Stunning!!

I've photographed several weddings at this venue, it is stunning! If you're looking for the perfect place to say 'I do,' in an enchanted garden like scenery this is it! There's nothing else like it in the Tulsa area!

Absolutely amazing, the perfect wedding venue, wedding of my dreams.

Candice the owner is so laid back and her priority is to make sure the Bride and Groom are 100% happy. All of my fears and worries as the Bride were 100% acknowledged and I literally didn't have to lift a finger on my wedding day because of Candice and my wedding coordinator Sonia. Sonia was top notch, she literally set up and decorated the ENTIRE venue. If she wasn't sure about the placement of something she would ask right away. I gave Sonia the green light to use her judgment on the decorations for the wedding and she knocked it out of the park. She would periodically check in on me (Bride) and my Bridal party to see if we need anything and if we did she would deliver our request right away. If you are looking for a gorgeous, moderately priced venue, SERIOUSLY consider The Hidden Porch.

Excellent venue

The Hidden Porch was such an amazing venue. I was immediately drawn to it because it’s already decorated and had so much charm. Candace was amazing to work with and she was always very easy to get ahold of if I had any questions or concerns. She even fit us in last minute to do my engagement pictures at the venue. Would highly recommend this place! 👍🏼

Absolutely amazing!!

From the time that Candace took ownership of The Hidden Porch in January she has been nothing short of amazing. She was always so quick to answer any of my questions. She was so helpful during my entire planning process. I live out of state and was willing to help me find the best vendors so i'd have the best experience so our day would flow effortlessly. She was so helpful when it came to the day from helping set up decorations with family to serving dinner to my guests. She was absolutely phenomenal. The venue itself is so beautiful you don't even need decor. You have the option of an indoor ceremony or outside; both being equally beautiful. I one thousand percent recommend her and her beautiful venue for your very special day!!

Wedding at Hidden Porch

The hidden porch was absolutely beautiful! We loved every bit of our wedding there. It’s definitely a fairy tale wedding type of place with all the sparkling lights. And the owner was amazing to work with. She answered all the questions I had and was flexible with me when I made a mistake.

We have photographed weddings here for the past few years, and we love the Hidden Porch! We love that you can do an indoor or outdoor ceremony, they have the option to close off reception area while still enjoying the view and no matter what season, the venue is stunningly gorgeous. both at night (lit up) and during the day! The Hidden Porch is a gorgeous venue! The thousands of lights, landscaping & chapel will be the perfect backdrop to a beautiful wedding. Susan is also beyond helpful & a sweetheart. This is the nicest venue in my opinion and no one can come close to their price.

If you are considering the hidden porch - just do it. Seriously, this venue is incredible. Susan was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! Everyone was just blown away with how beautiful the entire place is, from the chapel to the reception area! All of the beautiful details and upkeep they do to the place make decorating this place a breeze (and affordable!).

It was like stepping into our own little fairy tale. We will always be so thankful for this beautiful place and the wonderful owners.

Susan and Melinda were amazing to work with! Anytime I wanted to go out to visit the venue all I had to do was email Susan. Melinda was a big help to my family getting everything set up. Everybody talked how beautiful the grounds were and how relaxed the atmosphere was Even got some ideas on how to landscape their own yards. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a wedding venue. Thank you for a perfect wedding venue to start our forever!

I love Susan and The Hidden Porch team! She went above and beyond making THE day the best. Always quickly responds with help (even to those 10:30pm texts!). The Hidden Porch was gorgeous and was the perfect spot for our wedding day. AND CAN WE TALK ABOUT SUSAN'S CATERING. I am STILL hearing people talk about how awesome the food was!! She helped us customize every detail, and even made me my special own mashed potato bowl. She is the sweetest! Pick The Hidden Porch, you will be in love!

Susan was flexible and very accommodating. We live 4 hours from the venue and due to work requirements it was difficult to arrange times to meet with Susan. She made it very clear she was there for us and worked her schedule around ours. She was always available for questions and shared best practices from her experiences. The venue was exceptional and the entire staff was professional and inviting. Thank you for a great experience. Highly recommended!

