Lauren with The Gala Event, LLC was fantastic! The flowers and decorations were beautiful. The Gala Event, LLC was very flexible and very understanding to last minute changes. I had no stress with planning my wedding. I highly recommend.

Lauren did an excellent job bringing together our vision we had for decorations. I was really scattered because I had a destination wedding and just returned home and then the reception at home a couple days later, but I pretty much let her have the reins and when I got there it was beautiful!!

The Gala Event transformed our simple reception space into an elegant and timeless ballroom for our wedding! The tablescapes were beautiful, our flowers were one of a kind, and they took every idea we had and made it a reality! I, personally, love the clean and simple look, and The Gala Event took my ideas, placed them on ivory backdrops and made the decor pop in a way that wasn’t over powering, absolutely perfect!

Lauren a d her crew were a life saver. The convince of not having to buy all the decorations, decorate, clean up and then try to get rid of all the decorations was a major stress relief. My wedding was beautiful and I never even saw her there! I didn't know what I wanted just had an idea. I told Lauren my ideas and told her she was the professional and I trust her judgement. She did not let me down. I would recommend her to anyone!

Lauren and her crew were absolutely amazing! The second I saw the bouquets she made my heart just melted..it was exactly what I wanted. The centerpieces were perfect.. like she could read my mind (even though my mind wasn't exactly sure what it wanted!). I truly appreciate all the hard work both Lauren and her team put into making our wedding one-of-a-kind and special. If you're a bride who would rather not worry about all the small details leading up to the biggest day of your life I highly recommend The Gala Event!!

Lauren and her staff provided dance floor lighting and all the floral arrangements for our wedding at Boulder Lodge at Liberty Mountain resort. She captured spot on the feel and look my daughter wanted for her special day. Not an easy task when my daughter couldn't articulate exactly the type of flowers she wanted. Everything was perfect from the gazebo floral arrangements, all the centerpieces, and the mantle decor. Lauren was very easy to work with and always accessible. She went the extra mile. I recommend The Gala Event without reservation.

Lauren takes the time to truly grasp your personal style and vision for your day. I had many ideas and color palettes that ,came to life on our special day. Communication was great leading up to the big day. I enjoyed such a stress-free morning of because I knew everything was being taken care of. My guests are still talking about how beautiful everything looked that day, and I owe that to Lauren and her amazing team!

Lauren at the Glala Event did a great job executing our dream wedding and making our special day AMAZING and a dream come true wedding! Everything went perfect and it was exacty what we wanted! A simple, country-rustic nice wedding! The day of the wedding, Lauren kept everything on track and it ran so smoothly(no mishaps). There is not one thing that we can think of that we would of done any differently! We have had heard nothing but praise and compliments on how nice and fun our wedding was. Thanks Lauren!

I would HIGHLY recommend Lauren and her team! She was absolutely phenomenal in communicating with us - even though we lived in a Virginia and were planning our wedding in Pennsylvania! She took all of my visions and made them an even better reality. Even up to the night before she fulfilled a last minute request with no problem. I would gladly use Gala Events again!

Our experience with the Gala Event was wonderful! We got married on October 15,2016 and had a gorgeous fall wedding. I had showed Lauren pictures of the flowers I wanted and got nearly the exact same thing in my bouquet and my bridesmaids as well. The floral and decor were just beautiful! This company is excellent to work with and their end product is always phenomenal. I would highly recommend the use of Gala for any wedding or other special occasion.

I used The Gala Event for our wedding last year. She was extremely attentive and went above and beyond! She even helped me pick out the color for bridesmaid dresses! The bouquets and boutonnieres were not only exactly what I envisioned but they smelled amazing. The same goes for the center pieces we picked. She helped us create something that was both affordable and tied the entire ballroom together. Again, the flowers were extremely fresh, smelled amazing, and everything was done professionally. The bouquets and boutonnieres were delivered directly to our hotel so that there was no fuss or stressing on the day of the wedding. I would recommend The Gala Event time and time again!

