  Katie and Bri bring your wedding vision to life!

  We are so thrilled that we had the chance to work with Katie and Bri for our October 2023 wedding in Vermont. We chose their partial planning package and were so impressed with everything that Katie and Bri did to make our wedding day such a success. They were a huge help throughout the wedding planning process, responding to all our questions big and small. We met with them regularly, and they were integral to helping us design every last detail of our wedding. We had a destination wedding so completely relied on them to help us find the right vendors and to give us inside knowledge of Rutland and the surrounding area. On the week of, Katie and Bri were so so helpful. We had absolutely no worries the weekend of the wedding, as they took care of setting up and executing all our events (rehearsal dinner, welcome party, ceremony, reception, brunch) to perfection. When we entered our reception, we were amazed by the beauty of the space, from the table settings to the dessert table, that they had artfully put together. When it poured down rain on our wedding day, they alleviated our concerns with a rain plan for the reception venue, lots of umbrellas, and tons of positivity. We are beyond grateful for everything that Bri and Katie did to make our wedding so stress-free and for their talents and creativity that they poured into the design and planning of our wedding.

  The Planning Team That Will Make Your Wedding Wonderful

  We cannot recommend the Event Sisters highly enough! We used their month of planning package as we were planning a DIY-heavy wedding (on a family property, already had some vendors picked, lots of family involvement) and they did such a great job at making me feel like we were on the right track throughout planning, answering the many many questions that popped up over the year of planning, and then fully taking the reigns in the final days and coordinating last minute vendor questions, decorating the reception space, navigating a short summer rain burst with a rain delay ahead of our outdoor ceremony, and Bri even helping fix a wedding dress bustle last minute when it was not working. Bri (and Katie - we just primarily worked with Bri) is everything we wanted in a planner - organized, dependable, and genuinely caring about helping you have your best wedding experience. There were also so many little touches where Bri made everything easier - bringing a mini tent for the string duo that needed outdoor covering and even providing access to a wedding planning website for all her clients that let’s you map our your reception into schematics for instance.

  Elevating, Experienced Event Planners

  The Event Sisters are amazing!! They were extremely organized, experienced (impressing other vendors who had been in the industry for 30+ years and had worked with many other planners), and kind. Bri and Katie helped make our day perfect by elevating our plans and helping to smooth out any of the issues came on our wedding day.

  Wonderfully friendly, supportive, and organized planners!

  The Event Sisters were phenomenal at helping us to plan our wedding - we'd recommend them to anyone looking for supportive, thorough, and caring planners! They were prepared, experienced, relaxed, and reassuring. Katie and Bri made us feel at ease and helped to guide us through the planning process leading up to the big day, even when we were indecisive and feeling "behind" in our decision making. They were reliable and prompt with communication through email, phone, Zoom, and face-to-face. At our wedding, they were prepared with anything we would've needed, including tools to fix my bustle when it broke. Bri expertly repaired my husband's boutonniere and we felt so comforted that they had our backs on a potentially high-stress day. We were able to fully relax and have fun, knowing that Katie and Bri were there for us! They had thought through everything - even delivering our cards, gifts, and extra meals to our hotel room, which we enjoyed after such a busy day. Katie and Bri went above and beyond to find artists to create custom cake toppers of our dogs when our Etsy order fell through at the last minute. This extremely thoughtful act was just one example of the level of care and hard work they put in to make their events special. Thank you again, Katie and Bri!

  Highly Recommend the Event Sisters

  5 stars all around. My wife and I threw a mini music festival for our wedding. Katie and Bri realized our vision almost immediately and helped bring it to life. They were open to our ideas but also used their expertise and experience to make sure our vision would actually work and that guests would be happy. During the event, they worked so hard to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were really the engine behind our crazy event and made it move forward with no hiccups. The team they brought were also extremely helpful and really nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Perfection

  Katie, Bri and their team were remarkable. My son an daughter-in-law planned a unique 3 day wedding/ music festival with camping and endless feasting on our property in Vermont. The Event Sister’s seemed to understand their vision right from the start and went above and to make it happen. They were competent, organized, cheerful with seemingly boundless energy. They stayed late each night and arrived at 7:00 AM both mornings to do it all again. If 10 stars was an option I would give it to them. My advice to anyone planning a wedding: choose The Event Sister’s and don’t bother to look anywhere else.

  Amazing!!!!!

  Katie was the absolute best to work with!! She is very knowledgeable about vendors in the area and helped me stay on top of tasks/organization. By the time my wedding week rolled around I felt great about everything and the day itself went off without a single issue. She was a calming presence and had everything under control!

  Our experience with Katie at the Event Sisters was tremendous. She was quick to respond and helped explain options every step of the way. The day of the wedding her team made sure everything went smoothly. Her personal approach made my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

  Hire a Wedding Planner!

  My partner and I lived in Boston and were planning a wedding in rural Vermont. We knew that we would need help with the details of our wedding, as attention to detail is neither of our strengths.
  
  Katie was amazing from day one! She helped us stay on track with planning, contacted vendors on our behalf and organized the entire day of schedule/vendor drop off.
  
  On the day of the wedding my husband and both or our families were able to relax and enjoy our time together, knowing Katie was taking care of EVERYTHING. Our wedding turned out better than we could have ever imagined and it's all thanks to Katie.

  Hiring the Event Sisters was the Best Decision I Made as a Bride

  We hired Katie as our Month of Coordinator, and other than saying yes to my now husbands proposal, it was the best decision I made during the entire wedding process! Katie was highly organized, thoughtful, kind and just an all around incredible human being.
  We were planning our wedding in Vermont from New York City, and her deep understanding of how weddings are planned and executed in the area was worth its weight in gold. When we had challenges with our vendors, she took care of it, when I had questions about wedding protocol in the area she answered with patience and kindness. In the week before the wedding we hit a few major hiccups, and the first thing that my husband and I did was look at me and in a calming voice say 'It's going to be ok, Katie will be able to help us to figure it out" She was a calming force during the entire process, and we couldn't be more grateful for her support.
  By the wedding weekend, Katie felt more like a member of our family than an event planner. She was the last person that I made eye contact with before I walked down the aisle with my dad, and when I mouthed "thank you" to her I couldn't help but well up, because I knew that without her the most beautiful weekend of our lives would have been impossible. The wedding itself was perfection because of Katie - every single detail was taken care of, and my husband I were able to be present and fully enjoy the day!
  I cannot recommend Katie strongly enough, she is absolute magic, and a gift to every couple that hires her!! Even more than that she is so much fun! My bridesmaids and family couldn't stop raving about what a joy she was! Do yourself, your partner and your wedding guests a favor, and hire Katie and her team for your wedding! She is the best!

And to top it off, the florist, Sharon, Arden and Danielle who lent their presence and talents to our event in person, were classy, friendly, lovely and amazing.   Katie was amazing! We had her cordinate our wedding day. She was also there for us in the months up to the wedding, with advice and vendor recommendations.   The event sisters were so helpful from planning to set up for the big day. They were there the whole day to take over all details so we could enjoy!

  Katie was great!

  We hired Katie as our month of coordinator for our Vermont wedding in September 2019. She was incredibly responsive and so helpful to us leading up to our wedding day- from contacting vendors on our behalf, to keeping us organized with an extensive checklist that helped us stay right on track. When it came to the day of, we were so thankful to have Katie there to help make sure everything fell into place as we had planned- it was such a relief that truly helped us get through the day with no stress! The only constructive feedback we have is that we would have liked to see Katie take a bit more assertive at the beginning by being proactive with vendor outreach and some of the other action items she had on the day of. Overall, it was great working with Katie and we definitely recommend her!