Words can't describe how delighted we were with The Hidden Porch Venue and staff. Susan was so helpful and made everything seem so easy. It's a beautiful place and everyone had a wonderful time! The catering was delicious and the atmosphere made my son's wedding even more special. If you are looking for a beautiful venue that will make everyone smile this is the place. It's absolutely fabulous; offering a reasonable venue for a wedding or other special event. I highly recommended the Hidden Porch. I would definitely book with them again.

My son and daughter in law got married there. The venue was beautiful!!!! The staff were very helpful. It was chilly and they brought out heaters. They were very accommodating with our rehearsal dinner. Would definitely use them again. if another child gets married. :)

My daughter had her wedding at the Hidden Porch. It was such a beautiful venue and everyone that came just couldn't stop talking about it. Susan is very helpful and accommodating. We would recommend this venue to anyone that want that one of a kind place that cares about there Brides. Also she has it decorated so beautiful that you just need to add your only little touches here and there .

Had an amazing wedding here. It is so beautiful. I need to decorate much...it has so much beauty all on its own. Being in Oklahoma and not knowing what weather will do, it is perfect place. Inside or outside weddings. Reception is outside but covered to block wind. We happened to pick the coldest day possible in March but is was still perfect.

My husband and I got married at The hidden porch July 2015. It was perfect!! We have enough room for everyone to get ready. The venue was perfect!! There is so much room and the pictures turned out perfect. I maid of honor loved it so much she is getting married there in March!

Our wedding at the Hidden Porch was beyond beautiful. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! The venue is already beautifully decorated, so I only had to worry about table decorations!
Susan is so patient & takes the time to make sure you're taken care of. If I had to change anything about my wedding, I wouldn't dare change the venue! 100% satisfied.

This Chapel is just absolutely STUNNING. My wedding was on a cold January afternoon and even with having the pavilion outside, the drapes they provide lock so much heat in and not one cold breeze came through. By the middle of the dancing people actually were going outside to cool off. My point is this venue is for any season, any time, and any couple who is ready to get married at one of the best quaint locations in Oklahoma! Amazing management who are willing to step in at any moment if needed. All of the guests were so amazed by the venue and it truly was a perfect day! Thank you Hidden Porch ??

Overall it was the perfect venue for us! All our guests raved about how beautiful it was. The atmosphere of the entire venue created the most magical wedding day setting!! Highly recommend this venue for anyone who is looking at a guest number between 100-320!

Plan on splitting your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner into two days, and you may need to give a short runthrough the day of your wedding - all rehearsals are on thursday nights due to the amount of weddings they schedule. We did this and it turned out great!

The Hidden Porch was the perfect choice for my husband and I. We looked at several different venues and after visiting The Hidden Porch it was all over. The gardens and floral arrangements were gorgeous. It was like something out of a dream, it was just magical. It was elegant, and everything we wanted in a venue. The ceremony area outside was the perfect size we had nearly 200 guests and it accommodated them perfectly. The reception area was very nice as well. They set up the tables and chairs for us. It is a great venue at a very affordable price! I would recommend this venue to any future brides and grooms!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL venue, perfect for an outside wedding. They have amazing decorations already included in the price. They were very flexible and worked with our preference for time of day for the wedding, with drop-in visits to plan and visualize, and answered our questions promptly.

We only reserved for the 5-hour slot for a morning wedding. We had plenty of time to set up and take down because of our team of friends and family. If you have smaller wedding budget, the 5-hour reservation is great!

My husband and I absolutely loved this location and the scenery. We very blessed to have had this venue transferred over to us from another couple to be able to finally have an actual wedding that we wanted. The venue was beautiful and couldn't have asked for a better place. The staff were kind and flexible.

The absolute best choice my husband and I made in wedding planning was to choose the Hidden Porch. I'm a pretty low-maintenance bride and wanted a location that would be beautiful all on its own without needing much decorating on our part. The Hidden Porch could not have been a better fit for us. Susan, the owner, works year round to ensure that the place looks like a fairy tale. The chapel, the pavilion, and every aspect of the grounds are stunning and well maintained. The lanterns in the trees, the flowers, the fountains, it was all perfect. They provided all of the table and chair set-up, microphones and speaker system, and much more- all we had to do was show up and get married!. The owners are so professional and helpful. Working with them was a breeze! If you're looking for a gorgeous wedding venue at an affordable price, I can't recommend the Hidden Porch enough.

