The guys are great! They customized my engagement ring to fit a round stone since my husband knew I don't like square ones. They give you the best cleaner and let you come in to have your jewelry cleaned as often as you like. We liked their service so much, we got our bands there too and my husband surprised me with beautiful earrings as a wedding present from there. The Diamond Mine is great! My fiance' came here to get my engagement ring. They used my mother's stone and put it into a great setting. I wanted to look here for wedding bands and we just purchased both our bands today. The selection and quality are fantastic! Every time we go in there, everyone is so helpful. I never felt pressured to buy anything, but all the owners were so helpful in making our visions come true. They really listened to what I had to say and knew exactly what I wanted. I love that you can walk in and they will always clean and check the setting every time. The prices are always fair and they have...The Diamond Mine is great! My husband and I are both so pleased with the Diamond Mine. The three-man team is always so welcoming and attentive when we come visit (we live out of the area) and were great in helping us find the perfect engagement ring and wedding bands. We bought both our wedding bands here last year, and my engagement ring there four years ago. The guys were very helpful working with us in every way they could, and they helped us do everything in our time. We got my fiance's ring here. He didnt want anything crazy and just got a simple titanium ring. They even told him to wear it for a few weeks and if he didnt like it he can return it!! Store is immaculate, service is quick and they will always clean your ring for free. Our wedding bands got delayed for a few months because they couldn't get the right size and fit, but owners acknowledged the inconvenience and worked with us to get everything in order which we appreciated.
