We had a vision for how we wanted our wedding floral décor to look and to say Kari delivered would be an understatement. One of the biggest stresses leading up to our wedding was how everything would look on the big day. Whatever our expectations were, they were exceeded (and then some!). Kari turned the indoor part of our venue into a beautiful enchanted forest with lush greenery hanging from the rafters. Our ceremony site and other locations also looked amazing! You cannot go wrong by hiring Kari for your wedding floral needs! -

I highly recommend Kari and The Flower Girl!
I highly recommend Kari and The Flower Girl! We hired The Flower Girl for my bridals and our August 2022 wedding and are so glad we did! Kari was incredible to work with, and being able to sit down in person to talk about my vision for the florals was exactly what I needed. She nailed my vision, down to every single floral color, and we had so many guests complimenting our florals, especially our cake which was my favorite floral piece! She also worked so well with my planning team, Bianca Nichole & Co., which really made the morning of the wedding day go smoothly for us. Kari was also so accommodating to me asking for a different bouquet for my bridals vs. my wedding day. My bridal photos bouquet was a bit more classic being all white and blush while my wedding day bouquet had more golden yellows and taupes in it. I was so obsessed with my florals that I got them preserved so I can keep them forever, and I’m so glad I did! Something that really stood out to me with Kari was her commitment to ensuring my florals matched my design, being open and realistic about our floral budget, and making my mom feel so included during the process (which was huge for me!). -

Kari and her team did an amazing job on the flower creations for my daughter's wedding in Dripping Springs, in March of 2022. The hand wrapped bouquets and centerpiece creations were gorgeous and looked romantic . . . exactly the way we wanted them to look. - When my daughter and I attended our initial consultation appointment with Kari, she listened, took notes, and looked at our photo ideas. She was enthusiastic, professional, personable, and really connected by taking the time to talk about styles, types of flowers, and also made a Pinterest board so we could visually imagine how it would pull together. She responded to our emails and phone calls and was willing to talk through any changes as our wedding day approached. - On the day of the wedding, the arbor's arch was full of blush-pink, white, to peach garden roses and other lush white anemones, floral, and greenery. During the ceremony, I made a point to really 'live in the moment' and enjoy the romantic floral arch and I truly felt a ‘calming effect’ from the sweet aroma of the flowers. Matching were the colorful centerpieces on the guests' tables, and the tall flower tree located on the escort card table. At the reception, the crowning beauty was the rose topper and swag of flowers placed across the tall wedding cake, and the tall centerpieces on the King's Table. How beautiful everything looked across the venue’s campus and ballroom and we received so many compliments from our guests. It was truly gorgeous and magical, and Kari and her team made it that way!

I had the pleasure of working alongside The Flower Girl at a recent wedding! Their expertise with floral design is absolutely incredible! The bridal bouquets, the ceremony site, and the reception were all beautifully put together with such elegance and class. Despite the rain, the the wonderful floral arrangements provided all the sunshine the event needed. I highly recommend The Flower Girl for all your floral needs for any occasion! -

Look no further for a florist!
Kari was incredible! I could never have envisioned how perfect our florals would be. She listened to every detail and even helped us choose what would look good. She was right! The day of the wedding, she added so many beautiful elements and made everything look perfect for our post-wedding dinner. I could not believe what she had created - it was truly unreal! We are planning to use her again for our reception that was postponed due to Covid. I truly could not imagine having another florist. Book her!!!! -

Kari is amazing. She was so willing to work with my personal taste and vibe for the wedding and really listens. She responded quickly and was willing to talk through any changes as our big day approached. On the morning of the wedding she had a great team for setup and was so upbeat and happy. Our flowers could not have turned out any better! She is my new go to florist. I live in Austin but I will be driving out to Dripping Springs for any future arrangements. Thanks so much Kari! -

Kari knocked it out of the park! When wedding planning I heard not to spend as much money on florals because people won't remember those, but I can honestly say that is not the case with The Flower Girl. Kari and her team have the vision and talent to transform the space into a work of art.
I had know idea what I wanted and our tables were too tight for a center piece so Kari came up with the idea to hang the center pieces above the table and I fell in love! I received more compliments about the flowers then seriously anything else because they were so gorgeous and unique. -

Kari is amazing
Kari was wonderful!! We met with her and gave her general direction with favorite flowers, colors, and thoughts for tables - she did the rest. The bouquets were amazing, the wedding florals beautiful, and the tables were so pretty. She also did the rehearsal dinner, and worked those flowers in the reception. As a bonus, she had extra flower pedals, and lined the aisle with them. Would definitely use this great team again!! -

Kari with The Flower Girl made my pinterest album and dreams of décor come to life on my wedding day! When I went to meet Kari, husband in hand, We had saved so many random ideas that we did not know how we would bring it all together. Kari took everything we said, and created a theme that included it all. When I walked out of our initial meeting I trusted Kari would make my day beautiful and did not worry about it one bit. The day of everything came to life, it was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. My bouquet was gorgeous, and the décor was loved by all I got many compliments throughout the night on the boxwood wall with paper flowers and the giant letter "G" she created. Thank you so much Kari! -

