    Amazing and worth it

    Mary Patt and her team were great. She was knowledgeable in her flowers and made the bouquet and boutonnieres that I wanted. The ring bearer came with a magnet, which I never would’ve guessed. I brought my own bottles and she filed them for me. I would use use again and would suggest her to anyone. My bouquet was a larger version of the jrs bridesmaids.

    The little hideaway Flower Shop is perfect if you are having a small wedding. The staff is very knowledgeable in what they do. They answered all my questions and concerns. My Bridal bouquet was stunning. My bridesmaids all loved their bouquets as well. And my groomsmen looked so very handsome with their boutineers. I would recommend visiting them if you need any type of floral arrangements.

    The first meeting with this florist was not very pleasant. She was gruff and ordered us to go in a back room, look through albums and wait for her. However she was the only florist in town and was recommended by our venue. Most flowers I wanted she told me could not be used because of the time of year. I'm sorry, I thought you paid high dollar because the flowers were brought in from a hot house where they can grow most anything any time of year. . . the bridesmaids nosegays were a disaster and looked like two stems of hydrangea unevenly wrapped together. My bridal bouquet of hydrangea and calla lily was very pretty and got compliments. The arrangements for the tables and in the chapel were very pretty as well.
    On another note, she was never available via phone and responded weeks after I sent an email with a phone call. The total was right at $1500 for two arrangements in the chapel, a stem of hydrangea in a vase on each table (vases we supplied, not the florist) and two flower girl hair wreaths, six nosegays, my bouquet, and a few boutonnières and ladies' wrist corsages.

    They were not very flexible with changes that needed to be made. Didn't use the beautiful flowers to their fullest potential. The arrangements were very simple, something we could have done ourselves.

    Shameful con artist frauds!

    ***BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD BUSINESS!!!!*** THEY DELIVERED OLD, UGLY WEEDS TO MY FRIEND! I PAID FOR A BEAUTIFUL, FLORIST QUALITY BOUQUET TO CHEER UP A FRIEND WHO IS RECOVERING FROM AN INJURY AND THEY GAVE HER SOMETHING THAT BELONGED IN THE TRASH! THIS WAS VERY UPSETTING AND EMBARRESSING, BECAUSE I WOULD NEVER GIVE TRASH AS A GIFT TO ANYONE. OBVIOUSLY, THE NEW OWNER'S HAVE NO MORALS AND ARE MISERABLY FAILING AT RIDING ON THE COATTAILS OF THIS COMPANY NAME THAT THE PREVIOUS OWNER BUILT UP. THEY NEED TO BE SHAMED PUBLICLY! IN THE FEW YEARS SINCE HER DEATH, THEY HAVE TORN DOWN HER COMPANY NAME WITH THEIR CON ARTIST FRAUDS! THEY COUNT ON YOU NOT ASKING FOR A PICTURE OF THE DELIVERY THAT YOU PAID FOR, SO THEY CAN DELIVER GARBAGE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON ARTIST WITH NO TASTE!!! BUY IT YOURSELF AT HEB AND DELIVER IT YOURSELF! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!

    I do not usually reply to reviews since it is my belief everyone has an opinion & I want to know how people feel about my business. I feel this way because this is not just a business to me it's a MINISTRY. I want each & every client to know how special they are.
    FRAUD, CON ARTIST IS WHAT YOU HAVE IDENTIFIED US AS.. I own & operate a legitimate business. You obviously do not know me as a person, designer or business owner. I worked for previous owner for many many years before I was asked to purchase it. There have been several articles written about me & the shop & each one tells you I have left almost everything the same with a few changes & want to continue to the keep previous owners legacy alive. You must not know who she is because she did not pass years ago, she just passed away in July.
    Ride her coat tails, I don't think so. I have worked many times throughout the entire night to be sure clients have exactly what they want. I have been to airport at 4 AM picking up flowers for something special a client wanted. I go above & beyond to make people feel they are deserving for me to go a little extra, why because that is who I am. The changes I have made with my company are made for the better. I sold the original building to move to a bigger place to keep more of Boerne's money in Boerne. We needed more space for the growth we were about to do, I give a rose bud vase to each and every employee of Boerne school district at the beginning of the school year, (teachers, main office, aides, janitors, cafeteria, maintenance, bus barn etc., we go to continuing education every year to learn new tools, products & designs. I do demonstrations at some schools & at the shop for the kiddos. I am very active in our community. We participate in Petal It Forward and give away 500 wrapped bouquets to local Boerne residents. This promotes being kind to others. We give each person we see 2 bouquets; 1 for them 2nd must be given to someone to make them happy. I donate to many local non profit organizations. These are just a few of the extras I do in this community since I purchased the shop.
    The previous owner did not build that shop alone nor do I. This shop has been here for 70 plus years and will continue to thrive because of me, and the family of awesome people that walk with me creating amazing works of art.
    You come on here & other social media sites slandering me. We have not once received a call from you telling us you were unhappy. You spent 39.99 plus delivery. I will be trying to contact you again to see what the issue was. You are the only one that has committed fraud by coming on this site registering a false marriage. You intentionally have set out to try and destroy my business and reputation over a $40.00 arrangement that could have more than likely received a brand new arrangement. Do we make mistakes, absolutely! We are human. I have 2 new trainees and my lead designer & myself can't always see everything going out. I am sorry you were not happy but you have gone way too far with all this. I really wish you would have given me that courtesy to remedy this without all the slander but you didn't.
