Our wedding at the Farm was so amazing -- all of the spaces are beyond gorgeous and well kept, the flow of the evening was great, and the staff is a dream to work with. Our coordinator, Lexi, was our saving grace during wedding planning. She was so responsive and helpful, and never made us feel bad for asking a million questions. On the day of the wedding, she was one step ahead of everything, enabling us to just relax and have the best day of our lives.
My husband is from Lancaster, but I am from NYC and my friends and family were absolutely blown away by the beauty of the Farm at Eagles Ridge. We had such a special wedding day, and can't recommend working with them enough!

Stunning Venue with an Expert Team!
Absolutely STUNNING venue with a team of expert coordinators! The Farm at Eagles Ridge is close enough to downtown Lancaster for out of town guests to explore the area, but the space itself is set back in the countryside - giving a soft, intimate, and romantic feel. Also, their entire team of coordinators were incredibly helpful and made wedding planning a breeze - 10/10 would recommend!!!

The Perfect Wedding Venue!
Wow, The Farm at Eagles Ridge is absolutely perfect and truly the best place to get married! From the stunning venue spaces to the beautiful landscape and the amazing staff, it’s perfect in every way. The landscape of the venue is breathtaking and creates the perfect backdrops for so many beautiful pictures! We got married on 9/14/24, and our day was absolutely perfect! It was warmer than usual for mid-September—around the mid-80s and sunny. I was initially nervous that guests might feel too hot during the ceremony, but the ceremony spot had a wonderful breeze and shade from the trees, which kept everyone comfortable.
From the day we first visited, my husband and I knew this was our venue! It rained the entire day of our visit, so we got to see the venue on its "worst" day, and it was still STUNNING. Stuart, the owner’s dad and property enthusiast, really sold us on the place. He showed us all the work they put into the property to make it ideal for any weather, including underground drainage to prevent puddling if it rains. Seeing this made us comfortable knowing we would love the venue rain or shine, which isn’t something you can say about most places.
One of the things that really put my mind at ease was the rain backup plan at the venue—it’s beautiful! Knowing that my vision wouldn’t be ruined if it rained meant I wasn’t stressed about the weather at all leading up to the wedding, because I knew the venue would be perfect either way. This is something that’s rare among venues!
Our day coordinator, Lexi, was incredible—she’s a total rockstar at her job! Lexi is so organized and knowledgeable about the venue and all the local vendors. I trusted her completely and never doubted a thing. She made the day run so smoothly and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lexi has a warm, calming presence, making it feel like you’ve known her forever, which is so helpful on your wedding day! She went above and beyond—when my mom needed her sandals during the reception, Lexi got them without hesitation, allowing my mom to enjoy the reception without missing a moment.
We paid for early entrance, so the girls could get ready at the venue, and the getting-ready space was stunning! It was the perfect setting to spend the morning with my bridesmaids and moms. Every aspect of the venue, from the carriage house to the ceremony site, the cocktail hour space, and the reception barn, was flawless. The grounds are filled with beautiful flowers, and the upkeep is pristine.
I could not recommend The Farm at Eagles Ridge more! I wouldn’t change a single thing about our day; it was absolutely perfect, and I feel so blessed to have found this venue!

An Absolutely Perfect Day!!
Our wedding day was nothing short of an absolutely perfect day in large part due to this incredible, gorgeous venue and their amazing team! We’re still getting compliments weeks later from guests about how smoothly everything went and how beautiful the venue was. My uncle kept saying “I understand why you picked this place, it’s absolutely spectacular!”
We looked at tons of venues in the tri-state area and my fiance was just not wowed by any of them until I showed him pictures of the Farm at Eagles Ridge and he was immediately sold. We don’t live in the Lancaster area so we couldn’t tour in person, but the team at the Farm shared a pre-recorded video tour of the property and did a live Facetime tour with us. We were so sold on the venue and their team after that, we booked it without even seeing it in person! We eventually were able to tour in person several months later and it was even better than we expected. The grounds are well-kept year round and set up so your wedding flows seamlessly across the property. After we booked, everything ran so smoothly. Almost all of our vendors were from the recommended vendor list that the Farm provides and every single one was outstanding. Our day-of coordinator, Mickey, was so helpful in keeping us organized. And the actual wedding day ran so perfectly. If there were any “fires” the day-of, I still don’t know about them because Mickey is a rockstar and handled them all. Mickey is ready to go to bat for her couples and we could not be more grateful to her for her part in our amazing day! I could spend days gushing about this venue but I’ll leave it at: Book the Farm, you won’t regret it!

The most beautiful place. Amber our coordinator helped to the most extreme measure and stayed calm and organized the whole time. It was a relief to be using this place because they were so organized and we could all enjoy our day without any worries. I couldn’t imagine the wedding anywhere else!

Wow! The Farm at Eagle's Ridge exceeded our expectation in all aspects. Our day of coordinator, Mickey, was helpful throughout our two year engagement/planning period/ She made sure I was worry free during our actual wedding day and had all of my details and visions come to life with no questions asked. I would recommend this venue to anyone. It is private, unique, accommodating and beautiful. We had such a good experience we wish we could do this all over again. 10/10 venue!

A dream come true
There are not enough words in the English language to express how incredible our wedding was at The Farm at Eagles Ridge was. From start to finish our day was beyond our wildest dreams and Mickey was a vital part in making that happen. Her kindness, attentiveness, passion, and boss lady energy is unmatched. She are truly one of a kind and we thank our lucky stars that we connected with her. Any couple that gets lucky enough to have her as a part of their best day ever has won the wedding lottery.
The entire day was magical; the team of vendors the Farm at Eagles Ridge recommends are out of this world and the way they all work so seamlessly together had all of us in awe. I've seen a whole heck of a lot of weddings in my career but I have never seen anything like how perfectly our wedding unfolded. The way everyone works together and the way Mickey orchestrated the entire day was incredible. Not only day of, but the months leading up to it, she was outstanding. We will forever be grateful for what she did to execute our day; it truly would not have been the same without her.
I could literally write a dissertation about how special our day was and how incredible this venue is. It was truly our best day ever and I know every other couple that has gotten married there will feel the same.

Dream Wedding Venue
The Farm at Eagles Ridge was truly my dream wedding venue and everything I could have ever wanted when I pictured my wedding! I booked the Farm at Eagles Ridge without even seeing it in person! Then my husband and I went to tour and fell more in love with it! It’s such a special place and I could feel that as soon as I saw it! From the old farm house and barn to the beautiful grounds with a pond, willow trees, beautiful rolling hills, down in a valley, the farm is pure beauty! The farm house has a gorgeous touch to it! The bridal a suite was the bridal suite of my dreams! I mean who wouldn’t want to get ready in a beautiful farm house! The groomsmen space downstairs was such a fun hangout/getting ready spot for the guys and they all enjoyed themselves! The ceremony spot was so beautiful! We were surrounded by big beautiful trees, and the sound of the fountain in the pond! The reception in the barn was so fun! The old farm tables and the big barn give that rustic feel and it’s just what we wanted! So many spots for guests to hangout and mingle! The staff are all so nice and take passion in all they do! They make sure everything goes perfect on your wedding day!! A special thanks to Taylor our coordinator for making our wedding so perfect and all her hard work leading up to the wedding! This day was the best day of mine and my husband’s life and The Farm at Eagles Ridge helped make it so special for us!❤️

