Victoria Belle Mansion and Vintage Rustic Barn is a perfect mix of classic and rustic style.

After visiting many venues, my daughter and her (now) husband decided Victoria Belle Mansion and Vintage White Barn would be the perfect venue to appeal to the classic and rustic style they were looking for. As the mom of the bride, I didn't want to have any stress or my daughter to have any stress one her wedding day and this venue delivered! There are numerous locations to hold the ceremony and to take breathtaking pictures. This venue is immaculate, with the most serene ambiance. Tucked away in the cute little town of Hogansville, this venue is ideal!

The greatest experience I have had. The customer experience was simply unmatched. The staff was very accommodating and supportive. The location is simply the best location for a wedding. Absolutely perfect

We got married here in January and it was hands down the best night of our lives. The process to get to that night was made so much easier by having two wonderful planners at our side from the get go. I wish we could relive it over and over again!

Best Southern Wedding Venue

I would recommend Victoria Belle to anyone looking to get married! Twelve years ago I was a junior bridesmaid in a wedding at Victoria Belle and ever since I knew that was where I wanted to get married. The day after I got engaged I scheduled an appointment to tour VB and I was not disappointed! The venue was even better than I remember it and they have added so much to the property since I had last been there. I knew I wanted a very traditional southern wedding and VB encompasses just that! It really was the only place my vision for my wedding could happen! Mrs Vickie was the absolute best wedding planner I could’ve asked for! She was always on top of everything and she made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. I was so relieved going into the wedding knowing everything was taken care of and that nothing was forgotten! Of course it POURED the entire day leading up to the ceremony, but thankfully it didn’t matter because Mrs. Vickie and her entire team had everything dried off and perfect in time for the ceremony. I couldn’t have been happier with how the day turned out and all of the wonderful vendors Mrs. Vickie recommended to us. We had the best experience and I’m so glad we decided to get married at Victoria Belle!!

Elegant, Beautiful, and Flexible

Victoria Belle Mansion gave us a wonderful wedding! A lot of the stress with wedding planning such as catering, florist, venue preparation, wedding cake were covered under the Platinum Package. This took stress off scheduling follow-ups with each individual vendor which was covered by the wedding planner, Vickie, at Victoria Belle. Note that photography, videography (if you want this), some floral arrangements, and some other smaller things were not included so be sure to make notes/reminders.
The day of the wedding was beautiful! Vickie was a true professional! She made sure we drank water and we definitely needed that! She even ironed my now husband suite! She stuck to the schedule and made sure everything ran smoothly! She was kind and thoughtful and we are so happy we chose her and her beautiful venue. The day was memorable and Victoria Belle gave us an amazing wedding day! A huge thank you to Vicki, her staff, and wonderful venue!

Incredibly magical moments on our big day!

The entire team at Victoria Bell did an absolutely amazing job to help make our special day amazing! With everything happening in the world right now, Vickie, Sondra, and the team worked diligently with us to make sure that our wedding was beautiful, yet safe for us and our loved ones. You can tell with Vickie, Sondra, and the team that they 100% know what they are doing and even adjusted accordingly to the pandemic for us.

Our wedding day was truly magical and full of special moments we will never forget. The weather turned out perfect, even though we were worried it would potentially rain. The service was impeccable and Vickie, Sondra, and the team ensured that everything went according to plan and that our special day was beyond perfect. Thank you to Vickie, Sondra, the VB team, and the vendors for everything and making sure that our wedding day was one that was incredibly special especially during the pandemic and a day we will forever cherish in our hearts!

If you want PERFECT, this is your team.

As the father of the bride, I really had no idea what to expect so I was ‘HOPING’ our highly anticipated wedding would turn out to be the most perfect and special event. IT DID turn out to be just that, PERFECT and an amazing special wedding - thanks to Vickie and her amazing team! I really can’t say enough about the attention to EVERY detail. The team at Victoria Belle Mansion’s is excellent at planning and management of a very important event, an event that will bring together so many family and friends, so it has to be perfect. IT WAS. From day 1, Vickie and her professional team were driven to see that my daughter would have a very special event. The detailed check list, to the amazing venue, to the high quality vendors, to all the many recommendations, it was so well planned and managed, a tribute to the dedication and attention to detail that is so obvious at The Victoria Bell Mansion. If you are looking for that very special place, where the team really loves what they get to do every day, then VBM is your place. We experienced no surprises, no issues that questioned any of our many decisions, the event was so smooth, allowing my wife and I to really enjoy this major event. Instead of Mom and Dad in panic mode, we were instead entertaining guest, helping the wedding parties, and savoring all that VBM has to offer. We had 150 guests, 50 from out of town so we provided transportation to and from VBM to the local hotels. We had a few guests stay just up the street at local B&B, the loved it. And adding the level of anticipaton / expectation, this was wedding the second wedding for our family, this year. Both our son and daughter we married this year, son first and then daughter. So, this was the 2nd time we had all of our family together, only 5 months apart - talk about raising the bar (pun intended). Victoria Belle Mansion is a five-star facility with a five-star team, so you can expect five-star results. Vickie, thank you again for an absolutely wonderful and amazing wedding, and thank you for your dedication to making the bride and groom so happy. In my book, it was a five-star win.

Best venue ever!

