These guys are amazing! Erin and The Element made our night such a dream. They are so incredibly talented and kept the party going all night. They worked with my husband and I so that we could sing and get in on the fun with them. I also can’t overstate how different the mood is with a live band. It’s so much easier to dance to a band, and your guests will love that! You feed off of each other’s energy and everyone has a blast! We had so much fun with these guys! -

There aren't enough words or thanks we can give to the Element Band for playing and emceeing our big day! My husband and I got married earlier this month and Tony & Erin, along with 6 other band members, performed at our wedding. We cannot recommend them more!
From the start, Tony was very informative and detailed on what they would be able to do- from the different packages, to instruments they play, all the way to the entire song list they could perform. Tony sat down with us a couple weeks before the wedding and went into extensive detail of how the whole day would work. He helped us figure out our ceremony processional, introduction/first dance/special dance songs, studied the whole wedding party… literally not one detail was missed! Not to mention, the band will learn a couple songs to make it feel extra curated and special for you! We were a little nervous leading up to our wedding day, but after sitting down with Tony, we felt immediate relief that him and his team would deliver!
We ended up having them be a part of our entire day! Tony along with another band member played live at our ceremony, they had a DJ setlist during our cocktail hour, light instrumental dinner music and of course, the dancing music with the full 8 member band! Ourselves along with our guests said they were one of the best bands they have heard not only at a wedding but anywhere, hands down!
Erin ended up emceeing most of the day and she was absolutely amazing! A very lovely person with true excitement that made all of the wedding formalities truly special! Above all else, Erin & Tony and the instrumental band members are EXTREMELY talented artists. It absolutely felt like we had our own personalized concert with all our favorite songs and favorite people. The absolute best experience and amazing band!
Elements Band absolutely made our wedding unforgettable! They were incredible from start to finish — the energy, talent, and performance were beyond anything we could have hoped for. They kept everyone on the dance floor all night long, and weeks later our guests are still talking about how amazing the band was. Tony was so professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process, which made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. If you want a packed dance floor and an unforgettable party, Elements Band is the way to go!

The Element was the best choice we ever made for our wedding. We knew we wanted a live band and our wedding planner recommended a few options. After listening to The Element, I knew they would bring something special. They accommodated special requests, they included our guests in every moment, and they made me and my now husband feel like superstars. Erin as our MC kept the evening flowing nicely and Tony on the sax (among many other instruments) got the people GOING!!! From the very first conversation, they were exceptional communicators—responsive, kind, organized, and clearly invested in making our wedding reception unforgettable. They made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire planning process, and we knew we were in the best hands.
On the night of the reception, they absolutely blew us (and our guests) away. Not only was their performance phenomenal—every song perfectly chosen and flawlessly executed—but they also read the room with incredible sensitivity and professionalism. Erin (the lead singer and primary contact) seamlessly rearranged the schedule in real time to keep the event flowing beautifully. Their sound mixing, energy, and musicality were spot-on from start to finish.
What truly set them apart were the personal touches: they joyfully incorporated our young nephews into a song, invited the father of the groom up to play guitar, and even learned a special request last minute just for us. These moments made our night feel magical and deeply personal.

When I got engaged, really the only thing I initially cared about was a live band. We found The Element through Cleveland Music Group and I am SO HAPPY we did! I think they know every song that has ever been recorded - their setlist is insane. The dance floor was packed the entire night and the energy did not stop! I already have 2 friends anxiously awaiting their engagement so they can book with Erin!!! -

We hired The Element for our wedding. Tony and Erin – these two are something else. The talent? Top-notch. Their ability to read and work the crowd? Unparalleled.
What stood out to me wasn’t just their musical prowess, but how they seemed genuinely invested in making our night special. It wasn't some cookie-cutter performance; they brought a unique vibe that felt tailored just for us. And when it comes to getting everyone on the dance floor, these guys nailed it.