Best Decision EVER
Booking our wedding at the farm was the best thing we did. From beginning to end, they were organized, responsive and so professional. They really are a well oiled machine and you can tell they are really good at what they do. The venue is absolutely stunning, and we loved being able to have our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at all different places on the farm. Our guests loved the constant change of scenery as well. We got married in May and it ended up being 95 degrees outside. We kept the ceremony short, but honestly I did not hear any complaints from guests since the ceremony by the pond was mostly shaded by a large tree. The cocktail hour was then able to be done inside/outside so guests that were hot, could take a break inside and cool off. The reception was in the barn, air conditioned, and ended up being perfect. I was so worried about the heat, but the farm had everything under control. Alright, now time to talk about our coordinator, Lexi, my new literal favorite human. This girl was my most responsive vendor, answering emails so quickly, had answers to all of my questions, had an amazingly organized wedding planning document to keep me on track and literally was the glue that kept the entire wedding together on the day-of. I seriously cannot imagine my wedding without her. My family and friends had nothing but great things to say about her too. I cannot recommend the farm enough, we had the wedding of our dreams and it is all thanks to their team (& especially Lexi, seriously you will be so lucky if you have her as your coordinator!!!!)

Dream Venue
The Farm at Eagles Ridge is a dream wedding venue, and everyone we worked with there was wonderful, but this is mainly an appreciation post for Mickey, our day-of coordinator, who was exceptional. From our initial phone conversations to the walk-through at the Farm, Mickey made planning easy and fun and gave great advice and helpful recommendations. In the days leading up to the wedding, she was - there is no other word - a rockstar. We had experienced a family emergency and were struggling to finalize our plans, and Mickey went above and beyond for us. I know she gave us more time and effort than she needed to, and I truly feel the wedding would not have gone on without her. It is unfathomable to me how someone can be so organized and detail-oriented. She never appeared stressed or overwhelmed - on the contrary, in every interaction she was positive and calm. I appreciated the way she took care to treat our families and guests with respect (wanting to get names right, working to understand family dynamics, etc.). And as the bride, I felt that she was in my corner the entire day. We feel lucky to have found the Farm at Eagles Ridge - the wedding was beautiful - and we send our gratitude to Mickey in particular.

If you are considering having your wedding at The Farm at Eagles Ridge, trust me DO IT. Working with them was by far one of the best choices we made. Betsy was WONDERFUL and so responsive during the entire wedding planning process. The best wedding venue!!
The Farm at Eagles Ridge is absolutely the best!! We live in New Jersey, but as soon as I saw the Farm online, I knew that we needed to schedule a tour. We didn’t even look at any other venues once we toured the farm with Stewart — we knew that we had to get married there! Everyone at the farm is so great and easy to work with. All of our wedding guests were blown away by the gorgeous venue — its perfect in every way. The pictures of the farm speak for themselves!! Mickey was our day of coordinator and she was great!! She took care of everything the day of our wedding and kept us on schedule! She also ran out rehearsal and answered all of our questions during the planning process. We can’t say enough great things about the Farm at Eagles Ridge!!

Absolutely amazing!
I honestly don't have the words to express how amazing this venue and their staff are! We had planned for a long engagement booking our venue with Betsy in mid-2019 for an April 2021 wedding. During that time the Farm at Eagles Ridge created a coordination package and we were so happy to meet Lexi who made our wedding day absolutely flawless! Both Betsy and Lexi were very responsive and eased all of our concerns leading up to it! On the day of, Lexi took care of everything for us and ensured that we were able to truly enjoy our special day together. Loved plan "c" at the Farm!
I cannot thank Paige and her team enough for the amount of compassion and flexibility when it came to our originally scheduled 4/4/20 wedding. Having to cancel our wedding 3 weeks before, Paige and team promptly sent new date options. Selecting July (in March, no one had any idea how long COVID would impact us) we then had to reschedule again. We were able to finally celebrate our wedding on 10/9/20 in the stunning new tent setup the Farm had created. The new COVID friendly outdoor flow was not only beautiful, but kept all our guests safe. A dream come true!
This Venue has EVERYTHING, the beautiful scenery, the amazing history to the barn, the house to get ready in, the welcome house (carriage house). Wonderful wedding venue
We reached out to the Farm just two months before our wedding date, not expecting them to have any availability or be able to accommodate us so last minute. To my surprise, they reached out to me within minutes, gave me all of the details, and we had a site visit set up within the next week. Not only were they able to accommodate us, the staff went above and beyond. They are SO easy to work with and so organized and professional. All of the small details and logistics are worked out ahead of time so on the wedding day the only thing left to do is sit back and enjoy the day! All day they worked so hard behind the scenes to make everything absolutely perfect. I could go on and on about what a great experience working with the Farm was! Definitely recommend this venue to anyone who is in need of a wedding venue.

Picture perfect venue!!!
This venue made my wedding everything I ever dreamed of and more! There are so many aspects of this venue, each being more beautiful than the next. From guest arrival in the spectacular carriage house, to a scenic ceremony on a dream worthy dock, all the way to the grand reception barn, there is nothing more you could want. There are surprises at every turn that will make you and your guests jaws drop. The whole space is picture perfect to the last detail. The staff is absolutely amazing and personable, they are always responsive and very flexible. I am a Covid bride, and they made my wedding perfect even given the constant last minute changes. I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is!

I’m not big on reviewing things, but I honestly feel compelled to write this. We had our wedding on November 1st at The Farm at Eagles Ridge and we could not ask for anything better! Betsy was amazing to work with and so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. The venue is absolutely breathtaking—we are still receiving compliments about what a great place it was! My husband and I had actually booked another place for our wedding, but we decided to go visit The Farm on a whim and there was no going back—we HAD to be married there after we saw it. Everything felt right and it turned out to be our best choice!! We are so happy with how everything turned out. We also used all vendors recommended by The Farm and they were all absolutely fantastic. Go see this place. You will not regret having your wedding here! My husband and I got married in early November 2019. The staff at the Farm was super organized, professional, and courteous throughout all of our planning. Betsy was the sweetest and swiftest vendor we worked with. Her ideas jived with our wants, and she helped ensure all of the venue locations were perfect for our autumn wedding day.

This venue is EVERYTHING!!! It was the first place we looked at, and the place we compared to everything else. From start to finish, this venue makes it happen. We worked with Betsy, who was a such a joy. She truly loves what she does and was able to answer all our questions along the way. Our day of manager, Alison, kicked a$$. She helped make sure everything ran smoothly and made sure everything was perfect, even when it rained and we had to move things inside. The indoor option is beautiful, and actually made our ceremony so intimate. It was many of our guests' favorite part of the wedding. Everything about this place is stunning. The landscaping, the carriage house, the light fixtures, the barn, EVERYTHING. I had so many compliments from guests saying how the venue was incredible. We can't thank them enough for providing the perfect place to get married!