Vickie, Sondra, and the entire VB staff helped to make all of our wedding dreams come true! I absolutely fell in love with the entire venue the day my husband and I toured almost a year before our actual wedding date, and just KNEW we HAD to get married there. Their facilities and grounds are so well kept and maintained and SO clean. There is not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere to be found. Vickie and Sondra were both so professional and trustworthy from the very beginning, which made the planning process smooth and stress-free! What more could a busy bride ask for?? I was in graduate school to get my Master’s degree during the time we were planning our wedding, but I never once felt any extra stress because Vickie always had my back and took care of all the behind-the-scenes stuff. She literally thinks of everything and she is always one step ahead of the game. Every single detail about our day was strategically planned and well thought out. In my numerous planning sessions with Vickie, I never doubted that she would be able to make my ideas come to life, but on the day of my wedding when I walked into that barn I was completely blown away to the point of having tears in my eyes. IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL! Everything looked absolutely perfect from the table settings, to the flowers, the cake, the food, and all the little details. I could have never asked for anything more. If you are looking for your wedding to be completely detail-oriented, organized, smooth, and care-free, then Victoria Belle is your place. My husband and I have been in and attended many weddings where the crowd was unorganized and chaotic, the food was not good, and that is just not fun for anyone. Let me tell you, it will NEVER be like that at VB. That was one thing I never even had to worry about. So many of our guests have commented on how impressed they were with the venue, the food, and the overall service. The staff is so friendly and does a fabulous job of walking you through the planning process step by step and meeting all of your wedding day needs so that you can relax and enjoy your big day. There was even a chance of rain during our ceremony, but I was so at peace that everything would be well organized and taken care of, so I didn’t even fret because I knew it would be perfect rain or shine! I could not recommend this venue more, nor have I ever seen a more beautiful place. Our wedding day at VB was such a fairytale and a day I will never forget! Thanks VB!!!!

V. Belle Mansion - Magical venue!

I've attended several weddings at Victoria Belle over the years and every event takes me to a magical place. First impressions are lasting impressions and every wedding I'm treated like a VIP and I'm only a guest. When you park they have a multi-seat golf cart to chauffeur you the top of the hill. There is always a staff member waiting to assist you - from where to place the wedding gifts, where to sit, bathroom location and most importantly the location of the bar! ;) Most of the time the marriage ceremony takes place outside in front of the beautiful Mansion - the view of the front with the columns, live music, water fountain and lights will take your breath away! After the ceremony, you can walk the beautiful grounds for photos and make your way to the bar and dinner reception in the Vintage White Barn. The Vintage White Barn is just as impressive as the Mansion! The lights, decorations, flowers, chandeliers and food are amazing! After dinner the D.J. gets the party started and dancing begins! I never want wedding events at Victoria Belle to ever end. I love the magical place that Vickie Brown and her staff have worked so hard to create. She is always on location - making sure everything runs smoothly so the wedding party and guests can be stress free to enjoy the wedding event. THANK YOU to Victoria Belle Mansion. Exceptional wedding venue!

We had visited other venues for my daughters wedding but when we visited Victoria Belle we fell in love with it. We also fell in love with Mrs. Vickie and Sondra! The entire wedding planning process was basically made stress free because of Vickie. She is so detailed and meticulous about things you don't even think about in the planning process but she guided us through it all. On the day of the wedding, the chairs had been placed outside and the florist had already completed most of the floral arrangements for the ceremony and it started to rain. I don't just mean rain, it rained a monsoon and continued raining for about an hour or more. My daughter and I began to panic but Vickie and her staff went to work as soon as the rain stopped and you honestly would never have known that it rained a drop. The ceremony and the reception turned out beautiful and I don't think we could ever thank Vickie and her staff enough for what they did for our daughter's best day of her life!

Amazing venue

We had our dream wedding thanks to Vickie and the fabulous staff at Victoria Belle Mansion. They made the whole process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. Vickie makes sure that every little detail is take care of so that you don't have to worry. She has so much experience in planning weddings which we were very grateful to have.

In addition to the top-notch service, the venue itself is absolutely stunning. As soon as I saw it online, I fell in love, and when I saw it in person, I just knew I had to get married here! The grounds are so well kept, the house is in beautiful condition, and the barn is a dream. Everything came together better than I ever imagined on the big day. We cannot recommend this venue and all of their vendors highly enough! Thank you for everything!!

As a former event planner, and recent mother of the groom, I highly recommend Victoria Belle as a rehearsal dinner and wedding venue. Our experience there for my son’s wedding and rehearsal dinner was exceptional. Vickie and her staff are some of the most knowledgeable and gifted wedding planners in the area. From a parent’s perspective, you can trust that Vickie will guide you through the whole wedding and rehearsal dinner planning process with ease, and will problem solve any inevitable wrinkle that may arise during the event. Made our fairytale happen!

Vickie and her staff at Victoria Belle were truly there every step of the way to make our elopement everything we could have ever wanted!! Even with a rain plan in place last minute they pulled everything together so we didn’t even have to worry. We were able to bring our dog to be apart of our day and pictures which was very special to us and so nice to have a venue that allows that. Being an out of state bride from Michigan she was always there to answer every question I had and would go out of her way for us with any request or wish we had for our special day! I found the venue online and it had everything I wanted from the beautiful southern home, vineyard, and barn! This place is magical, charming and beautiful. It was a fairytale day for us because of Victoria Belle!

Perfect Wedding Day!

I stumbled upon Victoria Belle after googling venues for a couple of days; once I found VB, I knew this was where I wanted to have my special day. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, and everyone working there is so sweet and caring. Mrs. Vickie and her team are so welcoming and immediately begin to help you with whatever you may need in order to achieve your wedding vision. One of my favorite things about my wedding experience here was how all of your ideas and wants are carefully documented and discussed, so everything would work out smoothly on the wedding day. Mrs. Vickie is very organized and detail-oriented; I was thankful to have her guidance along the way. Mrs. Vickie knew my concerns of wedding planning while going through nursing school, but I had complete faith in her. I mean it when I say she did not let me down. Everything was exactly as I wanted it, and I wouldn't change a thing. I strongly recommend Victoria Belle if you want to have an amazing and memorable wedding day. Our wedding 20 years later

I bumped into this venue by mistake... Google southern plantation wedding and there it was. After thinking we'd had found the one venue, VB was the last venue we were going to look at and make our decision. Once we pulled in we were in awww. It was our 20 year anniversary and we never had a wedding as we got married by the justice of the peace. I always dreamed of having the beautiful dress, ceremony and have all of our friends and family to share with us but life and work got in our way. 20 years later we were ready. From Vickie keeping us on track and helping us with decisions to be made the end result was just as magical as I dreamed of. Everyone invited had been part of our journey for over 20 years for the most part. The best part was to see everyone's faces and hearing everyone say how impressed they were with everything. Guess they didn't believe me when I kept saying this is a real wedding and the venue is just magical! Thanks Vickie for everything you did for us!!

