The DJ Joe Bene was awesome to work with for my summer wedding! He responded to emails promptly and communicated well throughout the process. He is very thorough with his work, and it is evident that he spends a lot of time to perfect the music and set-up. In addition to playing the music, he is the MC of the event. He was excellent at organizing the order of events and assuring that everything stays on schedule. He also made sure that the dance floor was full all night and kept the energy alive. He is extremely affordable and provides high quality service. 10/10 would recommend his services to other brides and grooms!

BEST DJ EVER and that is NOT an exaggeration
This guy is AWESOME. Hands down one of the most engaging and best DJs to have for an event. He captured the energy perfectly on what we were looking for in our wedding and he delivered without any questions. We gave Joe a songs list and with his DJ skills kept the party (and the dance floor) lively the entire time. I have no doubts that Joe will have zero problems with exceeding your expectations.

Joe was the star of the show (other than myself and the groom of course)! Seriously, Joe had amazing energy and was so genuine. He was such a pleasure to work with and really made the entire night a blast. The music selection process was so stressful for us but he was able to make it painless and had great suggestions for areas we were clueless on. Although the timeline I had created ended up being a disaster and nonexistent, Joe was able to have people on the dance floor the whole time. THE WHOLE TIME! You will not regret booking him to be your wedding DJ.

BEST DJ - my wedding guests LOVED him
DJ Joe Bene was awesome! My family and friends all raved about how great our DJ was. He was professional and totally in control on the microphone, clearly explaining what everyone was supposed to do and when. And he played a variety of music so everyone was dancing - from my college friends to my grandparents! My favorite moment was when we requested God Bless the USA! We weren’t sure if everyone would sing along, but Joe told us to go to the center of the dance floor and got everyone to stand around us and sing. I got chills!
In terms of planning, he was detailed and organized. We requested songs in advance through his online portal as well as planned out our processional/first dance music. We also held a call the week of the wedding to go everything. All for $900 - which is REALLY affordable for a wedding DJ!

We hired DJ joe for our wedding in May 2022. He was incredible! He was easy to work with, extremely professional. He kept the party going all night long, he got everyone on the dance floor. The planning process with him couldn’t have been easier, he walked us through everything. Everyone at our wedding kept saying what a fun dance party it was! His online portal was easy to use, he was attentive the whole night.

Don't worry about "DJ Packages" Joe is more than enough
When we started looking for DJs my wife and I were shocked at the range of offerings, with many companies offering paid add-ons & additional people. The reason Joe doesn't have add-ons and additional people is because he doesn't need them, the guy is a one man party and kept our dance floor PACKED all night.
I also want to mention that Joe might have been the single lowest stress vendor of the whole wedding. He's got great positive energy and was always available for anything we needed all night long.

Simply put: there is not a better DJ out there. Joe was the best DJ we ever had. We both said the day after our wedding “He was better than any DJ and any band”. He made our night effortless. My mom commented “he’s so organized and helpful he could’ve been been your wedding planner”. He was so thoughtful and kind. He made our reception effortless and so much fun. I have recommended him to every single person I know and they have all taken me up on it because one conversation with him and you know he’s the best! Thanks so much Joe!

Joe Bene was very organized and responded right away to any questions or concerns I had, we played great music and made our wedding so fun! He followed the song choices we picked and added some extra songs he thought we’d enjoy. He also helped us coordinate the shoe game into our night where at the end we announced that we are pregnant. He kept our guests engaged and knew which songs would keep people dancing. Joe helped the night run smoothly and stay on a schedule to fit in all of our speeches, dances, and the shoe game. Overall, the experience was nothing short of amazing and the best night of our lives!

Wow! We were blown away by DJ Joe Bene! Our wedding was so much fun due to Joe! Our coordinator told us he is a big presence and he did not disappoint! Joe is quick to respond and accommodated all our requests. He uses easy to use online planning forum to help you summarize your musical theames through out your day. He made sure to introduce himself when he arrived and checked on us multiple times throughout the night! He made sure we got to front of line at bar during our cocktail hour before being swept away by our guests. One of my pet peeves is an unclear or hard to understand DJ/MCee and Joe had everyone's full attention with ease. He kept the party going, avoided dead time, transitioned songs smoothly and didn't allow the dancing to fade. We had so many compliments from guests about our music and Joe himself. I told my husband I wish we could have another party just to hire him again!

