If you are considering visiting the Dress Lounge, please don’t hesitate on that decision for even a second! As soon as you walk in, plan on being greeted with smiles, and by the cutest bridal assistant, a Golden named Vanna White. The showroom displays beautifully, all of the gorgeous gowns and accessories that any customer could possibly imagine and need for their special occasion. On my first visit to the Boutique, I was shopping for my wedding gown, as well as my bridesmaids dresses. I had heard so many great things about the Dress Lounge prior to this visit, that it was my first choice to visit when it came time to pick out a dress. Knowing Jennifer and her exceptional taste, I knew I was in the right hands! Going in, I actually did not have a vision for myself or my dress, beyond knowing that I wanted something with lace. When I explained this to the girls, they didn’t hesitate for a second on pulling dresses that they thought would be a great fit. And let me tell you, they got the job done! By the third dress, I knew that I had found my wedding dress! Words can not describe how perfect it was for me, and even if I could have envisioned my dress…..this one blew it out of the water. The girls pinned it up nicely so I could truly envision it in the right size. And then came the accessories! I saw an absolutely gorgeous hair accessory, and they completed the look with multiple options for veils. I said yes to the dress, as well as the hairpiece and veil, and saw myself as a bride for the very first time! They swiftly had my measurements, and took care of getting my dress ordered. And in the meantime, was assisting my MOH in finding dresses. They had such a great variety of dresses, and styles that come in so many colors to fit any palette. I knew I wanted lace for the bridesmaids, but beyond that everyone chose their own style. They were all extremely happy with their dresses, and they had the perfect color options to match the theme colors. My Mother-in-law also made an appointment to try on gowns, and wound up with a stunning one for the wedding! She had a hard time even deciding on one because all of the options were amazing. And funny enough, at her appointment, I wound up finding the most stunning red dress to wear for my engagement photos thanks to Jen! So 7 dresses in total, and every single one was absolutely stunning! All of the dresses arrived in the timeframe they were expected! At my final fitting, the dress size chosen worked perfectly with only minor alterations necessary. The girls went above and beyond at every single appointment that we were there. And they even steam cleaned the dress and veil two days before the wedding day to make sure everything was perfect! And it was! I could not recommend Jen and the women a the Dress Lounge more. Start to finish, it was an incredible experience, and I could not be happier or more thankful for their part in making our day so special. -

I absolutely loved working with the dress lounge!! My consultant was phenomenal, she made the whole experience fun and stress free. She picked out the perfect dresses that captured my vision and helped me envision myself on my wedding day. She was so nice and helpful. -

I absolutely loved my gown. I had bought my gown in 2019 and our Wedding was delayed until 2021. I still loved my gown and would chose it again!! It was so %, comfortable and versatile it was perfect for the hot September weather. -

I got my wedding gown at the dress lounge January 2020 right before the pandemic. I have to say they have stunning gowns and this is a hidden gem in Kingston ! I grew up in West Wyoming and had no idea this place even existed ! I was blown away ! Given my wedding needed to be postponed because of Covid they made sure to get me my dress way in advance and were very accommodating with making appointments for me to try it on! I got my veil and headband from here as well. I loved my wedding gown so much and the girls did a great job in making my time at the DL very special. I did come back with my bridesmaids to get their gowns. We had beautiful pink gowns for the bridesmaids with bejeweled straps and the MOHs were in the same gown in floral. We did have a large bridal party (8 maids total) and it was a weekend close to closing time so it did feel rushed toward the end. I would recommend making an appointment earlier in the day if you have a large bridal party. We had a lot of people traveling out of town (myself included) and hence that is why we ended up with a later appointment. I do have to say they did a great job in getting the gowns to my girls and we just loved the gowns so much. Thank you for making my special day so incredible and making me feel like a princess (: -

Say YES to the Dress
My daughter said YES to the dress at the lovely boutique! It was a warm, welcoming atmosphere! The staff were knowledgeable, engaging and supportive. I would give this local business 5 STARS! It was worth the 1.5 hour trip! If you are looking for a wedding dress, bridesmaids, homecoming, prom dress this place has it all! And so worth the amazing experience! -

