! We didn't realize how perfect of a venue it was, though, until we visited their website, then had a site visit, and then eventually worked with the staff. We worked closely with Miranda, who was the best venue director we could have asked for! The Holly Vault is an absolutely gorgeous venue in a charming downtown location with excellent staff. We, and our guests, have nothing but great things to say about it. I would recommend this venue a hundred times over! -

A night to remember! Highly recommend
November 2021. This past weekend we held a surprise 50th Anniversary party for our parents through The Holly Vault at Venue One Eleven and it was perfect! Everyone we worked with from our initial communications to the end of the evening were so very helpful and accommodating. Kerri Ann was great to work with in securing the venue and initial planning. Alisa, our Event Coordinator, was exceptional! She was so responsive to all our needs, made sure we had accounted for every detail and the that the night went without a glitch! Alisa, George and the entire staff made a night to remember for our family and guests. The venue is beautiful and has so many amazing and unique features. We received countless compliments throughout the evening regarding the venue and dinner. Kudos to the Chef and kitchen staff as well! Thank you for an amazing experience! Highly recommend! -

We started looking at wedding venues in 2019 and we knew The Holly Vault was our number one option instantly. We were looking for a classy and original venue mixed with a staff that strived to provide us the day we had envisioned. There is a lot of communication that happens once booked and they are always quick to return our email/call even about the smallest of details. Once covid hit they certainly had their hands full as did all couples trying to plan around restrictions or trying to reschedule. Lucky for us the team had been working on another venue called Venue one eleven. We visited the venue the next day after being told the original location was limited to 10 people by the state. While most people had to change their wedding we got to move forward with the amazing newly remodeled venue. They, as always made smart and elegant choices on the remodel while increasing their inventory of furniture/tableware/chairs/chair covers among other smaller details. The bridal sweet is stunning and they happen to purchase a newer massive tent for the courtyard that truly was a difference maker for our now tented outdoor venue. We were able to incorporate the courtyard with a few indoor rooms to give our guests a lot of space to spread out. The Holly Vault staff worked great with all of our vendors as well which makes the day go that much more smooth. For our ceremony they offered many indoor and outdoor options, all of which would have been stunning but we had our eyes set on their chapel just a few blocks away. The hard wood floors and benches mix well with the very white walls and ceilings. The chapel is very simple and clean, and with a touch of your own decore at the alter it was extremely beautiful.
All of our guests were stunned at the chapel and Venue One Eleven and we cannot imagine having had made another choice. There were also many great spots for family and bridal party pictures all around town and around the venue.
We really apricate the support from The Holly Vault staff and they were very flexible on all of our requests. We look forward to spreading the word of their great work. At the end of the day the bride got her dream wedding which was our main goal! -

We absolutely loved the Holly Vault/Venue One Eleven. We worked with the staff for a while trying to make our wedding happen during the Covid-19 pandemic. We were so happy to have worked with Miranda to make our big day happen. She helped us make any last-minute adjustments to make our day transition as flawless as it possibly could have. Strongly recommend working with Miranda because she will go above and beyond for you and has a happy-upbeat personality which can lighten the mood of stressful wedding planning!! Amazing Michigan Wedding Venue
Choosing the Holly Vault was by far one of my greatest decisions. I didn’t want to be married in Detroit or my home town and it was a perfect small town get away! The venue is drop dead gorgeous and the entire staff goes above and beyond. We had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID and Cari was honestly so fair and accommodating with everything. I have heard horror stories of weddings with COVID and I can honestly say that our experience was FAR from bad. It was everything we had dreamt of and more. The staff is so amazing and made our day so perfect! There are all sorts of options they offer and are so willing to work with you and make your wedding EXACTLY what you want! Thank you Holly Vault Staff! -

We got married at the Holly Vault this past October after postponing our wedding twice due to COVID. We had to switch venues last minute and luckily found Holly Vault which made planning so easy! They are very helpful and responsive while planning. The chapel and bridal suite were great too..nice and modern. The venue itself is beautiful and the new chef is great. Prices were pretty reasonable for catering and venue rental. The only downsides I would say are that to have a day of coordinator (which is totally needed), they charge $2000. This should be included in the venue rental cost because their coordinators are on site the day of anyway! I found my own coordinator for a fraction of the price that did an amazing job. Also, the bar is pretty pricey compared to other venues and you have to use their bar. Other than that, we had a very good experience. Everyone we worked with was very nice and helpful..they even helped us with our seating chart and provide a lot of different decor or tables you may need. I would recommend this venue for a cozy but industrial style wedding! -
