The Greystone Estate is the best wedding venue in North GA!
This venue is also not too far from the Northern metro area of Atlanta and makes for a scenic drive there and a fast ride home after the party!
If you're looking for a venue that will provide a beautiful memorable wedding but not break the bank, this is the one.
They do not hide fees and working with them was so easy. They already have tables provided and a closet full of table decor at no extra cost.
Most venues make you pay for extra time in the bridal suite but I was allowed to show up at 10am on the day of at no extra cost as well!
Mary Stone and my wedding coordinator Elizabeth made it easy by giving me my very own "bride guide" to help me step by step throughout the planning process. My friends and family were shocked at how organized I was but I owed it all to the Greystone Estate. Most of all, they made sure everything went perfect on the wedding day!
The DJ comes with the wedding day package which gives you one less thing to worry about, and he did an AWESOME job and provides options for a photo booth, or more.
This venue has so much charm, from the cute chapel my husband and I got married in, to the luscious green grounds, beautiful pond with a fountain, and beautifully decorated wedding reception hall! Some of my guests even said they felt like they were somewhere in Europe!
This place really is a hidden gem and I am so lucky my friend recommended it. -

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! From start to finish, this venue exceeded every expectation. The owner, Mary, has truly thought of everything to make the wedding process easy, stress-free, and absolutely beautiful. You can tell she’s poured her heart into creating a place where couples can fully enjoy their day. Ashley, the rock-star wedding planner, and her team were a dream to work with. They were kind, professional, and always kept communication open, which gave my daughter such peace of mind during planning. On the wedding day itself, they took care of absolutely everything so we could just soak in every moment without a single worry. They listened to what my daughter wanted and brought her vision to life in the most thoughtful way. The venue itself is breathtaking—the covered outdoor chapel was the perfect backdrop for the ceremony, the reception hall was stunning, the bridal and groom’s suites were spacious and comfortable, and the lobby and courtyard made cocktail hour so fun and inviting. To top it off, the DJ kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long! For everything that was included, the pricing was extremely reasonable with no hidden fees—such a rare and refreshing experience. Everything felt transparent and fair. We left the weekend feeling so thankful. To the owner, Ashley, and the entire team: thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making my daughter’s wedding day dreams a beautiful reality. -

Our wedding at The Greystone Estate was an absolute dream, and it wouldn't have been the same without our incredible onsite coordinator, Whitney.
Whitney made sure every aspect of our wedding went off without a hitch, handling everything with grace and efficiency. Her warm and caring personality made us feel like we were in the best hands.
The venue's grounds were absolutely stunning. The scenery was breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for our special day and we appreciated the ample space that allowed our guests to explore during the cocktail hour.
The entire staff at The Greystone Estate was fantastic, the DJ was great, and the ambiance was enchanting. It was the perfect setting for our wedding.

My husband and I got married here November 2022. It was the first venue we toured and it felt right from the very beginning. Our coordinator Elizabeth kept us at ease during our planning meetings and was patient with us as we navigated planning a wedding while in a long distance relationship. When I pulled up at the property the day of the wedding, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace. The grounds were just beautiful and so serene. We found out after the wedding one of our guests accidentally locked their keys in their car and the owner Mary came back to the venue and stayed with them while they waited for AAA. Our guests loved the property and enjoyed outdoor cocktail hour. Highly recommend this little gem of a north GA wedding. -

