Sara is one of the best vendor I have ever worked with. She is very accommodating throughout the whole planning process. She stayed the entire night of our wedding and she was able to help in certain circumstances.
I couldn't ask for a better venue and partnership we shared together. We definitely will stay in touch and remain friends! -

We looked all over the DFW Metroplex to find the most beautiful wedding venue, The Establishment Barn is it! Seriously, the pictures do not do it justice! This venue is absolutely stunning and a dream come true. I'm still obsessed with how my wedding day turned out. Christy was amazing with planning and day of coordinating with my planners and the vendors. -

We chose this venue based on their social media formats and web page before even seeing the venue. When we showed up, we were BLOWN AWAY with how absolutely stunning the venue was both inside and outside. Not only was the venue gorgeous, the staff was phenomenal and made the process so simple. All the way around, this was the perfect venue and I would not have changed a thing!!! I highly recommend The Establishment Barn to anyone looking for a venue full of beautiful rustic charm with plenty of photo backdrop opportunities!!! -

Me and my husband got married at the Establishment Barn in January and choosing this as our venue was the BEST decision ever! The staff was so kind and helpful and they honestly feel like family!! I am so thankful for all of them and all their help making our wedding day perfect!! -

The Establishment Barn is the best place to have a wedding! We had to reschedule due to Covid and they were more than helpful and accommodating to the changes. We still got to have our beautiful wedding, just a little later. Sara and Christy helped make everything run smoothly and helped cover any hiccups that may have happened along the way. The venue is so beautiful and speaks for itself. The bridal suite is amazing and makes you and your girls feel like queens! The staff is amazing. We can’t recommend this venue enough! -

Sara and her team are truly top notch! Delightful to work with -- available, experienced, and professional every step of the way. We felt completely supported and always "at ease" throughout the entire process, from the first creative planning stage of engagement, all the way to post-reception clean-up.
Sara had the ability to make all the stresses of our event planning and execution "melt away" with her confidence and genuine care for our family. She offered the perfect team player approach of listening to and respecting our visions, thoughts and dreams, while graciously offering additional ideas, lots of resources (i.e. trusted vendor connections and darling "closet props") AND alternative suggestions to make things even lovelier and also to help things run super smoothly.
We knew we had found our wedding venue when we first arrived for our friendly (unrushed) tour of the perfectly designed barn space and well-groomed grounds, comfortable amenities, various packages offered, and especially the freedom to use our own people and food.
The owner KNOWS and loves everything "wedding." She brought her passion and optimism to the table at every meeting, always respecting our priorities, values and needs. The entire staff absolutely kicked into high gear on Wedding Day! Sara was such a sweet servant, seamlessly flowing from one scene to the next, making sure that absolutely EVERYTHING was executed flawlessly. And when something or someone was not as planned, she knew exactly what needed to happen to "make it happen."

What a crowd pleaser!!! All of our guests were utterly blown away when they drove out to meet our humble country barn wedding and found themselves utterly swept away in a real life fairy tale palace -- complete with first class princess elegance. Everyone made a point to seek us out personally to let us know just how incredibly BEAUTIFUL the venue was.
The Establishment Barn was the PERFECT choice for our most special occasion. We're so grateful we had the privilege of making our Perfect Day memories there. We highly recommend it! -

The Establishment Barn
I honestly can’t say enough about this venue! For starters, this venue is absolutely beautiful and Sara is wonderful! She is quick to respond and help with any questions/concerns you may have.
On our wedding day we ended up having one small issue where our bartenders were running late, but Sara stepped right up and helped serve so our guests didn’t go without! I 10/10 recommend The Establishment Barn! -

We had about 4 months to plan our wedding, and The Establishment Barn helped us pull everything together so quickly. The owners are wonderful and very helpful. The venue itself is gorgeous (and has the best, biggest bridal suite!). The grooms suite was perfect for my husband as well and he loved it. The scenery around the venue is great for pictures and is extremely beautiful. The venue is so open as well, that you can do just about anything with the space and make it your own! -

Cannot put into words how perfect Sara was throughout the entire process, from picking the venue to helping with some of the vendors through the very end with clean up! We loved the venue and the entire feel of the place. Rather you’re wanting a rustic wedding or something more woodsy/elegant this is for sure the place for you! She even offers a 10% police discount which we thought was super cool because my wife is an officer and every penny saved helps! Also, without reservation or hesitation Sara welcomed us from the start with loving arms being same sex and all which made it the process even more perfect!! So thankful for this perfect venue and the staff!! Would 10/10 recommend!! P.s. All of our vendors loved it too!! Very accommodating to everyone’s needs! :) -

What can I say... this venue is a little slice of heaven tucked away in the woods. From beginning to end the process was professional and flawless, thanks to the Owner of the barn, Sara.
Sara went out of her way to have a friend run to get a Bundt cake when my cake girl was unresponsive and late. She let us use the barn and the bridal suite for my bridals which turned out beautiful. My guests RAVED about how beautiful it was. Close (11 miles) to some brand new very clean, nice hotels in Terrell - they even decorated our room the night of our wedding! I loved that I didn’t need to bring much decor because the barn’s beauty was enough! We were able to get there super early in the morning to start getting ready and relax in the upstairs oasis - it was just perfect. Can’t say enough - really.
If you’re looking for airy, bright, natural light by day that turns into a starry romantic wonderland at night - this is your venue! -

