A Perfect Touch!
From the very beginning, Ester at Elegant Harp set the beautiful tone for our daughter's reception!! Ester and her harp was the detail we were so excited about to make our guests feel extra special, and create an atmosphere of romance, which is exactly what she did. My only regret, is as mother of the bride, is that I did not get a chance to just sit and listen to her. Truly beautiful. Ester was so easy and very professional to work with. I highly recommend Elegant Harp and Ester Underhay. I will definitely use Elegant Harp for other occasions as well. Such a beautiful touch to any event!!!

Perfect Ceremony Music
We wanted to create an unforgettable atmosphere for our guests during our wedding ceremony. After speaking with Esther it was an easy decision to move forward with The Elegant Harp. Esther is professional, knowledgeable and extremely talented. Although she offers a huge selection of songs, she still went above and beyond to learn a special song for our ceremony. Esther Underhay made our wedding ceremony at Boldt Castle "over the top" special. Esther's music is just beautiful and she is so versed & flexible in accomodating music selections and requests. A complete professional with a beautiful manner & smile. Esther was a pleasure to work with and put us at ease in the weeks leading up to our wedding. In a time when depending upon a vendor can result in disappointment, Esther was a brilliant choice that added the perfect touch to our wedding ceremony. Worth every penny.

Choosing Esther and The Elegant Harp for our ceremony musicians was the best choice we could have made for our wedding day. She and her other musicians did a wonderful job, and Esther was so beautifully warm, kind, professional, and easy to work with. She communicated so well and always warmly and with flexibility. Beautiful soul music
We first met Ester at her home to decide whether the harp would be our choice of music. She asked a number of questions as to the kind of music we liked. That was a hard question to answer as we all have different opinions.
I asked what she would recommend to play as I was walking down the aisle, she began to strum those beautiful strings with absolute love and devotion and I burst into tears. The sounds went right into my soul and I immediately knew this was what I wanted for my wedding.
My guests all commented on how beautiful the music was.
I highly recommend her services for any occasion not only a very special occasion like a wedding.

Esther and her team were AMAZING. the ceremony was beautiful but their string trio took it to the next level. walking down to a song i was able to choose, that was special to my, now husband, and I, was so heartwarming.
they also played during our cocktail hour which the guests seemed to also enjoy! it was beautiful and i can't wait to listen back on our videos.

Esther played at our wedding. She is very talented and played beautifully, which added to the wedding. I loved that she has a variety of songs to choose from. Prior to my wedding she was extremely helpful with the planning aspect, and was willing to play and do what I wanted. Esther was always available to help me with anything I needed, which then helped make her part to my wedding easy. I recommend her.

She was a delight! Absolutely stunning!
Esther played the harp during my wedding ceremony this past October 2023. The way she plays is so angelic and beautiful. Everyone at my wedding felt as though they walked into a Hollywood movie. I had a destination wedding at the Boldt Castle in Alexandria Bay, NY. I live in Arkansas and communication was great with the company. It was very easy to setup the services long distance and they made everything hassle free! It’s also a steal and reasonably priced. They’re very talented and the music is beautiful!

I cannot begin to find the words to express the level of beauty and ambience that Esther with her Elegant Harp Trio created for our daughters wedding. The quality of music and overall elegance provided for the Ceremony and Cocktail hour simply said was "outstanding". We could not be more happy for the results, as Esther hit the mark with her image and song options. Esther worked closely with our daughter to select appropriate song choices both on and off Esther's playlist. If you did not hear Esther play "Hallelujah" you are missing something wonderful. Esther's Elegant Harp Trio was on premise and set up to play well before our guests started to arrive, and we received rave revues from everyone. A harpist that elevated our wedding
Esther was such an incredible addition to our wedding vendor list! She made it so easy to pick the songs we wanted to hear, but honestly, she would have done an excellent job even if left without any input from myself and my fiance. Communicating with her was easy and was one of the few things that I wasn't worried about at all. Of the 83 guests at my wedding, I think the majority took the time to comment to me about how Esther's music changed the tone of the ceremony and the cocktail hour to something more elegant. I would absolutely recommend adding Esther to your vendors because she was worth every cent!

