Incredible addition to our wedding day!
The Encore Quartet was the perfect addition to our wedding - adding a beautiful and memorable touch to our ceremony. Not only were they fantastic the day of, they were incredibly professional and easy to work with during the planning stages. Encore Quartet were AMAZING!
The Encore Quartet were so professional and exactly what we were looking for to elevating our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. We asked if the artists can dress formally to match our guests, and they did exactly that. On top of that, their music was beyond amazing. It was such a beautiful and touching moment being able to walk down the aisle to their music. The atmosphere of cocktail hour was also very enjoyable and elevated due to the beautiful musical stylings of the artists. The playlist that we could choose from was so extensive, we are so impressed with how many songs were available to us. Thank you so much!! -

Beautiful Music for our Wedding Ceremony and Cocktail Hour
Encore Quartet delivered beautiful music for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. They had a wide range of music we could choose from and I was also able to request a song that meant a lot to me, and they played it for my bridal entrance. All of our wedding guests enjoyed their music too and we were so thankful to have them play on our special day. Their music added another special layer to our wedding day! -

Perfection!
Encore Quartet was an amazing part of our wedding! This was a splurge that I was set on and they did not disappoint! They have such a wide selection of music to choose from and we were able to choose all of our music! My siblings sang a song during the ceremony and they were able to rehearse with them prior to the ceremony. Because of the way the venue is set up, the singers were somewhat far away from the quartet making it tough to hear and it was scary for my sisters! Thankfully, the quartet was able to follow and my sister mentioned one member even stood up to assist with the beat to ensure everyone was on beat. The worst part was that as the bride and groom, we only got to hear the quartet play for a few songs- I wish I could’ve listened to them for hours! We decided to do our first “first dance” alone with just the quartet so we could have that special moment, and they were awesome. They were so helpful in the months leading up as well with our questions. We received tons of compliments of how good Encore Quartet was. Couldn’t recommend them enough! -

Just Perfect!

Elegant, Fun Live String Music!!
It was all I could have imagined. I selected The Final Countdown prior to the ceremony starting, after being postponed an entire year due to Covid, it seemed appropriate. I opened the windows inside my venue so I could hear the songs being played prior to my grand entrance! I loved the beautiful music of the trio. I highly recommend this music...it was so magical and the perfect addition to our outdoor wedding celebration! Thank you for making our day extra special!! -

Do not hesitate to book them! Gina was so easy to work with, even with the changes I made throughout the process she was so on top of it! What I had always dreamed of!
I wanted live music for my ceremony as well as our cocktail hour and the Encore Quartet DELIVERED!!! The ceremony music was so beautiful! Pitch Perfect!
Because of COVID and certain restrictions, we were unable to have a dance floor. While searching for some kind of music we found Encore Quartet. Not only were they easy to work with, they were so good! We received so many compliments on the quartet and their music selection. I would highly recommend not only for their music, but their professionalism and cost. You will not go wrong with them! -

Amazing Job!
Gina and the Encore Quartet did a fantastic job. Prior to the wedding, she was responsive and made sure that all of our requests were fulfilled.
They showed up early and turned the venue into a magical place. The song they played while my wife-to-be walked down the aisle was done perfectly; it captured the moment and made Heather shine like the princess that she is.

Day filled with music
The Encore Quartet were quite simply a must have for our wedding. About a year out we went to The Bridal Show at The Convention Center. At this stage we were still looking for a venue, but when we seen and more importantly heard The Encore Quartet, we were sold. Listening to tunes as diverse as A Wonderful World to Imagine to The Jaws Theme, we were amazed and convinced they had to be part of our day. When the big day arrived all our guests were super impressed and the feedback we received from our guests confirmed to us that hiring The Encore Quartet was a great decision. The quartet played during our ceremony and cocktail hour. We had two of our guests sing along to The Quartet during the ceremony and that made it even more special. This required pre-ceremony practice to be scheduled. This was arranged (for a set fee) and was an excellent personalisation touch to our ceremony. We'd encourage you to look into this if there are any 'singers' within your guest list. We'd have no hesitation in recommending The Encore Quartet to anybody. We feel sure you won't be disappointed in any way, we certainly weren't.