Best venue EVER! Not only is it absolutely stunning inside and out with attention to detail, but the owner is so sharp and helpful! It is so new, so all the amenities are flawless. We were able to come in on Friday and set up all of our decorations and tables, which made it possible to have a very relaxing Saturday while getting ready. Sara, the owner, met with us one month out and gave us such great planning suggestions and help ease our last minute stress. After the wedding, all of our friends RAVED about how gorgeous the venue was! Also, the bridal suite is massive and so pretty! Perfect for a large bridal party! I would recommend 1000 times. -

The owners, Sara & Austen are two of the friendliest people you’ll come to know! Their energy and passion for hosting dream weddings was evident from day one. Sara made me feel comfortable and valued during our first tour. She understood that weddings are EXPENSIVE and IMPORTANT! She accommodated to all of our needs and answered my questions throughout the planning process. On our wedding day, staff was available to assist us when needed. Everything went so smoothly and it truly was the perfect day in the most beautiful venue! Having an outdoor AND indoor option was especially important to us as well. You will have that here! The bridal suite is a MUST SEE. It’s spectacular!! Sara & Austen do honor first responders AND nurses by providing a discount on your big day. This helped us tremendously. We would recommend this couple AND this venue over and over again! -

My daughter was married at the Establishment Barn on June 1. The venue is absolutely beautiful! The design is amazing. Sara thought of every detail to create a bride's dream wedding experience! The bridal suite is very large and beautifully decorated. The groom's room was awesome too. The entire venue is spacious and just amazing, inside and out! Sara has a very calming nature and is wonderful to work with. She really helped my daughter and I through the process by answering any question we had and sharing recommendations with us. If you're looking for a wedding venue, or any type of event, go visit! You will fall in love! -

The Establishment Barn and Sara (the owner) are so wonderful, it’s going to be hard to put into words how perfect and amazing everything was for our wedding. If you are looking for a great wedding venue, look no farther than The Establishment Barn. It truly is a hidden gem and I can’t imagine having my wedding any other place.
Our wedding was originally being held at a private home that is on two acres; however, due to the non-stop rain Dallas/Fort Worth had between March and May, we were forced to change our plans about three weeks before our wedding. It was very stressful, as I was convinced places were going to be booked. We also had to find a venue that would allow us to use all of the vendors we had already contracted with – caterer, photographer, musicians, rentals, etc. After doing some research, we found The Establishment Barn in Terrell. The day I went to visit the venue it was pouring rain and Sara still met me at the venue to give me a tour. But even with the downpour, I knew I had found the perfect place for our wedding.
The Establishment Barn is a hidden gem just one hour east of Dallas. The property is beautiful and the barn itself is amazing. There is a beautiful and very large bridal suite upstairs and the groom’s suite is downstairs. There is a large kitchen for the caterer and a spacious area for cocktail hour. The main reception area is large with very, very high ceilings. Our wedding was small; only 30 people total. But, the way the room was set up didn’t make it feel like we were in a huge space. But, if you have a large wedding reception, you will have plenty of room.
Another thing that we liked about the venue was that there were three places we could have the ceremony, depending on the weather. We were blessed and had perfect weather the week of the wedding, so we were able to have our ceremony outside on the grass. But, if it had rained the day before, there is a place to still get married outside and not be in wet or muddy grass. And, if it was pouring (like it was every weekend leading up to our wedding), we would have it inside.
After the ceremony, we took family photos with the barn as the backdrop and then we walked around the property and took pictures with the most beautiful backdrops.
Sara was so easy to work with and was very responsive anytime my wedding coordinator or myself had a question. She made herself available on a Sunday afternoon so my wedding coordinator and I could tour the venue together to discuss how everything was going to be setup. She was there during the setup up and our entire wedding, helping our coordinator if needed. She even texted me the day of my wedding saying congratulations and to savor the day because it’s going to be a day we will remember forever. -

HIGHLY recommend!
From planning to executing, our wedding experience was wonderful thanks to The Brewer’s and their beautiful venue. They were so flexible and hospitable, making all things possible for our wedding! In addition, they were so great about letting us come view the venue, take bridals, and were always available when we had questions. Even with a newborn baby they made sure we felt so special! Thank you for much for hosting us on the most perfect day of our lives, we couldn’t have asked for a better venue and better people to work with! -

The Establishment barn was the perfect place for our wedding ceremony and reception! It was close to home, absolutely gorgeous, and the owners made everything easy. The bridal suite is breathtaking!!! Me and my girls had so much fun getting ready together (Bonus: It has a window looking down into the ceremony sight so you can see all your guests coming in!!!). Another thing I loved was that the venue was so beautiful on its own, so I didn’t have to buy a ton of decor! All in all I had a really great experience with Sara and The Establishment Barn. -
