The Infinity Hospitality team (specifically Priscilla and Chloe) made sure my day was everything I could have dreamed for and more. They accommodated my every wish. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding team. They are the glue that held the entire experience together and I’ll be thankful for them, literally for the rest of my life. They are very honest, help you maintain your budget, and make sure you truly do get what you want.

Infinity Hospitality made our daughter Grace’s wedding absolutely perfect. The venue was beautiful, the staff was attentive and professional, and every detail was handled seamlessly. We were able to relax and truly enjoy the day knowing everything was in such capable hands. Our family and guests are still talking about how wonderful the experience was. We are so grateful and would recommend them without hesitation.

I could not be happier that we chose The Estate at Cherokee Dock for our wedding. The venue was far more even beautiful in person, with so many spaces to choose from for our wedding events (a photographer's dream!) and ample room to spread out and get ready with friends and family, which was a huge asset day of. Beyond that, what really made the wedding experience so seamless was the plannign team. We were lucky enough to be paired with Kalyn as our planner, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. She was there to guide us start to finish, ensuring no elements were forgetten and no tasks left undone. Having years of wedding planning experience specifically at Cherokee Dock, she had immense expertise on the various designs, vendor choices, and elements we could choose for our wedding day. And in hindsight, her guidance made for our perfect wedding choices. She was incredibly prompt and proactive in the wedding planning process, meeting with us as much as we needed leading up to the wedding day and always responding to texts/emails with record time. On the wedding day, she ensured everything went perfectly accordingly plan and left us stress-free to enjoy the day. I couldn't recommend her and the Infinity planning team more!

I could not be happier with how everything turned out at The Estate at Cherokee Dock! The team at infinity hospitality, specifically Haley Claytor and Reagan Berry, were so helpful and responsive to questions. They went out of their way to help bring our vision to life and create the most gorgeous wedding day. They handled all of the logistics with vendors and timeline which allowed us to have a stress free experience while planning.

We felt cared for from start to finish, and we could truly just soak in every moment knowing the team had everything under control. We will forever be grateful to Priscilla, Chesney, and the entire staff for giving us the most unforgettable day of our lives!!

My husband and I had our dream wedding at The Estate at Cherokee Dock. It was the only venue we looked at and we instantly knew it was the one after we toured the property. The entire wedding planning process was outstanding. We had the pleasure of working with Infinity Hospitality and our wedding planners Priscilla and Chesney were the absolute best. They made the planning process and the day of the wedding stress free and were very good at communication, organization, and were just all around so lovely to work with. We are still over the moon about our wedding which was two weeks ago, and our friends and family can’t stop talking about the venue, the service, the food, and our planners. It truly was the best decision we made, and we wish we could do it all over again!! Thank you for giving us a wedding we will never forget.

This venue was absolutely stunning. So many guests commented on the variety of experiences they had all within our wedding day, from the stables, to the event center, to the lake, to the mansion, etc. Infinity Hospitality and Carly, our event planner were phenomenal. They handled all vendor communications, design, had great ideas, helped us out with anything and everything, and truly cared about us and our event. The food was amazing, guests were raving about it! Drinks were great as well. All around a fantastic venue with amazing planners!! Highly recommend for a wedding!

The Estate at Cherokee Dock is a full service wedding venue. Their planners, culinary team and vendors see to EVERY DETAIL so that you can relax and enjoy your event. They are definitely the epitome of "you get what you pay for". As the mom of the bride, I can honestly say that I was initially worried about the cost, but found it to be worth every penny. You can't put a price on perfection. They handle any situation with speed and professionalism. I'm simply bowled over. My daughter's wedding was PERFECT. And it wasn't luck. It was a team of hard working professionals driven to ensure perfection.

And the property itself? Simply gorgeous. Multiple beautiful locations to hold the ceremony, have cocktails, etc. The mansion is lovely, and it is situation on a beautiful river.

The whole day was perfect! The venue and team at Cherokee Dock are amazing. Kalyn Newport brought my vision to life and it was even better than I could have imagined. We never had to worry about a thing the whole day. I can’t recommend enough!!

