  Kiki helped my fiance from picking out my engagement ring until we picked out our wedding bands. She was very helpful and so with everyone else. They treat you like a family whenever you visit them. We always look forward to visiting them again (hopefully sooner! ha!)

  Kiki helped my husband pick out my engagement ring, which was unique and absolutely perfect for me in every way. She was so helpful with my husband that he insisted I meet her even before we went back to pick out or wedding rings. Everyone was so friendly it was more like going to visit friends than a business.

She was so helpful with my husband that he insisted I meet her even before we went back to pick out or wedding rings. Of course I am thrilled, but I am also so happy that we will be going back to see Kiki again and show her our wedding pictures!

She is a pleasure to work with and really enjoys getting to know her customers. This place has such a friendly staff overall and the diamonds and jewelry they provide are simply stunning. We still go back to visit and get the rings cleaned every now and then!

  My fiance and I brought a picture of an engagement ring I had fallen in love with to The Diamond Exchange. They were able to make the exact ring I wanted and it was beyond my expectations. We returned to the Diamond Exchange to get our wedding bands as well. The workers there were very courteous and helpful with picking out what we wanted.

  I love the Diamond Exchange!! I don't think we'll ever shop for jewelry anywhere else again. They worked with my fiance to make the ring of my dreams and then created the perfect wedding band to match my engagement ring exactly!! My husband's wedding band is probably the nicest wedding band I've ever seen on a man. They provide complimentary cleaning and maintenance for a lifetime. Kiki is the BEST!! We worked with her from the beginning and she is just an awesome lady. They make you feel like family there. Cannot thank them enough!!

  This place is such a disaster and full of scam artists. We purchased two rings with the birthstones of two very special people. We have taken both rings back approximately 6 times each because stones continue to fall out of them. He shrugged his shoulders and said, stones could fall out in 10 years, they could fall out in 2 hours, it all depends. Really Tony? Because I thought it depended on the quality of the ring. But, I guess he doesn't know the definition of quality. And, ironically enough, the last time we went back, two stones had fallen out of one of the rings, and I had JUST gotten it back from them from the previous repair! It sat on my dresser for 2 HOURS and I picked it up and 2 were missing. I said to Tony that I can't keep coming back there, driving back and forth to drop off and pick up the defective rings, and his response was, "you probably pass right by here more than you even realize." Ok, so not only have you insulted my intelligence by telling me that I don't know when I'm on Route 17 or not, but I'm also supposed to look down at my rings each time I'm passing by, check to see that some stones have fallen out (which clearly they have because it's been 5 minutes and these rings aren't supposed to last longer than that) and stop to get a "repair" when I'm on my way somewhere else. Sure, I've got all the time in the world. Basically, I should have known better than to purchase, or even pull in the parking lot, of a jeweler on the side of the highway... If you do anything, go to a REPUTABLE jeweler! And not one that posts all of the positive reviews themselves!! Save yourself the frustration and the highway robbery!!
