My husband and I both grew up in Austin and whenever we began our search for the perfect venue, we really wanted to emphasize the true essence of Austin and the Texas Hill Country. The Greenhouse at Driftwood was the first venue we toured and as soon as we stepped on the property, we knew it was the one. The owners, Harper and Dave, were so incredibly kind and extremely helpful throughout the entire wedding-planning process, recommending vendors who best fit our personalities and the vision we had for our special day. With all of the natural beauty and unique flora on site, we didn't have to do much as far as decoration. We wanted the beauty and the whimsy of Greenhouse to speak for itself and it certainly did just that. We still have of guests compliment how lovely and unique the space was. Our wedding day was such a dream and we are so lucky to have had the Greenhouse be apart of our story!

The title says it all for me: MAGICAL! The Greenhouse at Driftwood is truly one of a kind. I am a local Austin Wedding Planner, and I refer all of my clients to The Greenhouse. There is so much to love here!
1) The venue owners! This is a family owned and run property. Harper and Dave just add to the amazing vibes. They are responsive, friendly, and warm. They are the heart of this venue, and that truly comes across! By the end of planning your event, they will feel like family.
2) The Space! Well, just look at a few pictures and you will see for yourself. There is a lot of space on the property, it's very flexible and each area is unique and cool in it's own way. You can have your guests explore so many different areas, and be amazed as they turn every corner. I also love the tent slab, for logistical purposes! This way, tables/chairs/tents/bars can all be on level ground; this also really helps guests with disabilities or who have a hard time on uneven surfaces. The lawn is green all year around - Harper and Dave do an amazing job with maintenance on everything. The pool deck comes with some beautiful existing lighting. The Greenhouse itself is something you just have to see to believe!
I have so much confidence sending my couples to The Greenhouse, and Harper + Dave! Highly recommend having your wedding or event here!

We are beyond lucky to have stumbled across The Greenhouse at Driftwood during our venue search! It is a relatively new venue that has received a ton of attention from the Austin wedding scene - have you seen the eclectic, serene, and absolutely breathtaking venue!? Harper and her husband are the owners of the venue, the greenhouse was his home as a child. Harper was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. They host a lot of open houses for you and your vendors as well being flexible with needing to go out there and look around if you need to. My husband and I were told countless times by friends and family how beautiful, different, and cool this venue is! Definitely a hidden gem that is booking up fast!

We recommend providing transportation for your guests but there is plenty of parking available, up to 120 cars. This venue has a few different ceremony sites and a big tent slab to accommodate hundreds of guests! The bride and groom suites are so quaint, spacious and beautiful. The two greenhouses...wow! Our pictures are stunning and I wish I could share them on here! If you're looking for an incredible venue that is sure to wow you and your guests, The Greenhouse is the way to go! I can't imagine our wedding at any other place.

Let’s cut to the chase – you’re going to be VERY hard pressed to find a place more stunningly beautiful and unique than the Greenhouse at Driftwood! We looked at about 10 venues in the Austin area and fell in love with the Greenhouse as soon as we stepped foot on the property! Harper and her husband run a very family-oriented business and were flexible with scheduling extra sessions like vendor meetings, bridal/engagement shoots, and getting ready time the day of the wedding. She is extremely responsive (even though she has 3 little ones! Superwoman!) and was a pleasure to work with!!

One point to remember is that you most likely will need to provide transportation (like coach busses) to and from the venue, as its pretty far out there. We didn’t want to take any chances of guests drinking and driving so we added transportation into our budget and was totally worth it.

We got a MILLION compliments on the how gorgeous the venue was from guests who attended and even some who didn’t! The Greenhouse is awesome and was the perfect backdrop for our special day. Highly recommend!

Such wonderful people who run this establishment! It's a hidden gem tucked away, but it is absolutely breath taking.