A Dream Come True!
Where do I even begin?! We could not have found a more perfect venue for the greatest day of our lives. The farm was the one and only place that we looked at. The moment we traveled down the drive to the amazing property, we knew it was the place for us. The grounds are simply incredible. It is truly like walking into a dream with how beautiful the property is. If you are looking for that rustic elegance in a wedding venue, look no further. Every part of our wedding was like a new surprise for our guests. From the amazing carriage house that welcomed our guests before walking down to the beautiful ceremony site by the pond, to the beautiful hardscaped patio for cocktail hour, to the absolutely incredible reception barn and outdoor patio, it is all absolutely incredible. What makes the venue even more perfect are the people who own it. Betsy is absolutely incredible. From the moment we met her, we knew she was going to help make our dreams come true at the farm. She was always available to answer any questions we had throughout our planning process. She allowed us to visit the farm for our photo and video shoots and was always keeping us up to date on improvements at the venue. Betsy and the entire team at the farm care so much about their guests and are constantly working to improve their venue and make it absolutely perfect for everyone. They are so incredibly accommodating for not only the bride and groom, but for everyone involved in the wedding day. Our parents, bridal party, guests and even vendors were so well taken care of. Our guests could not stop telling us how incredibly beautiful and perfect the venue was. We were so thankful to have had perfect weather for our wedding, but we also knew that we were going to still have the most beautiful day with the farm’s AMAZING rain option. Every time I was able to visit the farm, I had tears in my eyes. Between Betsy and the entire Farm at Eagle’s Ridge family, to the incredible reception barn with its new rain option, to the absolutely breathtaking outdoor scenery, it is simply perfect. We could not have pictured a more perfect venue for our wedding, and we simply cannot thank Betsy enough for everything that she did for us throughout our entire wedding planning process! If we could, we would get married over and over again at The Farm at Eagle’s Ridge!!

"The Best Wedding Ever"
We don't even know where to begin with the wonderful things to say about The Farm at Eagle's Ridge and about Paige, Betsy and Alison. From the day we booked until the day we got married, everything was perfect. They answered all of our questions throughout the process, promptly and kindly. They did everything to cater our vision and dreams. And to top it all off, their venue is absolutely STUNNING!! We have heard everything from "this is the best wedding ever" to "that was the most beautiful venue we've ever been to." Our guests, family and ourselves were truly blown away by the meticulous attention to detail and incredible views from every area on the farm. We LOVE the Farm at Eagles Ridge!!!!
When my husband and I were looking at wedding venues in Lancaster, this was the first and only venue we looked at. After just one visit to this beautiful property, we were floored by its enticing atmosphere, and warm and welcoming owners, Paige and Betsy. We knew instantly that this would be the place where we would begin the rest of our lives together. Paige was incredibly insightful and helpful throughout the entire process, answering any question we had, and letting us visit the property several times to bring our parents and to get a better idea of how we wanted to set up decorations, etc. On the big day, Betsy was there to ensure our wedding went smoothly and our guests were comfortable. The venue itself is stunning. The entire wedding party was able to get ready on-site in the spacious farmhouse. There is a brand-new welcome area for guests to have a drink and use the bathroom before the ceremony. The big selling point for us was that there is a back-up location on-site, so in the case of inclement weather, we had absolutely no worries. The FAER staff made our day effortless, and we highly recommend this venue for weddings or any event. Thank you!!!!

Amazing, incredible, and every other word for WOW
I don't even know where to start. The Farm at Eagles Ridge is a DREAM venue. I was married in November and it was the most stunning backdrop to our day. If you're looking to get married in a barn, you have to check this place out. The stone farm house where we got ready is stunning - our wedding party and photographers were oohing and ahhing the whole time we were there. The barn, the landscape - every detail so incredible and so well maintained. This place is a gem!
Not only was the venue itself incredible, the people are even more amazing. I worked with Betsy and I honestly have no words to describe how amazing, how supportive, how personable she is. We had a disaster a couple weeks before the wedding and Betsy jumped into action to make sure we had a backup. She was so accommodating, so understanding, so focused, so flexible - I could not have asked for a better partner in this process. I would never even know she was working with other brides because she made me feel so special each time we spoke and the process was so personalized. Plus, she really knows weddings! Every time I was lost or overwhelmed, she had great advise that ended being exactly what was needed. We had the most amazing day with no hiccups and it's due in large part to Betsy and her team. I am so grateful!

My dream became reality!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Farm at Eagles Ridge and their staff. We booked the Farm 2.5 years in advance and I was soo excited when our day finally arrived! Betsy was very responsive and professional since the very beginning! She was so sweet and helpful with everything. This venue is TO DIE FOR. The fall foliage and landscaping of the venue added to the ambience of our special day. The entire property is absolutely picturesque and the best part is- you get the WHOLE place to yourselves! We had the entire farmhouse to get ready in and it made for a stress-free morning. Do yourself a favor at AT LEAST go check out this venue! I bet you'll end up booking because it will make all your wedding dreams come true :)

We got married Saturday and cannot say enough good things about the farm and Betsy! We booked 26 months out and even when our wedding was 2 years away, Betsy responded to our emails as if our wedding was next week.
Due to the number of people getting hair and makeup done and the time that we wanted to start pictures, we wound up having to do hair and makeup at the hotel and coming over after. I was a bit bummed, because the makeup room at the farm is so great, but it worked out.
Our photographer was able to find so many gorgeous photo spots for us, so we will have a variety of backdrops!
Having the farmhouse allowed us to have our family around and comfortable while we got ready and started pictures. Also, the attic suite was a great way to end the night! Staying there allowed us to leave and spend some time alone without feeling an obligation to say goodnight to all of our guests at the hotel.
I am an event manager myself and I would gladly work with Betsy and TFAER again any day and will gladly recommend it to others!

Betsy was a pleasure to work with! She answered every silly question I had about our wedding day- even ones that don’t pertain to the venue (bridesmaid dress recommendations, alcohol vendor recommendations, photographer recommendations). Her and her sister do an excellent job at running this venue! I received so many compliments on our venue choice. There are so many options with cocktail hour and reception layouts that you can really make your wedding so unique. My family loved so many details about the Farm, that we knew we had to book it as soon as we were done touring! Some of my favorite aspects of the venue are the water trough which can be emptied and turned into a back bar, the dock by the pond, the corn crib which we added some vintage furniture and drapery, the willow trees, and the farmhouse which served as a wonderful place for us to freshen up after our ceremony. Despite it being a 96 degree day, our wedding went on without a flaw! The barn was a little warm in the beginning of our reception due to the amount of guests we had (over 200) and the weather, but it is air conditioned which was a huge plus for us. I would recommend this beautiful venue to anyone!

Hands down the best decision we made was to have our wedding at The Farm at Eagles Ridge!!! From the minute I stepped onto the venue, I knew it was the place. I booked it while my groom-to-be was deployed (after sending him lots of videos and pictures), and Paige let us come back to visit it as soon as he came home. He fell in love with it immediately too. Because both of our families were not local, we wanted a gorgeous venue close to downtown Lancaster that could make our rustic elegance wedding dreams come true. From the stunning barn, to the twinkle lights in the courtyard, to the corncrib, to the willow trees and ponds on the property, this venue is absolutely gorgeous. It has that farmland feel without sacrificing any comfort or glam, from heaters and air conditioning, to beautiful landscaping and a luxurious farmhouse. Paige, Alison, and Betsy were prompt in their email responses, and unbelievably helpful with any and every question. They gave us lots of ideas for other local vendors to hire and helped with all logistics for the day of. When it decided to rain the entire week of our wedding, Alison and Betsy organized the tent set up, and helped us shift the ceremony inside. Our plan B was so perfect that it was more like plan A, and neither the groom nor I could have pictured getting married anywhere other than in the barn. We loved having the farmhouse to get ready in, and the corncrib for cocktail hour. Our guests haven't stopped telling us how beautiful the venue was. Thank you so, so, much for everything you all did to make our day the best!

