After hearing DEOC play at another wedding, they were my fiancée's only 'must book' vendor. They were absolutely phenomenal throughout the planning process. Grace was timely, kind, and truly wanted to make our wedding reflect our vision through music. Their repertoire is vast and they even transposed some of our favorite and most meaningful songs so that they could be used in our ceremony. We got so many complements about DEOC and what they brought to our ceremony and wedding. Truly one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding planning process was booking the DEOC Ensemble. -

We had the Trio play for us. Communication was awesome. Our planning meeting was efficient and beneficial. We had them play for both our Wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. They have a wide variety of songs to choose from which made it easy to find something that worked for us. Guests raved over how great the music was and the modern songs they played for us. -

We hired The Deoc Ensemble to play during our outdoor wedding cocktail hour, and they exceeded every expectation. Their performance brought the perfect energy to our celebration. They offered a fantastic variety of upbeat songs, and I especially appreciated how they incorporated some of my favorite Taylor Swift pieces at my request. Hearing those familiar melodies arranged for strings was such a special touch, and our guests absolutely loved it.
We booked The Deoc Ensemble very last minute and Grace was incredible to work with and pulled together a trio so effortlessly on short notice. The group was professional, easy to work with, and incredibly talented. Their music added so much warmth and personality to the cocktail hour, and I can’t imagine our wedding day without them.
I wholeheartedly recommend The Deoc Ensemble to anyone looking to elevate their wedding or special event. They helped make our day unforgettable! -

Having DEOC at our wedding was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!! They did a couple of custom arrangements for us and integrated so well into our wedding. Not to mention, they’re great people - so easy and pleasant to work with! Our guests raved about them during the wedding & continue to do so today. I’ll be looking for any and all opportunities to book them for future events! -

The DEOC Ensemble did a great job! They played well and arrived early. Some of the classical pieces I requested required custom arrangements, and they were happy to comply! They arranged everything on short notice and did a great job with everything! -

Sean and Grace are the dream team! They cooperated with all of our extra requests, even rehearsing all the new music ahead of time to make sure it sounded perfect on our wedding day. They are professional, easy to work with, and so much fun! -

We were so fortunate to have The Deoc Ensemble perform at our wedding! Over the years, we've heard them play at weddings, cocktail hours, and church performances, such as the annual Holy Season Concert at St. Mark, as well as following them on Facebook. The music they play is flawless, they are highly professional, and Grace and Sean run their business with the utmost integrity. Working with Deoc from the beginning of the process to the end was seamless. Their website is very easy to navigate and Grace responded to our questions in a very timely manner. We decided to have a violin and cello duet which was perfect for our venue. Choosing the repertoire was not as overwhelming as we feared. Grace helped us choose the perfect songs, even hiring a musician to arrange a song just for our ceremony. The flexibility of the musicians was outstanding. They played an extra long prelude as we were waiting for late guests to arrive. Also, the air conditioning was not working well, and they were in a fairly tight space, but the players had the most wonderful disposition throughout the entire ceremony, while playing so beautifully. We highly recommend the Deoc Ensemble and would hire them again for a special event. -

I loved working with Grace and I'm grateful to everyone in Deoc for helping to make my ceremony beautiful! Grace was always willing to hop on Zoom to talk and was so responsive via email. I loved their song choices and Grace helped me put together the perfect "playlist" that fit the vibe I was looking for. They have YouTube videos that let you listen to the songs before choosing them, which was SO helpful. Everything was beautiful with their touch to my ceremony and I would recommend them without any hesitation! -

Deoc ensemble played beautifully, 10/10 would recommend. For planning we picked out songs beforehand with them, there are options to pay more for them to learn personal songs for you. Seriously they did a great job with the music. My wife and I actually knew one of the members in high school, the whole experience was good. -

What a phenomenal vendor to work with! Going into our wedding, we knew that were were going to have a short ceremony; so, we wanted to add in some extra details that would make it extra special and Deoc Ensemble was it. The trio was extremely professional and timely. We allowed them to pick whatever classical songs they felt fit the vibe of the wedding as guest found their seats. Everyone raved about how great the trio sounded. What made it extra special is that the trio played a requested song that was not on their song list. It turned out beautiful. I really appreciate the group going above and beyond to fit our wants! -

The DEOC Ensemble made our wedding a ton of fun! The team was super easy to work with both leading up to the wedding as well as the day of. The ensemble played both the ceremony as well as a cocktail hour, and our guests were still talking about them the next day! I was particularly impressed that the new songs we requested (for an upcharge) were played just as well as any on their existing repertoire. Highly, highly recommend! -

We loved having the Deoc Ensemble at our wedding. Everyone’s playing was beautiful, and so many of our guests have said how much they enjoyed the music and everything it contributed to the evening. They were flexible with our repertoire requests, and we so loved that included in our package was a custom arrangement for our first dance. This was a later decision for us, but definitely one of the best we made! -

Having live ceremony music is such a simple detail that I would recommend to everyone! The Deoc Ensemble was AMAZING! I had several guests comment on how great they were and they were easy to work with as the bride. We decided on doing two custom arrangements for our processional and recessional and they turned out so well. You cannot go wrong with the Deoc Ensemble! -

Best Choice You Can Make
The Deoc Ensemble is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, our time working with them has been an absolute joy! They took our hopes and made them realities. I want to have another event, solely so that I can hear them play again! They learned our favorite songs and were so kind and flexible during all of the ups and downs of the pandemic. The Deoc Ensemble is the best thing you can add to your wedding. They were an absolute delight, and our day wouldn't have been the same without them! -

Classic and professional
I wish I could have listened to them play even more! Being the bride I missed most of the prelude music, but all the guests were raving about how phenomenal it was! We actually had one of our guests book the Deoc ensemble on the spot for their daughter’s wedding next spring. Highly recommend! -

We booked the Deoc Ensemble for our wedding ceremony at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Indianapolis. They play beautifully and are an absolute pleasure to work with--very responsive to any requests and questions you may have. The church has a specific list of songs that they were allowed to play and this was no problem for the planning process, as they were able to provide a comprehensive list of songs they had played at our ceremony venue. No complaints, highly recommended!

Felicia Sent on 10/03/2018Grace and her crew are unbelievable! When my husband said he wanted live music for the ceremony I thought it would be so extra and unnecessary. Well, let me tell you, I was DEAD WRONG. It was beautiful. I couldn't imagine walking down the aisle any other way. Seeing him while hearing "Can't help falling in love with you" was perfect. Thank you guys for a great ceremony. We had so many compliments on how beautiful you sounded! We highly recommend!!!!
