I chose Golf Club at Cinco Ranch for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. It's a beautiful venue with professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff to work with. I loved holding our special event here. I'd do it again!

Staff Christmas Party

We held our staff Christmas party at Cinco Ranch Golf Club and were very happy with everything. The food was delicious, our staff particularly enjoyed the S'mores buffet. The club was decorated beautifully and the service spot on. Thank you Lisa for such a great experience.

Wonderful Place to Host Your Wedding

Lisa and Tarah are very nice people to work with. They are extremely patient to answer all our questions and their response to our demand is quick. On the wedding day they make everything well organized. All of our guest are very happy. It was really a wonderful experience.

We had our daughters quinceañera party here. We made it a large event with lots of planning and questions for Michelle. She was very helpful in getting everything ready: We had lots of decorations to be made and they gave us the place on Thu evening to start preparing for the Saturday event. All went very smooth, food was excellent and outstanding service from Katie and her crew.

Our daughter's wedding reception was truly spectacular. It was amazing to see the transformation of the club under the expert direction of Michelle. Everything was beautiful. Michelle, the director is a joy to work with, is a consummate professional, and attentive to every need. She recommended most of the vendors we eventually used and we were very pleased with each. . The club was breathtaking overlooking the course at sunset., and the food was exceptional.. Many of our guests made a point to comment on how delicious the food was and I agree. I wish we could do it all over again and would not change a thing..... except make each perfect moment last a little longer. MOB and FOB

We looked at many other places to host my daughter's party in or near Katy but the Cinco Ranch Golf Club was perfect! Michelle did an amazing job coordinating everything and gave us great advice and ideas for food, decorations and music. Michelle made planning what I thought would be a very stressful and time consuming party into truly one of the easiest parties planned and letting us just relax and have fun.

Besides being in a beautiful space, it was nice to have them take care of the food, drinks, table cloths, center pieces and clean up. And for those interested in having one or two photo booths, if the same room is rented as ours, there is a place that you can staple a decorative curtain or paper with balloons and streamers. If you go to Shindigz and other websites, you can get lots of ideas on photo booths which worked great with our party full of teenagers.

We loved working with the staff at the Golf Club at Cinco Ranch for our wedding! We selected this venue because it had the best value for your money in the area, and the reception room was beautiful as it overlooks the pond. Coordinating ahead of time was a breeze since the staff are experienced at wedding receptions, and they offered helpful advice to make sure the day-of would run smoothly. On the day of the event, the staff were professional and ensured that our day was special and stress free. We had a wonderful time, and our guests all thought the venue was beautiful. We would definitely choose them again in a heartbeat!

From the very first communication with Michelle, things went wonderfully. The staff was professional and courteous and made several last minute accommodations for guests. The food was delicious and everyone raved about what a great time they had. Michelle worked with our budget and we were able to provide a fantastic experience for our donors and supporters at a cost that did not break our budget. I highly recommend The Golf Club at Cinco Ranch...we look forward to more events there!

Michelle's attention to detail, suggestions, and kindness to our family during the event planning process was so much appreciated! The wedding ceremony and reception set up was beautiful! Our event was actually a Fundraiser but that was not a choice so I entered Corporate Event.

Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. They helped us get organized and everything went very smoothly on the night - they donated for our auctions and were very accommodating when we moved tables, etc around. Would definitely recommend, and return to, The Golf Club at Cinco Ranch for any future events.

Michelle and her team at the gulf Club @ Cinco Ranch were just FANTASTIC! all the time on top of everything, and available for our questions, comments, etc. The place, the food everything was great. The day of the wedding the team working there was amazing, all the time with a smile and willing to help 100%. All my guests made comments about the good service. In the planning stage Michelle was very organized and helpful from the beginning to the end. I fully recommend the place, the people, the food very very good.

This was our first time booking an event at Cinco Ranch Golf Club and we had very positive reaction from our employees. Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere, the food and the overall experience. Location was perfect for our employees. The TVs were a hit with the sports showing at the bar. and the staff was amazing. Very friendly and very attentive to all our needs.