The perfect touch for the perfect wedding
We are so happy with how this string quartet sounded. They were on time, professional and sounded amazing. My favorite part (which no one seemed to get) was when we requested they play the Jaws theme as we walked up to the cocktail hour. They did an amazing job and we highly recommend them for your wedding or special occasion. -

The Encore Quartet was honestly the easiest vendor to work with out of all of the ones we hired for our wedding. They were extremely professional, responsive, arrived on time, and played beautifully. We Loved The Encore Quartet
We had the Encore Quartet play for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. The were very professional and prompt with set up and timing. The Encore Quartet was very flexible to work with from the start to finish, and we’re very professional. Their extensive repertoire, including a lot of instrumental versions of modern pop songs, along with the essential classical pieces. Gina and the Encore Quartet were fantastic to work with! My wedding was in Sedona and they were willing to drive there from the Phoenix area. They played starting about 20 min before the ceremony through cocktail hour, dinner, and did the first two dances. I paid extra for 3 hours of music and for the drive, and it was so worth it! They have a wide variety of music to choose from including traditional classical, religious, pop, rock, rap, new, and old. I chose exactly what I wanted from their list (a few highlights for me were Bohemian Rhapsody, U2, Coldplay, Fall Out Boy, Panic! at the Disco, John Legend, among so many more) and it was perfect for us! My guests all loved their presence as well. They are very talented. Gina was very quick to respond to email and very kind. If music holds a special place in your heart like it does mine, I highly recommend hiring them! -

I have been a professional wedding vocalist for many years in the past. I have worked with many musicians and I have to say that this quartet was one of the best. My daughter's wedding was beautiful and their contribution was excellent. I wish I had hired them for my first daughter's wedding. The Encore was 100 times better. -

This quartet was superb! My husband and I had an amazing experience working with them from the very beginning. They were incredibly helpful while we were trying to decide on what songs we wanted to be played during our ceremony as well as cocktail hour. They offered suggestions for all of the different entrances, during the ceremony, and even had YouTube videos available for most of the songs that were recommended. Another reason they were so easy to work with was their organization. Everything was clearly marked, which made choosing our songs easier and us one step closer to being done with planning for the big day! Most importantly was how well they played on the day of. Each piece played was beautiful and perfect. They were dressed professionally and able to play both classical numbers as well as some fun, to-date songs! I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a string quartet! -

Encore Quartet was amazing! My fiancé and I have a love for hip hop songs so we had the group play acoustic rap songs! Not only were they excited about learning new songs but everyone from our wedding is still talking about the music during cocktail hour. The Encore Quartet was absolutely amazing to work with! Communication with them was fast and easy and they responded to my emails promptly before the wedding. The Encore Quartet played at my husbands and my wedding on 12/10/16 at a Roman Catholic church. I was having trouble getting church musicians to play for the wedding so I went outside the norm of what I have seen at Catholic weddings and had instrumental music only. It was the best decision ever! All of the guests loved it! The Encore Quartet played beautifully and we got so many compliments from the guests. They loved not having a soloist and enjoyed the instrumental music. A memory I will never forget is while I was waiting for the mass to start in the bridal room. I was in the back of church and they played "Don't Stop Believing" by Journey and "Love Story" by Taylor Swift before mass. That wonderful memory is etched into my mind and I will forever remember the sound. They knew all of the parts to the Catholic mass and did not miss a beat. The wedding flowed beautifully. You will not regret having them play at your wedding or event. -

The Encore Quartet was super easy to work with from the start, and very professional. They have a wide repertoire, including a lot of instrumental versions of more modern pop songs, which I loved. They arrived early, and everything went off without a hitch. Their timing and pacing was great during the processional and recessional, and they sounded amazing. The only downside was that my husband and I missed the majority of their performance because we were taking pictures during cocktail hour! Our guests had nothing but great things to say about them though, and we were very pleased with our choice. -