This is an absolutely gorgeous venue. We had an outdoor ceremony starting at 5;00 pm with reception & dinner following under the pavilion ending at 9:00 pm. The landscaping, string lighting hanging everywhere, chandeliers hung in the trees, seating nestled along the stone paths, great attention to detail, & wooded setting made this the perfect setting for our special day & fantastic photo ops. It was exactly what I had envisioned & our day turned out perfect. The owner Susan and our coordinator Mellisa were wonderful, super helpful, & professional. Mellisa took care of everything so I could just relax and enjoy the day. I cannot say enough nice things about this venue or her. The pricing is very reasonable and they do all the chairs, tables, & drapery set up for you. Choose this location! We did & couldn't be more pleased!!!

We were married three days after the venue was hit by a tornado. They worked around the clock to make sure everything was just right for our big day. Our guests enjoyed walking around the venue. It was a wonderful experience!

My daughters wedding was everything she hoped for in the place she had dreamed of for months. It looked so amazing. You would never have known a tornado hit and caused so much damage just three days before!! The owners worked such long hours to make sure our day was perfect. The Hidden Porch is the most beautiful place!! The owners and managers are so sweet! My wedding was so wonderful and so much more then I imagined even after the venue was inches from a tornado. The staff was so quick to get it back to looking wonderful for our special day and we could not be more thankful! They do a wonderful job up there! Everyone loved it!

We had our wedding at the Hidden Porch in June 2015 and it was perfect! They recently built a dancing area with a beautiful chandelier and it was perfect for the outdoor reception. Even though it was a little hot and muggy (I mean, June in Oklahoma!), everyone was complimenting how beautiful the venue was. Susan is great to work with and made everything incredibly easy for us. It was one of the cheaper venues out there, too! I loved all the beautiful lights and decorations they let us use. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't change a thing! We had about 200 guests for the outdoor ceremony and the same for the outdoor reception. It didn't feel too crowded - we just moved some tables and chairs onto the grass and it was great.

I loved our wedding at The Hidden Porch! It is so beautiful out there that I needed very few decorations. They are very budget friendly, especially considering that the tables and chairs are included and not many decorations are necessary. I had no issues during our wedding. If there were issues, they were taken care of before I knew about them so that nothing could spoil our big day! The staff were very accommodating. They were always around for questions, but not "in the way" of the wedding. I would definitely recommend The Hidden Porch to any friends or family looking for a wedding venue! :)

We planned our wedding in six weeks and did it the day after Thanksgiving. They were so flexible and willing to do whatever we needed.

We booked the Hidden Porch over a year before our wedding! The venue is so beautiful that it was the only one we looked at because we fell in love with it so quickly! Susan did such a great job helping us with anything we had questions about! You can tell that they take great pride in the venue itself by how clean and gorgeous everything is year round! We went out multiple times to grab lunch at the Pecan Porch and just walk around the Hidden Porch next door and brain storm where we wanted things to go on my big day! We had over 160 people at our wedding and there was plenty of room, could of done 200 with ease! If you want a venue that is different from all the normal ones in tulsa, get out to the Hidden Porch!

We could not have been more pleased! It is a beautiful location. The owners are very professional and easy to work with. During the planning phase, all of our questions were promptly and kindly answered. The day of the event was wonderfully managed. The presentation of the food was absolutely beautiful!! It was all so fresh and delicious, and the owners were wonderfully at work making sure that all our needs were met. We had a delightful experience at The Hidden Porch. We have one daughter left to get married. When the time comes, we will not gave to search for a venue. We'll go straight to The Hidden Porch. They're awesome!

The Hidden Porch is an absolutely beautiful and affordable venue for weddings. Initially, we had planned on an outdoor wedding. Unfortunately, mother nature had different plans that day. Susan was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She was always timely to respond to my inquiries, offered suggestions for an inside wedding, and was flexible in working to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Susan also helped us cater the food for the reception that was not only delicious...it was presented beautifully. Honestly, Susan made us feel like our daughter's wedding was her top priority. I felt like I was working with a friend. And, you could tell that everything she does is truly from the heart. The Hidden Porch was the PERFECT venue!! It is absolutely gorgeous! We had our wedding outside and did no decorating at all! Jody, the owner, set up and decorated the arch/awning we stood under and had the guest table and unity table set up for us with our colors in mind! They are very observant to the bride and groom! They were fantastic and what a great value!! We wouldn't suggest any other venue to any of our friends! It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!