Lauren and her team at The Gala Event exceeded all of my expectations from our first consultation through our wedding day. Lauren was very flexible with my availability as well as budget. Lauren created our backdrop from scratch, simply from looking at a picture that I found online, and it was even better than I expected. She embraced our ideas and made them better than ever. Her team also did draping on the ceiling that was absolutely beautiful. When I arrived
at the venue the morning of my wedding, I expected her work to be beautiful, but it was even more than that. I literally ran around like a child Christmas morning, so excited about everything she had done, and just how perfect it was. I would recommend Lauren and her team to anyone looking to make their wedding, or any event, as perfect as it could possibly be.

The Gala Event was awesome to work with. They were very helpful throughout the whole process, very polite, responsive, problem solved quickly when any challenges arrived, and made our day gorgeous in every possible way. I definitely feel they understood the look that I was going for and nailed it while taking away all the stress of my big day! We are extremely pleased and will definitely be recommending them!

Lauren from the Gala Event was essential in the execution of our wedding day. She created such beautiful centerpieces for our tables and the ceiling draping over our dance floor area was gorgeous! Lauren and her team decorated our ceremony and reception space with all of the supplies I collected as well as many rented items from her and floral details. It was such an incredible space when she was done. She was quick to respond to any emails and met with me twice in person as well as keeping me up to date with email and phone correspondence. Couldn’t be happier with our choice and would absolutely recommend the Gala Event to anyone planning a wedding or special event!

My florist also went above and beyond! The team who came and set everything up was awesome they took a lot of stress off my shoulder! The stuff I thought looked great they changed around n made it perfect everything went exactly how I pictured it!

We wish we could give more than a 5 star rating here for The Gala Event.
The best decision we could have ever made for our wedding was hiring Lauren at The Gala Event. My husband and I were beyond happy with everything she did for us. Her taste is impeccable. When we saw our venue decorated we had absolutely no words to describe the feeling we had. She went above and BEYOND and way far exceeded our expectations. No detail was left out.
We really enjoyed working with her from the very start of the planning process down to the last few minutes before the wedding. She has a laid back attitude and really makes you feel at ease and comfortable. She really shows how much she cares and is concerned that your wedding is perfect. We continue to receive an abundance of compliments on how well the decor and flowers were done. So many people have used our photos as inspiration for their weddings and other events. I would continue to use Lauren's services again and again!!

Gala event was great to work with. They did ceiling draping and setting up my reception for our wedding and I couldn't of been happier with their work. Everything I described to them for my set up and my ideas for the draping was exactly what I wanted and more. Wonderful job Gala! Thank you.

Lauren from Gala events is truly WONDERFUL!!!!! She is very professional and has a clear sense of what we were looking for as far as ambience for our special day. The flowers turned out beautiful and the decorating and reception was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! She was so great about adding all the special details we wanted and also integrating all the details made by the bride and groom for our special day into the reception decor.

She is very knowledgeable with weddings, the only thing I would say is she is a bit pricey overall, but very willing to work within your budget to make the wedding ideas and planning as beautiful as it can be. She was great and I felt wonderful knowing she was involved with the wedding day~~the reception hall truly was just BEAUTIFUL.

I would recommend Lauren to anyone for your wedding, she is very sweet, detailed oriented (which was perfect for the OCD bride), and we truly appreciated all her hard work making our details special and just perfect.

Thanks so much for everything we loved working with you, you are truly amazing!!!!!

Lauren was amazing. She not only provided beautiful floral arrangements, she was our point person for the day of the wedding. She was well organized and kept everything running smoothly and on time! She also had people come in to do an amazing job of uplighting the event, and making last minute changes (due to rain) that made the evening unforgettable!!!

The Gala Event provided ceiling drapery and lights at our wedding reception venue, which were absolutely beautiful! We were able to customize the colors of the drapery and the details, to make our venue look absolutely perfect. Lauren was extremely flexible and great to work with throughout the planning process. The Gala Event also arranged the flowers in our table centerpieces for very little cost, which also turned out great and was extremely helpful in setting up on our wedding day!

