We celebrated our wedding at The Empress Estate Venue on June 27th, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive during the entire planning phase. Every question we had was answered promptly, and any concerns were swiftly addressed. On our wedding day, the staff's dedication ensured that everything went off without a hitch, making our event just as we had imagined. My wife and I are thrilled with our choice and would highly recommend The Empress Estate Wedding Venue to anyone looking for a seamless and memorable wedding experience.

So starting at the beginning, our first visit was right after they finished the chateau so Stevie was really excited to show it off to us and let me say it is beautiful up there, After we finished the whole tour we had definitely decided to pick them as our location for the wedding since everything was just so gorgeous. Which led to picking packages and signing contracts, everything was nicely laid out and explained in depth after Zoe got some details about what we were looking for. Once we left that afternoon we were really clear and happy with our choice. Next up were the planning sessions where we got to sit down and plan out the menu, as well as certain decor choices each time they were really organized and had a clear plan for what was to be accomplished at that meeting. We also went to one of the tastings so we could ensure that our food choices were good, and let me say the food is amazing especially when you consider that a lot of catering places kinda phone it in for large scale production (all of our guests were raving about the food!).

Now fast-forward to the actual wedding night. We had a HUGE issue in that the person bringing my Husband's suit was about two hours late, once we told the venue what was happening Ambree and Zoe jumped into action to rearrange and make sure that our guests still had a great time while we were waiting on it to arrive. Ambree did a great job of keeping me in the loop as to what the plans were and what was going on downstairs since I had to stay up in the room. Their flexibility and quick thinking definitely made it so we were able to still have a beautiful wedding. Everyone on staff that night really went above and beyond which really helped ease all the anxiety I was having about the delay. If anyone asked me if I would recommend The Empress Estate I would say yes in a heartbeat, I can't imagine our day without the help and support of everyone involved that night.

I recieved an email and text message reminder from Stephanie the coordinator the night before! It was nice since I have viewed another vendor who didn't even remember our appointment. When we arrived I instantly knew this was the place I wanted to get married at. The pictures really don't do the experience justice. The tour was given and we all fell in love. The owner of the estate was there and was able to chat with us as well! Overall this place was amazing and we booked that day!

The list goes on and on with how versatile this location is. I’ve been to the empress for multiple different events / projects at different times of the day and the beauty of this land is irreplaceable. Birthday parties, baby showers, editorials and family gatherings, The Empress can provide. MAJOR BONUS.. POC owned and ran. Support this family and community continue to share their love for celebrations and creativity!

In Covid times you want a safe and intimate space to be with you loved ones. This is the place! Please ask questions and have patience. It’s a pandemic. It takes time to provide a safe space. I feel fortunate to have found this place

We had our wedding there on June 10, 2016. We had guest attending from Puerto Rico, Florida, New York, Texas, California and Wisconsin. Let me say that while I am a very kind person I am very much a perfectionist, very detailed orientated with high standards. Leading up to the wedding I was a bit nervous as entrusting such a task is not easy. Stevie and Zoey along with the entire staff were absolutely wonderful. It was truly a magical day. The chef Micheal was above and beyond!!! With no reservation this place recieves my highest recommendation.

This was our dream venue!! Literally, it’s the most gorgeous property! The Empress Estate has both the fairytale castle and the cabin in the woods feel. They provide you with an incredible wedding planner named Sarah who is AMAZING at her job!! She works hard to ensure everything is taken care of and all goes smoothly! Their motto is that everything should be easy and stress free for the couple (and it truly was)!! They have a varieties vendor list that they work with and recommend that are familiar with the venue, to make things easy! They have a great system and process in place to make the whole wedding planning process streamlined and simple to follow as it relates to budgeting, due dates/deadlines, wedding schedule, payment processing, etc. They provide catering, cake, tables/lines/silverware/dishes and so much more! They recommended We and 16 of our guests stayed the night at the mansion and they provided breakfast for us in the morning! We feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to get married at the Empress and to work with Sarah!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Gorgeous French country venue on top of a hill overlooking a beautiful view. Venue included wedding sit down dinner, bed and breakfast sleep over for 16 of our guests and sit down breakfast the following day. Wonderful value. And owners Stevie and Zoe were the sweetest people I know! We look forward to keeping in touch for years to come!

Amazing venue the chateau is absolutely beautiful ❤️ the views from the ceremony, outside patio for cocktail hour were perfect for our September wedding! We had great communication through out the wedding planning with coordinators . Day of wedding service was amazing from decoration, food, drinks and service from staff. Made our wedding dress come true and we had an incredible night full of memories to last us a life time

I attended a wedding here 2 weeks ago and it was the most beautiful venue i had ever been too. From beginning to end everything ran smooth and felt like a fairy tale. On top of the venue being beautiful the food was AMAZING.

