They made it so stress free! I was able to communicate amazingly and get what we needed and send it! I was able to drop off some drinks, banner, even some food earlier in the day on the day of the event. Which made it much easier to plan, they had everything set up for us and helped with the sound and tvs!

The Perfect Venue for Our Wedding!
We absolutely loved working with Jennifer. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and very personable. Our experience was nothing short of fantastic. We were having a private, family only ceremony at an outdoor location and had to move it to The Hamilton 4 days before the wedding. Jennifer was extremely accommodating and helped us get everything ready. We then had a full buffet dinner and party thereafter. All of us had a wonderful time. There is no better value, no better staff and management than The Hamilton.

Perfect Space for Parties and More
We held a corporate retreat with a special registration dinner, followed by four days of learning and change, and we capped it all off with a big catered dinner party with a DJ. The space was set beyond perfectly for each day. I’m so happy I chose this space over a hotel venue where we’d have been crammed into a bland space. I would recommend this space for everything from parties and showers to continued education or retreats. It was phenomenal.

Birthday Party Success!
We had a fantastic experience working with Jennifer and having our kid's birthday party here! We were able to have an indoor bounce house, bring in cake and host a food truck. Jennifer and her staff day of were so helpful, they made it to where I was able to enjoy the party with my kid by taking on many of the tasks I normally handle myself. Communication is clear, expectations are clear, and all the details and finances are lined clearly and easy to understand. Should I have another event arise that may call for a space like this, I'll be looking here first!

Used this venue for a baby shower and everything about it was super easy which was just what I was looking for. Being able to show up and just enjoy the party and people was very stress free. My Daughters Wedding reception
Jennifer was great. Everything was organized. The lighting in the room was perfect. All of the decorations were perfect. We didn’t have to worry about anything. Jennifer led us through the reception with ease, she has done this many times before and we were unsure of how everything should go. She took care of everything and we really appreciate all she did. She was awesome.

The Hamilton Event Center is a beautiful venue and perfect for any gathering or celebration. Jennifer is amazing to work with and so kind, flexible, and helpful! I could not have had a more beautiful shower for my niece without all her hard work and I can’t thank her enough. Her staff (Elizabeth) was also amazing. Once everything was in place and the shower started, they both worked to ensure everything went off without a hitch. A Very Memorable Retirement Party
My event at the Hamilton Event Center was my 40th Anniversary Retirement Party. Jennifer Hamilton was so professional, knowledgeable, organized, and kept a positive attitude throughout the process. A Fantastic Time!

Great Venue to Celebrate Love
We recently held my parent's 50th Anniversary Party at the Hamilton. Jennifer made the whole experience quick and painless. When we arrived, everything was set and ready. All we needed to do was order a few food trays and show up. Our guests found the spot to be centrally located and easy to find. The space is tasteful and quant and worked perfectly for our family and friends.

Baby Shower Bliss
This is my first baby so my family wanted to go the extra mile to made this special. They hit it out of the park by choosing Hamilton Event Center!! Our Wedding at the Hamilton
FANTASTIC. That doesn't even describe all of what we feel from using the Hamilton. Jennifer was amazing ALL the way through, from our first visit, to step by step at the wedding. Great experience!
Everything was so easy and they helped with everything at the baby shower. They helped put food out and put it away, greeted guests and took presents to the gift table, passed out games, grabbed presents as the parents opened them and placed them by the door. It was by far the most rewarding venue rental.
They provided a diaper cake, cake/cupcakes, punch, water, silverware, (amazing) decorations, sound system/tvs, pens for games, & little things you didn't think you needed or forgot. It was wonderful.

Excellent place to have a small wedding reception
This is an excellent place to have a small wedding reception. I had 120 people and that would be the max at this venue. I wouldn’t have more than 12 round tables with 10 chairs each. Jennifer is amazing. She is extremely accommodating and is a pleasure to work with.

Sweet 16 Celebration
After much searching and many phone calls, we decided to use Hamilton Event Center for my daughter’s sweet 16 party. From day 1, Jennifer was responsive and helpful. At the design appointment, she went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had exactly what she wanted for her vision to become a reality.
On party day, the event staff were literally waiting at the door to help unload the cars. They took all of the items we provided and set up the most beautiful dessert bar I have ever seen. They made sure that every detail was given attention. Additionally, they kept food on the tables topped off so that we did not have to worry about it.
I do not have a single regret in choosing this venue. The value provided in a beautifully decorated space, individual attention, and staff that really are there to make the event perfect, makes it worth every single penny.
We would gladly use this venue again!

Beautiful Venue - Excellent Service for our event
The venue staff (Jennifer) is so helpful. She meets with you, lets you choose your colors & a variety of centerpieces & decorations. Then she & her staff help you with setup, & they cleanup afterward. They even coordinated with our caterer, chilled beverages, & kept the food & beverages well-supplied throughout the event. It made for a flawless evening/event. Jennifer & Elizabeth were so helpful, personable, & all-around wonderful people. It made for a truly memorable event. Highly recommend them & their event center for your next event.