Perfect dress
Absolutely loved the dress lounge. This was the first and only place I went to look for my bridal gown and found and purchased in the same first visit. The dress came in a month earlier than expected and they also allowed me to come back and have my dress steamed the day before the wedding. Thank you so much! -

Jen and her staff are amazing. They take the time to spend with you and don’t rush you or make you feel pressured to buy. The selection is large, lots to choose from. Bought my wedding dress and can’t wait to go back for the bridesmaids. -

The Dress Lounge is where I purchased my dress and veil. The girls there were wonderful. They really knew how to pick out dresses that looked good, so it was hard to select a dress but in the end I found my dream dress. They were wonderful with following up on when my dress arrived, and provided a great seamstress recommendation for touch ups. -

The women at the Dress Lounge are wonderful! They were all so nice and helpful. They were just as excited as I was to find my perfect dress, and I found the PERFECT DRESS!! Their customer service is above and beyond! Before we started looking at dresses they asked what my budget was and if it was flexible. They were so respectful of my spending limit, no other place did that (I went to 3 other stores) I got a discount on my veil since I bought my dress there. I was getting anxious about how long it took for my dress to come in and they were very patient and kind when I called to ask about it. They fixed my veil and cleaned the strap on my dress. The veil had to be fixed 2 days before the wedding and they took care of it without hesitation. They’re all so sweet and kind there. Definitely make an appointment with them!!! ❤️ -

Absolutely amazing
My mother, sister and I walked into the Dress Lounge without a real idea of what I wanted or a budget. From the first second they pulled multiple different styles and dresses I would not ever think about wearing! They were all so patient as I tried on 100 different dresses all to end up with the first one I ever tried on! They were never pushy to spend more money or buy the most expensive dresses, they helped me pick colors and everything! They were amazingly helpful with everything even to help find my mother and bridesmaids dresses! They even asked me about all my details leading up to the day! They helped chose my headpiece, veil and even jewelry. I couldn't have asked for a better group of ladies to help me make my wedding day the most beautiful and perfect day ever! -

They have soooo many beautiful dresses. I also bought my bridesmaids dresses here. I knew they were the perfect dresses as soon as I saw them. All of my bridesmaids LOVED their dresses and that never happens. Very satisfied with this place! -

She certainly went above and beyond to get the dress in plenty of time for me to have it altered. The Dress Lounge is now the first shop I will go to to when looking for a special occasion dress!

Andrea Sent on 11/06/2017I visited several local bridal boutiques in search of the perfect wedding dress. The dress lounge had the absolute best selection of unique dresses within my budget. The staff was exceptional and never made me feel like a bother ( even though I went to try my dress on on several different occasions before making my final selection)
Spectacular experience with the dress lounge! Cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for a unique and beautiful dress that truly seems like one of a kind. -

The store itself is sheek and elegant and the overall experience there was wonderful. I also purchased my broach bouquet from the store which turned out beautiful. They were very accommodating to my schedule and stayed open late just for me! We also got all of our bridesmaid dresses from the shop because of the great value when buying everything together. They remembered me when I called on the phone before I bought my dress, and my best friend got her dress here too. Natalie and Rhonda have been absolutely amazing while helping me select my DREAM DRESS! It was hard to find a place that had THE dress I wanted in our area but they had a sample and I was so excited to try it on. This place is a class act! I CANNOT WAIT TO wear this dress on my WEDDING DAY!!! -

I fell in love with my dress as soon as I walked in and saw it at a Dress Lounge booth at a bridal show. I was SO excited to go and try it on that I set up an appointment the next day! The shop was extremely accommodating of my large group and gave honest opinions on all dresses that I tried on. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 stars because this shop does NOT allow you to take any photos when you are trying on a dress. I found this to be a large turn off, especially when you're making such a large decision. I would have loved nothing more than to be able to take my photos home and truly make a solid decision than one on the spot. I also gave a 4 because the shop does not do any returns/credits. One of my bridesmaids had a very difficult time even thought they hadn't even order her dress yet. It was quite a headache and the shop was not willing to work with us in any way possible. Overall, I appreciated their dedication to making my dress experience very worthwhile! -