I could not have asked for a better venue to have my wedding this past weekend! Betsy and her team were wonderful to work with from the very beginning. From day one she was sending e-mails with information, answering questions, and she was there the day of the wedding to make sure that everything ran perfectly. The pictures of the venue on their website do not do it justice! It is definitely a venue that needs to be seen in person. I knew this was the place I wanted to be married at the minute I walked into the barn. I will continue raving about this location for years to come!

The Farm at Eagle's Ridge was a wonderful experience from start to finish. When my parents were trying to persuade me to have my wedding in Lancaster (I live in Los Angeles), I told them I would only do it if I could find a venue that was so spectacular and beautiful and perfect that I would have chosen it even if it wasn't in Lancaster. As soon as I found The Farm at Eagle's Ridge I knew it was right - and the venue only exceeded my expectations from then on.
From the very first Skype I had with Paige, it was an absolute pleasure. She is kind and professional, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. She made me feel comfortable planning my wedding across the country, and her organization and attention to detail made everything go off without a hitch.
The day of the wedding was fantastic for so many reasons - the venue is of course beautiful, but also the facilities were perfect. My photographer even remarked that he saw one of the venue staff clearing leaves from the walkway! I loved having use of the Stone Farm House to get ready with my squad the day of - and it was so convenient that there were so many bathrooms, a kitchen, a room to put my dress on with a full mirror, stations for all of the hair and makeup, etc. It was just so pro!!
The flow of the evening was great - we did a "ceremony in the round," cocktail hour was perfect (loved using the trough for the oysters), and the barn was gorgeous. SO many of my friends and family told me what an amazing venue it was - there was a lot of "I can't believe how beautiful Lancaster is" from my Los Angeles friends - and everyone especially loved how the barn doors opened halfway through to show a whole other location complete with ice cream parlor, fire pit, coffee cart, donuts... I honestly only made it out there for a second myself but it was awesome.

Our experience with the Farm at Eagles Ridge was simply amazing. Paige and Betsy were very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They provided a lot of assistance throughout the planning process and helped bring everything together seamlessly. The venue is gorgeous, and really did not require extra decor to be simply stunning. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful both the ceremony site (outdoors by the pond) and the reception in the corn crib/barn were. Everything about the day was perfect.

If you're thinking about getting married at Eagles Ridge, do it!!!! I can't recommend this venue enough! Everything for my wedding was absolutely perfect! First of all this venue is absolutely stunning. When I went for my tour I was immediately sold by the stunning landscape, quaint farmhouse, and the absolutely breathtaking barn interior. Not only is this venue gorgeous, but their team is truly a pleasure to work with! From day one, Betsy has been a joy to work with. She was always super responsive to any questions I had, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to have the perfect wedding day. Our day of venue coordinator Allison was fabulous as well. She made sure everything ran seamlessly, and kept checking in to see if we needed anything. I honestly didn't worry about a thing all day because I knew they had everything under control. All I had to do was show up, get married and have a party! It was perfect, and I couldn't have done it without such an amazing team! We had so many guests come up to us after the wedding, or text us the next day to rave about the venue. Everything was perfect! My now-husband and I were blown away from start to end of day. We couldn't have asked for a more amazing venue or for a better team to work with! I highly recommend booking here, you won't regret it!

What can I say about a venue that is simply stunning! We just had my daughters wedding there two days ago and I couldn't wait to say how wonderful it was. The Farm itself is just something out of a magazine. It takes your breath away. Betsy Montgomery, the owner, is the most charming, friendly, helpful person you could ever hope to work with. She sincerely cares about the people who's wedding are there. The Stone House is the perfect place to have the wedding party get ready. You get the entire farm all to yourself the day of. The Stone House is not just beautiful, it is quaint and very homey. Makes you start your day off with a smile. Every place on the premise is a beautiful area to have the outdoor ceremony. The area next to the Barn is where we had our cocktail hour. It is just a beautiful and comfortable place. The Corn Crib was the main attraction outside. Everyone was sitting around inside. The Farm itself is a magnificent visual site when you first walk in. All that rustic charm, but once they open up the large barn doors to the outside, it's a done deal. No one wanted to leave. Every one of my guests had said that this was the best wedding they have ever been to!!! As a mother, you only want the best for your daughter, and this place went way beyond that. Thank you Betsy for allowing us to have such a wonderful time, and for my daughter and my new son-in-law to start their new lives together on such a high note.

The Farm at Eagles Ridge will always live in my heart. I am so happy it was apart of the happiest day of my life thus far. Paige Flowers was bright and friendly the moment we met her and she felt like a friend at the end of the process. She is a warm, caring, genuine person and my husband and I think the world of her and her business. This was the first venue my husband and I saw and we fell in love. We visited 2 other locations that day and everything felt flat and uninspired. I wanted something rustic yet chic and refined and that's exactly what The Farm at Eagles Ridge provides. I knew I wanted numerous outdoor photos; the venue is impeccable. We went there for our final walk through and witnessed the labor they take to keep the grounds beautiful and clean. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Paige was so easy to work with, they gave us helpful advice any time we needed it. We were given a helpful list of possible vendors and each one I chose was amazing. I had the perfect wedding day at The Farm at Eagles Ridge. The farmhouse where we got ready was so beautiful, all my guests and my entire bridal party was so impressed with every detail of The Farm. I want everyone I know now to get married there so we can go back! Thank you eternally from the bottom of our hearts for the most perfect day at the most perfect place.

Hands down, amazing venue. It was on the higher end of our budget, but it was absolutely worth it. It checked all the boxes for us and more with being quiet and secluded, but also near a downtown area and being a gorgeous farm venue with lots of amenities. Both Betsy and Paige were very responsive, organized, and easy to work with. We had a long engagement and they both let us see the venue again after our initial walk through so we could plan out décor and see what the venue would look like when we would get married. Their blog was a great resource while planning décor as well and getting ideas. The Farm gave us a list of recommended vendors, but we were open to choose whomever for the most part. We needed to choose from their list of caterers, but that list was fairly robust. They also require a Day of Coordinator, though we were planning to have a coordinator regardless. Our only issue was there was only one vendor that could hang the drapes and it was a bit overpriced in our opinion. Overall, the venue was a big reason why we felt our wedding was exactly what we wanted and a success.

My then fiancé, now husband and I made our way out to Lancaster last summer to check out a few venues in the area. The moment we arrived at The Farm at Eagles Ridge, I said to him “Now THIS is what I’m talking about”. I had seen a handful of venues with my mom and nothing made me feel the way I did at The Farm at Eagles Ridge. From the ceremony locations (we did ours by the dock) to the Stone House, to the Barn, it’s simply the most beautiful venue I’ve ever been to. The Stone House was actually a big selling point for us. On your wedding day, you spend almost as much time getting ready as you do actually getting married and enjoying your reception. I fell in love with the idea of being surrounded by my family and girlfriends in such a beautiful and comfortable space while we all got ready. Everything at the Farm is so beautifully maintained and you can tell that Betsy and Paige take their business very seriously. Betsy was such a joy to work with. She immediately felt like a friend and guided us through all the extra steps that arise when you’re planning a wedding from far away. She was so gracious every time I wanted to come visit before the wedding and answered all our emails so promptly and professionally. Betsy – we cannot thank you enough. We’re already trying to figure out how to throw ourselves another wedding (one year anniversary party?) at the Farm.

