Our experience was exceptional. Their pricing is reasonable, their team is professional and easy to work with, and the late-night delivery option made our planning stress-free. Wedding Reception
We had used the Event Co for table rentals for our wedding a few weeks ago. We had to last minute contact them to rent 20 tables. The Event Co was nothing but outstanding!! They handled our wedding with no issues and picked up the tables after our reception was over at midnight. They were there early dropping off the tables and picking them up that same Saturday. I would HIGHLY recommend using them for any event!! Thank you again -

A very great experience!
The Event Co AZ had provided a great service on our wedding day for our ceremony and reception! The chairs were exactly what we wanted and looked great with our decorations. Their pricing was fair and straightforward and they communicated well with us. For example, we had last minute accommodations and they were able to work with us to get what we wanted. As for delivery and pick up, they were on time for drop off and pick up. -

They were great all around. From the moment we inquired to the day that they picked up the items that were rented. Everything was very stress-free and easy. They were available and responsive for updates or changes to the order, and they were very affordable. Their selection was vast and included a lot of fun, unique decorations. Loved them! -

Such an great addition to our Wedding day!
We used the Event Co air stream photobus on our wedding day and we could not have been happier with the service! the two running the photobus were so sweet and everyone loved all the props they had (especially the lobster hands). All the photos came out great, and we loved that we were able to have digital versions of all our guests photos so we can see the goofiness that ensued that night. We would definitely use them again for an event and hope we have one were we can! -

Excellent choice!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The Event Co was very communicative, professional, easy to work with, customer service oriented, and went above and beyond. I recruited my husband to go with me to pick up the large farmhouse tables we had rented, thinking we were going to be loading them ourselves, but two Event Co staff saw us pull up as they were headed out to lunch. They stopped, jumped out of their truck, helped with our order and then loaded our tables. The farmhouse tables were beautiful and absolutely MADE the wedding! I was super impressed and would definitely use The Event Co in future! -

The Event Co is hands down is the best rental company in the Valley. I rented some items from them for my wedding and I highly recommend them! Their rentals are gorgeous and are great quality! They Made Our Grand Opening Easy!!
The Event Co is outstanding! A very thorough and reliable company to work with in the valley. The Views At Superstition has relied on their services many times for special events like weddings and our annual big vendor nights. They have a huge inventory of products to pick from at reasonable prices. We recently opened a new outdoor venue and we relied on EventCo for all the tables, chairs and lighting, they even brought the cocktail rounds, arches, and a very cool airstream photo booth. Check out the farm tables and bistro lighting and the LOVE sign! Thank you Event Co for making our planning easier!-

Dream Come True
This company made all my wedding dreams come true. I was that girl who dreamt of this outdoor fairytale and they helped me create that dream into a reality. From the very beginning, their response time was quick and efficient. They answered every question or concern I had. They were accommodating in working with delivery drop off and pick up times that suited everyone involved. When delivery day was here, they worked seamlessly not only with each other but also with me to make sure it was exactly what I had envisioned. I rented everything from the Airstream Photobooth, canopy lighting, dance floor, farm tables, chairs, dessert walls, background walls to even the horse troughs for the bars. My wedding was at my grandparents house so I planned every little detail of the wedding (which can be a very stressful task). Alex and his team killed it and I would recommend them 10 times over to anyone getting married or having an event. -

Great wedding
We had a very large wedding and had a hard time finding a company with reasonable prices. Not only were their prices reasonable and lower than the others, they were able to provide all the chairs and tables needed for the amount of guests. They delivered, set up, and took down everything we needed. More than satisfied with our experience and the wedding looked amazing. -

Not only did their crew come set up the day before, they were such a fun and easy going group and they kept it fun and exciting! they have the greatest inventory of furniture + so many options to choose from!! the reception ended up absolutely beautiful and everybody was in awe. I loved using Event Co! There office girls were so easy to work with to help me plan and make everything right for our wedding! And when the guys showed up to set everything up for us they were fast and friendly! As well as I noticed they even used stain to touch up some of the spots on the chairs and tables we rented! Beautiful Rentals
The Event Co was great! We reserved tables and chairs for our outdoor wedding in northern AZ with them, and they were able to bring them up for a reasonable travel fee. Their prices are reasonable, and the selection of items to rent is great, not to mention the high quality of the items. They also let us adjust our initial reservation of tables and chairs within a couple weeks of the event and even gave us a corresponding refund. The day of our wedding, the guys were total pros - on time, professional, quick with set-up and tear-down. The tables and chairs were absolutely beautiful and I would definitely use them again! -

I cannot explain how beautiful my reception venue setup was. This is all because of the help of this business. we started off with a blank slate on pebbles with a beautiful backdrop and ended up with a beautiful hardwood dance floor surrounded by farmer style banquet tables, chivari chairs, string lights, heaters and my MOST FAVORITE CENTERPIECES EVER. words cannot do justice. the centerpieces consisted of 5ft wood planks on 2 gold stands with terrariums hanging in the middle. it looked like pinterest. thank you for giving me exactly what I wanted. love this company-

Amazing products for our Sedona Destination Wedding!
Event Co. was seamless and easy to work with! We rented chairs, a sweetheart table, sparklers package, dance floor, jenga, corn hole and the giant LOVE letters. Everything made our wedding stand out that much more and everyone complimented on how the letters pulled everything together in our space. Their rentals are high quality and so beautiful! Great company!
I reached out to a few rental companies to get information on wood vineyard style chairs for our wedding. We ended up choosing The Event Co. for multiple reasons. They price matched, their pricing was straight forward, they were responsive, and they were the nicest and most pleasant to work with. Other companies we talked to had complicated travel fees and fees for certain set up/drop off times. The chairs were beautiful and delivery was on time. I also really appreciated that they worked with my venue’s required pickup time of 8am Monday morning way out in San Tan Valley without any hesitation.