Let's just say I would not have picked my venue if I didn't think Lauren could transform the room. The venue owners were a little difficult & out dated. But I couldn't beat the price. I knew if I picked a more expensive venue I still would have had to decorate. Lauren from the first consultation was able to express our views of the style we were going for.
She put up fabric along half of the reception hall plus the cake table with LED lights, I rented almost all my linens, she did two different centerpieces with tea light candles, all the wedding parties flowers, the arbor and aisle décor. She neutralized the room and brought attention to the tables. I was really impressed by her suggestion when she knew I wanted flowers on the tables but was concerned about cost. It saved money and still looked really great by doing tiered candles she had in stock on every other table. I have been a bridesmaid in enough weddings to know the last thing I wanted to worry about on my wedding date is did all the DIY projects made it to their proper place. Being able to rent décor and decorations really does not cost as much as you think if you would have to buy them. Everyone thinks they can sell them later but really it is no easy chore to sell things piece by piece. I was a little disappointed and nervous she did not have her fabric samples available when we met about a month for the wedding for the final picks and I ended up renting napkins from another rental place. She defiantly made up for this by being available by text. She ended up sending me text of the samples laid out together to pick from. Lauren & her staff set up a few days before, on Saturday, & tore down the following Monday. She could have done same day set up and tear down but she was able to work with the venue to make that agreement. Her ability to work with my difficult venue & her ability to make the room enchanting took all the stress of the day off of my husband and me!

I couldn't have been happier with The Gala Event. Lauren is fabulous, down to earth and very professional. She really listened to what my ideas were for all of my floral decor from the centerpieces to my bouquet. She was very open and honest and of that I was extremely appreciative. Flowers are always that one thing that you don't always have total control over, but Lauren blew me away with the most beautiful arrangements I could ever have imagined. They completely rounded out the look I had for my wedding. A dream, realized. Thank you for adding the special touches I was looking for and making my wedding the most beautiful that it could be. I also rented stringed lights to help add that final touch of light and sparkle to the venue and Lauren's team was amazing from consult, creation, delivery, and tear down. Thanks again!!

Lauren did our linens, mantle, and lighting for the wedding. Everyone looked amazing and the guests could not stop complimenting the accents and the extra touches of the wedding. Lauren made those final polishing touches that made everything look great. She's great to work with. I was one of those brides who said I don't exactly know what I want but I want it to look good and she came up to the challenge.

The Gala Event provided wedding coordination services, lighting and decor and event rentals such as my linens and candles and chairs. Lauren and her crew are absolutely phenomenal. She helped keep me focused in the year leading up to my wedding, coordinated with all my professionals to ensure a smooth weekend, made my rehearsal dinner and wedding reception venue vision come through and just came through where I needed help. Her coordination services were top notch and I can't say enough good things about how wonderful it was to know she was there to make sure the weekend went smoothly. She went above and beyond to make my day seamless. She turned the vision of my rehearsal dinner and reception into an even better reality than I had hoped for. And during the planning when I got swamped in details, she knew how to get me focused. An 11th hour potential issue was made a non-issue when Lauren came up with a creative solution and she saved me hours of re-configuring my reception seating and instead I never thought about it again. She has a great eye for design and took the time to know her client and for that I'm forever thankful that The Gala Event was one of my awesome wedding professionals.

I was pleased with their willingness to work with my budget and give me multiple estimates with different options to keep it within my limits. They communicated well, speedy with emails, phone calls, etc. I live out of state and wanted to get married in my hometown so they were willing to meet in person with me whenever i was able to make it back home. One thing that had me worried was i was switched over to a different coordinator a few days before my wedding because the coordinator i was working with had multiple events going on the same weekend. I was scared the new coordinator wouldnt know what i wanted and i would have to repeat myself over again from the beginning but that wasnt the case, she knew exactly what i previously talked about with the other coordinator. They were super helpful with the wedding day time line, how things should go, who to inform and when, etc. They kept the day of the wedding going smoothly and on time. She even went out and picked up our lunch that we ordered. She kept the flow going and organized the picture taking which was important since my bridal party was large and i have a large family. All and all i would use them again. I would just ask that they tell me ahead of time that i would have been switched to a different coordinator so i wouldn't have been a worried bride.