From the very start of meeting and working with Paige and Betsy, my husband and I were so impressed by their attention to detail, their responsiveness, and the way they catered to our every need. Any time I had even the most of minor questions or concerns, they were addressed and responded to immediately. Not to mention this venue is BEAUTIFUL--I mean drop dead gorgeous, especially around early summer when we got married. You can tell that they meticulously pour over every detail on the property. When I arrived on-site to this venue for the first time, I don't even think my fiance (now husband) and I were out of the car yet and we knew it was the place we would pick. The grounds were kept VERY well (no weeds, no dead plants, and everything was shaped and trimmed). I worked with Betsy mostly during the planning process. She was so nice and professional. She made me feel comfortable during the planning process. Anytime I emailed her she got back to me in a timely matter which is key in the wedding planning process. We had our ceremony down by the pond and the color on the trees at the end of October were SO pretty. We had our cocktail hour up at the Corn Crib which we loved because they had strung lights on and also a fire pit which was unique. The reception in The Barn was amazing. Everything was SO clean and there was details everywhere throughout. I had people come up to me during our reception asking how I found this place. I was so thankful that this place was available for the dates that we wanted for our wedding. It was more than I could have ever imagined. They even have an old Farm House that they fixed up to be a little modem to have the bridal party get ready in. On the 2nd floor I was able to have the bridesmaids up there getting ready. Once I was able to put my dress on, I went into a "Bride Room" that was stunning. A huge silver mirror, so much natural light, a white chair, and a beautiful rug. The groom and groomsmen were able to stay downstairs and hang out and relax (even watch TV). They also have a full kitchen which we got lunch catered. After we were done eating, the staff came into The Farm house and put everything away from us.
It was truly my dream wedding. I was honored to have had my wedding there. Everything was absolutely perfect. If you are looking for a place that is professional, clean, has gorgeous grounds, amazing buildings, you should pick this place. You will not be disappointed.

THE BEST DAY EVER AT THE BEST VENUE EVER! I found The Farm at Eagles Ridge online and my fiance and I decided it was too far from home and too expensive for our budget. However, I wanted to get it out of my head so decided to take a visit there and find something I didnt like about it... Well... there was NOTHING I didn't LOVE! I fell in love with the farm and the staff there immediately. This was truly a dream come true and the staff at the farm, especially Paige, made our wedding day more than we could dream of!:) Words cannot even describe how perfect this place is! I would recommend the Farm at Eagles Ridge to anyone and everyone! I hope to go back one day for another event!:)

This venue is stunning. Our guests told us it was one of the most beautiful weddings they’ve ever attended. The minute we took the tour with Betsy we were sold. We were lucky to even get a date this year, as nearly every weekend was booked out. We ended up booking a Sunday night, and got a nice discount as a result. The ceremony by the pond made for amazing photographs. The farmhouse was ideal for getting ready beforehand. Honestly, I’m trying to find something to critique here and it’s nearly impossible. The only thing that slightly frustrated me was that the wedding couldn’t be longer. Our ceremony was at 3:30pm and we had to end at 9:30pm. Our guests were having so much fun everyone would gladly have stayed for a couple of hours longer. Betsy was so accommodating with our vision. She let me ride my Vespa down the aisle! And also let us covert the corn crib into a hookah lounge which was such a fun transformation of the space! You will not be disappointed should you choose to get married at the Farm at Eagles Ridge. I would say it is by far the best spot in all of Lancaster county, if not the entire state of Pennsylvania!!

The Farm at Eagles Ridge is by far the best wedding venue in Lancaster County and the surrounding area. I am in the wedding business so when it came to picking a venue this was a no brainer. Paige and Betsy are so easy to work with and made planning our special day so easy. You can visit the venue to plan things as often as you would like and that made things very helpful. The venue is so beautiful and made our pictures like no other. The reception barn is by far the best around. We added some drapery as well and some up lighting and it really brought our reception to life. These ladies have it going on and are by far the best venue around. It only took one visit to The Farm at Eagles Ridge to fall in love with the venue and to know that this was the only place where we could picture us getting married. Everything about this venue is beautiful, elegant, charming and perfect. The grounds are just simply breathtaking and well put together. Betsy and Paige have literally thought of everything a bride could possibly want and dream. We received numerous amounts of compliments from our wedding guest saying that this was the most beautiful wedding and venue that they have ever been to! We had the honor to work with Betsy over the past year and she made us feel like we were family. She was very responsive to emails and was always willing to give recommendations or point us in the right direction. I wish I could find all the right words to explain how perfect and beautiful our wedding was thanks to the hard work, help, and dedication of Paige and all the staff at The Farm at Eagles Ridge. As soon as my husband and I looked at the venue we knew right away that The Farm would be the perfect place for our special day this past July. Both the ceremony and the reception site blew us away, and captured the natural and elegant feeling we wanted to have with our wedding venue. We had the chance to work closely with Paige, and I can't recommend her enough. From the beginning Paige was always very responsive to any email I sent, and followed up with us during the many months of the planning process. Working with Paige felt like working with a close friend, and she truly made everything Dylan and I could have envisioned for our wedding day possible. Paige and the rest of the staff at The Farm thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for us over the course of the last 15 months! If you're looking for a barn, country, landscape, or outdoor wedding, you will not find a better venue than the Farm at Eagles Ridge. My wife and I got married here this summer and everything was absolutely perfect. The planning, the people who work there, the stone farmhouse, the barn, the patio area, EVERYTHING was just beautiful and perfect.
I really don't have anything critical to say. Our event went off without a hitch because of their staff, and every guests I talked to complimented us on our great choice in venue.

I wanted a barn wedding and what better place to start than in Lancaster. The Farm at Eagles Ridge was just what I was looking for - elegant, rustic, charming, romantic, to name a few. It is truly a BEAUTIFUL venue with a gorgeous (renovated) barn, amazing patio and corn crib area, and stunning views of the lake. It's tucked away from the street so it feels intimate, which I loved. Many of our wedding guests said that our wedding was the best and most beautiful wedding they have ever been to! The Farm at Eagles Ridge definitely did not disappoint. It's a family run business and you can tell by the pride and joy they take in hosting each wedding. They truly care about your experience and want you to have the wedding you have always dreamed of. The farmhouse for the bridal party is amazing, and I have yet to hear anyone say that they would not want to live in that house; truly beautiful! One of the best parts of the venue is that while in the barn (reception) you can open the large barn doors out onto the large patio area, so guests can hang out outside during the reception and it allows for more space. Our guests loved this! If you are looking for a romantic barn wedding this is the place! Shout out to Paige at the Farm who helped with all of our wedding needs, she was fantastic!

