Frankie is amazing and does a wonderful job with alterations. Very professional and will give their honest opinion if asked. They will work with your budget and help you find the perfect attire.

The 2 lovely ladies that run Formal Image made me feel right at home. They knew just what I was asking for and got me into the dress of my dreams. They also made my family feel very involved and welcome. If I ever need a dress for anything this is the place I will be going..

Formal Image pressed my wedding dress (which was bought in another state) for a very affordable price and within a short amount of time. They were a huge lifesaver!

I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone looking for wedding attire. We purchased my wedding gown, bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dress, tuxes, mother dresses, invitations, champagne flutes, favors, and cake cutting set here. They were extremely helpful and even picked my perfect dress for me. They have an eye for what looks good on different body shapes, and the first dress they put on me was the one I ultimately chose. The owner and the ladies that work there are all knowledgeable, helpful, and absolutely friendly.

The ladies at the Formal Image were absolutely wonderful! They made shopping for my dress a very enjoyable experience and were understanding of my needs. They gave their opinion but also respected what I wanted and ended up making my day that much better! My dress was perfect and fit like a glove. Amazing to work with. Helped me and my bridal party so much with limited timing. Went above and beyond to alter and change everything I wanted with the dress. She does grreat work and is very friendly.

These woman are fabulous. They dont make you feel uncomfortable like the big wig bridal salons that dont have any mirrors in the dressing room and they pick you apart until you realize you dont even know what you want. Its intimate, friendly, they are extremely knowledgeable and you feel more like youre trying on your dress in front of family. Thats a better feeling than putting on some show for people who really dont care. I would totally recommend this place to friends and family!

Great service! More intimate and personal experience than David's Bridal! Honest opinions and suggestions rather than just interested in getting you in and out for your money. Also didn't feel like millions of local brides had the same dress!

Great value for beautiful dresses. Alterations right in the store as well as steam cleaning before the wedding. Very professional and great to work with! Highly satisfied! Suit rentals were affordable as well and flawless.

I used Formal Image for my wedding dress alteration. I only needed to have a bustle put in and the hem taken up a bit. I also had some of my grandmothers pearls that I asked to be added to the already existing application. I was very happy with the results. I brought my maid of honor with me to pick up the dress and they showed us all the bustle ties and it went very easy when it came time to use them, my girls had no problem finding the ties. I was also very happy with how the pearls were added to my dress.

We got all our wedding parties attire here (everything but my dress.) Everything matched perfectly and all my girls looked absolutely gorgeous. Staff was really helpful in chosing bridesmaids dresses and exactly what i wanted.

These people are rude! They have horrible hours and we went later on a Saturday, just after 2 and this lady was at the door when we walked in and was like " she closes at two" okay why is the door unlocked and she could of asked the other lady if she minded since they were still there or said it more politely and told us the hours for the following day.. Clearly didn't want our business and will b loosing 18 sales.. Gladly take my business else where..