Magical venue, wonderful staff, made us feel like we were truly at home for the Wednesday-Sunday we had the venue rented out for our wedding.

Everything is stunning, the service is top notch, and we truly felt like rockstars having our friends and family spend the Thursday/Friday before our Saturday wedding with us at the Estate.

Slept 26 on site very comfortably, and having everyone stay in once place without having to move around all weekend was more of a blessing than we could have imagined. You get so much more time when you are not constantly going to a new location for a dinner or photos or this event or that.

Grounds made for STUNNING pictures. The pool/hottub/backyard were big hits during the nights prior to the wedding for us to hang out as family.

Beds comfortable, movie theatre super fun, everything you could want in a stay. Can't wait for the next big life event where we can rent a weekend at Cherokee!

Loved this venue! All the staff we encountered were friendly, professional, yet personable, and attentive to whatever we needed.
The venue was clean and everything was ready when we arrived.
Our ceremony was simple, yet classy and elegant, and intimate. Our guests enjoyed themselves and said it was a very different experience, wedding, dinner, and being able to stay overnight. That allowed them to get comfy and relax after dinner and enjoy all the amenities!!!

My husband and I had our wedding here on August 1, 2020, and it was absolutely amazing. More than amazing. It was the fairytale wedding of my dreams. We did a wedding weekend, so my grandparents, parents, and our entire bridal party were able to stay at the venue the entire weekend which made it really special. The staff at Cherokee Dock were awesome. We were able to call or email whenever we needed something, and Kelly and all of the staff were so knowledgeable about the venue and the wedding industry. They were super kind and flexible and helped with whatever we needed. They are definitely pros in the wedding industry! All my vendors also loved working with the Cherokee Dock staff.

It rained on our wedding day, but The Estate at Cherokee Dock has a built-in rain plan that made the day so much less stressful. They also have so many beautiful ceremony spots, a great catering kitchen that all of our caterers loved. The pictures came out amazing, too! There were so many great photo spots like on the swing by the Cumberland River and on the dock! This weekend was the best weekend of my life and I could not recommend having your wedding at The Estate At Cherokee Dock more. Our family and guests have not stopped talking about how amazing this wedding was, many of them told us it the best wedding they have ever been to!

Cherokee Dock is an open vendor venue, so we could have the wedding planners and vendors we wanted. This was extremely helpful for picking our bartender as there were no additional fees that had to do with alcohol like most venues.

Seriously if you are thinking about having your wedding here, do!! You will absolutely love it!!!

Cannot recommend Cherokee enough! The whole team is so kind and helpful through the whole process. The property is breathtaking. You truly have an amazing blank canvas that you get to make completely your own for the whole weekend. Our experience at Cherokee Dock could not have been more magical!

We planned our pandemic wedding in less than 5 weeks. The folks at Cherokee Dock were amazing and very accommodating! My entire family of 25 enjoyed not only the wedding night but renting the mansion for the weekend for what we considered the best family reunion to date! The grounds are beautiful, the house is spotless, and the team thought of every detail. We rented the mansion for 2 nights, did the elopement package, and splurged on food for the event.

Beautiful setting. Kelly made my destination wedding worry free and beautiful. Riley took excellent pictures and I would recommend the Estate at Cherokee Dock for any couple wanting to marry in the Nashville area.

Originally researched The Estate at Cherokee Dock for the elopement package but ended up loving the space so much and ability to spend the night on the wedding night was all so perfect! The lake was gorgeous and the staff were so personal with everything from start to finish. So thankful for everything! The venue speaks for itself and didn't need really any decorations! That was great for me since I'm not a big flower/decorations person! Our family and friends loved it and the venue had all the perfect recommendations for caterers, wedding planner, etc.

From the moment I saw the venue I knew it would be perfect. And it was. The garden wedding required no extra decoration. It was so beautiful. The accommodations were perfect and spending the night kept everyone safe - and kept the party going as we reminisced after the guests left. It made my daughters wedding extraordinary.

