We used the Diamond Factory for both the engagement ring and the wedding band. Raffi helped us from start to finish. He is super knowledgable and was a tremendous help. My fiance bought my engagement ring at The Diamond Factory and I love it! More importantly, The Diamond Factory was the only place that didn't rush him out the door with his college-student budget and many questions. Amazing work by Raffi, Vic, and the whole Diamond Factory crew. We used them for a custom engagement ring and matching custom wedding bands. Our rings have been of the highest quality. The attention to detail and continued support since getting the rings has been amazing. Don't let this store's location in the mall fool you. This is no "mall jewelry store." My (now) husband shopped around quite a bit for a jewelry store to make my custom engagement ring, and easily settled on The Diamond Factory of Ann Arbor when he met Raffi. My husband worked with Raffi to select the perfect diamond and design a gorgeous ring, and shared with me after the fact that he never once felt pressured or that he was being upsold, which is a rarity these days! I am so in love with my engagement ring that we also bought our wedding bands from Raffi and I can attest to the fact that he is an incredibly kind,...Don't let this store's location in the mall fool you. This is no "mall jewelry store." My husband has worked with Victor at the Diamond Factory for a number of years. Victor helped my husband come up with a custom design for my engagement ring that was absolutely breathtaking. We went back for our wedding bands and Victor was wonderfully helpful. Our wedding bands are perfect. We have also purchased watches there, and my husband gave me a beautiful necklace from the Diamond Factory. My husband designed my engagement ring here (using a stone from my grandma's original wedding ring and a stone from my mothers original wedding ring...both upgraded lol so they weren't bad luck diamonds) and they could not have done a better job. They were really affordable and produced such a wonderful engagement ring that we ended up going back there for our wedding bands and wedding gifts to one another (a watch and diamond stud earrings with the removable wrap around thing, haha).
Everything was perfect...except I started to get the feeling that they were no longer "taking care of us" after they realized we were loyal and went to them for everything.
