My dream wedding! I fell in love with The Farm in 2019 when I was looking for venues. It fit everything that I wanted both rustic and gorgeous. My husband and I met Melissa and Brian and toured The Farm. From that very first meeting, they made us feel at home. We instantly knew it was the perfect venue for us and booked it. Our wedding was this past October. Melissa and Brian are absolutely amazing people who go above and beyond. They helped my husband and I execute exactly what we wanted on our wedding day. Throughout the planning process the Kuafmans were so helpful, from recommending vendors they have previously worked with to reaching out to check on how planning was going. They worked with every single vendor we chose and made sure that everything ran smoothly on our day. Dreama and Bill who work for Melissa and Brian are so kind and willing to help with anything. Right down to assisting my sister-in-law who arrived at the venue before I did with car trouble. As we drove up to The Farm the day before our wedding, I was blown away by the gorgeous fall foliage. Melissa and Brian organized everything and made sure it all went smoothly on Friday. They helped unload our cars, put our decor where they needed to go. When planning a wedding it's so hard to relax but the day before the wedding where most brides are the most stressed I can say I was the most relaxed I had been. I just knew that Melissa & Brian had it all under control.I LOVED MY WEDDING DAY and I owe a lot of that to the team at The Farm. I received so many compliments during and after our wedding about how exquisite and gorgeous it was. Photos really don’t do The Farm justice. It truly is a magical place filled with love and enchantment along with special people who are there to ensure your day is full of happiness. The Farm was beyond anything I could have asked for in a venue. Genuine people who want to make sure that on one of the most important days of your life that everything goes smoothly, that you're happy and enjoying the time of your life. It's full of people who want the best for you. Now it will forever be a place to us where two people became one, a place where we professed our love in front of our loved ones. This place is where my dream wedding became a reality.

I do not have enough words to express how highly I would recommend The Farm at Cottrell Lake. Our wedding at The Farm was perfect from start to finish. From the beautiful views, to the breathtaking ceremony grove complete with sweet wildflowers, the property truly takes your breath away. That being said, I would have to say that the best part of the venue is the owners, Brian and Melissa. They are truly kind people, who will work so hard to make sure that your special day goes without a hitch—as they help you stay relaxed and remind you to enjoy every little moment. One of the many highlights of our wedding day was adventuring around the property with them to find the perfect spots for photos. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts!

The Farm at Cottrell Lake is truly a magical wedding venue. The grounds are simply stunning, complete with rolling hills, fields and forests. Each building has a unique charm and pair together for the perfect package. How a place can feel both rustic and luxurious simultaneously is beyond me, but somehow they managed. Arguably the best features of the Farm are its owners: Melissa and Brian. Their attention to detail is obvious, and on a level I’ve never seen matched at any other venue. It was clear that our wedding day was truly special to them, and I feel so fortunate to have had their support from day 1. The Farm at Cottrell Lake is truly exceptional in every way imaginable.

Melissa & Brian & staff are some of the best people and made the transition to wedding day & the entire wedding day absolutely incredible and I couldn't have picked a better place to get married. We are so very thankful that we decided to have our wedding at The Farm at Cottrell Lake!

This was only the second venue we looked at and we fell in love! Eveything is so perfect here! Brian and Melissa were so helpful with everything! My wedding day was honestly my pinterest board in real life! All of our guests were completely blown away with how beautiful the grounds were. The whole venue is just done so nicely. I highly recommend the Farm!

Melissa & Brian are absolutely wonderful and go above and beyond to make sure the event/weekend on the farm goes smoothly! We cannot say enough good things about them. They have thought of every little detail - their property, their barns and the farmhouse, the ceremony location (OMG, incredible!), all the furniture and lighting and accessories.. I could go on. This venue provided everything we wanted AND MORE! Do yourself a favor and get married here!

Melissa and Brian do an amazing job with both their hospitality and the design of their breathtaking venue. They were a pleasure to work with and helped ensure that our rehearsal dinner and wedding day went as smoothly as possible.

The Farm At Cottrell Lake wedding experience is not like any other. Brian and Melissa take you under their wing and guide you every step of the way. They put so much time and effort into your day and they are genuinely happy for their couples. We booked the farm 2 years ago and ever since Brian and Melissa were amazing to us. They were always in contact asking if we needed anything. They made our stay and wedding feel like home. Brian surprised us with a seating chart last minute since I still was torn on what to do and he nailed it. They are willing to help with every detail. During cocktail hour we had a storm and they promptly and effectively moved all necessities into the barn. They are always making improvements and making sure they offer the best for their clients. They are an amazing venue to work with and we couldn’t be happier.

Melissa and Brian are absolutely amazing to work with. They want to do everything to help make your day work out perfectly and the venue is like a fairy-tale. All my family and friends are still talking about how perfect the venue was. I highly recommend choosing the Farm at Cottrell Lake. You will not regret your decision.

Brian and Melissa are fantastic to work with. Everything on the farm is very well taken care of with beautiful awesome views everywhere you look. they have a dedicated team that will help guide you along the way 😊 I cannot say enough nice things about this place it was absolutely amazing and wonderful I'm so glad that we had the opportunity to get married in such a beautiful place.

Melissa and Brian were wonderful to work with from day 1! They answered all of our questions, and suggested helpful vendors and other random items we asked about along the way. They were always super friendly, informative, responsive, and supportive. They also take great care of their property...which was impeccable on our big day.

We were married in June of this past year and to say our wedding was amazing is an understatement. From the moment we first visited the farm and met Brian and Melissa, we knew this was where our special day had to take place. Along with them and the entire staff, we could not have asked for a more helpful and eager crew to make everything perfect. We highly recommend this venue to future couples!

If you do not book at this venue and have the pleasure of working with Brian and Melissa, you are insane! Perfect venue complimented by the perfect people that run the show for you smoothly. They know what they're doing to make your day absolutely perfect. Every time I slowly drive by the Farm at Cottrell Lake, I envision my day over and over again and how great the process was getting to that day all because of Brian and Melissa. :)

The place is absolutely spectacular! Every building is unique and beautiful. You won't want to leave after your wedding weekend is over. Brian and Melissa are extremely easy to work with and always really enthusiastic and helpful. All my guests still talk about how amazing the venue was. Renting The Farm House for the weekend is a must! it was perfect to get ready and a great place to relax all weekend. Best Barn Venue in the area!

My husband and I were so lucky to have this place as the venue for our wedding! This hidden gem is a little get away in the country mountains in NEPA! The girls and I stayed in the beautiful farm house and got ready that morning which was amazing to wake up and have coffee overlooking the spot in which I was about to get married at! The owners, Melissa and Brian, take pride in ownership of this property to make it look gorgeous and perfect for your wedding day! They were there to help in any planning questions along the way, even went out of the way to do things for us to make this day amazing! We were able to have a few days to decorate and make it our own with the help of Chippy White Table, which was so special! We continue to receive compliments on the property and how awesome the wedding was. Thank you thank you to The Farm at Cottrell Lake and staff on making our wedding day so special! If you're looking for the perfect vintage/rustic barn style wedding - this is the spot, don't look further!

Everything about this place is perfect!

Melissa and Brian are great to work with. Their property is well manicured and absolutely breath taking. We had other barn/Farm choices but the bride an groom ( my son) selected this one and couldn’t be more pleased. Our June 30 wedding was the hottest day of the year to date but it didn’t stop our guest from having fun on the property.