This is the perfect wedding venue to enhance the "merging" of two families. The massive kitchen, living, dining room and awesome guest accommodations for up to 40 people engenders the interaction, socialization and bonding for total strangers to become one big "new family" in a very classy setting. The 8+ bedroom décor individually honoring famous music artists was beyond WOW factor. Theater, game room, full workout center, pool and spas gave everyone an opportunity to hang out and play despite the very cool temperatures and gray wintry skies...a real advantage to the "bonding" process that I don't believe would have occurred in any other season of the year. Venue managers, Kevin and Kelly, plus housekeeping and grounds staff were amazingly accommodating and responsive to our every question, need and want. We could not have asked for a staff more kind, courteous and focused on the success of our daughter's special wedding weekend. The total Estate campus with the Mansion and Carriage Houses, the 4,000 s.f. Lakeside Event Center boasting a full catering kitchen; the heated/cooled Stables for cocktail time, large and nicely appointed restroom facilities, parking, etc. made for smooth transitioning between different phases of the wedding event.
Bottom line, we are far more pleased for the success and value that this venue provided than FIVE STARS can represent. Thanks to everyone at The Estate at Cherokee Dock for a truly memorable life event.

There are not enough stars to rate this PERFECT & STUNNING Venue! The Directors, Kelly & Kevin, are AMAZING...so attentive & eager to please! Such a fabulous concept in having the venue for the entire weekend. We were able to have the rehearsal dinner, wedding, reception & Sunday Brunch all in one location, but each had their own “special feel” since their are so many options throughout the property to host different events. Another PLUS...The entire wedding party was able to stay on property with fabulous amenities and be together the entire weekend! Our guests could not quit RAVING! Thank you for giving our daughter and son-in-law the wedding of their dreams!!

I had my wedding Sept 14 and I had a great experience. I dealt with Kelly and Kevin and they were EXTREMELY helpful. They made me feel so calm about my wedding day, they were very accommodating, and went above and beyond to help with anything we had came our way. There aren’t enough stars to say how much we loved this place! We stayed at the Estate for 3 days last weekend when we got married and it was an experience for us AND our friends/family that we will remember forever! From the moment we visited this place we stopped our wedding venue hunt. We knew it was a special place. Unique and unlike any other place in Tennessee. (No hit on anyone but we aren’t barn wedding folks). Daniel and Aryn went above and beyond with every little detail already thought of for us. From the time of booking to the day of the wedding, they communicated with us well and were responsive to our questions in a timely manner. My wedding planner and all vendors I chose loved working with them. There was plenty of room for our wedding party of around 16 people to stay comfortably. And they loved the themed rooms (Cash, Dolly, Garth...). Guests were raving about the place during the wedding, and overnight guests said it was the best wedding experience they’ve ever been part of. We were thankful to have the tent already set up for us because there were a couple rain showers that had we not planned for could have put a real damper on the day. The grounds are flawlessly beautiful. And the lake view is spectacular. I would highly recommend booking your event here, it will be an event of a lifetime!

From our very first conversation, they brought an incredible sense of calm, clarity, and care that stayed with us throughout the entire planning process. They were instrumental in organizing every detail, big and small. They kept us on track, advocating on our behalf, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks.

Beyond just logistics, what meant the most to us was how deeply they committed to our vision. Cherokee Dock was fantastic. The venue itself is incredible, and they work with you to make sure you are getting the full use of the space and getting exactly what you want for your day. With multiple last minute changes due to COVID, Cherokee Dock was patient, accommodating, and so helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough. We had a Sunday wedding and stayed the night on the property. If the date had been available, we would have booked the venue for the entire weekend and had our family and bridal party stay on property. If you can find an available date, I highly recommend doing that - it would have been awesome.

This is the most beautiful venue there is in middle Tennessee! We had a wonderful time and Aryn and Daniel were so helpful and available for planning and execution of our event. Our guests have not stopped talking about it! Thank you for giving my daughter the wedding of her dreams!

We had an amazing Fairytale wedding at The Estate at Cherokee Dock! Our wedding planner Dawn and the venue worked seamlessly together and made my day amazing!! They pulled out all the stops and went above an beyond my dreams. The venue was breathtaking and so amazing to have our whole family stay on site for the weekend and blend my husband’s family and my own. It was an incredible weekend! Would definitely recommend this as a wedding venue. I was treated like a queen and had the most memorable weekend ever!