He was also super accommodating in making last minute changes to our plans in the days leading up to the wedding. And at the wedding, Joe had everyone on the dancefloor all night long!! Joe was nothing short of amazing. We planned our wedding very quickly and he luckily was available to still work for us. I was a very hands off bride but music and dancing was the most important part to me. Joe was excellent in feeling out my guests and playing exactly the right mixture for the crowd. DJ Joe was the BEST at our wedding!!!! From the ceremony to cocktail hour, all the way down to the last song of the night, DJ Joe kept it going and our guests couldn’t get off the dance floor! Leading up to the day of the wedding he was so responsive and available for last minute tweaks we may have had. He popped in multiple times to check on me and my husband and calm some nerves the day of the wedding and it meant a ton! One word - amazing!
DJ Joe Bene was recommended to us by my stepsister, who had been to a wedding that he had worked. And the first thing out of her mouth was, "You HAVE to hire Joe for your wedding! We never left the dance floor!" From our first phone conversation to the last dance on our wedding day, Joe was absolutely incredible - professional, helpful, supportive, prompt, and very easy to work with. On top of all that, his prices were extremely reasonable; we couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Aside from the normal stress of planning a wedding, my husband and I also had to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic, which left us with a lot of uncertainties about our special day. But planning with Joe didn't skip a beat, even after having a change of time, venue, and major cuts to the guest list. He offered advice and suggestions to accommodate all these changes and to make sure that, despite all the uncertainty, our wedding day was nothing but beautiful.
The day of was absolutely amazing, and Joe was a huge part of that! He was flexible with our schedule when our photos ran long and made each of our transitions throughout the night seamless. And the music he played was perfect! Exactly what we imagined - Joe had music for everyone and kept our family and friends dancing all night! We could not have asked for a better DJ, and we'll DEFINITELY be recommending Joe to anyone who is planning an event. Joe Bene made this an absolute awesome experience. Its hard to have a wedding during a pandemic, but Joe was more then accommodating to work with us during the reschedules. Man can this guy work a room. To get everyone involved he did a bride and groom trivia game which was so awesome. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. My wife thought I was going to go home with him. Honestly he could charge more its a tremendous value for what he does. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs a DJ.

If I could give Joe more than 5 stars I would!! He was the absolute best! He was not only the DJ for my September 26 wedding, but he also helped with the ceremony set up, introductions into the reception, and announcements including the buffet line. He was the best DJ I have seen at a wedding ever(and I am not being biased I had multiple guests say that to me during and after the wedding). He played every song I requested and went off of those songs to know exactly what else to play to fit our style. I never got off the dance floor and I have never seen that many guests dance at a wedding before! I highly recommend him for your wedding! Amazing job
DJ Joe made our wedding awesome! The amount of compliments that we received regarding the music and Joe's interaction with our guests was almost overwhelming. He also did the music work for our ceremony. He was cooperative and provided guidance and recommendations which helped set the tone for the day and kept the energy high and had people dancing all night. Seriously cant say enough good things about how great his service was.

Amazing experience and a fun guy
Joe was great! As the maid of honor, at one point I came up to him and told him a song that the bride wanted to hear and before I was even done asking the song was already on the speakers! Very impressive. Also, the ceremony had a fun little dancing twist that was a surprise for the groom and Joe went along with it and did a great job.

We had the pleasure of having Joe DJ our wedding this past weekend, and it couldn't have gone any better. He managed to play every song we wanted, and still surprise us with a few gems that we hadn't even thought of. He kept the dance floor packed all night! And he also went above and beyond with the amazing photobooth, including a custom printout. We would recommend Joe and his team without any reservations. They're amazing.

You need to hire joe
You NEED to hire Joe as your DJ if you want a good party. From the time people walked into the reception from cocktail hour to the reception, the dance floor was NEVER empty.
So many guests had told me it was the best DJ and best wedding with so much dancing.