I found VB online and I immediately called and booked a tour for the following day. It was the only venue I toured. I fell in love with the place!! It is beautiful, jaw- dropping, elegant, and dream like. I would have never imagined actually getting married in a place like it because it truly is that immaculate.
From the first day I stepped foot into the house for my tour, to the day my fiance and I officially booked, to the wedding day .. Mrs. Vickie and her staff went above and beyond to make my dreams become a reality. Mrs. Vickie thinks of things I would have never thought about, important questions to ask and things that are important and need to be considered, both big and small. She became someone I could talk about the nitty gritty, not so pretty details of wedding planning with. She seemed to perfectly understand my vision and style. She was able to give me reasonable advice to make the tough decisions between this and that and was always willing to share her professional and personal opinions & experiences on how some of my ideas may or may not work and why.
Throughout my wedding planning experience, I never once worried about the wedding. I often asked my mom if I was crazy for not being the slightest bit stressed out or worried over one of the biggest days of my life. I guess it’s safe to say I simply sensed and trusted I was in good hands and rested in that.
Now that I am able to look back on my wedding photos, I get emotional every time because it truly was beyond anything this girl could dream up or pin on a pinterest board. I am forever thankful for Victoria Belle Mansion and Mrs. Vickie!!

I truly do not know how anyone is able to pull off a wedding without the help of Vickie and her team! The whole wedding planning process was so detail-oriented, but it was basically effortless for us thanks to Vickie. She is wonderfully meticulous, and perfectly organized. When we got engaged I was worried that wedding planning would be difficult and stressful. My experience with Victoria Belle Mansion has been FUN! I was not stressed in the least because I had full faith that Vickie and her team would pull off the wedding seamlessly. Words cannot describe our love for and appreciate for Vickie, her staff and their dedication to bringing our wedding day together. As the saying goes, it was love at first sight. In our initial investigation of wedding venues, hands down, Victoria Belle and Mansion stood out. And it wasn't just the elegant mansion, or the picturesque campus. It was the fervor and passion projected from Vickie, literally the moment we were greeted by her signature smile. Vickie is fluent in Wedding Planning and has a PhD for evaluating the consequences of every decision that we made. Most importantly, she never imposed her own vision and she always guided us in providing insight. From our initial visit to the day of our wedding, Vickie was steadfast in bringing our theme and vision to real life, and she never strayed from that. Her dedication to getting to know us first, really set her apart from other venues. Every meeting, every conversation, she was a champion for our story and our love. One piece that made us incredibly nervous was the fact that we would be planning our wedding from across the country. We moved to the Pacific Northwest 9 months prior to our wedding day, in the heart of making some major decisions. But Vickie's experience with couples outside of the city proved to be invaluable as she ushered us along the way and kept us right on schedule. Vickie put an incredible amount of time and energy in accommodating our cross country schedule, while giving us the tools we needed to successfully execute our Todo list in between visits. Having someone who is well-versed in long distance planning put us both at ease. Another aspect that made our experience run so smoothly were the vendors. We chose Victoria Belle's Platinum package which included all of the vendors we needed for our day. Every vendor we used was like an extension of Vickie; professional, creative and dedicated to our vision. We were so pleased with the way we could talk about our overall vision.

Due to Family Health my daughter moved her wedding from NJ to Georgia. We did not have a lot of time for planning But Vickie Brown from Victoria Belle Mansion made the planning painless. My daughter did not travel to Georgia once before the wedding. The venue was magnificent and classy. The food was delicious and the service was first class.
Hatts off to Vickie and her team. If I had to do it all over again I would do it the same way.

From the day we met with Vickie and Sondra from Victoria Belle, they understood our wedding day vision and maintained that focus for the year of planning my daughters special day. There was an instant connection with Vickie in our initial meeting and personalities meshed well. We walked away from that meeting feeling confident we would be well taken care of. Our instincts proved right and we couldn't have ask for a better Wedding Planner.

We opted for a full service package because the bride and groom lived in another state. We also did the Rehearsal dinner on property (attendees are still talking about he Crab Boil). Friends and family were amazed at how calm we were in the planning of the wedding. A bonus is that after the initial deposit, you pay monthly and receive updated spreadsheets which make it not so overwhelming coming up with all the money up front. If you've envisioned your wedding day down to the smallest details, they will help you make it happen. If you have a limited view of your wedding day, they will help you develop your vision.

The vendors that work with them were amazing also. Can't say enough about how good the food was, the flowers as well as the DJ. Victoria Belle served as our representative and advocated for us for whatever change was needed. They were readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had and we never waited more than a day for them to respond. Vickie coordinated and was present at all the vendor meetings and assisted us in reviewing all the details (flower colors, set list for the DJ and food /cake tasting).

Both Vickie and Sondra were on hand for the rehearsal and all day of the wedding with a timeline that ensured that everything ran smoothly. The staff (servers, bartenders, etc) that worked alongside Vickie were fantastic. They were extremely attentive, made sure the wedding party was well taken care of and kept them and guest on time and happy.

One of the best things I did for my wedding was booking the most beautiful Victoria Belle Mansion. My husband and I had the time of our lives. I hated for the night to end because it was so amazing. Mrs. Vickie and her accommodating staff did everything in their power to make sure our day was perfect. Mrs. Vickie gave me great advice during our planning sessions. If I ever had a questions she was quick to reply. I highly recommend Victoria Belle for any social event.