This team and venue deserve 20 out 20 stars. From the moment my daughter said that Greystone was her venue, I realized we made the right choice. They have an unbelievable preferred vendor list. Each bride is given a file of do's, a suggested calendar and timeline and all of the necessary information to enable the day of planner follow up and execute the big day. This helped tremendously with planning. Each preferred vendor has worked with the venue and that really speaks to enabling the day to run seamlessly. We started with MSA entertainment and their DJ who is part of the venue package. They played music from the genre and specific selections that Morgan and her fiancé Jordan selected, going all night. The venues up- lighting was beautiful as the bride, groom and guests danced the evening away. The venue and vendors simply did not disappoint. Kate with Talk of the Town worked with us to select a dinner meu we wanted to serve 180 guests a 3-entree buffet with a carving station along with serving hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. Everything was delicious and displayed to pure perfection and satisfaction. I am a little bit of a perfectionist...if I do say so myself. Theye met every request and executed flawlessly. We still have guest complimenting that that was the "best wedding food ever." Marcy with Stylish Stems Florists put Morgans floral vison in place. The flowers were jaw dropping gorgeous. It was such a joy to see Morgans vison and dreams come to fruition. The bridal suite is gorgeous; while the grooms suite is so much fun for the men to relax in. I never dreamed a "day of planner" would work. You really do not need to spend money on a wedding planner if you work with their experienced vendors and most importantly their talented, organized, patient planners. We were blessed with Elizabeth. OMG she was awesome! To have your daughter and her bridal party be able to enjoy mimosas and lunch while getting hair and makeup done was such a heartwarming treat. We were all only able to enjoy this time because Elizabeth was working her magic with the vendors and ensuring everything we planned was executed and stayed focused on starting on time. Not having to work and worry on wedding day was something I did not think was possible. But if you are having your special occasion at the Greystone, you will experience nothing short of a remarkable day. Elizabeth had the wedding party and family at the chapel doors promptly at 5pm as planned. I was absolutely thrilled to tears of joy. You just can't go wrong with the whole setting. The magical mountain views, pristine landscaping and the colorful fountain in the lake had all of us and our guests in awe. Greystone Estates is elegant, gorgeous, and just stunning. It's the perfect venue for such an important day. The worked with me and Morgan to execute all her dreams for her wedding day. StephonX photographers and " Aloveexperience" Videographers, totally went the extra mile to capture the most gorgeous pictures and are in the process of creating a truly amazing video of the day. Jewel Ballerinas tribute of love was so romantic and elegant. I would be remiss if I did not mention the other vendors who executed the plan with precision. Classic Limousines wisked the newlyweds away in a beautiful Bently...simply amazing. Aspen limo picked up the bridal party and groomsmen and brought them to their respective suites and then returned to the wedding with guests from the hotel. It all ran so smoothly. I am so grateful to have had the experience of planning my daughter Morgan's wedding with the Greystone team. Our family and guests are still talking about Morgan and Jordans special day. We were so blessed to have such a fantastic day. Thank you, Greystone. You will always hold a special place in the hearts of our family and the memories we have of this special day. Oh goodness, where do I start? My husband and I had a 4 month engagement and I honestly do not think it would have been possible to have the perfect day we did without Mary, her team, and vendors at Greystone Estate. When we toured the venue we were blown away by the scenic location and I was immediately smitten with all of the potential photo backgrounds. Sitting down with Mary to talk through what it’s like to have a wedding there though is when we felt peace about moving forward. As a couple with 2 busy jobs and a tight timeline we needed all the help we could get and Mary’s vendor list was magic. While it was nice knowing we could have brought in different photographers/makeup artists/florist we certainly did not have the time or desire to do all the research and the vendors we were introduced to through the list were AMAZING. While I was initially bummed because I did actually already have a different DJ in mind and that was one vendor that was already selected in the contract, in the end I was not disappointed. He kept the dance party going and was flexible to pivot when needed. Working with Ashley, a Greystone wedding planner, was a relief because sometimes you just need someone to bounce ideas off, hold you accountable to progress made, wrangle everything on the day of. It made me able to relax knowing that someone else had all the details written down and would ensure they were executed. After the wedding was over my family and bridesmaids repeatedly commented how great it was that they didn’t have to do anything with setting up or breaking down.
Our wedding was in January which is a real dice throw for weather so it was nice knowing there was a beautiful outside and inside option for the ceremony. It was 42degrees for our ceremony and we still decided to have the ceremony outside in the beautiful open air chapel and I have no regrets. Yes… it was cold. But folks were prepared with coats, we brought in some heaters, and the ceremony wasn’t to long. I wouldn’t recommend the outdoor option for everyone at that temperature but for us it was perfect. Having that moment when the grand double doors opened and I walked down the aisle to meet my love surrounded by our friends and family in the scenic Georgia hills is a memory I will cherish forever. The indoor reception space just looks so grand with the chandeliers, draping, and candles making everything sparkle. Now having to acquire my own centerpieces and just picking from the decor closet was awesome.

