  Awesome band!

  This Band is awesome! We booked them for our daughters wedding on 3/7/20. They were worth every penny! Danny was so easy to talk with and very professional. The arrived early, and their violinist played beautifully for the ceremony. The reception the band played light jazz during dinner service, and lit up the floor for all to dance after. With the horn section they played songs like Earth, Wind and Fire unbelievably! We received numerous compliments from our guests, If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, they were top notch! Every bride wants their guests to have a fun time and we sure did...just book them and get ready to dance all night!!

  Best band ever

  DBC is absolutely incredible and I would highly recommend them for any occasion! I cannot say enough good things. From the ceremony, to cocktail hour, and the reception; DBC was the star of the show. My guests never left the dance floor. DBC made my wedding everything I could’ve hoped for and more! They are amazing!

  Amazing band!

  We were so happy with DBC on our wedding night! They worked with us to tailor a playlist with all our favorite songs and kept everyone on the dance floor all night – we got so many compliments from our guests. They’re a very fun, interactive band (leaving the stage to play with the crowd on the dance floor) with a wide range of extremely talented musicians who slipped in some improv/jams throughout the night. As you’ll experience with any wedding event, most vendors will increase their costs the moment they hear wedding but DBC was extremely fair and worth every penny – highly recommend. We made a last minute decision to have an electric ukelele during cocktail at our waterfront event and it really set the mood for a fun, laid back night ahead. We wish Danny and all the band members all the best and would highly recommend them to anyone shopping around for a wedding band.

  Most Memorable Part of the Wedding!

  The Danny Bub Combo was our 2nd vendor hired for our wedding, shortly following booking the venue. We knew we wanted a band, but we had to do a lot of research to do before picking one. We watched countless videos and checked out dozens of websites before even calling the groups to confirm their availability. We finally narrowed it down to two and the final selection was easy – Danny was personable, informative, and worked with us to get what we needed with a budget that made sense for both parties. We went with the 7-piece band that included the violinist during the ceremony and a saxophone special during the cocktail hour, and they did not disappoint. They were working the crowd, interacting with the tables, and just encouraging everyone to get up and have a great time. Amazing performers, great to work with, and a memorable experience for everyone!

  The Danny Bub Combo did a phenomenal job for our two night party! We received nothing but compliments from those attending both nights. The entire band was highly energetic and kept the dance floor packed all night long. They were very easy to work with and very professional.   The most amazing, fun and talented musicians! Danny Bub and his 9 piece band were hired for my wedding and they kept everyone dancing on the floor ALL NIGHT LONG! They even got on the dance floor with us and kept us having fun all night long. Five+ Stars to them!

  Just as Good for Birthday Parties

  The Danny Bub Combo is simply amazing. They rock a party. We booked them after reviewing more than a dozen demo tapes from other bands. At the time I thought, “These guys are too good to be true. There’s got to be a gimmick.” There’s no gimmick. They are better than advertised and better in person. The brass instruments bring an entertaining dimension few other bands can match.
  
  We hired the Danny Bub Combo for my wife’s birthday party. Our guests were ages 3 years to 70 years. Everyone said the band was one of the best they ever heard — and the party one of the best they had ever attended. The birthday girl was so happy and impressed, she just might keep me a few more years.
  
  We can’t wait to hire the Danny Bub Combo for our next big celebration. I only hope we will be able to afford them. They are great entertainers and I’m sure they will be in high demand as the word gets out.

  Fun, Energetic, and Professional Musicians!

  Danny and his band were absolutely fantastic! We booked them for our wedding reception and could not be happier that we selected them. Our guests kept telling us all night how great the band was. The musicians and MC were all so talented, energetic, and fun. They were able to accommodate all our song requests and made our first dance so special. Our guests had a blast dancing all night. Danny was also very professional and great to work with. We would absolutely recommend the Danny Bub Combo and would book them again for another special event.

  The Danny Bub Combo was a true hit! Everyone enjoyed their musical diversity and by the end of the night everyone was up dancing. They played everything from Neil Diamond, Prince, Bruno Mars to Journey! They were great with maintaining the event timeline and making announcements that all could understand, they even called tables up 1 at a time for the buffet. As a vendor, they were easy to work with, quick to respond, timely and professional! We will for sure be recommending them here at South Seas!

  Dbc 10-piece band absolutely crushed our wedding - 7 stars

  I would give DBC 7 stars if it was an option as they absolutely CRUSHED our wedding on Dec. 10, 2022, in every way. We were fairly demanding clients and had a very specific vision for the music during our ceremony, at cocktail hour, during dinner and the reception, and for our after party. Danny (head of the band) was incredibly kind and patient with us, took note of all of our preferences and requests, and DELIVERED. Starting with the ceremony music, we had sent Danny a specific song list and Spotify versions to show how we wanted the songs to sound (we had violin, cello, and pianist from DBC). We also wanted the best man to play violin with DBC during the ceremony. Danny made it all happen and we were blown away by how the music sounded - it was even better than the Spotify versions. We also had a gospel choir surprise planned for the end of our ceremony, and asked DBC to coordinate playing the background music for the gospel choir to sing along to. Danny connected with the gospel choir and delivered an exceptional performance despite having no rehearsal with the gospel choir prior to the day of our wedding.
  
  Danny played the saxophone during cocktail hour and it was perfect.
  
  Moving on to the reception. First, I want to point out that we hadn't seen a lot of demo videos from DBC on their website or otherwise online, but they were recommended to us by a planner who had seen them perform. In other words, we were sort of going in a bit blind. We hired the 10 piece band and had Joey as our lead singer (with a second female singer) and HOLY SHIT did they deliver a performance of a lifetime. They played every song we asked them to, in the order we asked them to, and surprised us with songs we had requested but which they told us they didn't play. Every single band member was rocking out and appeared to be having the freaking time of their lives doing it. The horns and strings on this band are NEXT LEVEL - the violinist absolutely crushes and he and Danny (saxophone) got into the crowd multiple times. Our dance floor was packed for 4 hours straight, even during breaks.
  
  There are also some noteworthy highlights - first, the groom surprised everyone by planning to play the drums to all the small things -- DBC let him use the drummers drum set and I (the bride) was on stage the whole time dancing and singing with the other band members. I then crowd surfed during the song, and the groom followed with a crowd surf session of his own right after. Then, DBC surprised us by playing We Will Rock You by Queen (which we'd asked them to play but they said they couldn't) and my brother who looks like Freddie Mercury got on stage and sang the whole song (followed by a crowd surf).
  
  I don't even know what else to say other than this: we are super picky when it comes to bands, including because our wedding was the 10th wedding we attended this year and we'd seen a ton of top notch bands -- DBC'S PERFORMANCE WAS UNREAL (especially for the price!!). I cannot believe how insane they were and they made our wedding the most epic our friends had been to all year.
