WOW — The Headliners absolutely brought the party! From day one, Bob was fantastic to work with — super responsive, helpful, and made the entire planning process easy and enjoyable. The Headliners were absolutely incredible—truly one of the highlights of the entire day. They brought the best energy and vibes from start to finish, keeping everyone on the dance floor all night. They performed our first dance and parent dance songs so beautifully and flawlessly, making those moments even more special than we imagined. On a scale of 1-10 the Headliners are a 12!. The entire reception danced 3 hours from the end of dinner to the end. Not only no breaks, not even a second between songs. With 8 different vocalists every song sounded like a different band. And the whole band was incredibly tight. And the frosting on the cake was the bride and groom crowd surfing the last song of the night.The Headliners Band's reply:

Surpassed all expectations! Bride and groom wanted a dance party and they got it. Non stop, so good you couldn’t find a dance to sit out and rest! A complete show, mesmerizing! I hired The Headliners for my son's wedding hoping to raise the bar on their wedding experience. Not only did they raise the bar, but they also exceeded any expectations I had! Every single one of our 200+ guests were either on the dance floor or watching the band perform from the back of the dance floor. I am still getting photos, texts and phone calls about how amazing The Headliners were. Our guests cannot stop talking about The Headliners! The band went above and beyond on our wedding day, and made it the best night ever. They are so incredibly talented, professional, and FUN! Everyone was on the dance floor the entire night & they played our first dance song & parent dance songs perfectly. They even learned a new song and let my dad perform on stage. Nobody was sitting down at our wedding, and they had us crowd surfing by the end. Bob was also amazing to work with, he was so responsive and accommodating. The Headliners were truly a professional performance. We had high hopes, but they absolutely blew us away. We had never seen a band with so much depth of talent on the vocals, horns, and really all around.
Bob was so incredibly easy to work with, has a ton of experience with which songs work and which don't, and was super accommodating with some specific touches we requested.
Not having seen your wedding band before your special night is stressful. We very quickly realized that the stress was unwarranted. If you book The Headliners for your event, I promise that you will be blown away.

10/10!!! The BEST!
Worth every penny!! They kept party going from start to finish, no one wanted to leave the dance floor - especially at the end! They sound incredible and nail every song. They also have seamless transitions so the music never stops. We received endless compliments from our guests about the band and how much fun they had, and how they were unlike anything people have heard. They throw in a couple surprises to make the bride and groom feel special and have the best time. Would hire them again in a heartbeat, it'll be your best decision. My husband and I got married just under 1 month ago and our experience with Bob and The Headliners was absolutely incredible. From the moment our wedding planner introduced us to Bob up until the day of our wedding, Bob was incredibly professional, responsive and helpful. Our wedding night was epic thanks to The Headliners. The band truly brought the heat, no one left the dance floor, and we continue to hear from guests that it was one of the best performances they've ever seen. Their set list was the perfect mix of modern day hits, oldies, and classic wedding bangers. I wish we could go back and relive the whole night - it was the party we always dreamed of and more. When we saw The Headliners perform out our friends wedding, we knew we HAD to have them at our wedding at the Bay Preserve Osprey! They have such a range of songs to choose from and they sounded amazing for our special day! They only took a small break during dinner so the energy level was high all night. We cannot stop thinking about them and we even finished the night on stage with them which was so memorable. All our friends and family are still raving about how great they were. So professional and all around amazing. The videos online do not do them justice, you will not be disappointed if you chose them!The Headliners Band's reply:

We hired the Headliners after hearing their name recommended by guests at 3 different weddings, in 3 different cities, and they lived up to their recommendations in every way. The entire wedding was on the dance floor the entire night (including guests who I have never seen dance) and our guests still have not stopped raving about the music from the night. Bob & team provided great timeline recommendations leading up to the wedding itself and they have an extensive song list, but I think their biggest value is in really playing the room and curating the energy of the event. I cannot overstate how incredible their entire performance was - they truly made our wedding the party of our dreams!The Headliners Band's reply:

The Best Band to Exist
The absolute best ever! The Headliners were spectacular from start to finish. There was not a person in our 165 person wedding who was not dancing the whole night. The Headliners were not only incredible performers, but they put on a show! All of our guests could not get over how amazing The Headliners were, and we received repeated comments that The Headliners were the best band they ever heard, and that it was the best wedding party that they had been to. The best part of the wedding was watching the joy on everyone's faces while the Headliners were performing, and seeing my daughter and her now husband on stage with the band singing their hearts out! The vocals were amazing, the musicians were spectacular, the performance was outstanding, and the party The Headliners threw will go down in infamy! The energy they brought was unmatched to anything we have seen! We cannot recommend The Headliners more and Bob was absolutely amazing to work with! Do not hesitate - it's worth every penny! In my opinion, the band is the key to the reception. They set the tone and energy and are what people remember (reluctantly, as Father-of-the-Bride, I admit flowers are too). I was focused on finding the perfect band and can say without hesitation, I was successful. THEHEADLINERS BAND was EXTRAORDINARY! They played beautifully throughout dinner and then lit it up after. The whole dance floor was covered in sweat. Nobody left early. We couldn't get enough. We even got a special surprise for the finale. Aside from the talent, I want to point out how special Bob was in working through several hurdles (caused by us). He is a man of integrity and you can trust what he says. Felt like a concert
We hired their full, 13 piece band and it wa worth every Penny. Their range of singers were able to do justice to every song we chose, everyone said they felt like they were at a concert. Hands down the best band I’ve ever seen. The entertainment at our wedding was very important to me and my husband. We were planning our wedding from New Jersey but we had seen the Headliners at our friend’s wedding so we were lucky to know how truly amazing they are in person. My father-in-law is a musician and grew up playing in bands. He is extremely picky and critical of live music but he was in awe of the Headliners. They’re not only entertaining, energetic and so much fun but also the quality of their performance is very impressive. Everyone at our wedding was RAVING about them. Our guests are still talking about it! Everyone was up and dancing all night, including the bride and groom. They made our night a blast! I cannot tell you how many people are still commenting about the band. They were INCREDIBLY FABULOUS!! We knew they were going to be good, that’s why Caroline wanted them. As she stated in her toast at the rehearsal dinner, she booked the band a month before the engagement 😂. Seeing and listening to them perform in person was the most fun I’ve had in so long and that’s what our guests are saying as well. What talent! Every time they started a new song, I felt like I was dancing to the original artist. A friend contacted me the other day to get the band name for a friend of hers daughter’s wedding after being at ours. The band made that party and it was fantastic. My husband and I just had our wedding reception last weekend.... when we were planning our wedding almost two years ago, one of the most important decisions to us besides the venue was the band. We spent SO much time reading reviews, Google searching and seeing what options are out there. The two things that led us to pick them were 1) how INCREDIBLE their demo videos were. Yes, they sound exactly like that and have an amazing amount of energy!!! And 2) all the other 5 star reviews that we read that raved about their performance.
Now that we had our big celebration, they were HANDS DOWN one of the best decisions we made!!! Bob was amazing to work with--he was the most responsive vendor (besides our wedding planner) that we worked with, and he and the band were willing to learn new songs that were important to us.
So many of our guests came up to us afterwards to share how incredible The Headliners Band was and we got so many remarks like "Where did you find them?!" "I can't believe the range of songs they knew!" "They were the best wedding band I have seen." They delivered in every way possible and kept ALL OF OUR GUESTS on the dancefloor.
If you're reading this, this will be one of the best decisions you'll make, too.

The Headliners Band was absolutely INCREDIBLE and exceeded all of our expectations by a long shot. They are not only extremely talented, but they were professional, respectful, and made sure our wedding night was the greatest night of our lives. They catered the show around US, and played songs that kept our guests up and dancing all night long- even during a COVID wedding. Bob was amazing to work with, and he helped ensure that my husband and I had everything we wanted and more. He also played a pivotal role in helping ensure our "surprise" daddy/daughter dance was everything we wanted it to be, and he helped us make the music. The number one compliment we've received about our wedding was how amazing the band was - from guests old and young who like all different types of music. "That was the best band I've ever seen at a wedding", "The band was amazing", "I can't get over how awesome the band was last night"... these are just a few of the things we heard from our wedding guests the day after our wedding and the year after our wedding!!! These guys kept the party going all night long, they were true professionals and just incredible entertainers, and last-but-not-least really nice people! They interact with the crowd like no other band I've ever seen, and really personalize your wedding for you. We have had TWO sets of family friends that used Headliners before us, and they had nothing but great things to say. Pro-tip from one of them: if you want a modern music selection, they can not only play it, but you'll think the actual artist is right there playing the song for you. Our wedding was very much a nostalgia throwback to our university days as my husband and I met at college in Miami, therefore a band that could play electronic music live was very important to us. You want Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia, Avicii? Well they got it, and will get the crowd (including grandma) really jumping. But wait - your dad wants Earth, Wind & Fire, your sister wants Britney Spears, and all the groomsmen want classic Shout? They will knock it out of the park! They handled our special requests so well! My husband and I wanted female AND male vocals to a Lana Del Rey song for our first dance, the male vocalist could hang with Lana any day. My father and I wanted to do a choreographed dance that was a mashup of switching back and forth between the two songs, I sent the band a recording and they did it to perfect time- my dad and I never missed a beat. We had a surprise guest (our college mascot) enter the reception after the dances, the band introduced them seamlessly - at one point one of the singers was down there dancing with the mascot, it was amazing. One of my favorite memories from my wedding night is belting out Pour Some Sugar On Me with all my bridesmaids (and I'm pretty sure the entire wedding reception) and would not have been the same without The Headliners. We will be forever grateful, that we were able to book them for the most amazing wedding reception and day. They even played our 2nd choice for our first dance song over the speakers as they were packing up (and our guests begrudgingly wouldn't leave the ballroom), was a really nice ending and it felt like a little secret we had with the band- it's the little things that count! This band is perfection.
Bob and his entire ensemble band were truly one of a kind, and that is coming from a very picky critic.
When we first reached out to Bob to ask questions about his band for our wedding, he patiently and eagerly chatted with us for over an hour. In the weeks and months that would follow, Bob would ALWAYS answer his email promptly and make himself available for a phone call if need be. I mention this because it's important to know the kind of service you'll get from the Headliners before they even play a single note.
Now for the wedding. WOW. Just WOW. Our family and friends (and of course my wife and I) were in awe at just how supremely talented, energetic, and incredible this band was. People are STILL raving about their performance a month after the event. They effortlessly toe the line between putting on a fantastic show all while making sure the spotlight is on the bride / groom and their guests as opposed to the band themselves. Most other bands and performers we have seen at weddings hog all the attention and force this idea of having a live concert at your wedding - but Bob and the Headliners are there to make sure the vibe is UP and the music is PERFECTION.

