  Hayloft is THE Barn venue to host a wedding or event at.

  While we could go on for pages in describing our experience at the Hayloft, we will put it simply- Our wedding at the Hayloft was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. A mid October Wedding has it’s risks/ additional stresses that come with the territory and thanks to the folks at Hayloft, we proceeded with excitement and confidence from day one. We couldn’t have asked for a more personable, genuine and relentlessly committed group to work with – always reassuring us with their ideas, past experiences and confidence in their own team/ Venue. Speaking of the venue… The gorgeous green space, patio, overall setting, walk-out basement entertaining space, legitimate bar set-ups on main & lower level, commercial-grade bathrooms and THE MOST GORGEOUS BARN in all of Wisconsin delivered in every way possible. We accomplished the rustic look & feel that we had envisioned while providing an experience that was far from rural which was important. We didn’t want our guests to feel that they were roughing it (although that doesn’t bother us ), but we wanted the authentic rustic wedding that we had been dreaming of and we can say with full confidence that the venue/staff delivered exactly that. A week later, we are still getting messages and compliments from our guests regarding how beautiful the reception was and how blown away they were by the experience. We can’t thank Tim, Marissa and their staff enough- it was undoubtedly the wedding of our dreams and we could not have done it without the Hayloft venue, experience and the staff that made it all happen. We looked at a lot of other options and I can say with certainty that picking Hayloft was an easy decision and we would highly recommend Hayloft above all other Barn venue options without a doubt.

  A dream come true !

  Absolutely loved the Hayloft. It is so beautiful, there's not much more you need to add to the place. Marissa was wonderful. She made sure everything was perfect for our day. All night long my guest raved about the barn. It was perfect !

  Amazing with Small Bumps in the Road

  Every wedding venue has small bumps in the road. We were treated so well and the family that runs the barn is very straight forwrad and business oriented. You have to be careful with the word "rude" and
  "straight forward". They have their rules and they enforce them, as they should we running a business. Our ceremony was beautiful inside and the transition between ceremony and reception was so easy. I enjoyed every minute of my day and both the groom and I agree it was worth every penny spent. Now we have beautiful pictures to last a lifetime.

  The Hay Loft is a BEAUTIFUL barn! It was the first barn we toured and we booked it right away because we loved it so much! In between booking and the wedding, the Otterstatter family did so much work to the barn and made it even more gorgeous! We got so many compliments on the venue and everyone loved it! The family was accommodating to our needs but it is pretty strict on some parts. You aren't able to bring in your own alcohol or put any sort of nail, tack, or adhesive on the walls (we didn't need to in the end, but we ended up needing to change our plans for this). Besides this, the family did fairly well with replying in a timely manner and listened to our wants and needs well enough where we didn't have any complains at the end of the night! :)

  Beautiful venue, HORRIBLE owner

  Owner cusses at you, ends the night early and is VERY unprofessional!!!!!!!

  Poor customer service

  Had a terrible experience. The owner was not flexible at all and called me up to yell at me for a decision I made. Very disappointed in his actions. The venue is nice looking but I can't take the poor service.

  Poor service

  The barn is amazing, but the owner and his daughter/coordinator are not worth the money. The coordinator was telling people how things should have been done, not her place. Pick a different barn if you are looking for a nice barn wedding.

  Beautiful, but unwelcoming

  The venue was very pretty, however the staff were so unwelcoming. Immediately when you walk in the staff appear like bouncers and are watching everyone’s every move. They had a huge issue with someone bringing in tea because they don’t drink alcohol or soda, and were very rude about the whole situation. Also, around 10 they came around to clean up things from the tables and yet again you felt like you were being monitored and pushed out, and in fact shortly after this more than half of the guests left. Their attitudes pretty much shut the wedding down early and made it hard to enjoy it while it was still going.

  The space is absolutely gorgeous. The professionalism of the staff has A LOT to be desired. They were rude, not helpful, did not answer voice messages timely and I would run as fast as possible away from this venue!

  Rude staff which are the owners, daughter dad and mom awful experience!