Where do I begin!! We had the greatest wedding and it was thanks to Joe. The music was perfect song after song. Exactly what we wanted and his energy was level 10 all night. We can’t express enough how satisfied we are with choosing The DJ Joe Bene for our wedding. From initial contact all the way up to the day-of, Joe was so gracious and helpful with every step of the process. His professionalism is on-point: he said that he intends for his work to reflect what the couple wants for their wedding, and he demonstrated this and more with how he took our requests and turned them into perfect music sets. While other DJs may want to show off what they prefer to play, Joe will always have your and only your interests at heart.
Joe’s online song request and event details system was super helpful for planning this aspect of our wedding. It allowed us to organize which songs we did and did not want, when to play them, and generally keep in order the different events of the wedding. It was all-in-all a great resource and definitely took a lot of the stress off. What’s more: if a certain song was not available through the website, Joe would happily find it for you anyway (something we needed more than once). The week before the wedding, he provided us a sample playlist for Cocktail Hour for our approval (naturally, it was exactly what we wanted).
For the day-of, you are Joe’s only event (and sometimes for a couple days before too!), so yours has his full attention. He kept us reassured, went over key details to make sure everything was still straight, and coordinated with other vendors as needed on behalf of us. Joe also MCs the event, which he did perfectly. Our event manager kept telling us she had never seen so many people enjoying a reception before. Joe effortlessly kept people moving for hours through the night, from my 4-year-old niece to our older guests as well! It has been almost three months since the wedding, and our guests are still talking about it, and we always tell them how lucky we were to find Joe. The next time we ever need a DJ for an event, we won’t have to go looking because we’re going to come back to The DJ Joe Bene again and again. Do what we did and snag Joe early for your event!

Don’t walk, run to book DJ Joe Bene!
We had such an incredible experience with DJ Joe at our wedding this past weekend!! Joe is a true professional who is incredibly communicative, organized and detail oriented. And most importantly, he is just so much fun!!
The dance floor was packed the entire night and our wedding guests just kept complimenting his energy and music selection!
We added a photo booth with DJ Joe which was an amazing decision. Summer, who worked the photo booth, was just as fantastic as DJ Joe! She was so much fun and even put together a scrapbook and usb drive with all of our guests’ photos!

Joe was very helpful from the beginning of our planning process to the end of our wedding day! We met with Joe in person in the very beginning and he was very thorough in going through each step of planning to assure we had the perfect experience. He even helped us choose our photographer! Closer to the day of our wedding he scheduled a time where he reviewed every detail of our day, even taking our special requests. He also provided us with his schedule and the best ways to contact him in case any last minute changes needed to be made! During our wedding ceremony and reception, every transition was seamless and our guests were well informed of all special announcements! Joe even guided our best man and maid of honor in conducting their speeches! Joe had the dance floor packed before dinner was even served and kept everyone entertained to up to the end of the final song of the night! From start to finish, Joe Bene was extremely professional, energetic, friendly, flexible, and VERY good at what he does. He was very attentive to us prior to as well as during our reception making sure our every need was taken care of. He was open to every genre of music and mixed/transitioned the songs well. Our dance floor was packed the entire night! The photo booth was well stocked with a great assortment of props and included an awesome attendant. We loved receiving a flash drive of all the photos as well as an album with personalized well wishes from our guests. Joe Bene - Amazing from Planning to Last Song!
Amazing! The dance floor was never empty. You know it was a great time when the last song is played and everyone is still there! We had guests from the other family coming over to us and telling us it was the best wedding. Joe also works really well with the venue staff and everything goes like clockwork. Joe was the best. We first saw him at a friends wedding and loved him. We booked him two years out from our wedding to make sure we got him. He was so helpful with planning. He was awesome for our wedding. EVERYONE raved about him. The next morning people were asking us about him and telling us how great of a job he did. People were on the dance floor all night. Someone said to me “your DJ was awesome, he transitions better than any DJ I’ve ever heard.” We threw in a couple last minute changes and he included it all so perfectly, it was like he had it planned already. I couldn’t ask for anyone better to be there on our wedding day. Anytime I need a DJ, we’ll be going with Joe.

We hired Dj Joe Bene for a smaller wedding in Cape May. I was worried about everyone dancing and having fun. We spoke with Dj Joe Bene about this and he played the perfect music which had our entire crowd out on the dance floor the entire night. Not only that but we were able to use his website to specify the songs we wanted played on our wedding day. Our guests were so impressed with the music on our wedding day! We loved working with DJ Joe Bene for our recent wedding. He offers a variety of ways to communicate your musical preferences such as a personal website for the bride & groom to input songs and other wedding information as well as a thorough pre-event meeting to discuss and confirm his understanding of your song selections, bridal party names, and timeline of the day. Joe worked well with our Pastor to coordinate the wedding ceremony music, with the on-site wedding coordinator at our wedding venue, and with our photographer. The dance floor was packed all night and we received many compliments on the music. Make no mistake about it, Joe is the best of the best!