What an amazing experience we had! Truly the most accommodating, friendly, welcoming, and professional staff. The venue is absolutely beautiful at all times of the year, and the staff is extremely prepared for any sort of weather change in a matter of minutes. Zoe was immediately welcoming & wonderful to work with, and helped to explain everything to us every step of the way. Reasonably priced, all-inclusive, customizable packages - we so appreciated only having to coordinate with 2 outsourced vendors!! The food was -delicious-, the bartenders were friendly and professional, and the clean up crew was so organized, efficient and kind. The getting ready experience was one of the most memorable parts of the day; Sarah was hands on & made sure we had snacks, bubbles, and anything we needed! Our day-of coordinator Alexandria was hands down, -incredible- in every sense of the word. Because of her expertise, the day flowed effortlessly without a single slip up; I had even forgotten my flowers up in the balcony, was literally walking down the aisle, and the -second- I turned the corner, she appeared with them out of nowhere and placed them in my hands. (I’m not kidding, it felt like a movie experience). My wife and I truly couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience for our wedding. Thank you, Empress Estate!

We had our wedding at empress and it was absolutely our DREAM wedding for under our budget! We are from out of town so we had the all inclusive package, which I highly recommend. We hired a dj and limo service and Empress took care of the rest! The wedding day went perfectly without a beat skipped. Nichole, our coordinator, was AMAZING and made me feel completely relaxed the day of. The food was incredible, and my family of New Yorkers are not easy to please! The wedding cake was superb! My father is a professional baker and we were beyond impressed! I honestly can’t wait to eat some on our anniversary. Nichole had the top of the cake boxed up for us when we were ready to leave! The venue.....you guys, it’s a dream venue for an outdoor wedding! Plus the woodland chateau is gorgeous for indoor, with a huge balcony over looking insanely bright colored hydrangeas and the valley below. We had our dinner out on the balcony and it was so beautiful! Guests repeatedly said it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been too, and I know I’m biased but I feel the same way!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here. Zoe and Shareen are the nicest and most accommodating people. The venue is huge and all areas are stunning. Being able to stay the night after the reception really perfected the evening. Thank you so much!!

I had such a beautiful stress free wedding!! I kept waiting for something to go wrong, but nothing did. Zoe and Steevie really love what they do and they kept track of the time so I didn't have to worry about anything. Steevie answered all of my frantic, crazy planning texts and really helped my day go smoothly. I didn't have do ANY of the setup. I told her what I wanted and somehow it got done. The food was amazing! We had the prime rib and salmon. I highly recommend adding the mashed potato bar. It was a huge hit! They brought my husband and I an appetizer plate during photos so we could enjoy a little bit of all the food. If you want a full service venue and a stress free wedding, the Empress Estate is a must!

The Empress Estate did a wonderful job making my wedding stress free! They are worth every penny, as the staff there truly know what they are doing. They are smooth, organized, helpful, and detailed orientated. They make sure everything runs perfectly. I couldn't ask for a better wedding and it is all thanks to their help!

We chose the Empress Estate to host our Granddaughters Christmas wedding. The experience we had there was above and beyond all we asked or even thought was possible.
Stevie and Angel are two of the most accomplished, accommodating women I have ever met. When I met Stevie I was overwhelmed with the thoughts if planning a Christmas wedding. She immediately put me at ease with the assurance that it was not only possible but would be beautiful. She even said yes when I asked if it would be possible for them to provide the wedding cake. Saving me untold hours and expense in finding a baker to bake it and the outrageous price for delivery.
I felt as if I had entered the land of "anything is possible and everything is Beautiful" when I met Angel The wedding and event coordinator).
They worked tirelessly and selflessly to make Nate and Alexis wedding a magical experience.
I have many more words of praise for Zoe,Stevie. Angel and the rest if team Empress than I could possibly write in this review.
I will end with, "Run don't walk" to book your Wedding with The Empress Estates. It is one of the smartest decisions I've ever made.
If you want to save yourself time, frustration, disappointment and believe it or not finances then look no farther.

I have dreamed about my wedding since I was little. The empress estate was perfect Sarah, Ramsey, and the owner Zoe we’re so nice. we had our wedding in the mansion. It was absolutely beautiful, thank you for helping me have my fairytale wedding!!

The Empress Estate is a beautiful venue. We toured the facilities in March 2019 for our December 2020 wedding. Ultimately, we decided on a venue closer to Portland but agreed that the space is wonderful and the staff is top notch. Definitely tour this place and consider it for your wedding. We both agreed it would be PERFECT for an outdoor space, though the new lodge indoor space is also gorgeous.

AMAZING!! BREATH TAKING!! We truly had the most AMAZING, PRINCESS, FAIRY TALE WEDDING!!! The venue is gorgeous!! The view where our ceremony was held is soooo pretty!! Everything was above and beyond!! The food was delecious, and the service was more than we even asked for!! It was beyond perfect. The owners Zoe and Stevie took such good care of us!! You get your own personal wedding planner, and in-house chef, and a wonderful staff to take care of your guests from the moment they arrive, only to name a few!! It was such a dream wedding!! We can't stop watching our wedding video!! We did not want the night to end! Simply magical!!!
