  Beyond expectation

  All I can say is wow! Jessie and Stevie went above and beyond before/during my son’s wedding. There were so many details that they just handled that made me thankful for their service. We could not be happier with how these two facilitated every aspect of this wedding. I very much recommend this venue and these two lovely ladies.

  Everything We Dreamed Of

  If you are looking for a wedding venue in Flagstaff, you have found it. The Viola's team is absolutely incredible. From the very beginning, Jessie and the rest of the team made us feel so comfortable and welcome. Every single step of the way, we felt so happy and relaxed. As a type-A bride who knew what she wanted – working with a coordinator and venue like this was amazing. But, let's talk about the venue itself!! The Gardens at Viola's is BEAUTIFUL all year round. With its natural beauty, you barely even need to decorate the ceremony venue. And even then, you are allowed to move around plants/flowers/anything you want from their flower garden to use as centerpieces on tables, as aisle decor or to just spread about. The reception hall is spacious and beautiful and had the exact style I was looking for. It is a beautiful clean slate that can be spruced up to match your style. If you are getting married in Flagstaff, I urge you to work with the Viola's team either at the Gardens or at their new venue Serendipity. It's affordable, it's amazing, and the team is above and beyond. Jessie, the coordinator, and the rest of the team like Stevie who helped throughout our day truly did everything for us and more. They have a relaxed and happy demeanor that keeps everyone comfortable all day. My family lives in Phoenix and we looked at so many different venues but they were all far more expensive, less beautiful and did not have a team that was this kind, incredible and on top of it. My wedding was everything I ever dreamed of because of Viola's, Jessie and the entire team. Please get married here, you will not regret it!!

  The venue was absolutely gorgeous and the coordinator helped everything be perfect

  This venue is so absolutely gorgeous and stunning! Photos don’t do it justice. There are so many gorgeous flowers, trees, and many areas for photo opportunities. There is a forest nearby for photos and the garden is fully accessible for photos as well. Our wedding was in fall so there was a pumpkin patch available which was absolutely adorable and perfect for backdrops! We were able to use pumpkins from the patch for decorating as well. Jessie Bangle was an amazing wedding coordinator. She made the whole wedding planning super easy, as she was very helpful with answering questions, providing suggestions or advice, and one of the best parts was she provided a list of recommended vendors. The list of vendors helped so much with narrowing down vendors to look for, as they already were highly recommended and had worked with the venue before so they were also familiar with the venue and coordinator. Jessie had many packages and deals available, decorations available for use, and chairs and tables included. Our wedding was in fall, in November 2022. Unexpectedly, the weather was super rainy and snowy and we were worried as to how the weather was going to affect the outdoor wedding ceremony plans. At the wedding rehearsal, Jessie already had a plan for all weather condition scenarios. She always had a plan for everything and made all of the wedding planning super easy and stress free. Her correspondence and responsiveness were also superb. On the wedding day, there was snow but thankfully it was light and fluffy and easy to work with. Jessie and her team took care of managing the weather by sweeping walkways so that paths were clear and safe to walk on, covering chairs so they wouldn’t be covered in snow or get wet, having decorations protected, etc. She literally helped make the day absolutely perfect with no problems and I couldn’t have been more thankful and couldn’t have asked for a better, more attentive and caring coordinator than Jessie. Our wedding at the Gardens at Viola’s was absolutely breathtakingly gorgeous, with all of the nature around us for the outdoor ceremony, and a cozy indoor setting for the reception. There’s plenty of room for eating, dancing, drinking, and celebrating. Thank you to Jessie and her team for making our wedding absolutely perfect, as some of our guests called it a “Hallmark” or “fairytale” wedding!!

  Dream Wedding

  I don't even know where to begin...we booked here prior to even touring the venue. Based on the photos and a conversation with Jessie, my husband and I knew it was the perfect fit. We do not live in flagstaff but Jessie and Stevie made the planning process so easy! I can honestly say our wedding day was perfect, it was such a dream and these wonderful ladies took care of EVERYTHING! I wish we could experience it all over again, we had so much fun! And as a huge plus your pup can be there as well! Thank you to everyone at the gardens for making our day so special!

  Dream Team

  You will be in such good hands at this venue and I cannot stress that enough! Jessie and her team can are so efficient at what they do and the entire process of working with them was easy and fun. all our guests adored the venue and there was so much room to have a lot of activities indoor and out. And our photos turned out beautifully, can’t go wrong here!

  One of the best decisions we made

  Choosing The Gardens at Viola's was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The venue is beautiful and offers both indoor and outdoor space for your ceremony and reception. The bridal suite is also perfect for getting ready on-site. Stevie and Jessie were amazing to work with and so supportive throughout our planning process. When we realized it was going to rain on our wedding day, we were very stressed because we were comitted to having an outdoor wedding. They both kept me and my partner calm and talked with us on the phone to help us problem solve. Thankfully we were able to rent tents and everything went perfectly. Stevie's day of coordination kept everything on time and running smoothly while I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding day. Very thankful for the whole team, thank you!

  The Best Venue in Flagstaff!

  The entire venue is so incredibly charming, and Jesse and Stevie were the best coordinators we could have ever asked for. these two did such a fantastic job for us on our special day and you could really tell how above and beyond they go for their clients. Everything was delt with in a very timely manner, and all of our concerns were quickly addressed and solved with little effort by their team. Do yourself a favor, enjoy your wedding day, book with these amazing people, you won't regret it!

  Beautiful Venue

  We had our wedding here at The Gardens at Violas and it was wonderful. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff is great. The wedding coordinators, Jessie and Stevie were amazing and very helpful on the wedding day.