The Headliners are an all around class act of a band! From the minute I found them online and watching a YouTube video of them I knew they were the right wedding band for our special day. We are from Chicago and had our wedding in Marco Island, FL - they traveled no questions asked and we were beyond amazed by their talent. We were SO impressed with the detail that Bob put into making sure he understood what music we wanted to hear as well as learned a couple new songs for our mother/son and father/daughter dances! No one left the dance floor, they are so entertaining and interactive! We had a blast with them and I could not recommend them enough! I am the father of the bride. This band performance was more than I could ever have expected. The music started and so did the dancing! The headliners kept the party going till the end. I only knew the band from the Youtube videos, so talking to Bob ( the leader of the band) via email and phone made me very comfortable and made the process painless. The entire staff from The Pelican Club raved over the band as well as all of our guests. I am confident if anyone ever uses the Headliners in the future they will be thrilled!The Headliners Band's reply:

The Headlines playes for our wedding this past september 22nd.
While we put a lot of thought into the venue and decor, the music and entertainment was just amazing.
The band played a marvelous Hava Nagila which got everyone excited and in the mood to party.
Robert, the head of the band, kept in touch with us throughout the process of planning our playlist. They played a fabulous set of the music we picked out. It was just perfect!
They kept everyone engaged and i, myself danced to every song!
Hands down a well worth investment for a great party and amazing memories!

We had the Headliners for our daughter’s wedding at the Ringling Art Museum courtyard a few weeks ago and I must say, I was impressed from the very first sound that came off the stage!
They blew our guests away with the best sounds and song choices for everyone! Bob’s group made it a night to remember and our guests can’t stop talking about the entire event, but we all know that the entertainment is always judged the most! The evening was over much too soon! Our party planner from Sarasota, Maria Brady pulled all of our dreams together for an enchanting evening under the stars and the Headliner’s made it a night of perfection! Meg Sent on 09/27/2017Hands down - BEST WEDDING BAND EVER!!! HIRE THEM NOW!!! I can not express enough how unbelievable the Headliners were at our wedding. Every single guest commented on how amazing they were and that they were the best wedding band they had ever seen. They made our wedding the best party ever and every guest was out of their seats all night long, hands in the air, dancing and singing their hearts out. The band has so much energy, makes every song sound better than the original, learned any of the new songs we wanted to be part of our event and are so interactive with the crowd all night long. So many people told me they didn't even want to go get a drink or hit the bathroom because they didn't want to miss a song or anything the band was going to do. On top of how amazing they all are at what they do, they are all the NICEST people ever! The planning ahead of time couldn't have been any smoother or easier with Bob so on top of everything. You should stop looking for a band right now and put down a deposit with the Headliners. (and if your date isn't available, literally change your wedding date to a day they can be there - they are THAT good!) We are already planning a 5 or 10 year anniversary party so we can have them again. Thank you to the Headliners for making our wedding the best night ever and the talk of the town! 5 out of 5 stars is not enough for these guys - they should get 100 out of 5 stars.
