Jennifer was absolutely amazing! When looking at venues, Jennifer was the only one who sat with us and talked about our vision. She was nothing but friendly and professional! Even though we had to postpone, Jennifer made this a breeze!

The Heathman Lodge was an amazing location for our wedding and reception. We chose the Gold Package which included a champagne toast at the reception, tables, linens, flatware, pretty much everything but our decorations! They catered also. The buffet was delicious! All of our guests were complementing the selection and flavors.

Had a beautiful wedding! Everything was perfect and everybody loved the food :) the only problem we had was our rooms to get ready in we're not reserved so we were running about an hour late.

We booked early, but the value is not comparable! They are flexible, have a country setting (just like we were looking for), have amazing food, and are very quick to get back to us when ever we have a question or need.

Food was great, venue was great, looked great, cost was great. Honestly no negative things.

I love this place I have dreamed of having my wedding here and I can't wait to get married next year

I don't usually write reviews because I feel like why write a review for people 'just doing' their jobs? Well The Heathman Lodge & Keri Erickson changed my mind on this attitude.
They were wonderful! My event was not huge but it was very important to me...my only daughters bridal shower...Keri helped me every step of the way. The Heathman staff were always pleasant & friendly. They helped me with decorations & I never felt like I was 'putting them out'...like so many people make you feel now days. NOT the Heathman! They were friendly, very responsive & helpful. The Bridal Shower was PERFECT!

Keri at The Healthman Lodge was great to work with in planning our daughters wedding reception. The Heathman was very flexible with the menu and let us use one of our recepies for the buffet dinner. Our guests all loved the venue, especially our guests from Montana and we got many, many rave complements on the menu items.

The Heathman Lodge was the perfect venue for my son's wedding, reception, and rehearsal dinner. My daughter was married there as well, two years ago! The Lodge itself is so beautiful you don't need much to make it look good:) The food and waitstaff were both AMAZING!! The staff at the Lodge are always so warm and friendly! No matter what we asked they were very accommodating and would find a way to make it happen. We could not have asked for more!! Most of the out of town guests stayed the night and raved about how beautiful the rooms were and how friendly everyone was.......from the front desk to the housekeepers!! From the minute they entered the Lodge to checkout time. Very pleased!!

The staff at Heathman was wonderful to work with. The food delicious. The room, linens & center piece looked great. Our event was a pre-wedding dinner for 75 people.

Heathman staff was fantastic, even with our last minute change. When we arrived everything was set up beautifully and just the way we had requested. However, the bride did not want to sit at a 'head table' which was what had been planned. The Heathman staff graciously & quickly switched out the head table for a round table...magic!

EVERY person commented on the wedding and reception and how smoothly it all went, how perfect it was, etc.. Your service staff was right on top of setting up, serving, bussing, etc., and were very accommodating. My in-laws want to at the Heathman for Christmas when they would normally stay in Portland and drive to Vancouver. The bridal suite was awesome and we truly enjoyed our stay! The bread pudding french toast was a real hit at brunch the next day, too.

Thank you, thank you, and thank all those who set up and served at the reception! It was AMAZING! We truly had a stress-free experience and felt we were in wonderful hands the entire time, start to finish. Tell Chef Ray that the pumpkin ravioli was PERFECT! We know how much work went into it and were happy we switched it up from the portobello mushroom. Our vegan/gluten-free guest was also very pleased with her meal.

The Heathman Lodge is a real class act and we will highly recommend you to our friends and family for any future events.

Tried to accommodate every request for our special day and really executed our ideas well. Was able to trust it would be all taken care of as asked, and it was. Lovely space and staff.

Staff and our event coordinator was so easy to work with.. planning was perfect (even when we changed our minds several times) ~ Heathman staff were flexible and accommodating. Of course, we will use their services again!

Keri was awesome in the planning of our wedding, she made sure everything was to our specifications and followed up before hand to make sure we didn't need anything else. All the staff was very helpful and did a wonderful job. No complaints at all. Our room was absolutely beautifull, I wish we could have spent more time enjoying it! Thank you so much!

My sister, who wad also my m.o.h., talked to a hotel representative about getting our room that we were all getting ready in to stay in longer. We got it for an extra hour and a half! Also, when everything was done, there were some things that got left behind and they saved them and gave them to us! Everyone was very nice and the honeymoon suite was absolutely amazing. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity and helping make our wedding beautiful. The only reason I gave responsiveness a 4 star is because I wasn't there enough to see it happen.

I really enjoyed my expierence at the Heathman Lodge. The food was great, they were flexible on several things, and Shannon got back to us pretty quickly on any issues we had. We had out of town guests and they stayed at the Lodge as well and enjoyed it.

A little cozy during the ceremony, but opens up wonderfully for reception

We thought the venue was just perfect for our wedding and reception. Everyone seemed to enjoy the atmosphere there.

The rehearsal dinner food and set up was fabulous!!
Disappointed with the bartender and some of the wait staff. They were not very friendly to us and our guests. They seemed to want to be somewhere else and I felt they rushed us out at 8:30pm even though we had the venue until 10:00pm. Our guests were polite and well behaved and I was embarrassed that we weren't treated with more care and respect. I had several guests mention to me that some of the staff was rude to them. Especially from the female bartender who seemed to be in charge.

Other than that everyone loved the venue, the food, the atmosphere. Some of our guests spent a couple nights at the Heathman and had great things to say about it!

Things were great here for the reception. Food was great and service was good for the reception side. Was a bit disappointed by how their "blocking" of rooms is not together and there is no promise what kind of room you get when checking in. I had the smallest room out of my whole wedding group, They said theyd get us a balcony room for our wedding night, and that morning they were "booked" and as of the night before they told us there were quiet a few open. So the Promises are not always great outcome. Otherwise their food is amazing that they cater for the receptions and the service was very friendly while we had our mini reception!
