It is so cool to know that after you buy something you are not left alone! One I got my flowers delivered I called David and he helped me through the process of preparing the flowers, he gave me some interesting tips I had no idea so I could keep the flowers fresh for a really long time. I requested bright colors for my roses and I let David pick the colors for my roses and asked him to surprise me (the flowers were a test for my wedding) and guess what? I'm so surprised that I'm considering letting David pick the colors for my wedding too! Thanks Dave! -

This company knows exactly what a bride is looking for, I didn't know what flowers to get, I just knew the colors I wanted and when I called to ask questions David was so helpful and that right moment helped me put mi mind on ease and amazingly within 30 minutes we both made a decision on the flowers that were the best for my requirements. If you need any advice on colors or flowers, this is the guy you want to talk to! Needless to say the flowers were perfect and were a big success! -

I had done my research on flowers looking for the best deals. The flower exchange was definitely the best deal. But more importantly the flowers were amazing! Fresh cut flower straight from the farm just like they say. You can tell the difference they are just so full and healthy! Loved my flowers and so did everyone else at my reception. -

I have never seen blue orchids, when they just got here we were amazed at how they looked, immediately I had to call them so I could get two more boxes. They sent me the two additional boxes overnight. I got my order on Tuesday, one box of fillers was missing, Fedex miss placed it and sent it somewhere else. They tried to re route the flowers so I could get them Wednesday but the guys at The Flower Exchange worked on a different solution for me and I got new flowers the very same day, it is amazing how committed they are to their clients, I have never had such a great experience buying online. -

To whom it may concern,
I ordered 300 roses, 2 boxes of hypericum, 3 boxes of baby's breath, 200 carnations, 4 boxes of Leather Leaf and 2 boxes of mini callas and not even one flower had a problem. It is really nice to have somebody to talk to over the phone rather than placing the orders online, if you need any flowers contact David, he was such a helpful young man and he will make sure that your flowers are delivered 100% fresh.

I ordered 600 roses for my restaurant (300 Red and 300 White) They got here 1 day late because of the bad weather, this wasn't The Flower Exchange's fault. When they arrived they were so gorgeous that I regret I didn't order some more.
My clients loved the flowers and they asked if they could take some flowers with them, next time I will make sure that I get some extra roses. -

I did my own flowers and was so happy to have found The Flower Exchange. Their prices are the best for wholesale grower-direct flowers. Part of my order was 100 stems of white roses. I got a call on the day of delivery that the roses weren't up to their standards. The rest of my order was delivered on time and they over-nighted new roses at no extra charge. All of the flowers were beautiful and the company was a breeze to work with.

I had to take the time and write a review for www.theflowerexchange.com. I have to say that I ordered the flowers from this company after reading all the reviews on this website. I called the company I spoke to 2 of their employees ( David and Gustavo) and I made the decision to buy from them.
I also have to say that I made the right decision. I got married last weekend, and I ordered about $600.00 worth of flowers and they were the most amazing flowers I have seen in my life.
I ordered them to arrive on thursday Sept 9 and they were right on before 10:30 am as David told me. I ordered Roses, Hydrangeas and Mini callas, they were so well packed. I called the several times to make sure I was taking care of the flowers properly which they did attend all my calls and explained me everything I needed to do. Obviously I was a little bit nervous because I wanted everything to be perfect and I have to say that they actually did an excelent Job, I would recommend this company to any person looking for flowers for their wedding. Working with the Flower Exchange was a very pleasant and easy experience. We worked with Gustavo and he was very professional and courteous with our order. He advised us on when to order and have the flowers delivered and also how to take care of them on arrival. I ordered yellow roses, mini gerbera daisies, yellow carnations and white mums. Everything was beautiful and brighter than I could've imagined! My only issue was that a few of the roses were a little wilty and brown and didn't quite open up and look beautiful for the wedding day - but we just didn't use those ones, as we had plenty to choose from! Everything else was perfect! The gerberas came individually protected (very cool) and the carnations/mums just needed some time to open!