I am so thankful to have met Vickie and her team. They absolutely rocked it and made our special day absolutely PERFECT!! From the first time we pulled up and saw Victoria Belle we knew that this was the venue for us and then when I met Vickie I knew for a fact that I was choosing Victoria Belle. We got married on 05/13/2017 and let's just say it was a fairytale wedding. Vickie and her team work their butts off to make sure everything is what it should be and they make it happen. I couldn't have asked for a better team in making sure our day was nothing short of amazing. Vickie makes sure that you don't have to worry about anything and is the definition of an awesome wedding planner. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I would definitely recommend this venue if you want a beautiful place to get married and an awesome wedding planner to go with it :))

Where do I begin to tell you how wonderful our daughter's wedding was...and it would NOT have been possible without Vickie Brown and her staff at Victoria Belle and Mansion! Vickie (wedding planner and owner of Victoria Belle)was incredible....she was always there when I needed something or had a question, she returned EVERY phone call, text message, and email well within a extremely reasonable time over the 13 months of planning. The attention to detail was impeccable! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Victoria Belle and Vickie Brown!!! She was there every minute the day of our daughter's wedding and took care of everything which allowed me (mother of the bride) to truly enjoy the ENTIRE day/evening! There are no words to truly express our gratitude for Vickie and her staff! What an awesome gift Vickie gave to us and all of our guests (even our guests were complementing us on our venue and wedding planner, Vickie) we could not thank her enough! We got married at Victoria Belle on 5/6/17 after having booked the venue almost exactly 1 year earlier. From the moment we saw the venue and met Vickie, we knew it was the right choice, and that held true all the way through. Our regular consultations made the entire process perfectly smooth. I am admittedly picky and very detail oriented, and Vickie and her team constantly went above and beyond to ensure that my expectations weren't just met, but that they were exceeded. We cannot possibly recommend a better venue for a wedding! We had the most magical experience with Victoria Belle! Vickie and her staff were INCREDIBLE and ensured every detail was perfect. Not to mention the venue is STUNNING. Everyone expects something to go wrong or not as planned - our day could not have been better! As a bride, it was the best experience. From my very first visit to Victoria Belle I knew that it was where I wanted to get married. Aside from everything being unbelievably beautiful the staff is also top notch. There were so many small details that went into planning my dream day and Vicki and her team helped me make sure everything went perfectly. I honestly could not have done it without them! I have also heard from so many of my guests that it was the most beautiful venue and wedding that they have ever been to! I would highly recommend Victoria Belle Mansion and Vintage White Barn. It is an elegant venue and Vickie Brown does an excellent job. She listened to every one of our wishes and made our wedding everything we had ever dreamed of! Our wedding at Victoria Belle and subsequent honeymoon to Ireland were what dreams were made of & as a whole, stress-free! The owner Vickie of Victoria Belle Mansion & Vintage Barn is Amazing! Her assistants Amber and Sandra are top notch as well. My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at this venue on October 1, 2016 and we couldn't have asked for a better day. If you are unsure of your venue choice, look no further. Ms. Vickie and her staff provide a pristine ceremony and reception venue, seamless planning, impeccable service, and the warmth and hospitality that leave other venues thinking, “How do they do that?!”
- Let me describe my situation to enforce how this venue should be your number one choice. I am an active duty service member currently stationed overseas, but always dreamed of having my wedding back home. Essentially for me, my hometown wedding became a destination wedding, making planning a little more difficult than most. Accommodated on extremely short notice, I was able to visit the venue when coming home for leave, and was overwhelmed by the historic home’s beauty and the professionalism of the staff. Ms. Vickie made every effort to conduct our planning meetings via Skype, and kept in touch with me via any method possible every month to ensure everything was going smoothly. I was able to provide a few pictures I found online and a few ideas for a theme, and through her experience, natural ability, and attention to detail, she was able to create what I had only imagined in my dreams.
- In addition to the great service, I was especially impressed with Ms. Vickie’s honesty. She is a trustworthy person who indeed has your best interest in mind, even when it comes to difficult financial decisions. She knows everything when it comes to etiquette, style, fashion… anything you need to know during your planning process. She knows exactly what works and what should be reconsidered. Trust her! The outcome will be more than you ever expected!

From the first visit at Victoria Belle I knew it was MY place for my dream wedding. The entire process was flawless! If we had any questions during the planning, Vickie was fantastic at getting back to us and answering and being a tremendous help! She gave suggestions and advice when we needed it or asked! I, along with my wedding party, was absolutely amazed at how efficient Vickie runs her business! While getting ready, if there is anything whatsoever you need, something you forgot, don't fret, they have it! I honestly can say I never stressed out about any details there! Many many of my guests said that it was the most beautiful venue they had ever seen, they stated you really don't have to add anything, the mansion speaks for itself. I HIGHLY recommend this venue hands down!! I have nothing about my wedding day that "went wrong, was off, etc." It was perfect. If you choose Victoria Belle you will not regret it!! Our wedding was April 24, 2016 and Vickie made sure everything was perfect. Our budget didn't allow for lavish centerpieces so Vickie offered those she made -- free of charge. Her staff was friendly, whenever we'd see them throughout the house prepping for our ceremony and reception, and honestly the day made the year and some change of planning, worth it. I have no regrets. Everything worked out, Vickie was amazing and present. Towards the end of the night the speakers were not working for the bouquet toss and she got them working when no one else could. I was so tired and didn't care at that point (haha) but she insisted and my mother in law, and new sisters were very impressed that she took every moment so seriously. Everyone STILL says that it was the best wedding they've ever attended and we have a lot of older people in our families, (they've been to a lot of weddings), so it is so nice to hear that. Vickie's venue is absolutely beautiful and she really did handle everything that was in her power. She even referred us to our photographer!! (Who we ADORE). Our photos were great, the day and night was great, and I'm just so thankful, and happy that I chose Victoria Belle Mansion to have my wedding. It was just wonderful, so thank you so much Vickie. We all love you and thank you for making our day great.

Exquisite Engagement Party!