Dream wedding venue
The Greystone Estate is the most perfect venue ever. Not only is it breathtakingly beautiful, but Mary and her staff have thought of absolutely everything to make sure the day runs smoothly. They keep everything on schedule so all you have to think about on the day of your wedding is marrying the love of your life and enjoying every second! Mary and my coordinator Christie were always there to answer any and all questions I had. They helped me with vendors and decor. My wedding day was absolutely perfect- beautiful and perfectly planned. I am so happy that I was able to be a Greystone Estate bride. I only wish I could do it again and again and again :) -

I’m still in euphoria over how wonderful our wedding was at The Greystone Estate! We had the most perfect day. As the bride, the day was perfectly seemless thanks to all the hard work of the wedding coordinator Greystone provided, the vendors and venue staff. The venue was absolutely stunning and I am still receiving so many compliments on its beauty and the efficiency of how they handled the wedding. If you hire their recommended vendors you can’t go wrong. They were all so professional and easy to work with. I’m recommending Greystone to everyone I know because I’d love to come back as a guest! The Perfect Venue
I cannot say enough good things about The Greystone Estate and the team I had on my wedding day (which were mostly from their preferred vendors list)! Everything was so perfect about this day.
This is why we chose The Greystone Estate as our wedding venue, and why we are so thankful we did!
- Well, first of all, they had me at "The venue comes with a wedding day coordinator." Christie was our wedding day coordinator and she was awesome! She ensured my husband and I had drinks in our hands, food in our bellies, and smiles on our faces.
- The bridal suite had plenty of room for everyone to get ready, with tons of natural light which is ideal for applying makeup and getting hair done! (I had 8 in my bridal party - still plenty of room for everyone!).
- They have a perfect indoor alternative for the ceremony in case of rain. Absolutely a must for us!
- An awesome grooms suite (no other venue had this tier of grooms suite, if they even had one at all. They Greystone's grooms suite has a pool table, its own bathroom, leather couches, a fridge, and the decor truly resembles the ideal 'man cave')
- Incredible views! Family and friends from NY, CT, CO, FL, WA, and even those tuning in from Canada were blown away at how beautiful the venue was. There is no bad backdrop - perfect for photos, which you're already spending a TON of money on, right? Might as well go with a venue that will foster beautiful photos no matter where the picture is being taken!
- No hidden fees!!!
- & I kid you not, at the end of my wedding I was trying to clean up florals and decor and Mary stopped me in my tracks and said "What are you doing? Don't worry, we got this!" Keep in mind, Mary is the venue owner. Yes, the OWNER will be there on your wedding day to help set things up, break things down, etc. If that doesn't show you how kind Mary is and how passionate she is about what she does I don't know what will!
- MY DOG WAS ABLE TO BE MY RING BEARER - but only because Mary referred me to a woman whose job it is to literally watch your dog on the day of the wedding to ensure smooth sailing and a happy pup!
- Thinking of buying table numbers, centerpieces, misc. decorations? No need with The Greystone Estate! They have everything available to make your day incredibly beautiful. And tons of options of decor to help create your image for your day!!
My husband and I are just so happy with everything and how it turned out. We are so grateful for this day and even more grateful for that fateful day when an Ad for The Greystone Estate popped up on my Instagram feed!! I wish I could relive this day over and over again, not only because I married the love of my life, but because of how this venue was able to bring our vision to life, and help create the fairytale that was our wedding day! -

Got married here this weekend. Due to Covid postponements, it was our THIRD wedding date here and Mary and Elizabeth (our planner) were so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire 1.5+ years of working together. They are so responsive, helpful, sweet, and just a joy to work with. The venue is positively STUNNING in every way--we had a very good chance of rain and I wasn't even worried because the inside is just as gorgeous as the outside. They've got every little detail figured out and down to a science, and all their preferred vendors we hired were equally as amazing. I'm typically a ball of stress and was relaxed on my wedding day knowing that everything was handled. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect or beautiful wedding. If you're considering this venue, I can confidently say JUST DO IT! You will NOT be disappointed. So many of our guests commented on the venue and the staff and just how perfect every little thing was. Thank you to everyone at The Greystone Estate who made our wedding dreams come true!! -

