Absolutely stunning lighting and drapery
Themeworks provided the drapery, lighting, and dinnerware/flatware for my reception and I couldn't be more impressed with how everything came together. Getting married in December, I was wanting to capture the romance of the Christmas season, and Casey helped tremendously with some fantastic drapery recommendations! We had them add lighting behind it and it was magical! Since our colors were hunter green and gold, we added gold dinnerwear and really glammed up the tables! So many commented on house amazing our reception decor looked, and we couldn't have loved it more ourselves! -

ThemeWorks was a fun experience all around. Touring the facility and picking out items was lots of fun. No issues with delivery or pickup. Great people to work with and such cool stuff to incorporate in your wedding! -

The Fairview in Raleigh is an absolutely gorgeous venue. We loved the sleek, modern feel of the place. And they have all their own rentals to make it into whatever you want! Only complaint would be location- the road intersection was annoying and we felt like there weren’t good places to take photos outside. Still would highly recommend! -

I have used ThemeWorks for many celebrations prior to my recent wedding and as always, have had the most phenomenal experience. There really isn't another rental company in Raleigh with as wide a variety of rental options or commitment to giving events a creative twist. The owner, John, and coordinator, Lucy, were so dedicated to ensuring that our event had everything it needed - despite the many changes we needed to make amidst the pandemic. If I wanted something that wasn't already in the showroom (which was not frequent), John would offer to build it. If I left the showroom but couldn't keep my mind off a stack of trays tucked in the corner, Lucy would text me pictures of them. From the showroom and vision board to the contract, payment, and delivery, everything was absolutely seamless! I thoroughly enjoyed working with ThemeWorks and cannot wait for the next opportunity I have to utilize their inventory and services! -

Brittney Sent on 05/02/2018Themeworks is amazing! The venue I used was quite bare, so I enjoyed getting to walk through their warehouse and handpick items to decorate the space. We used 3 of their chandeliers, ceremony draping, and draping for a split room. It was all beautiful! We worked closely with Paige who was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire wedding process.

We didn't need to rent anything else from ThemeWorks but they have so many beautiful and versatile pieces. Your imagination could run wild in their warehouse! -

We got married at The Stockroom (which is a fairly blank slate) and used Themeworks for our rentals to add some *oomph* to the room. We had a ceremony drape and a room partition drape installed for our big day. Although the rentals were somewhat pricey, it truly transformed the space and completed the look I was going for! It was so worth it. -

They worked with our venue to arrange for it to be set up even before our rehersal so we could ensure it was exactly right. They followed the plan we made perfectly, and it was clear that the pipe and drape was good quality. It really set the tone for our event! -

The staff at the fairview were so friendly. They explained the process to me of renting the venue for my wedding. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions. -

Themeworks provided extra lighting and a lighted backdrop for our recent wedding, and it turned out really nice! They worked with us to change dates (at no cost) when our wedding was postponed due to COVID, and also helped rearrange our items when our guest list went from 100+ down to 10. As with any vendor, be sure to read through the contracts and know what your options are if things were to change. We're docking them a little due to their limited showroom hours and payment options, otherwise we were happy with how it all turned out! -

We went a couple of times after our first tour of their venue and the door was locked every time, despite having a number to call and it being within their stated hours. Eventually, we did and were able to rent two penguins (that three of us remember VERY differently) and a purple tablecloth for our sweetheart table. -

Theme works has a lot to offer, and great decor. However, during these crazy times, I cannot whole heartedly recommend this company. Our wedding was planned for March 20, 2020 and just 3 days prior our wedding date, our main venue had to cancel our event due to the pandemic. I understand policies are set in place, but majority of our vendors were more than willing to work with the situation, since this is our generations first pandemic. The items we planned to rent were very specific to the original, indoor venue (hang lights for a wooden back drop, draps to also cover part of the wooden back drop, vine ball lights). So, when we had to plan a new, outdoor wedding at a brand new venue, we couldn't use any of the items we rented , so we were out a couple grand. However, with the new venue we did need a dance floor, so we had to spend more money, on top of the couple grand we had already lost to this company. Unfortunately, they were the only ones who could provide a dance floor on such short notice. So if you are planning a wedding during this pandemic, I highly recommend either waiting to the last minute, or try to find someone else who won't take advantage of the situation.