The Encore Quartet played with perfection and made our wedding exactly what we wanted! This professional, engaging string quartet played our selected pieces perfectly- hitting just the right note for our lovely ceremony at the Cave Creek Chapel. I met them at the Bridal Expo at the Phoenix Convention Center in January 2016 and was so impressed that I went back the next day to hear them again and talk to them in earnest about booking them for our April wedding- my husband was absolutely thrilled to be able to have a string quartet play at our wedding! They surpassed our expectations- they are truly fantastic musicians who are passionate about their art! -

We heard The Quartet play at my daughters best friends wedding in October 2015. My daughter had just become engaged prior to this wedding. After hearing them play, we contacted them to play for her wedding. They were professional, prompt and provided a repertoire of songs the could play for us. We carefully selected all of the songs. The music was beautiful and perfect!!!! We were told all through cocktail hour how wonderful the music was for the ceremony and cocktail hour. We will certainly be using their services again when we have another event. -

We were so pleased with Encore’s performance at our wedding, both as a vendor and as musicians. I was a violinist for over ten years and was incredibly impressed.
The booking and coordination process was very easy ahead of time. Their coordinator, Gina, walked me through everything that was needed, as well as gave handy documents for selecting music and a nice planning sheet. We wanted traditional/classical music, but their repertoire was really diverse and impressive. They’ll also learn specific songs for you if you request it.
The day of, they arrived, set up and did their thing, it was absolutely seamless! Having live music rather than a recording really made the ceremony that much better. I was worried that music might seem weird during the lighting of the unity candle, since it’s a pretty brief process, but they knew exactly what they were doing and everything sounded beautiful and natural, it really added such a nice touch.
I highly recommend Encore for your wedding quartet, you won’t be disappointed! -

These guys were so wonderful with responding to emails, and they had an excellent repertoire (we almost picked Metal Gear Solid. Almost.) Also, it turned out there was a surprise bag-piper! They were a) very cool about keeping it a surprise, and b) very cool about working around the shift in schedule. We certainly appreciated their professionalism. Finally, our guests had a blast with all the songs during the cocktail hour, particularly Star Wars and Game of Thrones. -

Encore were amazing! They provided a variety of songs for us to choose from and played them perfectly and beautifully. We had our recessional song timed with our Ceremony DJ, and the last song of the cocktail hour they played for synced with him, too and it was a flawless transition.
So many guests complimented the musicians on having beautiful melody that was played with our top 10 listed from current music through a variety of decades.

While, as the bride, I didn't get to hear much of the ceremony itself, my now husband says it went spectacularly and we received many compliments about the quartet. It was wonderful! After doing a lot of research on string quartets in the Phoenix-Metro area, Encore appeared to have the best offering at a competitive price. We were particularly drawn to their ability to transform modern songs into classical pieces. The Encore Quartet is a group of incredibly talented, highly professional musicians. They performed during the prelude, ceremony and postlude of our wedding day in March at The Boojum Tree in Phoenix. Their music selection was fantastic and their renditions of those songs are wonderful! They have a lot of example performances on YouTube, which I would recommend checking out.
My husband and I have eclectic tastes, and are into quite a few nerdy things. With the Encore Quartet’s selections, we were able to really instill our personality in the music. We had songs ranging from Phantom of the Opera, The Postal Service, Bruno Mars, to the Legend of Zelda. Our guests loved this touch and we got plenty of compliments about the song choices and the quality of performance.
Not only did they do a great job, but Gina was very reachable, pleasant and flexible in our planning process before the wedding. I would highly recommend them for any event in need of beautiful, lively musical entertainment. -

Our church choir and director were very impressed and happy working with this group of musicians. I would recommend them to anyone at anytime. They made our Good Friday Service memorable for our congregation. -

I planned my wedding from out of state and Gina was nothing but a pleasure to work with. She responded quickly, provided thoughtful input and worked with our venue coordinator to ensure the right music was played at the right time. -