Victoria Belle is the perfect venue filled with charm and beauty. On December 22, 2015 Vickie and her staff hosted an engagement party for my daughter. Festive and phenomenal to say the least is how I would describe the night. From the early stages of planning and throughout the entire process, Vickie listened to our wants and wishes and made everything magically happen!
The engagement party was very important to our family and friends due to the fact that our daughter will be getting married across the country, and many of them will not be able to attend. Vickie took all of this into consideration and created an exquisite, unforgettable evening. Vickie and her staff even accommodated my wishes to add in a special celebration for my granddaughter's ninth birthday, which was on the same day! It was priceless!
Thank you so much Vickie, Amber, Sandra, Marcie, Terry, Leigh Ann, Mechelle, Eric, and the caterers for touching our hearts with each and every memorable moment that you all created for us!

My name is Linda Jefferson. I am the mother of Shabria Mayne(bride). My daughter's wedding was held at the V. Belle Mansion on 9-6-15. It was absolutely amazing. I give Ms Victoria and her staff the "service excellance" award for the year. We met with Victoria approx. 8 months prior to the wedding date. She is very professional with much personality and was an absolute jewel to work with. She grew to know my daughter very well and was very concerned about her happiness! She and the staff answered all of our questions, calls, and emails promptly. This is an area that I look at closely and I was not disappointed. This alleviated my dtr's anxiety and stress which in turn alleviated mine! The mansion is something to behold!!!!! My dtr was a beautiful bride and her wedding was

Victoria Bell Mansion is an absolutely beautiful venue. Vickie & her staff were amazing! They constantly asked me questions to be sure they got every little detail exactly the way I wanted. The communication was great, anytime I emailed a them with a question or concern I got a response within hours; I'm including nights & weekends. They made my day almost perfect. I was a very laid back bride(I'm not the girl who ever planned or dreamed about a big southern wedding until the moment I was engaged). So there were many small details that never crossed my mind that I didn't care about. That being said if you want your say in every detail down the the way your arrangements are facing on the table Victoria Belle is the place for you. Vickie always remembered everyone's name and made sure we were all comfortable on the big day. Her list of vendors that come with the package were great as well. My flowers were perfect! I've never picked out flowers in my life and she took the time to educate me and help me decide, she didn't just push a flower on my b/c it was in season or she like them. The caterer was amazing! I fully intend on using them again if I ever require a caterer. The DJ was great! he took the time to compile a list of music we requested and took the time to ask what we didn't want to hear. Which I never would've thought to ask about. Every detail was thought of and brought to my attention. Thank you Vickie, you made my day beautiful. A fairy tale come true, I was princess for a day!

There were three things I wanted in a venue for my special event. I wanted facility that would allow my friends and family to visit comfortably; enough room to socialize, dance, or just sit and talk. I wanted a venue that was beautifully landscaped and impeccably decorated. I wanted a place that would fit into my budget. Victoria Belle Mansion/Vintage White Barn was able to meet all of my expectations. I was able to meet with a personal planner who helped me make important decisions about my event. My guests had a wonderful time. I still receive compliments from my friends when we talk about my party.

They went above and beyond to make sure this was a special day for my daughter and her fiance'. Everything from the ceremony, catering, DJ, Flowers, Victoria Belle staff and especially Vickie Brown made sure this was the "perfect" day and it was!!!! I absolutely love this place and I visited several venues in the Atlanta area and I chose Victoria Belle. Mrs. Vickie and her team do a wonderful job. I enjoyed my wedding and wasn't stressed at all. I picked the facility rental option first but after emailing and calling Ms. Vickie or Marci every week and trying to so everything myself the full service option was the better option. I'm so glad Mrs. Vickie was there to help it make sense. Booking the full service was a weight off my shoulders I didn't know that I could have before it got there. All of her vendors are top notch and everything ran so smoothly the day of. You hear a lot of people say that they don't remember their day because it was so much work and they were worried about everything else. I remember my wedding day and it was absolutely amazing. My guests enjoyed themselves and more importantly my husband and I enjoyed myself. I would definitely go back and do it all again if I could.

THE most Breathtaking Southern 'Shabby Chic' wedding EVER!! posted 4/24/2014 (updated 4/25/2014)
Our wedding was so absolutely perfect in every way! Being overly detail-oriented; it was a huge relief to know Vickie was always steps ahead of me. She and her team not only created a flawless day for us; the entire planning process was so smooth and stress-LESS! I was amazed! We used all of Vickie's vendors and they did not disappoint from the florist to the DJ to the caterer all the way to her staff who were looking out for us on the day of the rehearsal dinner to the wedding. As mother of the bride, I have to say it was the most stressless 9 month planning process. We actually enjoyed every moment of it; which is rare when planning an event for over 225 people! On the day of the wedding we were actually RELAXING in the bridal suite. Every single detail was taken care of - we didn't really have to do much at all! Vickie was so flexible with us bringing in additional items to add to the day. Once Vickie had an idea of what our ideas were; she 'ran with it' and created a magical event for us. Every vendor was wonderful to work with and so accommodating! It was almost as though we did not have to do much thinking - Vickie did it all for us. Besides the beauty of the property, we liked the idea (having such a large wedding) that our guests could spread out between the gazebo, the veranda, around the waterfall, etc. It was so convenient having the wedding ceremony, rehearsal dinner and reception all at VBM. We were able to bring all the dresses & suits on Friday evening which was convenient. Again-less stress! The DJ can "make or break" the reception and Vickie's DJ certainly MADE the reception! He was beyond our expectations!! The food was absolutely delicious! I feel the true test is hearing what the guests have to say and I am hearing so many wonderful compliments.We feel we received so much more than we paid - especially when it comes to stress-RELIEF!

We love Vickie and Victoria Belle! From the beginning they made everything so easy for us. Details big and small they had mapped out and ready. Vickie and her team were very organized and made us feel relaxed during the whole process. We had a few big changes we had to make and she was very flexible and did what she could to help, she was a lifesaver! We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone!