The staff at Eagles Ridge and the venue are simply incredible. From the moment my husband and I stepped on site, we knew we had to get married there! Your guests will be overwhelmed by the beauty and charm. And the staff could not be more accommodating and helpful. This venue is worth every penny...it has the flexibility to transfer into whatever your style might be. Looking for a country feel, no problem. I highly recommend the Farm at Eagles Ridge! I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Betsy leading up to the wedding and on the day of the wedding. Betsy was accommodating, professional, and calm throughout the entire process. She responded to emails quickly to answer my questions and provide suggestions. The weather report was predicting rain for my wedding day and Betsy didn't blink an eye- she calmly provided my options and even offered for me to borrow the umbrellas she used for her wedding! Luckily, we didn't have any rain and the day went off without a hitch thanks to Betsy! My family and friends cannot stop complimenting the venue- its perfectly manicured landscaping, the peacefulness of the ceremony site, the convenience of the farmhouse to get ready in, the beauty of the barn... From the moment we met with Paige on our tour it was like talking to a friend; she is so warm, kind, and genuinely interested in your dream wedding vision NOT selling the venue. If you are looking for an outdoor wedding venue in Pennsylvania--stop looking you found it! The freedom to choose your vendor team was a huge positive, and Paige gave us a fabulous list of recommended vendors that were fantastic to work with! Our photographer was in love with all the many photo spots the pond, the willow trees, the pink blossoms, the farm house, and many many more. Our guests were blown away by the location's beauty, elegance, and intimate quiet environment. The staff and owners go above and beyond to make sure your wedding day is flawless and stress free, no matter rain or sunshine! I had my absolute dream wedding at the Farm at Eagles Ridge. Paige and her team are amazing to work with - so sweet, so kind, and just all in all really genuinely nice people. The venue is absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous options for both indoor/outdoor ceremonies, cocktail hour and reception. I loved having the bridal suite as an area to get ready before the wedding. The venue offers countless spaces for photos - there are cherry blossom trees, magnolia trees, tulips, grassy hills, farmland, ponds, seriously the list is endless. I really cant say enough about The Farm at Eagles Ridge and Betsy (owner). Craig and I were blown away the moment we drove up and saw the property! it was breath taking and beautiful and just what we imagined and hoped for. Betsy and her sister Paige are the owners and are doing such an amazing job. Betsy showed us around the grounds (the stone house, the pond, the corn crib and the barn) and we left that day with a potential date in mind and in Craig's mind "the place". I made him look at one more place and after that i knew the The Farm was the place we were meant to get married at. From day one working with Betsy was seamless, stress free and so easy. Betsy answered all my questions and emails very promptly and professionally. Craig and i love the natural, rustic beauty of the Farm. Our ceremony was by the pond and cocktail hour was in the corn crib and the reception was in the barn. I got so many compliments on hour gorgeous the venue was and i have to admit they were all right. The Farm is gorgeous. You really cant go wrong with this venue or with Betsy and Paige. If i could have every important event here i would, too by i live 2+ hours away. This place is hands down worth it.

It really was a day like no other! It is a day that will remain in our hearts and minds forever. Yes, there were a few tears, but there was way more laughter :)
The Farm at Eagles Ridge was the PERFECT place for our storybook day. From the first time we met together to discuss and book our date, up through and including the wedding day, everything was effortless. Their attention to detail enabled us as the parents of the bride, to truly ENJOY the day and not be caught up in worry and stress. We had sooo many compliments from our guests on how awesome the property looked, how tranquil the ceremony site was, and how perfect the barn and lighted courtyard was for the reception. The lawn games and cocktail hour were also a big hit! I would highly recommend this venue and to anyone searching for the perfect wedding site.

I cant say enough about the beauty of the farm, all night at the reception someone would approach me and asked how we heard about the Farm at Eagles Ridge and tell me how beautiful it was here. I can't say enough about this venue. Simply the best. On our wedding day last Saturday, from the second we arrived until hours after we left, Paige & Betsy worked constantly to make our dream come alive (with smiles on their faces the whole time!). It was perfect. We did not have one hiccup. It wasn't just our big day though, they were beyond organized & helpful every step of the way, and always responded quickly & thoroughly. I have nothing but praise for the way the conduct their business, and am so thankful we were lucky enough to get married here. And the venue itself is simply amazing. From the spacious farmhouse we got ready in (makeup, hair, the whole 9 yards, and the guys took over the first floor -- plenty of room) to the beautiful ceremony site, pond and all, to the corn crib and patio for cocktail hour (fire pit optional, highly recommend), to the remarkable rustic barn, it was truly breathtaking. You don't even have to decorate and it would still be gorgeous. Our pictures are stunning. Brad and I are still thrilled. If we got married again we wouldn't change a single thing. No wonder Vogue rated The Farm at Eagles Ridge one of the top barn venues in the country, they truly went above and beyond all of our expectations. Can we do it again?! Thanks for everything ladies. You made our favorite day so special, we are so grateful.

Now that the Farm at Eagles Ridge has been voted the #3 Farm Venue in the country by VOGUE they probably don't need my glowing review. I want to give it anyway because I am so grateful to them for making my dream wedding a reality. This is the most gorgeous venue I have ever seen, my wedding guests still haven't stopped talking about it. Every part of this venue is gorgeous, even the bathrooms and hallways in the barn are decorated beautifully - but simply enough that the space can become exactly what you envisioned for your wedding. On top of this, the sisters that own this venue are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and are a pleasure to work with. They responded almost immediately to any emails I sent and accommodated every request. The entire process with them was so easy and fun. Vendors love working with them, every time I told a vendor that's where we were having our wedding they gave wonderful reviews. Having our wedding at the Farm at Eagles Ridge is the best decision we made for our wedding.

The Farm at Eagles Ridge is spectacular. We had been to almost every venue in the area by the time we were looking for our own and when we visited The Farm, we could not wait to book our day! Paige was so amazing! From day one to the day of, she was there for me if I had any questions or concerns(no concerns were ever about the venue!) and was such a pleasure to work with. The Farm at Eagles Ridge is bar far the most beautiful venue in Lancaster, PA and there wasn't a guest at our wedding that didn't agree. All evening I had people stopping me to tell me how incredible the venue was, you can really see all of the attention to detail and care they put into this place. We are so incredibly happy that we had our reception here and only hope that we get invited to another wedding here in the future so we get to go back! My husband and I got married here in October 2015. We loved working with Paige; she was very kind, friendly, organized, and ready to meet our specific needs. She was genuinely excited about our day and really cared for us, which made our interactions special. We had to switch to plan B because of rain, and moving the ceremony inside the barn, with the cocktail hour outside in a tent, was so beautiful and intimate. I had an aisle to walk down and having 225 guests didn't feel crowded! It was a magical day!

To say that the property is gorgeous is an understatement -- the visual is amazing. Not only are the barn and stone house beautifully restored, the grounds are meticulously cared for. Betsy was an absolute delight to work with and was so responsive to our requests. Because it is a family owned business, we got to meet most of the Herr family and they are absolutely lovely. They truly wanted us to have an amazing experience.
On the day of the wedding, the make-up artists and hair stylists all said that the facilities at the farm house were the best they ever had for a wedding. The general reaction from everyone who was there that day was "Wow"! Our only disappointment that day was that the weather didn't cooperate for an outdoor ceremony. We ended up having the ceremony in the barn and it was so beautiful that I wonder if many of the guests didn't think it was planned to be in the barn the whole time!