Words do not begin to describe how wonderful and incredible Mary, and our coordinator Christie made our day. We looked at over 10 venues within the Atlanta & North GA area and none compared to what we were offered at The Greystone and the more than fair price attached.
Our guests were so impressed with the grounds and have yet to stop complimenting our find of this hidden gem. Mary and her team are the real deal and helped me have a seamless and stress free day. Christie not only kept us organized throughout the day, but she went above and beyond our expectations of venue coordinator. She adjusted my dress for photos, kept our drinks flowing even throughout pictures, and made sure our day was as stress free and easy as I could ever imagine. We are SO happy we chose The Greystone. Absolutely wonderful venue!
An absolutely amazing venue! Not only is it absolutely beautiful, but they literally think of EVERYTHING! The least stressful wedding I’ve ever been a part of and it was my own! Mary, the owner, was super professional and always immediately responsive and happy to help. She is so knowledgeable about the business! Christie Alsip was our coordinator and she was absolutely WONDERFUL! She was so personable and so helpful about every step of the way. She was my personal hype woman all day, always made sure we had food and drinks readily available for us (the bride and groom), always made sure I looked picture perfect, and made the day absolutely seamless. Our families, bridal party, and guests all complemented how amazing and on top of it she was! She truly helped make our wedding day even better than I imagined it would be. Forever grateful! -

I am so happy with my choice to choose The Greystone Estate for my wedding day. From the first day at my tour, I knew this was going to be the place that I was going to spend the best day of my life. The Greystone Estate met every single expectation I had for my wedding day. All my guest could not stop talking about how beautiful of a venue it was. I had Ashley as my Wedding Coordinator and she was so helpful through all my text, calls and questions. Being a really organized person, I was so happy to have Mary and Ashley as they are also very organized and made this wedding planning process a breeze with all the preferred vendors and help along the way. Ashley and Mary helped so much through the process but they also did SOOO much day of wedding so I could relax and soak in the day with my bridal party, they made everything so seamless and perfect. I will recommended The Greystone Estate for all of my days to anyone getting married!!! The day goes by fast- so soak it all in, Brides!!!! -

Greystone Estate!!
I can’t say enough wonderful words about Greystone!! They were AMAZING to work with during our sweet wedding season. Mary went above and beyond to make our day special and memorable! Our wedding coordinator, Bethany, was a huge help in making our day as organized as it could be. Both Mary and Bethany kept the lines of communication open and easily accessible for any, and ALL, questions we had before the big day! The venue is incredibly beautiful and will forever hold a special place in our hearts! I will recommend Greystone Estate to anyone who is looking for the perfect wedding venue! Mary and her team have been nothing short of wonderful during our planning process! They respond quickly to emails and keep us up to date on everything happening with the venue. When I was looking at venues, I went to 17 different places in Georgia and nothing came close to Greystone. They built this place specifically to be a wedding venue and everything is planned perfectly. Every detail has been thought out. One of the things we found at a lot of barn-style venues was that they wanted guests to park their cars in the grass, often times right in front of the venue space! At Greystone, you actually pull down behind the venue, so once you're in front of the venue, you don't have anything to spoil your view. Another plus is that they actually have a very nice, large grooms suite for the guys! We went to so many venues that didn't have one, or expected 5-10 grown men to stay in a closet sized space. These are just two of the many thoughtful details things that makes them stand out above the rest! I work in the event industry, so I think about weddings little differently than most brides. At Greystone you can have a stunning interior and exterior event space WITHOUT compromising on logistics. We have enjoyed every minute of the planning process and we are so excited for our wedding day!
Mary and Ashley were absolutely incredible in the days leading up to our wedding. As an event planner myself I was nervous about 'letting go', but they took care of EVERYTHING. Day of was an absolute dream and I didn't worry about anything AT ALL. The entire day was seamless. Their service, and attention to detail is unmatched! We had so many compliments from our guests on how gorgeous the venue was and how this was one of the best run weddings they have been too. Mary and Ashley, you both exceeded my expectations. Thank you for letting me step away and enjoy being a bride for the day! -