I knew immediately after visiting Victoria Belle Mansion for the first time that it was the place that I wanted to get married!! The facility and grounds are exquisite, offering several gorgeous ceremony and reception site options. Vickie, the wedding planner, and her staff are absolutely amazing!! From day one, Vickie was on top of everything, no detail too small. She listened to our visions, gave us pointers and suggestions and on our big day, everything came out BETTER than anything we could have imagined! She really made the entire process enjoyable and stress free. By the end of the planning process, we can truly say that we consider Vickie much more than just our wedding planner, but a trusted friend. At Victoria Belle, you will not get a generic, cookie cutter wedding. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful everything was. The food was phenomenal and the florist was top notch. We celebrated my son's wedding the weekend of April 20th at Victoria Belle. It was a wonderful experience in every way. I do not even know how to begin expressing my gratitude to Victoria Belle for our magical day. From the beginning Mrs. Vickie was always very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. She was very helpful and available throughout the entire planning process which made this entire experience pretty much stress free. From the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner to the end of the wedding night everything was perfect. The day of all we had to do was show up. The venue was decorated beautifully. All of my special touches were just as planned and she even added a few surprises of her own. The entire day and night was perfect. The staff are all great and very friendly. Someone was helping with every aspect all day long , no worries on the part of me and the groom. The vendors she recommend we all professional and experienced. The food was excellent and our guest can't stop raving over the cake. The flowers were beautiful and the DJ was great. Even the photographer Vickie recommend surpassed our expectations. The property and grounds are always maintained at a high standard and were spotless the day of. Most people have a wedding day blooper, not us it was perfection. Our wedding was the magical day I had always dreamed of and a big part of that is because of Mrs. Vickie and her staff at Victoria Belle Mansion.

My husband and I cannot begin to express how truly happy we are that we chose Victoria Belle Mansion for our wedding! From the minute that we met Ms. Vickie, we knew that this was the place for us. She has a personality that makes you feel like you are at home, and she has the most caring nature of any person that I have met. Ms. Vickie truly cares about each and every one of her brides, and she and her staff go out of their way to make sure that the wedding day is a day to remember. For my husband and I, our wedding was like a fairytale; it was everything that we could have ever imagined and more. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and makes for the perfect backdrop to any wedding.

One of the most stressful things about planning a wedding is having to keep up with all of the details, which can make the planning process overshadow the most magical day of any girl's life. However, I never experienced one ounce of stress! Vickie and her team worked with me from day one to ensure that the entire process stress-free. She coordinated everything from the flowers, to the cake, to the invitations, to the food (which was absolutely delicious...by far the best that I have ever had), and even the DJ. I believe that there is not any other wedding venue who can hold a candle to Victoria Belle. The level of professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched.

We are truly blessed that we were able to have the wedding of our dreams; it was a day that will forever be one of the most amazing days of our lives. Every one of our guests raved about how beautiful and classy everything was. We had our annual company planning event at the Victoria Bell Mansion on a Friday evening/Saturday morning. Our entire group (40) thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, meals, and their professional staff. My husband and I were married at Victoria Belle Mansion on 6/23/12 and I honestly don't know where to start. From the moment that we officially booked the facility until we left the venue on our wedding night, the experience was amazing. Believe the positive reviews, as they are truly a reflection of A+ service. From the very beginning, everyone was wonderful! Vickie and her staff were awesome and extremely helpful from the onset, and honestly a joy to work with. The decor was gorgeous...simply elegant!!! All of the bouquets were beautiful, and my bouquet was stunning! I have to also mention the food... Delicious!!! My guests went on and on about the food! Our cakes were AMAZING! We absolutely LOVED the DJ…he was so entertaining and got our guests involved all night! It was the day that I have always dreamed of, and an overall experience that I will never forget!!!! I know that weddings are their specialty, and they deal with bride after bride, but the staff at Victoria Belle Mansion made me feel that my day was very important to them as well!!! My experience was wonderful and I strongly recommend them to any couple that doesn't want to stress over the details...I'm sure that you'll be just as pleased as we were!

Let me start by saying I would highly recommend Victoria Belle Mansion as the venue for a wedding. Everything was perfect for the wedding, the facility is magnificent. All of the staff is very professional and attentive; Vicki has everything covered the day of the wedding with her and very capable staff with you to ensure the wedding party and others know exactly what to do and to keep everything on track. We have had so many people tell us this was the best wedding they have ever attended. The vendor’s set-up by Vicki Brown; such as the DJ, florist, caterer, etc were all excellent. The DJ was very good with the guests; he was able to get them involved, dancing and enjoying themselves. The food was delicious and the cake was excellent. Vicki makes sure that all of her vendors are top notch. Vicki really pays attention to details; her and her staff is there for whatever the Bride & Groom needs. In the bridal area upstairs; there is an area set-up for a hairdresser; which made it much easier for the bridal party to get ready. It truly was a dream wedding. I just can't say enough good things about Vicki Brown, her staff, her vendors and Victoria Belle Mansion itself. It was a wonderful memory for our family and friends; we were so happy with everything through Victoria Belle Mansion. My now husband and I set our wedding day 2 months before the actual date, due to him being in the Army. I was stressed beyond words, to say the least! I had no idea how I would get everything planned before our wedding and have it actually turn out as I had always imagined it. After meeting Vickie and her wonderful staff, I realized I put my trust and wedding in very capable and talented hands. This venue is not only a piece of southern charm, but is very elegant with all of the crystal chandeliers hanging in each room and has perfectly manicured lawns and gardens. My dream day may have been the hottest day since the 1930s in Georgia, but my wedding could not have gone any better! It was everything I imagined it would be and more. Vickie and her staff treated my wedding as if it were one of their own family member's. I can not say enough how much I loved this place and only wish it would have lasted longer! Vickie and her team made our day perfect! They were willing to work within our budget and made sure every detail was just the way we wanted. I was amazing by their creativity and their ability to take my vision to the next level. I had an idea for center pieces but Vicki and her team surpassed my expectations. I was so surprised by how much they went above and beyond. We were worried about the seating around the dance floor and making sure everyone could sit around to watch people dance but we should have known that they would amaze us. With Vicki, I never had to worry. She is such a professional and really came through bringing everything together. I had to go back through all my pictures just to remember all the extras she through in with regards to making our day speicial.