The Flower Exchange was awesome. I chose to do the flower arrangements without the help of a florist (but definitely with the help of lots of friends and family) because I'd decided on something very simple. All I ordered were gerbera daisies, and these guys had the best prices I could find anywhere. The flowers arrived 2 days before the wedding, and I received an email letting me know they'd been delivered. They held up beautifully from when we received them until the day of the wedding, and they seemed no worse for the wear after the transportation to the venue.
The only complaint I had was that there were no burgundy or orange flowers at all, and the website lists that burgundy and orange are included in the assorted bundle. There were plenty in shades of pink, white, yellow, and a few red of the mini-gerbera variety, but I was hoping on orange for an extra pop of color in the centerpieces. The burgundy were to be my bouquet, but I was able to buy them elsewhere. -

When I first decided to do my own flower arrangements for my wedding, my family and friends thought I was crazy. But after finding The Flower Exchange, I couldn't have been more convinced that that's the direction I wanted to take. I was able to price everything out online before ordering and the person who took my order over the phone was extrememly professional and courteous. There was a slight error when the flowers were delivered the Thursday before the wedding. One of our boxes of flowers (containing about 100 blooms of a couple varieties) was not shipped. I called the Flower Exchange immediately and had the flowers by 10AM the next morning, when my bridesmaids and I got together to put the arrangements together. The only complaint, I ordered white garden roses and although they were very nice, there were not really what was pictured online...I expected them to be much larger and fuller. We decided to do our own flowers for my wedding. We ordered about 600 roses. 400 were hot pink, and 100 of them were a darker hot pink than the rest. I was a bit disappointed, because you would think that they were all be the same. In the end it didn't matter and it provided a contrast with the rest. It just wasn't what I expected. It was delivered on-time in good condition and we went to work cutting and putting them in water. If I had to do it again, I would hire a florist though. 600 is a lot of roses to keep up with. It was def. worth the money though. We had spent a little under $1,000 -including 12,000 roses petals from another company. for 13 all roses centerpieces, bridal bouquet, 4bm bouquets, all family boutineers and corsages, arch flowers, and aisle flowers. You can't beat that, I would have spent $3,000 if i had hired someone professionally. -

I got a call saying that the lisianthus weren't in good conditions and they gave the option to take flowers instead. It is much appreciated that I was asked what I wanted to do and I'm satisfied with the service. -

this is an online wholesale flower dealer. The prices were very low and the flowers came as promised. You can buy stems or arrangements. Great value for the DYI bride! I was able to get 200 roses for less the $200! -

They were fabulous!! I ordered 6 kinds of roses, cymbidium orchids and curly willow. It all arrived in excellent condition. When I was concerned the next day because one of the varities of roses was wilting slightly, they overnighted two dozen more at no charge. Very friendly and easy to work with. -

Last week I received my 500 red Ecuadorian roses and they are still alive! We were all skeptical about ordering online but after this first experience I'm shocked! I'm getting 200 more red roses for my sons birthday next week and I know they will be as perfect as my first 500 roses. -

I decided to order my flowers wholesale and put them together myself. I ordered roses and gerber daisies, both of which arrived with no problems exactly when they were supposed to. The day before the wedding, I wired the flowers and made the bouquets, corsages, and boutineers. When I woke up, all the daisies were drooping! They were wired correctly. I don't know if that is simply the nature of gerber daisies or what. The roses were still amazing, and once I cut all the daisies out and replaced them with realistic fakes, no one knew the difference. I got lots of compliments about the flowers! -

For all my Centerpieces I decided to go with DIY with the help of my wonderful wedding planner Kristin Jones. I have used 2 wholesale online companies and one of them was www.theflowerexchange.com. Great prices and FREE Shipping to Hawaii, which is obviously extremely rare!
The only problem I had with them, that few days before wedding they called me and said that one of my favorite flowers Ranunculus was bad and they wouldn't ship it. They promised to call next day to see if another shipment would come better, but next day it was the same story. So unfortunately I didn't get this wonderful flower for my centerpieces and substituted them with Mums, provided by local florist.
I have ordered Ranunculus, Garden Rose; Orchids; Oncidium Orchids (spray orchid)
from them. All (besides Ranunculus) arrived fresh and on time, 2 days before wedding!
I used Lemons and Clear Marbles for all my centerpieces. I think all of them came out really beautiful!
