    My daughter and fiance were able to taste test several cake flavors at The French Confection Cakery in Linden, MI. Elaine, the pastry chef, was patient and professional. She responded to our phone calls and was flexible about making changes in our order. Best of all, the wedding cake was beautiful and delicious!

    This place has the best cakes I have ever had! One great thing about them is that on your one year anniversary they give you another cake so you don't have to freeze the top layer of your wedding cake (many of them taste disgusting I've heard).