The event was actually a banquet for my Daughters of the American Revolution chapter. Everything went perfectly and the members LOVED the food and the venue. The Golf Club at Cinco Ranch and Michelle Crain were an absolute delight to work with! I was planning my wedding in less than 2 months, so you can imagine my stress and worry. Michelle walked me through the entire process, gave recommendations, and was ALWAYS available when I would email or call. She would respond to my emails late at night, early morning, any time! It meant a lot to have someone I can depend on. The venue is beautiful and the staff is very accommodating. They worked with me on all my needs, and picky details. My family is Persian and the chef allowed me to do two food tastings and custom made dishes for my wedding. Everything went perfectly, to my surprise. I felt like something would go wrong the day of, but Katy, the food and beverage manager, was there the entire night of my wedding monitoring, and making sure everything went perfect.
Planning a wedding and choosing the perfect venue is very stressful. And I think one of the most important aspects of booking a venue is knowing how the staff will treat you. Michelle and Katy made me feel like a queen, it was all about me and what I wanted. If you are looking for a gorgeous location in Katy, and a dependable staff to work with for your wedding, look no further than The Golf Club at Cinco Ranch. Don’t waste your time, I searched forever and knew right away The Golf Club at Cinco Ranch was the best!

It has been my pleasure to work with Michelle Crain over the past eight years to coordiante our Cinco Ranch High School Faculty Holiday Party. Michelle understands our needs and is flexible with the restraints of an educational institution.

Although we had to miss a year or two due to budget restraints, we are "regular customers" and love to use The Golf Club at Cinco Ranch for our party facility.

After searching all of Houston and the surrounding areas for an affordable and gorgeous venue we finally found The Golf Club at Cinco Ranch. We met with Michelle in February and were able to set our wedding date for the first weekend in June. She was absolutely amazing! We met with her several times to go over details and requests we had. She was very professional and always available by phone or email. We also met with the staff that was going to be setting up our wedding area and they were all wonderful! On the day of the wedding Katie was there to coordinate our wedding. Our ceremony was suppose to be outside, but due to the rain they had to move it inside at the last minute. Nobody even noticed the difference and everything went perfect! I highly recommend this venue. Everyone working there is very friendly and professional. They also catered our food for the wedding and everyone loved it. We received a lot of compliments on how pretty everything was and how good the food was. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I absolutely loved my wedding reception at Cinco Ranch! I worked with Michelle to plan, she is very professional and responds to emails very quickly. Charles worked with us the day of the wedding, and things went perfectly. The location is beautiful, the size is great and the lighting is gorgeous with the windows. Also, the food was fabulous. All of our guests said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. And for the price, I think it is such a good value overall. The pictures look great, both the outdoor ones on the golf course, and the ones inside since the lighting with the windows looked very elegant. I am so happy I chose this venue and would recommend it to anyone!

Michelle and Katie helped us through it all. Suggestions, calming nerves, getting it right the first time. Name it and they did it :)

We have had our company event here for the past 3 years and Michelle Crain has always made sure that everything looks nice and our food selection is exactly as requested. She even makes sure we always have our company logo as an ice carving for the event, which just makes it extra special!

I had my wedding here in December and we had an absolutely great experience! I can't say enough about Michelle and Katie's professionalism and responsiveness. When I was initially seeking information to book a venue, I sent an inquiry late in the evening and Michelle responded like 30 minutes later! I booked a year early and was planning my own wedding, so throughout the year I had so many questions and changes and Michelle was always so responsive and helpful. I designed the event decor and it was set up so beautifully and exactly how I wanted it. Our guests absolutely loved the venue and the food, and the Christmas decor was truly the finishing touch. My advice to brides is to make sure your photographer and DJ are well experienced with doing weddings so that their communication and coordination with the venue is smooth and remains timely. It was a great experience and I would definitely book here again!

We really loved our wedding at the Cinco ranch golf club. everything was great and Michelle and her team were really helpful and professional every step of our wedding arrangements. Even with the rehearsal, they made it happen before the another wedding or event and its was the great help for us. I highly recommend them to anyone who are hosting big event or even nice gathering. Michelle was wonderful. We had no problems the day of the wedding. She was so helpful making sure my husband and I were taken care of, got us plates of food, etc. We would definitely reccomend using her. Sometimes she didn't write things down and I had to remind her of what she had promised us, but other than that I had no problems and no complaints about her at all.

Great, Flexible All-Inclusive Option with Wonderful People for the Hands-Off Bride

We just wrapped our wedding with the Golf Club at Cinco Ranch and had a great experience! Despite some small issues (i.e., sometimes long response windows and a few small requests during the day that had to be reminded) Haley, Lisa, and the rest of the team were fantastic! They were great day-of coordinators with obviously a ton of experience and their preferred DJ and Photographer were also amazing to work with! We got our dream low-key fantasy wedding for a fantastic price per person and we wouldn't have done it any other way. Bonus points for allowing us to make our own cake and start decorating at 6am day of!! Can't recommend them highly enough, and definitely recommend doing the entire clubhouse and using the middle room as a dedicated dance floor. And spring for the courtyard cocktail hour too!!