My wedding was at The Greystone Estate in October of 2020. I cannot put into words how exceptional (above and beyond) The Greystone Estate was from the very beginning of the planning stages to the night of the reception. Our coordinator, Ashley, was a big part of planning this day and I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with - her knowledge, taste, and experience were show cased that night. Myself, as the bride having picked everything from decor to florals, when I walked in, even I was speechless how beautifully presented everything was. Mary and her staff went above and beyond all night long. Our guests are still talking about the night and how wonderful the venue was along with how Rockstar the staff was. All I can say is, Quality, all around! My husband and I thank you so much for a beautiful, timeless wedding there! -

This is the venue every bride needs to have! One that will help make planning as easy as possible! Mary provides a list that is by far the most helpful guide anyone could have!!! It helps so much to go down the list and be able to cross off what you’ve gotten and who you still need to get ahold of!
This day went off without a hitch! The grounds were absolutely breath taking. Our wedding planner, Ashley, kept the day rolling without anyone feeling rushed! It was so smooth, so stress free, so simple to show up on your magical day and just know that everything will be perfect because it’s in the hands of such an outstanding team!

I got married at The Greystone Estate in September 2020 and it was everything I had hoped it would be and MORE! Mary Stone was wonderful and was very professional. From our first visit/tour to the venue to the night of the wedding she was involved every step of the way. Elizabeth Vickery was our planner and she was amazing! She put our minds at ease knowing that she had everything covered. She was patient, kind and also very professional. The venue itself is breathtaking...the pictures don't do it justice. Mary and Ashley, were so amazing. From the very first meeting both answered all of my questions until the day of my wedding. They take all the guess work out of wedding planning, from the vendors they provide to the decor they truly do handle the hard parts. Our wedding was yesterday, October 4, 2020 and I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Greystone Estate venue! Mary Stone and her husband will make sure that every detail is perfect! Our wedding coordinator, Christie, was amazing! My daughter Caitlin, who was the bride, could text her any time with questions and Christie would respond quickly! They truly cared about every little detail of her special day and made sure everything was perfect. We also love this venue because it is an outdoor/indoor venue that is elegant! Caitlin wanted an outdoor elegant wedding with gorgeous scenery and that is exactly what Greystone is! It is truly breathtaking there! We could not say enough about how perfect our entire experience has been! My recommendation is listen to their awesome advice and use the vendors they recommend and you will have the perfect Cinderella day just like our daughter did! -

Our wedding at Greystone was nothing short of amazing. The day was so beautiful, and the venue made it that much more incredible. Our guests commented on how pretty the venue was every 5 seconds. However, what made our wedding so special was the experience. Mary and our wedding planner Christie helped make sure the day was smooth sailing and that we didn’t have to worry about any of the details going on the whole day. Fairytale wedding
I had my wedding at the Greystone Estate. When my now husband and I began looking at wedding venues he told me not to get too excited because we were going to look at a lot of venues before we made our decision. As soon as I visited the property at the Greystone Estate I just couldn’t help myself. I instantly fell in love! Every part of the property is breathtaking. My mind was made up that we would be getting married there!
Then we met the owner, Mary. I instantly loved her as well! She had the kindest smile and sweetest personality. She showed us around the property and took her time getting to know us a little bit. She was very caring and welcoming.
Communication is a huge deal for me and she nailed it. She kept us up to date on everything throughout the whole booking process and even up to the day of the wedding. She would email and text me about updates with vendors. She would even tell me about upcoming tastings for the food vendors because I hadn’t decided which one to use yet. She would show me new decor choices. She would give her honest opinions and recommendations. She was always so patient and understanding with me even though I can be quite picky and indecisive. She would always work with me to make sure that everything worked out just the way I wanted it to. I just adore her!
All of my guests were also amazed by the stunning venue! I was told that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. So many guests had such a wonderful time. It was so much fun and so beautiful. Everything about the day was perfect.
I cannot thank Mary and the vendors enough for giving me a fairytale wedding. It was the best day of our lives and a great way to start our happily ever after. If you are planning your wedding and searching for the perfect venue for your wedding day please visit the Greystone Estate. -