The Hidden Porch was a PERFECT choice for our wedding, we wanted an intimate, indoor wedding, since it was December. Since we were only having our family and closest friends attend, we were able to have our wedding and reception in the same location. It was the perfect size. The hidden porch also catered our food, which was amazing. All our guests commented on how great the food was. We were looking for a venue that had plenty of picturesque backgrounds-and our pictures turned out great. There are so many places to take beautiful pictures, even at night. This place is beautiful-the Bride's room has so much detail, it was my favorite room in the building! I would definitely recommend The Hidden Porch to any bride looking for a venue, the staff is very accommodating and they went above and beyond for us during our special day, making sure every detail was taken care of.

Great place for wedding. We got there 2hrs before the wedding time and they had plenty of tables and the audio and speakers already setup we put out the chairs and tables for how many people we had invited and it went very well. We have told everyone what a great place it was.

I wanted to have my wedding at an outdoor venue with the possibility of having an indoor/outdoor reception. I looked all over Tulsa and the surrounding areas for the perfect spot, and did not like any of the options I had found. I stumbled upon the Hidden Porch and fell in love and knew I wanted to get married here immediately.

The venue was perfect. The outdoor area is perfect for the ceremony and for pictures. With beautiful trees, flowers, stairs, arch ways, benches, lanterns, etc your pictures and ceremony/reception will have the perfect backdrop!! It's the perfect mix of the country without being tooo far away from Tulsa. It's within several miles from the Hotels near the Hard Rock Casino so our out of town guests were able to stay there.

Susan and Jody are SUPER easy and great to work with. They are professional, responsive, informative and friendly. They made the process smooth and effortless.

I would highly recommend this facility for a wedding or even a large event/party.

Because my daughter wanted an outdoor wedding, we visited a number of venues. Some were cramped., some overpriced, some with unreasonable rules, and some not that scenic. Although both owners of the Hidden Porch were extremely helpful, we worked primarily with Susan. She was always available to field questions and offer suggestions. Her expertise was invaluable (not to mention her patience!) They were extremely flexible with how we wanted the ceremony and offered several ideas we had not even considered.The setting is beautiful. We choose an outdoor wedding and an indoor reception. There is a lovely Bridal Room for the ladies to get dressed in as well as one for the men. For the ceremony, there is a lovely canopy with lighting and a raised platform for the bridal party. At the reception, guests were able to spill out onto the grounds and the deck surrounding the chapel. This allowed those who wanted to be near the music to stay inside while other guests could visit on the deck or the grounds. This created a very relaxed and fun atmosphere for the reception. I cannot recommend this venue highly enough. It is just beautiful! Besides the owners being so great to work with, the Hidden Porch provides a terrific setting at a reasonable price. Check them out! You'll be glad you did!!

We had a short planning period for my daughter's wedding before she returned to school. We were so blessed to find the Hidden Porch Chapel. I believe we were one of the first few weddings at this little secret. The Chapel and grounds are absolutely breathtaking. We particularly enjoyed the many minor touches such as the plants, fountains, lamps, that make this such a magical location.

Jody Grubbs, one of the owners, was most helpful when the wedding planning became a bit overwhelming. She answered our many questions and offered her suggestions to meet our needs. Brett Grubbs was present on the day of the big event to help us with setup.

My daughter chose an outdoor wedding with the reception inside the chapel. The grounds and altar were beautifully decorated, even considering the extreme heat of the evening. The chapel was ready and had special rooms available for the Bride and the Groom's party.

The music for the ceremony was clear, through multiple strategic speakers and available through a mp player connection. The grounds made an excellent backstage for multiple photo opportunities. Even the transition from the outdoor ceremony to the indoor reception went well with the availablility of the Chapel, and beautiful outdoor deck settings.

The most challening part of the evening was the clean up, which with family and guest help went very smoothly. Large containers were provided for the disposal of everything and the cleanup of the Chapel went quickly. Brett was once again available for our final exit.