They made our entire wedding!
My husband Will and I were completely blown away by The Event Co! We always envisioned an outdoor wedding and it was truly made possible by The Event Co. Their twinkle light canopy is a great affordable option compared to many tent rentals and we got compliments ALL night long that it was so refreshing to be able to see the sunset, mountains and stars since we weren't in a tent! The ivory settee rental turned out to be one of my favorite touches and it made for great photos since you're so close to your spouse! The heaters blended right in with the overall aesthetic and didn't take away like most heaters would. We also received so many compliments from our planner (Outstanding Occasions) and our venue (Paradise Valley Country Club) on how great Alex, Julie and the entire Event Co. team was to work with! We can't thank them enough and are already trying to brainstorm a way to throw another party with their help soon. :) -

Wedding Rental
We collaborate with Event Co for an Autumn Wedding in Phoenix, Arizona last year (2018). The vision and inspiration the client wanted to capture that day were made a reality through the rental of the tables and chairs in conjunction with other wedding elements. Wow, where do I start? I am a fellow Wedding vendor in the Phoenix Valley and get to work with Alex and his Event Co. team on a very regular basis. I refuse to work with any other rental company! I run into a somewhat competitiveness nature with other rental companies, but not with Event Co., and they have all the bragging rights! Not only is Alex professional and prompt, he’s also a very nice person and easy to get along with. He is all business but also makes you feel like family. I am a local cake artist and have gotten to use tables/chairs/green walls from the Event Co. and they are always in impecable shape. I know Alex checks each table and chair and is constantly updating, redoing, refinishing etc his rental equipment for brides and vendors. He has a wide selection and quantity of rentals to choose from and will go out of his way to accommodate each person and their style individually. He has even generously donated his rental equipment and DJ services for a charity gala - somewhere around a 10k value. If you’re looking for dance floors, lighting, tables, chairs, bars etc - don’t look elsewhere! I am already sad about moving out of AZ and having to find a new rental vendor to work with because Alex has become a good friend! You won’t regret working with Alex and his entire crew :) -

My wife and I have a friend that needed 60 chairs the night before her wedding (9:30PM) because other plans fell through. Everyone was stressed out to the max trying to get enough chairs for the wedding that next morning at 10AM. No question, the BEST! No other vendor will work harder, be more attentive ore more flexible. The Event Co was my favorite of all my wedding vendors to work with! Alex and his team went above and beyond to make our wedding everything we dreamed of! They transformed our backyard with a light canopy, light wall, dance floor, heaters, bar, farm tables, round tables, x-back chairs, water trough, DJ and sparklers. The night was perfect and all the guests were raving about the DJ and the lighting. The team is professional and cares about their customers. They made wedding planning so much easier and helped us to stay within our budget. I will refer all of my friends and family to The Event Co!-

We used Alex for our DJ! We had our initial DJ have a move and unfortunately we were in a scramble to find another one, he met with us within a week, listened to our vision, and was so helpful for this stressed out bride to be! Although we didn't need any rental equipment, him and his wife also offer these services :) -

Seemlesy easy and amazing
The Event Co. was AMAZING! For anyone looking for wedding decoration, lighting, games, tables, etc., THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Usually weddings are stressful with planning and coordinating different companies for different things. However, the Event Co. does it all making which makes it so easy. They were timely in responding to any request and the price was reasonably affordable. Any future event, I will use their services time and time again. -

Great Company to work with
The Event co was a nice company to work with. They were able to answer all of our questions when we called them, and they setup and removed the dance floor right when they said they would. I would recommend them highly! -

Our wedding!
We used The Event Co for our desert wedding in Arizona and they were amazing! They had everything we needed and more. It was nice to not have to worry about using a million different vendors. The day is so stressful in itself, they made the process easy! -

Great service prior to actual set up
Prior to the set up, I had a great experience. They were so responsive and made all the changes needed as we went through the planning process. The day of set up, they were 3 hours late with no call. My husband and I had to search through the internet to find a contact number (as their main line just said they were closed and disconnected). When we finally found another contact number, they told us they would be there in 20 minutes. Another hour passed, still not there. They finally arrived around 9 pm (after going to a park rather than the venue) and my husband had to help unload everything because they didn’t know how. Awful experience right before your wedding day. However, the actual deliveries were beautiful. -

A Bridesmaid's Lament of the Nightmare Photobooth Service
I attended a wedding where Event Co. had provided a photo booth service. I was a bridesmaid and the bride is a very close friend of mine. She paid $850 for a photo booth is a photo booth for 4 hours with unlimited prints. When we tried to take photos, the photo booth touchscreen was very difficult to use. It took a lot of hard continuous pecking to even activate the countdown. Also none of the guests' photos printed out of the printer that was there. We weren't sure what the problem was, maybe there was no paper maybe the printer did not work. And then we decided to send the photos to ourselves by email since they weren't printing out of the printer. It took over 3 weeks for the bride to receive the digital copies of the photobooth photos. She had to sort through all of the photos of all of her guests and send them by email. Not only did she have to take time out of her very busy schedule to do that, but the photo booth photos came with an advertisement of Event Co. the company instead of the bride and groom's names. She still has not received the prints. And she only got a discount of a $100. She never got to speak to a manager or a supervisor about the issue. And the reason I am leaving this review for her is because she is so burnt out from this this terrible experience. Do not use this service if you want a professional, pleasant, and courteous experience. -

Terrible experience
They should be named LateCo, NoshowCo! Cause us to miss our rehearsal dinner with out of town guests/family. Pickup was 3hrs after contracted time. This is the worst company ever. Do not trust with your special day.
Also FYI the product they provide is extremely worn. -
