The Cypress Inn pavilion for my reception was absolutely wonderful to work with for our special day. They made sure everything was taken care of to relieve any stress from the Bride. Beautiful reception, from decor to the venue itself.

Everything about the venue and staff was spectacular. Extremely professional, responsive, and pleasant. I would very highly recommend them to anyone I know.

The Cypress Inn is the perfect place to have a wedding and reception. All your guests can be in one location; there is a smooth transition from wedding ceremony to reception. Excellent food choices, beautiful view and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to other couples!

Cypress Inn Pavilion was a great place for our ceremony and reception! The staff, including the event coordinator Shannon, was excellent at organizing our event and answering our questions. Needless to say, the venue was absolutely beautiful, and the food was delicious. One of my favorite parts of the venue as a bride was the bridal suite - it was perfect for getting ready right there on site. One thing I would suggest for the venue is to be able to have access to more microphones for the outside ceremony site (the amp only allowed for two total). Also, if you are wanting an iPod or any video to be shown inside the Pavilion on the screens, make sure you know in advance how you will be able to hook up (especially if you are working from a Mac). Be sure to follow all rules there, and if you are unsure of rules, ask the coordinator. Otherwise, our wedding was absolutely perfect! I suggest everyone use Cypress Inn Pavilion for every event!

Place was beautiful! People were nice but I felt like I was another dollar to them. They were really nice about letting me rehearse before my wedding which we really needed. Other parts of the services could have been better because they ran out of food and I had no where near the amount of guest I paid for. Over all my wedding day was still good.

I had my wedding reception at Cypress Inn Pavilion. We had this venue booked for exactly a year and in that time we worked with 3 different event coordinators due to turn over. The last of which was replaced less than 2 weeks prior to our wedding, explaining why our emails were not being returned. The 3rd coordinator was emailing me the night before my wedding about table placement. A 4th coordinator that we had never talked to was at the reception.
Everything that was talked about was not done; our guests were meant to be given a champagne toast upon arrival and my husband and i were meant to enter with a song (nobody cued the dj we arrived so when we walked in the dj was scrambling to get the song on and all our guests were oblivious), I had to remind them to pass out the champagne we paid for. The guest book and envelope box I had my m.o.h. drop off the morning of were on the table still sealed in their boxes so nobody signed our guest book, i acted as coordinator just telling the dj when to announce first dance, cake cutting, etc. At one point a friend mentioned the doors should all be opened up in order to take advantage of the beautiful breeze, only then did i realize that was supposed to have been done.
It was a beautiful venue and the food was good. The guests didn't realize the mistakes and after a few drinks i didn't let it ruin my day but given the amount of money and time spent agonizing over details we were very frustrated to say the least.
The bar staff were very friendly and efficient.

This is the racist restaurant that had a problem with a fraternity hosting an event in their establishment. The fraternity paid $1500 to reserve the venue and AFTER the owner found out that this is a predominantly black fraternity, the president of the fraternity received a call stating that the deposit would be returned because their establishment has had issues with 'their kind' in the past and felt that this was the best decision for public safety. Eat here, do business with them, sirens your money here ONLY if you promote and encourage racism and discrimination.