I must mention that I was a CovId bride on 3/14 & I would have never known it! Everything about this venue is a 5star review. Let me begin by stating, I’m not your typical bride, and i didn’t always dream of my wedding day. I had no idea what I wanted or what I was looking for until I came across Greystone Estate. When we toured the venue (after looking at several others), we instantly knew this was where our life together would begin. The owner is the sweetest person I have came across. She has a passion for love and weddings. Never once did I feel like just another bride. She knows exactly what she’s doing. I will say, because of how amazing they are, they book our far in advance- so schedule and tour NOW!! We waited over a year for our day and the entire process was a dream. I had absolutely ZERO stress from the day of booking to the day of the wedding, and I would give all credit to their on site coordinator, Elizabeth! If you’re lucky enough to get her, you’ll know. She was there for things I didn’t even know I needed her for! For a girl that never dreamed of her wedding, it was truly better than dreams can make happen. It is the most beautiful venue that comes with so much in your package- wedding planning was a breeze for me! They grounds are everything about the property are always maintained and they’re always looking for new ideas and ways to make the venue even better. But to me, the most important thing was the communication. From the owner to my planner- communication was always above 100%. There is not a better venue around!!! -

I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon Greystone on Wedding Wire. My MOH and I immediately booked the first appointment and were at the venue the next day. My gosh the property is stunning and the Stones were unbelievably kind and on top of EVERYTHING. As we left, my best friend said - "If you don't book this, i'm booking it for you." We booked that week. I have to admit, I can be a bit Type A about details and Mary was a perfect match. She just got it and was upfront about everything especially when going through the contract. There wasn't anything hidden which was amazing. Our planner was Elizabeth and if i could thank her a million more times, i would. She became our friend, protector from madness, and organizer of chaos - all so effortlessly!! The day went that well because of her and the Stones. Side note - the helicopter option is by far the coolest thing we've ever done. Who even has this option!? It was my gift to the hubby and worth every penny. We were lifting off looking down at our friends and family and just reliving the evening - him and I. It was incredible. Definitely do it! The best day ever
My husband and I got married at Greystone on 11/23. We were absolutely blown away with the ease of the wedding planning process with Greystone from start to finish. Mary (owner) and Ashley (planner) were so great to work with! I never felt nervous or anxious about anything when it came to our wedding because of the awesome vendors they recommended and the fact that they know what they are doing. There were 0 hidden fees and everything was laid out so it was impossible to be confused on prices. We fell in love with the simplistic elegance of the property when we toured in 2018 and knew it was the one when we compared it to other venues we saw after touring Greystone. Our wedding day was seamless and was the absolute best day in large part due to Greystone! Magical Venue
This place. There’s not enough space on here to even explain this Magical place.
The Greystone Estate was the first venue that we viewed, and after we left with such excitement knowing that in our hearts this was the venue that we wanted to get married at; we looked no further and It really did exceed all exceptions. Wedding planning process was so easy. The Greystone Estate has preferred vendors and I took Mary’s and Elizabeth’s suggestions and was happy with everyone. (This took a ton of stress off wedding planning) People often ask us what was the best part about our wedding day and for both of us one of the best parts was that we didn’t worry about anything. Mary , Elizabeth and all the team work very closely with the vendors they recommend and for good reason. Their operation is smooth and slick, the co-ordination they have with their staff and vendors is amazing.
It was an incredible feeling to know that we could relax and enjoy our day knowing everything was going smoothly and our guests were all enjoying themselves. We never had to keep track of time, Elizabeth was there making sure everything was running smoothly and on time. She always checked in with us to see how we were doing Emotionally,Mentally, and physically . We felt like a King and Queen on our wedding day.
Thank you Mary and her husband for sharing such a beautiful venue and estate with us and I want to recognize your team for pulling all the details together. ( Even the lawn care crew who were out there blowing leaves off the grass at 9 am in the rain to make it look perfect) Elizabeth was a rockstar and always there making sure our needs were met before and on our wedding day. You all made Jason and I feel appreciated, apart of, loved, and important. Reflecting back I wouldn’t have changed a single thing. It was the most perfect day . Mary and her amazing team made my special day the most amazing day of my life. From our first meeting we were blown away by her organization and honest, upfront attitude in regards to prices. There were no random hidden fees thrown in, which is very common with weddings. Not only did we receive an amazing venue, we also received an amazing wedding planner, décor items, google planning documents, and a list of approved vendors that have worked at Greystone before. Everyone talks about how stressful wedding planning is, and Greystone made my experience not stressful at all. I would highly recommend The Greystone Estate for all of your wedding needs!! -