I would highly recommend the Hidden Porch Chapel & Gardens for a venue that will make wonderful memories. Many thanks to the owners for providing such a beautiful location to assist my daughter and new son-in-law in the start of their lives together.

We absolutely fell in love with this venue from the very first moment we saw it. A friend had their wedding there and the price was amazing! The staff accommodated us with a million questions and a few trips back before our big day to measure and look several times just to firm up all the plans. I cannot say enough good things about Susan and Randy! They were amazing and so helpful along every step of the way in our planning process. The Hidden Porch is a beautiful venue that requires very little decoration to be absolutely stunning. We got married in late March, so we were a little worried about weather, but Susan worked with us to plan a great backup indoor option, which was a huge relief of stress. As it was, the day was beautiful and we had the ceremony outdoors anyway. We had the Hidden Porch do our catering as well (we did the taco bar option) and it was delicious and a HUGE hit with the guests. There was plenty of food and punch to go around and we're actually still eating the leftovers. If you're looking for a great value venue with people who are invested in making your day as beautiful and hassle-free as is humanly possible, this is the place to go.

I have to say that my this venue added that special memory to the wedding that I have always dreamed about. It was beautiful beyond words and I am very pleased by everything!

Beautiful Venue. A lot of flexibility in terms on the grounds with many accommodations in case it rains, etc. Parking lot can get small if you have over 120 people. You'll also have to provide your wedding with food and music, although there are plenty of aux plugins if you want to just have someone run it off their phone. Includes a heated a pavilion which can be nice if there are cold fronts for spring weddings. The only bad thing I can say is that there is no alcohol allowed in this venue and smokers have to walk a ways. Also, our contact on the day of the wedding showed up, said she was here if we needed anything, then disappeared until the wedding ended. Other than those few things (the prior being a preference) the venue is fantastic.

Beautiful setting and over the top facility. Ample time for set up but a little hurried after the ceremony to clean up before leaving. Well worth the money spent for the value received.

The Hidden Porch is absolutely beautiful and so easy to work with. I would strongly recommend them to anyone, regardless of what type or size wedding.

Beautiful Outdoor Venue

A beautiful venue choice for anyone wanting a nice outdoors wedding! The staff was very helpful when we had questions and helped us throughout the day. They helped communicate with the other vendors. Their landscape was cleaned up nicely and really green with gorgeous flowers (In June) and all the lights and tree coverage just set a nice tone for the evening. We didn’t have any issues with rain (even if it had rained there was the chapel as a back up plan and nice covering over the reception area.) And they made sure to have mosquitoe repellents our so we weren’t attack by bugs :) and it’s a convenient location right outside of Tulsa!

Susan was a joy and truly a blessing to work with! She was accommodating and helped ease the wedding jitters. The Hidden Porch was a beautiful place to be married, and I would highly recommend them as a wedding venue. I placed 3 stars for flexibility only because they do get booked up, so choose your date there soon!

Very cute wedding venue, which is very pretty at night. Great for smaller weddings. It's in a central location, so it's convienent for guest. The only down side is there's not a lot for parking, and you must try to figure out how to utilize your space as much as possible. We didn't cater there food, but it is absolutely delicious.

Very beautiful place. We had to pay my a certain time. We never knew when the money was due until after we missed the date.

Incredibly beautiful venue for a wedding whether inside or out. Susan was always very helpful and willing to answer any and all of the questions I asked.

Beautiful venue, great price! I didn't really like how they came to my husband and I about any problems there were during our wedding considering we didn't really want to deal with them considering it was our day. Besides that, I appreciate them being professional and letting us know but they could have informed someone else I had in charge, really but a damper on our night.

We enjoyed The Hidden Porch so much! You've created such a beautiful place and it ended up being our perfect place to get married. The rain was a bummer, and we are very pleased with how flexible you guys were in relation to the weather.
We did wish that you had a stronger presence during the event, it was hard for one of us to leave the event to go ask for help. For instance, because it was still raining during the reception we wanted to find a way to move the beverage table closer to the porch so people didn't have to go all the way out.
Also we had our handicap guests have a hard time finding the entrance so maybe having it labeled better would help those visitors.
Thank you Susan and Jodi for all your help these past few months! We wish you well as host more beautiful weddings at the porch and I will always recommend you to new brides that I meet in Tulsa. Blessings to you all!