The food...amazing (or at least the little I had since my dress prevented me from eatting too much). They packed us a picnic and as soon as we got to the hotel we ate everything!

The cake was perfection. It wad decorated just like I descried; moist, and the icing was sinful!

We had an amazing time! Vickie and her team made sure my husband, family, and I had nothing to worry about. I never knew if there was a problem or a glitch. The event went so smoothly and Vickie became a trusted friend.

I had my wedding at Victoria Belle mansion 10/8/2011 and IT WAS AMAZING! I knew from the day I saw the place it was going to be BEAUTIFUL but it really blew me and ALL of my guest away. Everyone is still talking about my wedding! Vickie and her entire staff were Great! They were on top of every detail and took care of small and large details to make sure I was happy. Victoria Belle is a hidden gem in the charming small town of Hogansville, Georgia. As soon as I saw the mansion, I knew instantly it would be were my wedding would take place. Vickie Brown, owner and president of Victoria Belle Mansion, was absolutely phenomenal and became part of our family throughout my planning journey. She took my ideas and executed them 100%. I’ll never forget walking into the mansion on my wedding day and seeing my visions turned into realities. I could never thank Vickie enough for just how perfect my entire wedding day went.

From day one, Vickie was by my side and in constant communication. She is great at returning emails and phone calls; my now husband and I frequently had questions and ideas for her! The in-house vendors that can be used (caterer, florists, minister, cake baker, DJ, etc) were flawless. They have all been working together with Vickie on her weddings for a long time and the perfection shows. Her pricing strategy is great where she bundles the services of the in-house vendors together into one price. Having all the vendors set and the entire wedding at one price eased my planning as I now live in Florida. No extensive vendor research was necessary as she hosts a meet-&-greet with all vendors every year where you get to see, taste, and feel what your wedding day will be like.

Three weeks before my wedding, my rehearsal dinner venue closed its doors and turned off its phone line. Even though that venue had nothing to do with Victoria Belle, Vickie came to the rescue and took it upon herself to find a solution to the situation. If it was not for her, we would not have had a rehearsal dinner. That goes to show what type of amazing person Vickie is and how she treats her brides and grooms. She goes above and beyond what is expected of her and doesn’t stop until everyone is happy.

The house and grounds are immaculate and the staff is extremely courteous and professional. I honestly cannot think of one negative thing to say about our experience, and we worked with Vickie for a year and half. She and Victoria Belle are absolutely amazing and are perfect for any southern wedding.

When searching for a wedding venue, I had many ideas in mind. When I saw Victoria Belle for the first time, I knew that was going to be where I got married. It is an absolutely stunning mansion, beautiful grounds, inside and out! They have so many extra options available to make YOUR day detailed and special. On top of the place itself, Vickie and her staff are absolutely INCREDIBLE! All of the stress was taking out of plannning a wedding and it became a fun and exciting time. Our wedding ended up being MORE than we could ever imagine. Everything was absolutely perfect and I have Vickie and her staff to thank. Look no further!! This is truely the perfect place.

Upon meeting Vickie and visiting Victoria Belle, we felt an aura that was purely enchanting. During our informative tour, we were mesmerized around every corner. We felt an uncontrollable giddiness inside while trying to act composed. We were told how the day would unfold, and we were captivated as we envisioned ourselves as characters in that unfolding story. Our daughter was the bride, but the Victoria Belle experience made one just as excited as if it were your own. We KNEW, undoubtedly, when we left after that first visit that Victoria Belle would be our wedding venue.
Being busy working people, we needed someone like Vickie! With the exception of a few consultations to fill-in-the-blanks regarding preferences, we did NOTHING! The gourmet caterer, skilled musicians, entertaining disc jockey, artful floral designer, creative cake designer, and the efficient staff, all arranged by Vickie, and Vickie herself (master of all wedding planners, hair designer extraordinaire, makeup artist, and gracious southern hostess) did everything, and made our daughter’s wedding day magical and stress-free. We were able to actually relax and enjoy the day with family and friends and not worry about one thing. There is only one wedding per day, so you get the venue for the entire day with no feeling of being rushed or pushed out. That’s huge!
In closing, one quote from Vickie that impressed upon us from the beginning was, “I am in touch with my Maker”. Believe it, because no human can create the magic that happens at Victoria Belle Mansion!

Our wedding on 10/10/10 was super-fantastic!!! Vickie and her staff made sure that EVERY detail was taken care of so we could relax and enjoy the day. Vickie was also accomodating and flexible throughout the planning process to make sure it was uniquely "OUR" wedding. The food, music, florist, decor, and Officiant were top notch. Guests are still complimenting me on how nicely the staff treated them and what fun they had! I'm a busy professional who could've NEVER pulled off a wedding of this caliber without Vickie Brown's expertise. I feel honored and truly lucky to have booked The Victoria Belle Mansion for my wedding.

Vickie is exceptional as a wedding planner. She is highly organized and takes pride in her attention to details pertaining to your special day. The day of the wedding, there was nothing that we had to worry about. We just basically showed up and everything else was taken care of. Vickie has a remarkable staff that takes care of your every need and caters to any other needs you may think of. Many brides that I know did not truly enjoy their day because of worrying about everything. My wedding was not like that, we enjoyed every moment of our wedding and created memories that will last a lifetime. Vickie was the key to making that a reality. There is nothing that I would change about our wedding, it was absolutely perfect! If you're looking for a perfect wedding and reception, then Victoria Belle is the place to go!

I am more than pleased with the service I was provided here. Vicky is loving and caring and treats you like family. The facility is beautiful and elegant, by far I had the prettiest wedding my friends and family have ever been to. Your wedding isn't cookie cutter and is customized to your taste and budget. The food is to die for, there is no shortage of great food to choose from, I would recommend going to Victoria Belle's Bridal Tasting so you know exactly what your guests will be eating when they come to your wedding. The staff was always right there to help and not just on my wedding day.