We were immensely satisfied with Joe as our wedding DJ, on December 8. He talked with us thoroughly to develop a feel and vision for our wedding reception. He listened to our concerns and guided us through the process. At the reception he basically did all the work timing wise so that we did not have to think about when certain dances/events occurred. He was professional but upbeat and lively. He had the best attitude and was even generous enough to extent his own time when an issue occurred with the venue. We were recommended other DJ’s but we truly don’t believe we would have gotten the same type of service we got from Joe with his prices. I feel like we got MORE than our money’s worth with Joe. Joe was a pleasure to work with. He was very flexible as we had a last minute change in our bridal party. Joe was easy to contact and very attentive to all of our request. During the night of the wedding, there was not a single person in their seat. He got all of our guest on the dance floor with his variety of music sets. He continued to check in with myself and my husband the entire night to make sure everything was up to our liking. He even took request from our guest the night of. We used DJ Joe Bene for our wedding on 10/13 and it was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. He made the planning process a breeze and worry free from the start. The day of the wedding he was so enthusiatic as soon as he showed up, handled our large bridal party with ease, and executed the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception perfectly! We have already gotten so many compliments on the music and how much fun everyone had. He made sure we had a full blown party and the foam glowsticks were an awesome addition to keep people on the dance floor! We also used his photobooth during the reception which was a huge hit. There was a huge selection of cool props and he gave us a scrapbook and usb drive of all of the images which I appreciated. Joe was the backbone of my wedding. He kept everything running smoothly, and stepped in to help with the ceremony processional. He kept the night about my husband and I instead of just about free booze and a party. He involved himself in more than just the music, and I loved it. He even made sure that my husband and I got something to eat first. He helped us with our cake cutting to ensure beautiful photographs, and his communication before the event was excellent. When my chosen music for my ceremony needed to be changed at the last minute (Literally two nights before), he made the switch flawlessly. In the short time I worked with Joe, I felt he became a part of the family.
I also contracted our photobooth through Joe. Summer made sure that there was never a wait for us if we wanted a photo with our guests, and made sure that we got a chance to get our photos done as husband and wife. The photobooth itself was roomy and high-tech. It was classy looking, and the props were fun without being too outlandish; there was something for everyone.
I wish I was getting married again, just so I could re-hire Joe and his team.

Our experience with Joe Bene was unbelievable! Joe walked us through every step and made planning the perfect wedding stress free. He took over the event, worked with our venue, and made sure all of our wishes for a personalized, memorable wedding came true. Oh, and the dance floor and Photo booth were rocking the whole day!

Where do I even begin from the moment i booked Joe he was absolutely amazing. He was so kind as well as professional he answered my millions of questions. He made sure he found every song I wanted to have. He let us pick a huge playlist and he rocked it. He was so attentive to me and my husband were good all night he made sure we were exactly where we needed to be. He is just absolutely so great he knew when to take care or everything. He had my family dancing the whole night. He made our wedding such a blast we have already gotten so many compliments. I would absolutely recommend him for every event.

Joe was awesome. My wife and I couldn't be happier with his DJ services and his photo-booth. Joe was really helpful with everything leading up to our wedding. His website is pretty easy to use for the most part and when we had any questions, Joe was easy to get ahold of via email or by phone. On the wedding day itself, Joe was on point and brought a lot of great energy. Everything went off without any problems and the guests had a great time. Also, we are so happy we did the photo-booth as well! The staff member who worked the photo-booth did a really good job as well. The pictures came out very nicely and the photo album provided some good laughs and memories.
Overall, Joe and his crew were incredible. We are so happy with all of the services provided and highly recommend using both Joe's DJ services and the photo-booth.

The DJ Joe Bene was great at our wedding on 7/21/18! He was so easy to work with, and has a great website so you can specify what to play and what not to play. He was the only DJ that responded immediately when I was still looking for someone, and seemed genuinely happy to provide his services. He even did our ceremony music, which turned out perfectly. DJ Joe Bene was awesome!! We had a Cinderella themed wedding with touches of Star Wars. He played the instrumental songs we asked for instead of the normal ceremony songs! He was easy to communicate with and always prompt with us ever step of the way with planning! The photo booth options were great and all of our guests loved being in there. We had such an amazing wedding. There was music for all of our guests and age ranges! We danced the day away and had the best time ever. Our guests raved about how great he was! We would highly reccommend DJ Joe for all of your music needs! We will use him for our future events!