The food was incredible — our food was as good, if not better, than five star restaurants in downtown Nashville! Every entree was cooked to perfection and every cocktail was made wonderfully. All of the outside vendors that Infinity recommended were amazing as well; each one was professional, talented, and aligned with our vision.

The staff at both the venue and Infinity went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect. Everything flowed effortlessly, and I truly didn’t have to stress about a single thing, even when we had to work around the rain!

I can’t recommend The Estate at Cherokee Dock and Infinity Hospitality enough — if you want a stunning venue, flawless coordination, and first class experience, this is the place. It was the best decision we made for our wedding!

We had an overall positive experience at The Estate at Cherokee Dock, though there were some challenges along the way.

The venue itself is truly beautiful, and my wedding day was seamless from my (the bride’s) perspective. From the moment we toured the property, we were impressed—especially by Kelly, the salesperson who gave us a thorough tour and made us feel confident that most aspects of our wedding, including planning services, could be managed in-house. The best news for me was that they allow dogs! My dog was with me all day while we were getting ready and during the ceremony, we just had to have someone take him home after the ceremony.

However, our experience wasn’t without some hiccups. We were told we’d be contacted within 10 days once a planner was assigned to us, but we didn’t hear from anyone for nearly three weeks. We followed up with Kelly, who was very apologetic and took full responsibility for the delay. She quickly had our planner reach out, which we appreciated.

It’s important to note that The Estate at Cherokee Dock is owned by Infinity Hospitality Group, which offers in-house services including planning, event design, and vendor coordination. Infinity charges a 20% fee on all vendors booked through them, and, while not every vendor is required to be booked directly through Infinity, many vendors like band, lighting, production, florals, etc. are required to be booked through Infinity and you will be encouraged to select from their vendor list.

Unfortunately, we encountered several challenges with the first planner assigned to us by Infinity. Communication was slow—sometimes taking weeks to hear back—due to what she described as the company’s “workflow.” There were also issues securing the band we wanted (by the time she responded, they were already booked. She booked a new band for us, but did not secure them for the services we requested, which we did not find out until one month before the wedding – even though her responses to our emails say “perfect” and “got it”), which added to our stress. Within six weeks of booking the venue and paying a deposit, we made the decision to hire an outside planner, which the contract does permit.

The situation became tense when the in-house planner expressed frustration over us reaching out to vendors directly (as we hadn’t been receiving timely responses) and even told one vendor that our outside planner was “no longer on the wedding” and to cease communication with her. Additionally, the planner submitted a contract that was over $50,000 above our budget, which left me feeling overwhelmed and concerned about moving forward. It felt like this planner was either completely incompetent, intentionally driving up the price, not hearing me, and that my wedding was not a priority to her. At that point, I called my parents in tears, feeling we might need to cancel and find another venue—just six months before the wedding.

Thankfully, my dad reached out to Infinity and spoke with Kalyn Newport, the event director. Kalyn listened to his concerns, reviewed our situation, and—within two hours of their conversation—removed the initial planner from our wedding and personally took over the planning. From that point forward, Kalyn was an absolute lifesaver. She provided thoughtful guidance on how to adjust our budget while still having a beautiful and high-quality wedding. Kalyn was incredibly responsive, professional, and kind, and she worked seamlessly with our outside planner to ensure everything came together smoothly. Kalyn absolutely made me feel heard and that our wedding was a priority to her and Infinity.

On the day of the wedding, Kalyn was there to greet us, walk us through the house, and ensure everything was in place. If any issues arose, Kalyn, along with Annika (the on-site venue director) and my outside planner, handled them quietly—keeping the day stress-free for me.

Even with the challenges we faced early on, I do not regret choosing The Estate at Cherokee Dock for our wedding. It was a perfect day in a stunning location.
For couples considering this venue:
• If you have a $200,000+ budget, this venue is a no-brainer. The property is breathtaking, and the full experience of staying on-site for the weekend would be incredible.
• If your budget is $100,000 or less, it’s still doable—but be firm with your budget, communicate your preferences clearly, and stay on top of communication.

Overall, we’re grateful to Kalyn and the team for making our wedding day so special.
