The entire process was easy. Tony took care of so much, which was worth more than the cost of the venue itself. He was flexible and overly accommodating. The grounds were beautifully groomed and everything stated was taken care of.

Overall, this was the best venue and we had nothing but rave reviews from our guests.

Tony owns the property which is a really amazing venue.
During the day it's green and lush. Very calming and great back drop. Then at night after the sun goes down it transforms you to a almost fairy tale land. Had our guests in awe of the area.
Tony is friendly and has a really open personality. Communication with him was very easy and he quickly responds.

Let me begin by saying that this is a beautiful venue and that the setting is quite unique. The guests had a nice time and the atmosphere can be magical. HOWEVER, if you are planning any kind of major event like a wedding, please be very careful of the downfalls of using this property. This is a private home and the owner, although accommodating to some degree, is not completely professional. The venue has very limited times for set up/delivery. For a wedding of approximately 150 guests, we were only given 2 hours of clean up time the following day. Deliveries were extremely hampered because he insists on keeping the gates closed despite promises that the venue would be ours to use as our own. His reason? He didn't want his dogs running in the street. It would have been quite easy for him to put his dogs in the house.Parking is an absolute fiasco and security guards are a joke. Tony insisted that we provide a master guest list for entry and then it was never even used by the security guard. We had prearranged parking and had a long discussion with security to explain parking for family members and the disabled and none of that was adhered to and the gates were actually closed before disabled family members could park. Tony is lovely at first, but our relationship with him deteriorated quickly as we believe that once he got his final check, all niceties were put away. We had a major issue over the deposit that he tried to cash even though we left the place spotless with over 20 witnesses. Tried to do a walk-thru with him while we were there and he said he would "need a few days" to give the place a complete look. The cost of the venue should include parking to accommodate all guests, but you pay an additional 100.00 to use the grass lot a couple of houses down (this is optional but there is not enough parking on the premises). Also, when paying for a wedding venue, and paying in the thousands, the rehearsal should be included, but we had to pay an additional 150.00