The Farm at Eagles Ridge is so beautiful and one of the best wedding venues in Lancaster County. We worked mainly with Paige in our wedding planning process and she was such a pleasure! She accommodated many visits to the farm as I had my family visiting out of state to see venues. I knew before I was even engaged this was the place I wanted to have my reception and I am so thankful it was available for our date! The bridal suite is gorgeous, the grounds are well kept, and the barn is stunning. I love that they continue to update and add new features regularly to make it even better. They are committed to their clients and I would recommend The Farm at Eagles Ridge to anyone wanting a rustic, but elegant feel to their day!

The best decision we made for our wedding was picking The Farm at Eagles Ridge for our venue. Paige is the sweetest and most helpful person to work with. I do not even know where to begin!! Everything about the Farm at Eagles Ridge is incredible, including the family that owns it. Paige was my point of contact for our wedding, but to call her that does not do it justice. Paige was incredibly responsive to all questions, accommodation requests, and advice! She would respond to my emails within the hour with more information than I thought I needed! Every time we visited the farm, Paige made me feel so special, as if my wedding was the only wedding they had at the farm that year. She knew the details of our event inside and out and just exuded excitement for us and our families. The farm itself is absolutely gorgeous. Our friends and families could not stop talking about how immaculate and pristine the grounds were, how unique the barn was, and how breathtaking the views were. My friends and family could not believe how calm I was since we had a hurricane blowing through the area that weekend, but there was nothing to worry about because Paige had everything under control. We had back up plans and alternate options so everything felt completely taken care of. We could not have been happier with the Farm at Eagles Ridge and would recommend it to anyone! We want to do it all over again!

The Farm at Eagle Ridge is perfect place for a wedding. The landscape is perfect and the Farm house is a bonus from the Bridal Suite to the Groomsmen den a perfect place for the Bridal Party to get ready and the Family to relax. Many guest said this is one of the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. The Staff at the Farm was a pleasure to work with. Paige Flowers was a gem. All question were answered promptly. You will not regret renting this venue it is nothing but first class.

This was everything and more that we could have asked for. The venue was so amazing and breath taking both inside and out. When the barn door opened after dinner people were star struck with the beauty. You were greeted the minute you stepped on the property and had an Eagles Ridge representative available to you until you drove off the property. This was truly a five star class event.

My husband and I got married in September 2015 at the Farm and it was truly everything we envisioned our wedding to be. We worked directly with Paige who was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to our questions and truly went above and beyond to help us plan our event! One example of this - she allowed us to take a trip to the Farm to show it to our parents after our original visit and after we had signed the contract - she spent the time to walk around with us and answer any questions they had. From the minute Alex and I first walked onto the Farm, we knew it was where we wanted to get married (it was beautiful despite the fact that it was winter and there was snow on the ground!) Paige and family have truly thought of every detail in creating the venue, from the comfortable farmhouse to get ready in, to the beautiful grounds which made for stunning photos, and to the reception space in their gorgeous renovated 1820's barn, complete with included white uplighting and pin-spotting! The corncrib/courtyard area was the perfect site for our quirky, Oktoberfest-themed cocktail hour and the vibe was truly magical once it got dark outside; the festoon lighting was illuminated in the courtyard and the barn doors opened to create a great indoor-outdoor reception space which our guests really enjoyed. I really cannot say enough good things about the Farm - it is picture perfect, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our event exactly what we wanted it to be, including providing helpful suggestions on choosing vendors (many of which we hired for our event). I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking for a rustic, yet very elegant event space!

I fell in love with this venue the second I pulled up the long driveway to the farm. It is a stunning setting with a beautiful dock to have the ceremony and a straight out of pinterest barn to have the reception. One of my favorite parts about this site is the farmhouse used for the bridal party to get ready in. The upstairs is a beautiful, homey space with stations for girls to get their hair done, couches to relax, and big closets for the dresses. The groomsmen have 2 rooms downstairs to get ready while the family can hang out in the farmhouse style kitchen and living room. The venue is so gorgeous with the beautiful scenery, tall ceilings, and chandeliers it doesn't need much decorating to make it ready for a wedding. Betsy and Paige are amazing at what they do and were always very quick to answer any questions and concerns that I had.

This was the first place we visited on our hunt for a perfect venue for our wedding. Upon meeting Paige and visiting the venue, it was obvious this was the place we had to get married. Paige was fantastic. She seemed to quickly become a friend within time frame it took to tour the venue. Paige was never trying to "sell" us the venue but more of that fact that she was proud of what she and her family accomplished and wanted to show the place off. We could not be more ecstatic about having our wedding at Eagles Ridge!

It was such a wonderful experience working with Betsy and Paige throughout the wedding planning process. They have experience working with a variety of vendors and make sure every detail is taken care of. You will dramatically decrease your amount of stress and the time you spend planning if you have your wedding here- they take care of all of the details and help you plan the perfect day. This was my dream wedding location from the time it was simply a blueprint on their blog. From the first walkthrough to the wedding day itself, I have nothing negative to say about the venue or Betsy and Paige. They were both amazing to work with and super supportive throughout the whole planning process. I would give them more than 5 stars if it was possible! From the moment I drove up to the Farm at Eagles Ridge for my initial tour with Paige, I knew that this was the place I wanted to get married. Even in the dead of winter, the venue was incredibly beautiful! Paige was the absolute sweetest and I enjoyed every minute of working with her. She was always super quick to respond to my many emails and questions and was genuinely excited to help me plan my perfect wedding. The day of the wedding, I was simply blown away by the beauty of the farm. I cannot count the number of guests who complimented me on my choice of venue and told me just how magical a location it was. At times during the day, I found myself simply taking in the beautiful surroundings and thinking how lucky I was to celebrate such a special occasion at so lovely a place. Everything went off without a hitch thanks the Eagles Ridge family. My day went perfectly. My only regret is that I can't go back and do it all again! :)

If I could give 10 stars I would! Betsy and the whole Hess family are absolutely amazing! They all made you feel like family when you were there. They were very accommodating when we needed to use the farm house for an extra hour to get our hair and make up done there. Betsy was great throughout my entire experience with The Farm at Eagles Ridge. I recommend this venue to everyone. The Farm at Eagles Ridge was a magical location for my daughter's wedding. The grounds were so beautiful and in flower that little additional decoration was needed. When my daughter picked a "barn" location for her wedding I was a bit skeptical -- I hadn't envisioned a "rustic' wedding. And despite the barn location, the wedding wasn't rustic at all. It was elegant and as "formal" as my daughter wanted. The venue is so versatile, it can be transformed into whatever the bride envisions. During the evening the large barn doors were opened to the courtyard which united the two spaces more than I imagined it would and the party flowed easily between the spaces. Many of our guests commented on how extraordinary the venue was -- one of the most beautiful weddings they had every attended.
Since the ceremony was at the lake, we worried about what would happen if it rained. But there is a great rain plan alternative that eased our minds. And, luckily we didn't need it because it was a perfect day.
In the beginning I was a little taken back by the venue fee. But when I learned what all was included and saw the beauty of the property and how well it was appointed and maintained, I realized it was worth every cent.
The staff, especially Paige, could not have been more helpful. They accommodated our every request and made sure everything was perfect -- including re-arranging the heavy Adirondack chairs. Paige made us feel more like family then just another bridal group. She seemed genuinely interested in us and in helping my daughter's vision come to life.
I recommend the Farm to anyone without any hesitation.