Greystone is amazing. I fell in love with this venue and fell in love with the owners and the wedding coordinators they have on staff at greystone. They are amazing. Mary(the owner), Elizabeth and Christie (wedding coordinators) did an amazing job making sure our day was perfect. They also gave me so many helpful bits of advice along the way that I never would have thought about without them. They went above and beyond on my wedding day to make sure everything went perfectly as planned. I cannot brag on them enough. They were overly prepared for any and every scenario that could have possibly have happened. The clasp on my dress broke and Mary and Elizabeth were there within minutes with a needle and thread and fixed it for me. They were constantly checking in to see if we needed anything throughout the entire planning process as well as on the actual day and they were always so quick to respond when I had questions. They gave us the best experience we could have possibly had and we feel so blessed to have gotten to meet them and work with them. -

We started our wedding venue hunt with Greystone and we were ruined! Mary did a phenomenal job of pointing out every detail she thought of and implemented into their venue. Where do I begin?! Mary, the owner of this beautiful venue, was so helpful and thorough from the start. As she gave us the tour, she was guiding us in regards to everything we should inquire about a venue before booking - decor included, chair rental, kitchen access, etc. which showed us that she wanted to be kind and helpful, even if we didn't end up booking her venue. Obviously we did, and we couldn't have had a more perfect day. We appreciated how smoothly everything was run, how beautiful the grounds were kept, which created space for beautiful photos/videos, and the list of vendors Mary provided us with - many of which we booked for our day. If you are looking to simplify your big day, which already has so many moving parts, Greystone would be a great choice for you, as many different aspects (decor, cake, coordinator, etc.) of wedding day are included in your venue package! Every business should be run like The Greystone Estate
You can view all of the pictures and decide whether The Greystone Estate matches your personality. Personally, there couldn't have been a more beautiful venue that was a better fit for our daughter and son-in-law.
But, I am writing this as the father of the bride and my own experience. I don't think I have ever met two people more committed to delivering an outstanding experience than the Stones. When we first met, I think Mary was concerned that I was a little too focused on the dotting the "i"s and crossing the "t"s and, instead of a bridezilla, that I'd be a fatherzilla. But once she realized what a wuss about my daughter that I am, she realized we were on the same page.
I would say they know their "business" inside and out, but it is anything but a business for them. It really is a labor of love. I think their expectations of themselves are much higher than anyone else could set. All along, in the months leading up to the wedding, Greystone held each of the providers to the highest standards and made sure there were no surprises. She connected us with Elizabeth, an amazing wedding planner, who put my daughter and wife at ease, and eliminated any stresses in the few weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day of the wedding. Despite record heat on the day of the wedding, everything went off like clockwork and it truly could not have been a more outstanding event. My expectations were high. The Stones expectations were higher. I cannot recommend The Greystone Estate more highly.

I recently had my wedding at The Greystone Estate and I could not have asked for a better experience. Mary was so helpful throughout the entire planning process and truly made me feel special on my wedding day. She has a very calming way about her and makes you feel at ease, which is crucial for a bride! Ashley, my coordinator with Winey Blonde Events was THE BEST! She made the last 6 months of planning much easier and made sure my wedding ran smoothly. If anything went wrong, I never heard about it. I received numerous compliments on how gorgeous the property was and I cannot say that enough myself. The bridal cottage is stunning and the groomsmen thoroughly enjoyed the den! Mary and her husband have done such an amazing job with this venue.The Greystone Estate comes highly recommended from my husband and me! -

I am so glad we picked The Greystone Estate as our wedding venue! I knew immediately after meeting with Mary and touring the property that it was where I wanted to spend my big day. From the very beginning, she was prepared, organized, and responsive to any questions/concerns we had, and so personable and kind. The venue itself is beautiful and SO well maintained; our wedding was about two weeks ago and we are STILL getting those "best wedding ever!" comments. I couldn't imagine having my wedding anywhere else; the setting was perfect and the venue's whole team did an excellent job at making sure my wedding was even better than I could've imagined. -

