My partner and I hired Bri and The Event Sisters to help with our wedding in Stowe Vermont, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Our wedding ended up being more “put it together yourself” than we would have wanted (based on our choice of venue), but Bri and Katie were there with us every step of the way. Many decisions we worked through ourselves, but when we hit an issue we either struggled with or simply didn’t care enough about, they stepped in with ideas and support. Their help on the actual day was beyond incredible. They took care of things we didn’t even know needed being taken care of. They interfaced with all our vendors, many of whom they had already worked with for other events. They pivoted seamlessly when our carefully planned timeline was (inevitably!) modified at the last minute. We were proud to have them as our representative to our guests and vendors and incredibly thankful for their kind and expert support! -

We can’t recommend the Event Sisters enough. From the moment we met Bri and Katie, we instantly knew that this was the team we wanted to help us on our wedding day. We felt so calm and confident going into the day knowing that Bri was behind the scenes making sure everything went smoothly, allowing us to fully sink in and enjoy the event! She was kind, calm, and meticulous about every detail from start to finish! Our wedding was on the rainiest day in August, and Bri stayed on top of the forecast, ensuring that we timed our ceremony perfectly, and pivoting for last minute rain. We are so grateful that Bri was our wedding coordinator! She fielded our many questions throughout the process and provided tons of moral support. All of our vendors raved about her to us! Thank you thank you thank you, The Event Sisters! -

Katie and Bri were exceptional wedding planners! My husband and I basically threw together a DIY wedding and needed a lot of help. We were very anxious about things going wrong or forgetting something on our big day. Bri seamlessly connected with our vendors, saw our vision and connected with us frequently to be sure we were all on the same page. My husband and I forgot to bring the linens that we bought to our venue (oops) but when we told Bri (the day before the wedding) she immediately had a solution and there was no stress! There wasn't a moment that I worried because I was so confident in the Event Sisters. They were communicative, kind, organized, and extremely personable. We are SO thankful for the Event Sisters and don't think our wedding would have been as amazing as it was without them. Grateful is an understatement. Thank you so much Katie and Bri - anyone would be lucky to have you as their wedding coordinators! -

We are so grateful to have worked with Bri and Katie! They went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was perfect. After we had all our vendors set, we were struggling with the details and bringing everything together. After our first meeting with Bri and Katie, we knew they could make our vision come to life. We were blown away by how quickly they got us organized, seamlessly took over communications, and kept track of every little detail. Additionally, they were both always responsive and ready with answers or recommendations for any questions that we had along the way. The day would not have been the same without them! They were not only hard-working and knowledgeable, but so so fun to be around. With Event Sisters, we were able to celebrate without a care in the world. -

The Event Sisters were phenomenal at helping us to plan our wedding - we'd recommend them to anyone looking for supportive, thorough, and caring planners! They were prepared, experienced, relaxed, and reassuring. Katie and Bri made us feel at ease and helped to guide us through the planning process leading up to the big day, even when we were indecisive and feeling "behind" in our decision making. They were reliable and prompt with communication through email, phone, Zoom, and face-to-face. At our wedding, they were prepared with anything we would've needed, including tools to fix my bustle when it broke. Bri expertly repaired my husband's boutonniere and we felt so comforted that they had our backs on a potentially high-stress day. We were able to fully relax and have fun, knowing that Katie and Bri were there for us! They had thought through everything - even delivering our cards, gifts, and extra meals to our hotel room, which we enjoyed after such a busy day. Katie and Bri went above and beyond to find artists to create custom cake toppers of our dogs when our Etsy order fell through at the last minute. This extremely thoughtful act was just one example of the level of care and hard work they put in to make their events special. Thank you again, Katie and Bri! -

Our experience with Katie at the Event Sisters was tremendous. She was quick to respond and helped explain options every step of the way. The day of the wedding her team made sure everything went smoothly. Her personal approach made my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend! -

My partner and I lived in Boston and were planning a wedding in rural Vermont. We knew that we would need help with the details of our wedding, as attention to detail is neither of our strengths.
Katie was amazing from day one! She helped us stay on track with planning, contacted vendors on our behalf and organized the entire day of schedule/vendor drop off.
On the day of the wedding my husband and both or our families were able to relax and enjoy our time together, knowing Katie was taking care of EVERYTHING. Our wedding turned out better than we could have ever imagined and it's all thanks to Katie. -
Susan Sent on 10/27/2017I'm an not overstating 5 stars for The Event sister in each category!! Jim and I had a Vermont wedding in August, 2017. We met Katie and Arden in October 2016, and in the intervening months, and at our events, they were wonderful and invaluable. These women really "got us" and remembered so many details. Our phone conferences and face to face meetings were so productive, so creative, so supportive. And to top it off, the florist, Sharon, Arden and Danielle who lent their presence and talents to our event in person, were classy, friendly, lovely and amazing. Our family and guests complimented them all! Thank you Event Sisters.

Bri and her team went above and beyond to make our dreams come true and executed an amazing wedding weekend for us! From helping with vendors and negotiations, to helping nail down the perfect timeline, Bri was more than just a month of coordinator. She made us feel comfortable and confident the entire time, even through 6 events and a 200 person wedding. We couldn’t have done it without her! Also, the Sundae Sisters was a huge hit with our guests and such a fun touch.