Very talented, poised and professional!
From the initial conversation, to the consultation session and to the actual day - Esther was gracious, pleasant and so easy to work with! Not only was Esther professional but also very flexible. I had a number of songs that I chose to be played during the prelude and the processional for all the other attendants, however, I had a hard time selecting the song that my husband and I would walk down to. My husband and I searched the internet and found and heard a harp cover of "All My Life" by KCI and JoJo - and we knew immediately that that is the song that we wanted Esther to play while we walked down the aisle. She did not have the music but she found the music and she played it so beautifully at our Blessing Ceremony! We weren't the only ones happy with Esther. In fact, several guests commented at how wonderfully she played and how soothing the music selection was. It was truly elegant just as the name suggests and the perfect addition to our big day! We would have it no other way. Thank you again Esther for being a blessing during our Blessing Ceremony! I would not hesitate to select you again for any future events. A Beautiful Memory of our Special Day
Our experience with Esther was wonderful. From my first phone call with her to the actual wedding day, it was so easy and just what I wanted it to be. This was a 2nd wedding for both of us and we were only having a small intimate ceremony and reception with family and a few close friends. We weren’t looking for the typical reception music used for dancing. We wanted something elegant for our ceremony and then again while we enjoyed our dinner and evening with our guests. When I say that Esther is amazing to watch play I really mean it. You can see the music playing through her. The look on her face is pure joy as she sits there making some of the most beautiful music. We were so pleased that we chose Esther to share our special day with us. She’s a genuinely nice person and so talented. If you are searching for something elegant and beautiful you won’t be disappointed with Esther.

Elegant addition to the evening
She performed during the cocktail hour for an event that I was coordinating. She was wonderful to work with and the music added a lovely element to the evening prior to the guests entering the ballroom for dinner. You would not be disappointed by having Esther perform at any event.

My husband and I had a small, very elegant outdoor wedding at the Colony Hotel in Palm Beach this past March. We wanted it to be romantic, magical and spiritual, and after listening to Esther's harp music, we were enthralled. Of all the decisions that I had to make for the wedding, this was the easiest. To me the harp is the closest instrument to heaven, and Esther's magical touch was transcendent. After the ceremony, we had an spectacular indoor dinner for our family inside, loaded with candlelight, and we supplemented Esther and her harp with a violinist and cello for a trio of musicians that played everything from Dr. Zhivago to I Think I Love You (did I mention she is a great sport as well?) Besides her beautiful music, Esther is also a beautiful person inside and out, with a gentle soul and a graceful and refined presence. The best.

Originally my husband and I were going to just have instrumentals playing by our DJ for our ceremony, but my mom wanted something more romantic. I am so glad we decided to go with something more romantic and hiring Esther. We received so many compliments by our guests for the music she played during the ceremony and cocktail hour. She met with us personally and with songs we had in mind for the processional and recessional she played them to help give us an idea of how they will sound. This I feel was a very personal touch and reflection of her love for her work. And because I am such a Disney princess, she also had a great selection of Disney songs which she played during cocktail hour. Esther (and her husband, who officiated our wedding ceremony) were absolutely amazing. Most little girls have a picture from an early age of what their wedding will be like. While that image changes when you actually plan your wedding, the moment she began playing the bridal march, I almost teared up, as at least that moment was exactly the moment I had pictured my whole life--and it's one of the few moments of our wedding day that is still crystal clear in my mind, which is such a gift to me. Working with her was definitely one of the best decisions I made to ensure that our ceremony was perfect. On top of her skill on the harp, she was so easy and accommodating to work with. Esther performed at our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, which was a concern of mine due to a lack of coverage on the outdoor location. Esther and her husband arrived early and figured out a solution without any trouble (and no additional stress on us to try and help). She is a consummate professional, but also extremely personable--you really feel that she is so happy to be a part of your special day. I would recommend her again and again. Beyond the fact that Esther is a phenomenal harpist, we made a special connection with her due to her kind and gentle spirit. When we met with her for our consultations, she was always happy to play songs that would be just the right fit for our day, She even suggested lovely Italian opera songs from my fiance's home country of Italy. It really was the right touch and made him feel especially touched and moved. Other than opera songs, she can offer a big selection of modern, classical, jazz and other international music. Everyone enjoyed the harpist on our wedding day and spoke highly of her playing! We hired The Elegant Harp to provide a harp and violin duo for our Four Seasons wedding ceremony. Simply beautiful! She was hands-down our easiest vendor to work with. She has a large musical repertoire and our selections were no problem for her. Thank you for making our ceremony so special!

Esther Underhay was wonderful to work with and just the touch of elegance we were looking for during our daughter's wedding two weeks ago. We had a DJ for the reception, but at the last minute, decided to go with a Harpist for the actual ceremony. We were so glad to have had Esther as part of our special day!!

Esther is AMAZING!!!! My husband and I wanted a harpist for the church ceremony. We had a friend that had used her services for a show and therefore he highly recommended Esther. We are so happy that we chose Esther as our harpist. She is very approachable and made every effort to make sure that everything was to our desire. Esther made our wedding ceremony a dream come true and we will not hesitate to hire her again for future events.