At first I was so nervous picking Joe for our dj because I’ve never been to a wedding where he was the dj. So I read reviews and they were nothing but outstanding and amazing! DJ Joe Bene is amazing! He was professional, responsible, flexible, and adaptable. Not many vendors are used to same sex weddings, but Joe was seamless. He also responds to emails and texts almost immediately and has a calm way of reminding you that he will take care of everything you need. He took care of our quirky requests and also built his own catalogue of songs, based on the crowd. My wife and I wish we could hang out with him in the future. He's the best. Period.

AMAZING! We used DJ Joe Bene for our wedding on June 2nd, and it was probably the BEST decision we could have made. I am still getting compliments about how awesome he was!
Not only was Joe easy to work with, professional, punctual, FUN... he went above and beyond when it rained 20 minutes before my planned outdoor ceremony. He jumped right in to help move the ceremony indoors and get the guests and bridal party in place! I am so thankful for how helpful he was.
Then as for the music - a BLAST! Joe is amazing at feeling the crowd, blending, and keeping th party going. Our dance floor was filled all night! Joe is so impressive! If you want to guarentee an amazing time - BOOK HIM! Fantastic!!!!!!

They say your wedding reception entertainment can make or break your night, and boy did DJ Joe Bene make it!! Our wedding was so much fun!! Joe was absolutely amazing! The dance floor was full all night. From start to end Joe delivered and was very professional. My coworkers all had used him for their weddings, so he came highly recommended and he definitely did not disappoint. We’ve received so many compliments from our guests saying how good the music was! Hiring Joe as our DJ was absolutely one of the BEST decisions we made in wedding planning. He did both our ceremony and reception and photobooth. He executed our playlist preferences PERFECTLY. His timing, pacing, and choices were all on point. All of our guests were on the dance floor the ENTIRE night and raved about how great our DJ was. They loved the photobooth too (great props and photo quality!) and we loved that we got a thumb drive of all the pictures at the end of the night. Would definitely recommend!!

We used DJ Joe Bene for our wedding on April 6, 2018 and it was hands down the best night of our lives because of how amazing joe was! He kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night with hit after hit! He listened to all of what we wanted and did not want. One thing I loved about Joe was he every so often came over to me and asked how he was doing and how I was feeling and at one point I said “you’re doing great, but let’s start living up the music more” and next song he did just that and the hits kept on coming! I would recommend anyone that wants a memorable night to book Joe and you won’t regret it!

I used DJ Joe Bene for the photo booth for my January 13, 2018 wedding. I was very pleased with the price and quality of the booth. There were a ton of props for my guests to use. The book was amazing and getting the flash-drive of pictures was also very helpful. I would defiantly recommend them for photo booth services.

DJ Joe was outstanding!!! I don’t even know where to begin on how amazing his services were! Leading up to our wedding, he was very organized and answered any questions we had. He sent us links to set up our music selections and also called us a few days before the wedding to make sure he had everything correct and to get a feel for what genres of music we would like to be played at our wedding. At our wedding he showed up early to get everything set up and made sure all was working well. At the reception I can’t even begin to describe his energy!!! It was AMAZING!!! His introductions were flawless and you can tell he is a complete pro! We highly recommend him and will definitely be using him in future events!!

DJ Joe Bene made our wedding ceremony and reception perfect! During the planning stages, he was very responsive and flexible, working around our schedule for meetings. As he provided the music for both our ceremony and reception, he was able to make suggestions for songs when we were unsure. After the ceremony, we received numerous compliments on the ceremony music. As for the reception, DJ Joe Bene was completely on point. He was great at reading the crowd and keeping people on the dance floor all night long. He acted as both DJ and MC for the day and everything went beautifully just as we had envisioned. Our wedding reception was amazing and a big part of that was due to Joe. He was amazing. Joe kept our guests dancing the whole night. I was told today when i returned to work that my wedding was the best wedding that they have ever been to. I can't tell you how great that makes me feel, knowing all the hard work and planning that my husband and I put into our special day. And Joe played a huge role in that as well and we can't thank him enough. We danced the night away, we just wish it didn't end. We will definitely recommend Joe for any DJ services our friends and family will need and if we ever plan another function, Joe is our DJ for sure.

Joe was absolutely amazing! Throughout the entire process of wedding planning he was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. He was flexible and easy to work with. During the day of our wedding he was fun, professional, and created the atmosphere for our wedding! All night there were always people out on the dance floor even though we had games and a bonfire going on at the same time. Our guest were so thrilled with his music selection, I started to loose count of all the compliments they were giving him. If you want to have a fun wedding full of great music, lots of dancing, and happy guest I highly recommend Joe Bene!