Do it, book The Element!
The Element elevated our wedding to the absolute max. They were amazing to work with before our wedding by answering questions quickly and kindly. We met and planned beforehand so we knew what to expect but still have some fun suprises along the way. They allowed my now husband to play a few songs with them and it was the highlight of the night! People were on the dance floor all night and singing along at the top of their lungs. If I could give The Element more than 5 stars I would!!
We were recommended to The Element from another band which says a lot. From the moment I spoke to Tony I knew they would be amazing! He was able to calm any concerns I had about noise level of a live band in a confined space, he provided a detailed list of all their songs, and he was super responsive and communicative. They also allowed my husband to play 2 songs with them and it was a HIT!!! On wedding day they delivered above and beyond what we expected. The music was great, they were engaging, professional, and FUN! We got so many compliments on the band and the music they played. EVERYONE DANCED! I had hired The Element for my September wedding and I have to say, it was the best choice I ever made throughout my wedding planning process. My first interactions with Erin were amazing and she was extremely responsive. Then meeting Tony in person, was wonderful. He helped guide my husband and I with recommendations for the day of timeline. I knew I was in great hands because this band knows what they are doing! I still have been getting a ton of compliments about the band. Lots of people have been saying it was "The best band they had ever heard" and it made me so happy! The dance floor was never empty and they knew all the hits to keep the crowd so engaged! You need to hire The Element for your wedding! Best band ever!!!!! -

I hired The Element for my wife's surprise birthday on August 19, 2022. Prior to the party, I sent Erin, the band's lead singer, a selection of songs from the band's extensive song list. The band literally had the dance floor packed the entire night! Erin and the entire band helped make the surprise birthday party a huge success. Thank you!

Amazing as expected! We had the chance to hear this band play at a wedding a few years ago, and we just knew we wanted them to perform at our wedding when the time came. We chose the 5 piece band per Erin's recommendation based on our venue / guest count, and it could not have been more perfect.
Erin made the stresses of wedding planning a breeze and assisted us every step of the way. The last thing you want to stress over is the fun stuff such as the music, entrance songs, or if the band will say your best friend's name right.
The Element even took time to learn the songs for the first dance, father-daughter dance, and mother-son dance. This extra service, makes the special day even more special.
We received compliments the entire night from a variety of age ranges. This band will rock you or serenade you, depending what you're looking for!

Tony, Erin and the entire band were absolutely amazing. They performed at our wedding and our guests couldn’t get enough. The dance floor was mostly packed the entire night. They were so easy and fun to work with. HIGHLY recommend them for any event. -

Could our reception music and vibe have been better? Emphatically NO! This is the second time we have used The Element for a wedding reception and we were not disappointed. Tony and the band listened to the bride and groom's ideas and requests and followed them to a T! Once the guests got on the dance floor they never left and boy did we have a good time. I am so happy they were available for our party and will definitely call on them again.
We also used Kerry for music during the ceremony and cocktail hour. He was just the right sound for both and so easy to work with as well! -

From start to finish, The Element was EVERYTHING we wanted in a wedding band and more. Lead singer Erin and Cleveland Music Group was easy to work with, quick to respond, and made us feel so special from first contact. We were provided with multiple opportunities to see them live before making our decision and Erin even came over when we came to see them just to welcome and congratulate us. The band was also incredibly accommodating giving us a say in what was played and having no ego whatsoever about me (the bride) wanting to perform a few songs with them. As for the talent, it doesn't get better than The Element. I come from a family of musicians and we are critical and particular- The Element did not disappoint. Erin's voice is liquid gold and every musician is perfection. The band created the entire amazing vibe for our reception and people never left the dance floor. All of our guests were floored by this band, many saying "best wedding band I've ever seen!" I could not agree more. If you're debating DJ or Band, trust me, hire a band, and make sure it's The Element! It will be worth it!! -

Having a Wedding Band was one of our "non-negotiables" for our wedding day but we were shocked at how much it actually cost. When we heard about the Element from Cleveland Music Group and saw a few of their videos, we knew we HAD to have them. Erin and the band made our wedding day one of the most fun days of our lives. All of our guests had so much fun and said it was one of, if not, the best weddings they had ever been too (and it wasn't because of the centerpieces!) It was because the members of The Element are entertainers! Erin and the band were sure to involve guests, play all of the songs we asked them (before the big day). They even learned how to play the song we chose for our first dance and played it perfectly. Even guests that were not big dancers showed up on the dance floor for a few tunes. They also helped with our wedding day timeline which helped relieve some of our stress and responsibilities while keeping the party moving. Make room in your budget and you won't regret it! -

We were so happy about our experience working with Erin and The Element. Erin was so supportive throughout the planning process with words of encouragement and flexibility in our song choices (we picked a few songs from our first dance/ father-daughter dance not on the song list, and her team made no issue of learning it for us and performing beautifully) . Our guests danced the night through and had so much fun, and Erin also kept our reception on track by MC'ing our toasts, family blessings, and more. BIG thanks to this band. -

Hiring Tony Koussa and THE ELMENT was the single best thing we did during our wedding planning. Both Tony and Erin are EXCELLENT to work with! The band sound amazing and we had so many people raving about the music. They helped make a small wedding feel like an amazing party.