If you are looking of the perfect southern wedding venue look no further. Victoria Belle Mansion is perfect for weddings no matter what time of the year you are getting married. Vickie and Marci were Godsends when it came to planning our wedding. My husband and I were both trying to finish up school and plan a December wedding with a strict budget. When we talked to Vickie she put our minds at ease. Vickie not only knows exactly what she is doing, but she also is extremely accommodating to what “your” vision of your wedding day should be and she goes above and beyond ensure everything is perfect. Vickie had a package we chose from then we decided to change some items so our wedding would better fit our budget. Vickie not only helped us stay within our budget, but she also made suggestions so we wouldn’t waste our money wedding items we didn’t need. The food and the cake at our reception were superb. We have attended many weddings and most of the time the food is mediocre and cold. This is certainly not the case at Victoria Belle. Our food was delicious and we got a picnic basket full of food to have once we got to the hotel. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. If there were any problems that arose, my husband nor I knew about them because Vickie and her staff had everything under control. If you imagine the perfect southern wedding with little stress and a top notch wedding planner, Victoria Belle Mansion is where you want the most important day of our life to occur at.

Victoria Belle was the second venue I looked at. I immediately fell in love and knew this was the place where I was getting married. The mansion and its ground are absolutely beautiful and provide great photo opportunities. Not only is the venue beautiful it was an "all in one" site. The venue provided my flowers, food, wait staff, decorations, and so much more....which I loved because it saved me so much time and provided less stress. Vicki the owner and wedding planner is wonderful. She and her staff catered to all of our needs and gave me a stress free wedding experience. I got my dream wedding without the stress and high price tag.

We had our wedding at Victoria Belle Mansion on October 2, 2010. Vickie Brown and her staff were amazing in every detail! From the first day we walked in, she put so much attention to what we wanted on our wedding day and went above and beyond anything we could have dreamed. Our flowers, from the bouquets to the buffet centerpiece, were EXACTLY what we had envisioned for our fall wedding and were so incredibly beautiful. James did an amazing job. Susan's cake was perfectly created and was honestly the best wedding cake we have EVER tasted! The food, from the detailed display of the buffet to the taste, was incredible. What is amazing is that everything (the cake, flowers, and food) were included when we booked our wedding at Victoria Belle! Three words describe Victoria Belle and the feeling we get everytime we visit there: TRUE SOUTHERN ELEGANCE! You will not want to have your wedding anywhere else. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives because of what all Vickie and her staff did for us!

I highly recommend choosing the Victoria Belle as the location of your wedding. From the first phone call I made to reserve a time to visit the grounds to the end of our reception; the staff and Vicky were professional, warm, endearing, and courteous. Every dream I ever had for my big day was perfectly orchestrated and brought to life by the talented staff of the Victoria Belle. Our food was exceptional, the DJ was awesome, our photographer and videographer were wonderful. It is the perfect place to get married!!!!!!

My husband and I were engaged just over 6 months and I was definitely stressing planning my dream wedding in that short amount of time. We found Victoria Belle through a google search. We called and booked the venue without even seeing it in person. I am so glad we did, it was absolutely perfect! It was the perfect venue for the elegant yet rustic Winter Wonderland Wedding that I have dreamed of since I was a little girl (we got married on December 3). Vickie and her staff are incredible! We enjoyed every second of our wedding planning experience! On our big day we were so relaxed and everything was taken care of for us. It was incredible! Vickie made sure that all of our wishes came true for us. It was amazing!

This wedding venue is spectacular! Not to mention vickie and her staff and great and easy to work with. Vickie and her staff planned my wedding to a T. They did everything they could to make me happy. I highly recommend this venue, it's beautiful, professional & elegant. If you don't want to have to do much this is the venue for you, they do everything: decorations, cake, dj, invitations etc.

Everything about my wedding at the Victoria Belle Mansion was perfect! I visited the estate during an open house the winter before my September wedding, and I was immediately captivated. Everything from the lush landscaping, to the courteous staff, large rooms, grand staircase, polished hardwood floors, dainty bridal suite, and chiefly Vickie’s magnetic personality convinced me that this would be my wedding venue.
Over our 7 months of planning, Vickie and her staff ensured my husband and I were both well-informed and satisfied with the planning process. I cannot have been more impressed with Victoria Belle’s professional staff and extremely high quality of service. For instance, staff is always assessable for communication and always friendly. As a highly functional team, Vickie and her staff comprehend the vitality of relationship building, as I felt respected and appreciated throughout my time working with them.
Whether you are a bride who’s planning for a vintage, rustic- style wedding, a grandiose and extravagant wedding, or a simple and contemporary wedding, Victoria Belle provides every necessary amenity to accommodate any and every bride’s desires. I cannot be more pleased and grateful for Vickie and her hard work. She is truly a blessing and it almost brings me to tears when I reminisce on beautiful she helped make my day.

Where do I start? We live in Madison, Wisconsin and booked our wedding a little over three months out, and from the start, Vickie was incredible and on top of absolutely EVERYTHING. Planning a long distance wedding is not easy--then add the extremely tight timleline, and I'm sure you can understand the stress.
I could not be more thankful for such an incredible wedding planner, venue, staff, and overall wedding day. Everything came together and it was absolutely perfect. (The rain even went away and the sun came out minutes before the ceremony--it was seriously picture perfect.)
Victoria Belle has multiple BEAUTIFUL ceremony and reception site options, and truly is the all-inclusive wedding package we were looking for. The ceremony, reception, catering, flowers, decor, staff, cake, dj, and of course the planner herself were all included in our package. Victoria Belle is such an incredible all-in-one venue to work with, and with Vickie's help, wedding planning became a breeze.
Our wedding day was perfect, and I am so grateful we had the opportunity to work with Vickie and Victoria Belle. I could not have asked for a better wedding planning experience, and the day itself exceeded my own high expectations.