I loved that they let me take the ball and run with it so that I could create my own unique setting. They were accommodating when I needed things (ice, trash cans, etc.), and otherwise let me run my own event (which is what I wanted). Great venue for the price!

This was our second time having our Team Leader Retreat at the Golf Club at Cinco Ranch and it was wonderful! I have worked with Michelle Crane both times and have never had any problems. The staff at the club, were helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this club.

Very Beautiful and Clean Facility

I reserved this facility site unseen. I did not see the facility until the morning of my wedding. The facility was very beautiful and clean. The bridal room was very comfortable and met my needs. Lisa and Haley were very attentive to my needs and offered suggestions that proved to be helpful. If this place fits your budget, I would definitely recommend it!

Wedding for the ages.

My wife had a vision of what and how our wedding should be. Lisa and crew far exceeded our expectations. We’re recommending all our friends to the venue. Two thumbs way up. Thanks for making this the best day ever.

Location is beautiful and we had a beautiful wedding at the clubhouse. Michelle was very helpful but sometimes took a while to reply to my emails or call me back, my husband and I had also chosen some candy for the candy buffet and she said there was no problem getting them and she changed all of them but overall she was very nice and the food was AMAZING!!! everyone is still talking about our food!!

My Wedding

Up side. Nice place. Pictures can out amazing. Flexible with payments. They have a nice little dressing room area. The hours are great! Down side. The food taste better at the tasting then at the wedding. Plus they gave me the wrong vegetables. They really don't have decorations for wedding's but you can bring your own and they will set it up for you. For the most part, we had a really good time! Beautiful place to have a wedding. Thank Cinco Ranch!

Not recommended

It makes me a little sad to leave a negative review on a day that will go down in the books as unforgettable. Nothing will ever take away from my perfect wedding day, however, if I had known what I know now I would have definitely gone with a different venue. The Golf Club was the most reasonably priced with the most included so of course, it was super appealing. The event director, Lisa, was also super nice and willing to work with us so naturally, we thought we had made a great choice. Unfortunately, after it was passed on to the coordinator Tarah it seemed like it was thrown together and it was inconvenient for them to be hosting our event. There were several instances that I requested information and she either ignored me or said she would text or email me back and never followed through. This included information about the venue, payments, and some items that we had accidentally misplaced. It was also unprofessional of her to show up the day of our wedding looking like she just rolled out of bed and just showed up with matted hair thrown up and a T-Shirt. Another major complaint that I have is about their grounds. They removed a palm tree several days before our event so there was an empty patch of dirt in the middle of the ceremony site. After mentioning it to them they covered it with potted plants. The kind of plastic pots that you get when you buy them from a nursery. At least it was better than nothing. The day of the wedding there were ashtrays and cigarette buds thrown literally everywhere in the area where the ceremony was supposed to take place. We asked numerous times if that was going to be cleaned up. They seemed to just brush us off. My mom went out there and started to clean it up while 4 male employees sat inside the office watching her in full hair and makeup cleaning cigarette buds off the ground. She got upset and went to Tarah to see if she could get it resolved. It was like an hour before the ceremony was supposed to start and they actually got it cleaned up, however, I have no doubt that if we hadn't kept complaining the cigarette buds would have stayed there. They were also supposed to include complimentary fruit, cheese, and vegetable display according to our contract but, I am sure Tarah forgot even though we talked about it a few days prior when I went to meet with her about the table arrangements. I was also told that the area for the groom to change would be cleaned out so they would have space to get ready. The boys actually had to get ready in the bathroom stalls because their "dressing room" was jammed packed with tables. I actually had numerous guests comment that Tarah and the brunette bartender with the nose ring had bad attitudes and were rude. I tried to be unbiased but it was extremely disrespectful to yell out that some of the guests were going to be cut off. If there was a problem with the guest she should have pulled me aside and told me so that I could have handled it. I would have been more than happy to tell them that if they couldn't behave they needed to leave. It was extremely disrespectful of the staff member to yell out loud for everyone to hear. None of my guests were violent, vulgar, or dangerous. I get that working behind a bar is not easy. I can relate I did it for 5 years. it was a wedding so it was the first time some of our family members got to meet. I tried to keep a positive outlook and remain calm because at the end of the day none of that really mattered, but I wish someone had advised me that doing a wedding there was not a good idea.