My husband, my family, and I could not have been more pleased with the Farm at Eagles Ridge for our wedding in June. From the very first moment that we visited the farm and met with Paige, we knew this venue was special and that it was the perfect fit for us. Throughout the entire preparation process, Paige was available every step of the way to answer every little question that we had as well as to provide us with options and suggestions. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail to our wedding made us feel special and in good hands. She is exactly the type of person you want involved in helping to plan a wedding. Beyond the professionalism and high quality of service provided by Paige (and her family as well on the wedding day), the venue is breathtaking. There is nothing like it. Our guests have been raving non-stop about what an amazing place it is and we have been too! I cannot sing the praises of the Farm at Eagles Ridge enough and we are so beyond glad that we chose this venue to help create the best day of our lives.

The Farm at Eagles Ridge is the most beautiful barn venue in Lancaster County. In terms of aesthetics, the setting is unmatched with the beautifully decorated farmhouse and the pond. The carefully selected wood throughout the barn, the choice of lighting, and the specific attention to the architectural design creates a warmth and ambiance that no other barn could duplicate. It was a pleasure to work with Paige and Betsy. They are professional, patient, flexible and very helpful. They take pride in serving their clients well. We encountered a very rainy day and our daughter's wedding was nothing short of a fairy tale. Our guests cannot stop raving about The Farm at Eagles Ridge! It is absolutely stunning. Every aspect of our wedding day was just perfect. Betsy and Paige are so friendly and wonderful to work with. Betsy responds quickly and courteously to emails, and The Farm looked impeccable for our wedding day. The venue was clean, well landscaped, and just plain gorgeous. Staff from The Farm helped our guests with parking and directions throughout the evening. They discreetly started the fire in the fire pit, and helped clean up quickly at the end of the night. We did our ceremony in front of the pond, and then our guests were able to seamlessly head over to cocktail hour on the underside of the barn while we retreated into a smaller barn. Guests then went up the stairs after cocktail hour and in to the stunning barn. The large barn doors were opened after dinner, and everyone loved being able to head outside for dessert and to sit by the fire pit. We brought in lounge furniture, corn hole, and a cigar bar, and it was magical! The bistro lights over the patio really helped set the scene. It was a remarkable day from start to finish. The Farm at Eagles Ridge is an incredible venue, and worth every penny. I absolutely loved it for our wedding day!!

I recently had my wedding at The Farm at Eagles Ridge and it was GORGEOUS!!!! Betsy, answered all of my questions no matter how repetitive or dumb they were she answered them promptly and always put me at ease for asking questions. I visited the grounds three times before I had my wedding and every time I fell more and more in love with the place. The farm house is so clean, spacious and comfortable and my bridal party could not stop commenting on how comfortable the place was to get ready for the ceremony. The grounds are just stunning. Betsy and Paige, really take care of the property and their crew. The barn is my favorite part, its beautiful, newly renovated and just beautiful! I cannot get over how gorgeous that place was and all the compliments on how beautiful the place was from our guest. I cannot thank Betsy, enough for her hard work and attentiveness during my wedding planning. If you choose this venue and visit it, you will not be disappointed.

I can not think of another place that was that perfect to create such a beautiful, warm, and welcoming atmosphere for both our guests and us! Whenever we needed to meet with them to discuss the layout or just to make sure everything was ready and set for the wedding they responded right away and got us over to the farm as soon as they could. They were very helpful and they barn and farmhouse were just breathtaking! We enjoyed every moment spent at the farm and Paige and Betsy. Our daughter and son-in-law, Jill and John Schmeer, had the most beautiful wedding and so many guests showered us with comments saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. Jill and John’s day was absolutely PERFECT! The Farm at Eagles Ridge is gorgeous, from the farmhouse where the gals got ready and enjoyed the day (the guys joined later), to the ceremony site (lawn/lake), to cocktail hour on the patio/courtyard, and finally the reception in the barn (as the night unfolded, the large barn doors were opened to the lighted patio area - so pretty). A great BIG thank you to Betsy, who helped us prepare for Jill and John’s wedding, from the day we took the first tour in December 2013 through the entire process (16 months later). Also a BIG thank you goes out to Paige who was there to support and guide us through the evening, making sure everything was going smoothly. As the mother of the bride, I wanted my daughters wedding to be like a dream she would never want to wake up from. The Farm at Eagles Ridge was her dream wedding and fairytale wrapped up in one! From the moment we drove up to this remarkable property, to meeting Betsy and her family, to the I do's and then dancing the night away in that barn... I mean that barn! Wow! Incredible! It all started at the end of 2013 when we signed the contract with Betsy. She exudes professionalism yet makes you feel like your her only client. Along the wedding preparation journey, my daughter and I fell in love with Betsy. She was prompt with emails, and was quick to give you an exact answer. You were never left hanging, always quick with ideas and such and very patient since we asked to make several visits to see the barn and the grounds. Betsy lead us through the final walk through, and was there assisting through the rehearsal. Always smiling, that was Betsy! The day of the wedding arrived, she greeted us with a huge smile, stayed with us throughout the entire day and evening. It was a magical day spending the morning in the immaculate farmhouse, thanks to Cindy, Betsys mom. Yes mom was cleaning the farmhouse 10:30 that night making it perfect for my daughter and her new husband. They stayed in the honeymoon suite in the farmhouse that night. You see, the Herr family take such pride in their masterpiece! They have created the most magical, romantic centerpiece for brides and grooms to begin their lives together. I will never forget the hospitality shown by the entire Herr family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving my daughter the perfect wedding day that she has always dreamed of!

My husband and I first stumbled upon The Farm at Eagle’s Ridge in the fall of 2012 when we were scouring Lancaster for the perfect venue. We heard about the venue through word of mouth from another venue we were considering booking but that would be under renovation during the time we were planning on getting married. So we called up Betsy and Paige and asked to come take a look at the Farm – and although it was still under major construction (the barn actually had no flooring when we went to visit!) we drove away and I told my fiancé at the time that I knew that was the place we would get married. He thought I was crazy but I could see the Herr’s vision and I knew that the Farm was on its way to being a gorgeous wedding venue and I wasn’t going to settle for anything left. A few months later we went back with our parents and saw much improvement and we booked it. Ever since, Betsy and Paige have been wonderful – answering all of my crazy questions, letting us visit a few more times with various vendors and family members to get ready for our dream wedding day. The entire family was so kind and fantastic throughout the whole process – they truly are professionals and made us feel at such ease that everything would be taken care of. They helped make sure our whole wedding went according to plan and coordinated with our caterer and lighting/design vendor ahead of time to make sure the facility was set up. Overall it was just a fantastic experience and I cannot say enough great things about this family or this venue. I also can’t express the beauty of this place – you need to visit it to truly understand – but this venue has it all. Our guests continue to rave about how wonderful and beautiful the venue was – we cannot thank you enough for the wonderful memories we will have of the Farm at Eagle’s Ridge and our wedding day.