I would highly recommend the Encore String Quartet. They were very patient with me when I kept inadvertently delaying my music selection (yeesh). They have a wonderful repertoire and I was excited to select some songs that stood out a bit more than the usual wedding ceremony. The song the played when I walked down the aisle (Thais Meditation) was simply perfect and played beautifully. All of the pieces they played were, really. I wish I could have heard them more during my cocktail hour (I was taking photos) but everyone told me how wonderful they were. They really added an extra air of elegance and festivity to the ceremony and cocktail hour, I couldn't be more pleased with their performances. They were also very professional - on time and wearing black, nice clothes. -

Encore Quartet is nothing short of amazing. I worked with them (specifically Gina) for almost a year before my wedding. They went above and beyond my expectations. I met them at the bridal show in Phoenix Jan. 2014. In the packets they handed out included a CD with some of their music. I actually picked a couple of songs from the CD provided. I picked a song that wasn't on their list. Of course for a small fee they learned it and played it, and it was gorgeous. I hired them to play for the ceremony and cocktail hour (highly recommend by the way). My absolute best experience with them however, was my wedding day itself. We married on New Years Eve 2014 at Val Vista Lakes, and it was raining. I paid close attention to the weather channel the entire month leading up to it, and I knew it was going to rain (of course that was my luck. It hadn't rained in Phoenix for 2 1/2 months). Jerk face me as a client didn't call or email them, just thinking in my head they would cancel on me, if I gave them the opportunity to, due to weather, and rightfully so. I'm well aware the instruments can't get wet. They showed up, dressed very professional, after it had been raining all day long (wedding at 4pm), ready for the challenge. We were able to position them on the covered patio right outside the back doors for the ceremony. We were then able to move the cocktail hour inside and the quartet as well. If that's not flexibility I don't know what is. I whole-heartedly expected them to cancel, but they didn't. Not only was it raining, it was New Year's Eve, and they are a group of younger artists. They looked amazing with smiles on their faces, and sounded out of this world beautiful. I received so many compliments. I highly recommend Encore for your special day. They will blow you away. -

This is the second year we have had The Encore Quartet for our annual Tree Lighting. They are very professional, and amazing! They did a great job with timing, and the appropriate music pieces. We were so proud to have the there for such an important night. Thank you!! -

These guys are A+!!!!
I really enjoyed working with them through out the planning process and I was blown away when it came to our wedding day. These guys were professional and put up with last minute changes due to hectic weather! They were even open to our hiring them for 6.5 hours, even though their normal wedding is usually less than 3 hours. They are such champs and I would not hesitate to recommend them to other brides or those who need to add a special touch to their event.
In addition to their already extensive repertoire, we paid a bit more to have them arrange (and play) over 25 songs extra for us. I am so glad that we did! When it came time for the event, they knew every new song like they had been playing them for years!
So many of our guests said they really felt that the quartet added a great deal to the quality of our event and they enjoyed the strings MUCH more than a DJ, as they were able to talk and didn't have to battle speakers and bass. We wanted a classy, fun, unique experience and that is exactly what we got by using The Encore Quartet. Great job EQ!!!!! :) -

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Encore Quartet. We were first introduced to them at the Phoenix Bridal Expo. As someone who played the violin for almost half my life I most definitely appreciate strings! I initially wanted classic music, but at the last minute decided to switch it up and live on the edge. Playing modern songs can be a little tricky, but Encore Quartet pulled it off beautifully! It was the perfect combination.
My only regret is that I wasn't able to be there before the ceremony to listen to all the jams. I know all our guests really enjoyed it though :) Thank you SO MUCH! -

I wanted to say thank you to Gina and the Encore Quartet for provided an excellent performance for our wedding. Our dream wedding wouldn't have been the same without them. Encore Quartet deserves each star! We also had our nieces sing with them during one parts of the ceremony and they were able to adjust with the time spent before the wedding ceremony. An extra thank you to Gina, she worked with us from start to finish and was able to work around any issue that might come up. Don't hesitate to ask them to perform at your wedding!!! The Encore Quartet was wonderful at our wedding. They played our ceremony music as well as our cocktail hour. They also were willing to include my son in the ceremony as he was to play the upright bass. It was wonderful (although my son ended up breaking his arm and unable to play). The flexibility and willingness to include him was I really appreciated very much! The feedback that our guests provided was also how much they enjoyed the music!!! -