  Everything you’d expect from a wedding venue, but even better!

  The Garden’s at Violas was such a special part of our wedding day. Jessie and staff made us feel relaxed, yet we were so aware that the day would run 100% and so smoothly. 10/10!! And highly recommend!

  Incredible experience

  10/10 would recommend booking your wedding here. There aren’t very many options to choose a place in flagstaff to host your wedding but this is one of the great ones! Jessi Bangle was our wedding coordinator and she made everything a breeze for my husband and I. We had everything taken care of with our vendors thru her coordination. We got married July 23rd during monsoon season and we had been anticipating rain all day. She did such a good job keeping an eye on the weather, and making good calls on what to do to navigate through those stressful decisions. She was reassuring and confident in helping make the best of our rainy wedding day! As well as her staff that we had. My husband and I were in good hands. The nice thing about this venue is that it can be indoor and out door so it worked out for us to have that flexibility to work with, weather wise. The garden is gorgeous and you can get AMAZING pictures here. From the smallest package you can get here, you have a lot that is included with coordinating your wedding. Needless to say, this is a great place to have a ceremony and reception.

  Viola's and Jessie (coordinator) are AMAZING!

  The venue is absolutely gorgeous and a great combination of indoor and outdoor! Jessie who is the wedding day coordinator there was the real selling point. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and instrumental in pulling off the day both in the months before and day of! So glad we went with Viola's!

  It was love at first sight!

  My fiance and I had visited a few venues but as soon as Jessie started the tour, we fell in love with the space! It was better than we could have ever imagined and is absolutely perfect. And Jessie, the coordinator, is just a delight!

  The venue is beautiful and its magic changes with each new season. The staff is wonderful and so easy to work with. We really enjoyed our experience leading up to our wedding and the day of.

  Best Coordinator and Venue Ever!

  I'll get to all the reasons why this venue is the perfect place to celebrate your love, but first I have to tell you all about Jessie (the venue coordinator), who is by far the best part of Viola's and who will make your vision come to life. Summed up in three words, Jessie is brilliant, kind, and a miracle-worker. She was the best thing to ever happen to our wedding! She helped us choose our vendors, create our "day of" timeline, and coordinate all the little details on the day of our wedding so we could just focus on getting ready and celebrating. She is so sweet and truly is the best at what she does! My husband and I are eternally grateful to Jessie, because our wedding day went by perfectly without a single issue (and if there was a problem, Jessie is taking it to the grave because we never heard about it).
  
  Viola's is such a wonderful and magical venue! The layout of the property makes for the perfect indoor-outdoor wedding. Plus you have the perks of being able to decorate with some of their decorations and plants! Initially, my husband and I had planned for a fun, relaxed brunch wedding in May. But due to an emergency, we were forced to push our wedding date back and celebrated in December instead. This ended up being the best decision ever! Since Viola's is a year-round venue which hosts multiple events, the venue is already decorated during the month of December for holiday parties. This was fine by us because it saved us so much stress, time, and energy worrying about those details on the wedding day. We were able to discuss our new holiday vision with Jessie, who was then able to relay what we wanted to Jana (the decorator). The day I saw the venue decorated for the first time, my jaw literally dropped! My Christmas wedding had come to life as I walked through the venue which was decorated like a Hallmark holiday movie set! While it didn't snow the day of our wedding, as we had hoped, the venue still felt like the perfect winter wedding. The outside ceremony area has such a beautiful view of trees and a pond, and the inside has such a warm and cozy air to it. The flow of the inside is very organic and makes it easy for guests to get to the different areas of the reception.
  
  If you still have any doubts about booking with The Gardens at Viola's - don't! I can promise that you will be taken care of by Jessie! Your wedding day will go without a hitch! And believe me when I say that having your wedding at Viola's will be the best decision you've ever made!

  Incredible. HIGHLY recommend!

  Jessie is the coordinator there and she is amazing. We went with the basic package for our September 2019 wedding and she was there every step of the way. When our caterer stopped responding, she sent me recommendations of other caterers she worked with and we ended up with fantastic food. She responded to every question quickly and professionally (and I had a lot of questions). Jessie was phenomenal during the rehearsal and on the wedding day. She has the perfect way of telling someone what to do (move inside for cocktail hour! family of the bride over here!). The day went so, so smoothly because she stayed on top of everything. The venue itself is absolutely stunning; throughout the whole wedding we had people coming up to us saying they were planning on coming back the following day to buy flowers and walk around the grounds again. We were able to use some of the flowers and pots from outside to decorate inside, and that really helped keep the garden vibe going. There is also a huge bridal suite which fit me, my four bridesmaids, hair stylist, and makeup artist comfortably. Definitely opt for the string lights if you're planning on having your event outside! They really set the mood. I really cannot recommend Viola's and Jessie enough!!

  Viola's Flower Garden is amazing!

  Viola's Flower Garden is a beautiful indoor/outdoor venue that honestly needs very little decoration since it's already such a beautiful setting. Also, the venue manager Jessie is great to work with; she's responsive, incredibly helpful, kind, and does everything she can to keep things on track during the event (added bonus). I highly recommend this venue!

  We recently got married at Viola's. It will be the best discussion you make! Jessie is absolutely amazing! She answered all of our questions, she answered all mother's questions and talked with them personally. She was there for us on our day. It was stress-free and flawless we got to enjoy our big day and be with each other and she handled everything! The venue was beautiful and relaxing great outdoor dancing or indoor, so many options and great prices!