Incredible Event Space + Service
Jennifer is absolutely incredible to work with. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness exceeded expectation. Her staff was thoughtful and kind and they made our event comfortable and exactly what we envisioned. It was very great and beautiful!
My experience here was very great! We gave them a theme and they went above and beyond with it. It was very beautiful! They were wonderful hosts and everyone had a great time! I love the fact that there’s no stress about set up or clean up, so you can just focus on your event. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!

It was Magical!
The Hamilton Event Center was PERFECT for my party!!! They are professional, attention to every detail both before the event during the planning phase and at the actual event! Jennifer and staff were attentive to the guests’s needs, kept plates, etc., picked up and tables cleaned, kept drinks and food tables filled . . . and more!!! This venue is beautiful in every way and priced well! If you have an event to plan, book The Hamilton Event Center soon!!!

Beautiful baby shower
Jennifer and her team at Hamilton Event Center did an amazing job on the baby shower for our daughter (and granddaughter). It was beautiful! You can definitely tell their hearts are in their job and they do everything to make your day special. It was a pleasure working with them. I definitely recommend HEC. ❤️

Stress Free Event!
Jennifer helped us do everything, while we planned our event from out of state. When we arrived the day of the event, the venue was beautiful. Food and desserts had arrived and been setup. The venue was beautifully decorated. The lighting was perfect. The entire event flowed perfectly; and best of all, clean up was a breeze. I would recommend The Hamilton Event Center to anyone trying to have a stress free event.

We had a masquerade ball at the Hamilton Event Center and it was perfect. Jennifer Hamilton took care of every single thing from planning and decorations to set up, serving and clean up. The best shower a girl could ask for!
I went back and forth on whether I wanted to have an in-person, drive by, or no baby shower at all. Ultimately, I decided to have one in-person since I don't know what the future holds. I didn't want to miss out on the opportunity to experience a shower. I spent countless days looking for venues that would allow me to have the experience that I dreamed of within the budget that I put forth. I stumbled upon The Hamilton Event Center on Google, checked in out on Facebook, reached out to Jennifer and almost immediately fell in love. Jennifer was so personable and easy to speak to from the very beginning. We met to go over shower details twice as I was indecisive, but she continued to show me grace and reassured me that the baby shower would be beautiful. She was indeed correct. I was blown away when I walked into the event center the morning of my shower. It was decorated just how I imagined. I could not have imagined working with anyone else to make my vision and baby shower come to life.

I came to Jennifer in need of a Venue to book a baby shower. I had a date 1 month out she had availability. I meet next day with her to book made a deposit. She understood what I wanted and delivered beautifully. All I had to do was show up. She did decorations, and clean up! Great person to work with. Friendly and helpful staff

My beautiful wedding!
I highly recommend The Hamilton Event Center for any type of event. We had our wedding there and I could not have had a successful and extremely FUN wedding without all the help and expertise of Jennifer Hamilton. She helped me plan and make excellent decisions for this amazing wedding. The fresh flower bouquets were so beautiful too!! Everything she helped with — The vendor recommendations, lighting, table decorations, how the wedding should flow, etc., etc. — were top notch!! The staff handles everything!! We used the Hilton Event Center in Mar 2022 for a shower. Jennifer Hamilton was very professional and very responsive each and every time I contacted her. She had lots of great ideas and was easy to work with. On the day of the shower, the facility was decorated very nicely and it was evident she went above and beyond in her efforts to make our event special. Her team was amazing at keeping things running smoothly without the feeling that we were being rushed. I highly recommend her event center.

4th Birthday Party
I booked the Hamilton for my daughters 4th birthday party. The process could not have been easier. I told Jennifer what I wanted and she made it happen. She also communicated with my vendors to make sure the day went smoothly and it was absolutely perfect. 10/10 will definitely book again!

Jennifer was very responsive and helpful at The Hamilton Event Center. It is a one-room venue which worked well for our holiday party for 75 people. Her team was responsive & kept everything running smoothly during the event. The pre-planning was easy and we had lots of choices to choose how we wanted to the room set up. It was a well run event & I have no doubt that is because Jennifer does an excellent job taking care of her clients. I highly recommend The Hamilton Event Center if you are looking for a place where everything can be in one room.

Amazing Holiday Party!
The venue was absolutely beautiful. The owner was so helpful and had everything done for us and made it so easy. Price for was great and honestly the best holiday party we’ve ever had.

Amazing!!!
Jennifer and her team absolutely knocked it out of the park. Everything exceeded expectations for us, in particular the amazing decor. The staff were all so sweet and kind, yet also very diligent in the duties they were performing. They kept food restocked and beverages flowing. Amazing group to work with - we HIGHLY recommend the Hamilton to anyone.

What an amazing family to work with the bridal couple SO sweet and the bride's mom & aunt so kind. I loved decorating for this "starry night" theme. Every time they see stars in the night, I hope it reminds them of their reception and the love for each other and the commitment they made. I wish them a lifetime of happiness.