She arrives early to set up before the event and she spends time after the event to speak with people from the audience, answer any questions that they have, as many are inquisitive about the harp, and receive accolades. The harp itself is a beautiful, impressive musical instrument with a lovely sound played proficiently by Esther Underhay.

Esther played her harp at the ceremony and cocktail hour for our wedding and our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the music was! Esther was so easy to work with, very responsive and she learned specific songs we really wanted to use in the ceremony. Her pricing was also very reasonable. We had a DJ for the reception but really wanted live music for the ceremony and Esther's harp was perfect. Even with the wind your could hear it really well and it just made the evening even more magical. Thank you Esther!

My wedding ceremony and reception would have been incomplete without Esther Underhay and her Elegant Harp. She set the elegant tone I dreamed of. My groom..now wonderful husband and I being "mature but young at heart" knew exactly the ambiance we desired for our 24 guests traveling from all over to be a part of our celebration at the Renaissance Cruise Port Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale. Esther came early on Mothers Day, May 10, 2015 to bring our 9am ceremony and following reception alive with elegance, joy, and laughter (especially this bride who was the only one in the bunch who does not like rising early!). We all loved Esther and her harp..what a team! The only sad note was to leave at noon with our guests for a week long cruise without Esther....she was the crowning touch with amazing music. I only spoke with Esther once by phone. I knew she was the perfect choice by her professionalism....telling me to go to her website and listen to her music. I told Esther my few must have songs and the type of music we liked and then just left the orchestration to her. After all she is the artist with tremendous experience of all venues...I knew she would plan my wedding as if it were her own, From pre-ceremony to ceremony to reception Esther and her harp just flowed, My desire was only to have the harp at our wedding but Esther has years of experience playing for two or hundreds...she can orchestrate any ensemble and instruments of your dreams. When you find Esther you don't need to look any further. Esther is fabulous-the ultimate artist and professional.

Esther was the perfect touch of class and elegance for our ceremony and cocktail hour. I wish I could have her at every single function! She was very easy to work with and recommended a wonderful officiant for us as well! Any time I emailed her she was very quick to respond and made sure that everything we wanted was played. Esther has very reasonable harp prices, is very professional, helpful, and communicates clearly. She has a large selection of music to choose from on her website and she helped us decide what types of songs were right for our Miami, Florida wedding in May. She was punctual and played beautifully! I couldn't have asked for anything better!

I hope this review conveys how thrilled I was with my decision to book The Elegant Harp for my wedding.
Esther promptly replied to all my initial emails and calls to discuss the date and process. She was extremely kind and professional so I chose to book her right away. I had watched all their videos online and was so excited to have them at my wedding. I emailed her regularly as the date approached and had no problem choosing some beautiful songs from her list, as well as additional ones that were meaningful to me. Esther learned the new music quickly and was SO accommodating to all my ideas.
I had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony in a Japanese Garden setting in Delray Beach. Esther arrived perfectly on time and set up quickly, making me feel very happy and at ease. Her harp skills are exquisite and I could not have imagined my ceremony without her there. I also got some really beautiful photos with her and the harp that are such wonderful memories from my wedding. I can't thank Esther and The Elegant Harp group enough for helping me make my day so special. Besides being very skillful and professional. Esther is uniquely friendly and warm. I highly recommend them for your wedding or special event, you will NOT be disappointed.

Beautiful, Classy, Elegant, Professional!!
Esther played for my daughter's wedding 10/5/15. She welcomed guests into the church with the beautiful sound of her harp! Seeing my daughter walk down the aisle to that beautiful harp music was breathtaking!
She also played immediately following at the Cocktail Hour portion of the reception at Sundy House in Delray! Esther is a true professional! She is amazing! Her repertoire is practically endless! With all the stress of planning a wedding, Esther made everything completely effortless! She will let you choose anything you want her to play or will suggest for you. We had a of couple songs picked for the ceremony but left all the rest in her very talented/capable hands! She was a truly AMAZING! Friends are still commenting how lovely the music was!
If you are considering a harpist for your wedding or event ESTHER IS THE BEST!! You will be in awe as many of our guests were!
Esther added the perfect touch of grace, elegance and sophistication to this very special day!

Mrs. Esther was very nice to work with. Although the weather did not cooperate she did her best to play during our wedding. Due to an approaching storm, she was not able to play as much as we'd like. But we understood because the harp cannot get wet. She and her husband, Pastor Paul, seem to be great people. I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in the Fort Lauderdale area.