Everything was so beautiful and amazing. We had changes all the way up to a couple of weeks before the wedding and their team made them happen. When planning one of the most special days of your life, you never truly expect it to be as perfect as you imagine. Or to find and surround yourself with people who truly understand your vision and design aesthetic. Throwing ideas around, walking through Kari’s shop, it was evident she truly got us. She took what I thought was inspiration and something to play off of, and turned it into a reality with pure enthusiasm. She knew how against a “traditional” wedding I was, and how much I wanted this wedding to be anything but ordinary. I am not one for standard centerpieces and traditional flowers, and she proved that there was nothing I needed to do, except for sit back and trust her creative genius. She somehow in the middle of the Texas hill country, gave me my Austrian forest. Even after I walked into Prospect House on my wedding day, I could have never imagined or began to fathom how exquisite the final show would end up. The essences of our ideas were carefully considered in crafting and constructing each individual idea throughout the space. My husband and I could not have asked for a better visionary to bring our dreams to life. We both want to thank you for creating a lifetime of memories and a most beautiful event that will never be forgotten. To recommend is merely not enough … if you have a vision, you CANNOT get a better, more creative and kind person. -

I organized everything via email/phone and Kari was able to put my ideas into practice all within our budget. The venue was simplistic and I needed the flowers to be the wow factor and Kari certainly succeeded. I would highly recommend The Flower Girl. -

We chose them to do the florals for our wedding at The Alexander at Creek Road, and everything I had envisioned, Kari and her team brought to life! The florals were even more beautiful than I had imagined - everything was absolutely stunning! Everything from the beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and flower crowns, to the table arrangements with figs, apples, berries, and candles - it was gorgeous! I think the most impressive showstopper though was what welcomed our guests at the ceremony site - a giant oak tree adorned and draped with greenery and fresh cut flowers. It was so beautiful, it took my breath away! Kari, thank you so much for making our wedding the most beautiful I have ever seen. I truly appreciate your artistic eye and vision, and ability to bring my wedding flower dreams to life. You and your team made our day magical, and I can't thank y'all enough!

We brainstormed and I shared my vision with Kari and let me tell you something... she designed EXACTLY what I wanted and it all pulled together better than I could have imagined. As the bride, florals were personally one of my most favorite parts of the wedding and we didn’t have a huge budget to spend. Because of that, we contacted or met with more than a dozen florists and I have to say that The Flower Girl was absolutely the best of them all. Kari made sure to understand what was important to us and was creative in creating the wedding of our dreams within our budget. She is incredibly kind, caring and flexible. She is also a true professional and had one of the quickest turnarounds of all of the vendors we worked with. In fact, our initial meeting was on a Sunday morning and before the end of the day she had a full quote and Pinterest board built to illustrate our vision. She is REALLY good at what she does and was by far the most helpful vendor we hired. She always responded quickly yet thoughtfully and went above and beyond what we expected of her. Our florals were absolutely gorgeous. Kari and her team are the best! -

I had met with other florists in the hill country area and they made me feel like my ideas weren't plausible and my colors unrealistic. Not Kari! Simply based on an initial email and her kindness I made the trip to her beautiful studio from Houston in one day and I would do it again. She is thorough, invested and gives you many options. I loved being in her shop to see all the different vases, votives and other hardware to help visualize what I wanted for my wedding. However her ability and creativity shined when she executed my dreams. I couldn't have imagined how beautiful and perfect she made the barn at Inspiring Oaks Ranch as well as creating the perfect wooden chuppah adorned with greenery and white flowers. Even my husband was blown away by the florals. I had everything I could ask for and it didn't break the bank. Kari and her team are without a doubt the only florist to utilize if you're hosting a special event in the Hill Country or Austin area.

Susan Sent on 01/27/2018I highly recommend using the Flower Girl for several reasons. First, Kari reproduced perfectly the floral swags for my daughter’s wedding arch using the photo I sent her. The swags were full and gorgeous. Price wise, Kari’s estimate was lower than other vendors.For quality and price you will not do better than the Flower Girl.

The Flower Girl was recommended to us by other floral companies as we had one month to plan our wedding and most floral companies were booked on our wedding day. Kari was able to squeeze us in her busy schedule and help us out! We are super thankful for her as we were STRESSING to find someone with availability!
We ordered one bridal bouquet, a grooms boutineer, and another smaller boutineer to match for my son. I gave her specific colors I wanted and inspiration pictures and let her work her magic. They were absolutely beautiful!
They only thing that lacked (initially) was the communication as it took multiple weeks to get a quote. We were told we would get a quote by a certain day. That day would come and we had to call for an update, which then we were told they were busy and would get it to us by a different day. This happened twice. However, once we did get a quote and everything was booked, the communication was much better regarding pick up times and so on.
Overall, we would recommend Kari and The Flower Girl to other friends wanting to get married! -