The Greystone Estate looks absolutely gorgeous, pictures will look absolutely beautiful, but seeing it in person will take your breath away.
Our wedding day was absolutely wonderful, the weather was not cooperative the whole week but it seemed that on the day of our wedding the sun came out and was just stunning. I reviewed this venue with a 5 out of 5 because I feel that we really got what we paid for and the services were exceptional. The only downside to the whole event that just happened to be on our wedding day was in the Grooms Room. The day of our wedding when the groomsmen had arrived they entered the Grooms Room and the A/C in there was actually not working. The unit was just circulating regular air, no cold air. I know Mary and her husband had looked at it, and tried messing with it, there were just no solutions. It was just an unfortunate event that took place. Luckily, we had a cold bottle of Whiskey and we tried to make the best of it. I know there isn't really much to prepare for something like that, but on our big day it was very easy to forget about it and focus on the reason we were there! I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone! -

Upon first visiting the property and meeting Mary, I knew I had found a gem and booked the Greystone Estate for my wedding.
Throughout the whole process, Mary was so easy to work with, responding to emails quickly and answering any questions I had. She truly cares about each and every wedding, wanting to make brides and grooms happy.
The venue itself is gorgeous anytime of year! All of our guests cannot stop talking about how beautiful the venue is. The outdoor space is perfect for the ceremony, and inside is a perfect blend of elegance and simplicity.

Plus they have a decor closet of stuff you may use- its literally PERFECTION. Everything was really up kept and just absolutely wonderful. My husband loved the grooms den too. It even had a pool table! And the icing on the cake...We left on a helicopter- HOW COOL IS THAT!

Both are gracious and full of wisdom in guiding us to make the most efficient and effective decisions for our special day. They went out of their way to accommodate us due to the weather. The property is immaculate and simply beautiful to host a wedding. It was exactly what we were looking for our daughter. Coast2coast catering did an amazing job with the lovely and delicious meal. Their attention to detail in service and taste was out of this world great!!! The wedding cake was gorgeous and absolutely to die for. Marc and Anna Barbier, our photographers are amazing to work with, and bring such a warming affect to the whole experience. They were very attentive to Lindsey and our requests. She was always close by to catch those spontaneous moments. Those are always the best!! Marc has an excellent eye for being in the right place for just the right shot or video!! Lisa Dorner, our Florist, did a beautiful job spraying lovely color on the tables and with every bouquet and boutonnière. She added that personal touch that we all felt her love and attention to detail. MSA Entertainers, specifically Joe, the DJ, was so much fun to work with! He added a delightfully FUN flair to the reception!! Joe is an easy going, fun-loving musical entertainer!! We had a great time!! Amber Cook, our wedding coordinator, was experienced and brought a comforting assurance that all things will get done. So I didn’t have to worry about anything!! She is wonderful to work with and organized our wedding so well. We so appreciate all her hard work! We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to have our wedding and more lovely people to host it for us!! We are so thankful for these professionals!!

Kristen Sent on 10/16/2017I can't even put into words how completely perfect The Greystone Estate was for our wedding. The grounds are beyond beautiful from the moment you turn down the driveway. From the beautiful mountain views, to indoor space, everything about this venue is magical. We looked at so many venues prior to booking our wedding at the Greystone Estate, and I knew the moment we arrived that this was it!! Following the wedding, nearly every guest told me how beautiful everything was, and a few girls told me they were jealous and wished they would've used Greystone for their weddings!
One of the best things about this venue was that they were able to recommend SO many wonderful vendors that they worked with on a regular basis- which made the wedding day go by more smoothly than I could have ever imagined!! Having vendors that are familiar and have worked at the venue before made all the difference in the world.
I would 100% recommend this venue to any and everybody, because everything about this place is perfection. Mary personally made sure we had absolutely everything taken care of, and went above and beyond in every aspect she could in for our day. We were so overly blessed for being able to use the Greystone Estate to kick off the rest of our lives together- truly the best day ever thanks to them!!! -
