Cupcake Couture - A Sweet Addition to Our Wedding!
When my husband and I were in search of a dessert provider for our wedding, we were lucky enough that Cupcake Couture could accommodate our date. We opted for their mini cupcake assortment as well as a custom cheesecake just for the two of us in lieu of a cutting cake.
The mini cupcakes were the star of the dessert table. Guests couldn't get enough of them, with many going back for seconds (and thirds!). We ended up getting five different varieties, and even that was so hard to narrow down. Even so, everyone found a flavor to satisfy their sweet tooth.
Cupcake Couture’s display stand rental service made it easy for us to showcase the cupcakes in an elegant, eye-catching manner. Being able to rent display stands was a welcomed convenience that added an extra layer of sophistication and practicality to our dessert table.
The cheesecake was nothing short of divine! Creamy, perfectly sweet, and beautifully presented.
The ordering process was smooth, and communication with Taylor was so easy; she was incredibly responsive and professional. At the end of the night we didn't have any take-home boxes for leftovers, but we made it work!
I wholeheartedly recommend Cupcake Couture for any special occasion or even just as a treat to satisfy your sweet cravings! We'll be making return trips for sure.

Amazing bakery!

Perfect Wedding Desserts

Amazing cupcakes and cake
Our cake and cupcakes turned out better than I imagined! I planned our wedding out of state so we didn’t have a chance to taste them prior and Wow! We are also able to rent the crates and I was blown away with how our table turned out. Definitely recommend!

Taylor was very helpful with the planning process and was very quick to respond to our emails. During our initial taste testing meeting, she was very informative and thoroughly went through all her offerings to make we knew was available. She offered suggestions and tips from her experiences careering in the past, as well. The Cupcake Couture also offers a variety of decorative rentals for the desert table, along with many wonderful flavors, which can be tailored and customized to your event. The day of our wedding, they delivered and set up the cupcakes and made sure everything was to our liking. We were very happy choosing the Cupcake Couture. It was a very hands-off experience for us, the bride and groom. They also provided a few boxes for leftovers at the end of the night. The cupcakes themselves are delicious. The flavors and sweetness were just right, and they kept moist for the following day. We would highly recommend the Cupcake Couture for any event.

Drool-Worthy Desserts and Great Customer Service!
I’d give this place 10 stars if I could! Their wedding cake and cupcakes are truly amazing. Our wedding guests were RAVING about the cupcakes, and they couldn’t believe all the fun cupcake options they had to choose from. From almond leaf, to chocolate-dipped PB, to raspberry white chocolate, to brandy old fashioned, to margarita lime - every palate was pleasantly surprised and pleased. I’m drooling just thinking about these desserts!
It doesn’t just stop there though. I’d be silly if I didn’t mention that the great desserts are matched by Cupcake Coutures equally as impressive and great customer service. The owner, Taylor, leads a friendly team and she’s responsive and passionate. As a client you can truly tell Taylor truly loves what she does.

Taylor and her talented team were WONDERFUL to work with from start to finish! Our wedding cake, mini cupcakes, and cake balls were beautifully crafted and displayed! Our guests enjoyed the variety of flavors! We chose strawberry champagne, white wedding, raspberry almond, and funfetti flavored mini cupcakes. Lemon, blueberry vanilla, white wedding, and mint chocolate chip cake balls with a white wedding cake. My husband and I had no hesitations or regrets getting our wedding desserts from here. I found Cupcake Couture at a wedding show and tried a cupcake and knew I had to get them for my wedding. I got mini cupcakes and cake balls and they were a hit and got so many compliments on them! We met Taylor at a wedding show and we are so happy we did. She saw our vision right away with our assorted dessert table . We had to make so many changes for our wedding in 2020, but the team at The Cupcake Couture made sure everything went perfectly with transporting the treats and cake, and setting them up beautifully. From the first email, Taylor was outstanding!
Taylor was consistently responsive! Anytime we needed to schedule a taste testing or make changes to our order, she was happy to help. Our reception was within 10 miles from the shop so she delivered the cake pops and chocolate covered strawberries the day of and set them up on some wooden platters she made! Cake pops got rave reviews from the guests. We went in thinking we would get 3 per person but as the day got closer we knew we wouldn't mind having some leftovers afterwards and purposely over-ordered. Don't regret it in any way!

Amazing Cupcakes and Service
I worked with Taylor at The Cupcake Couture and she was amazing! Easy to talk to, good customer service, and truly cared about making my wedding special. My husband and I showed up on a Friday to test taste some cupcakes, no appointment. Taylor worked with us so we could try a wide variety of cupcakes and provided the extensive list of other cupcakes available (so many options - I wish I could have tried them all!).
We ordered 70 cupcakes and a small round cake we did 3 different kinds of cupcakes (cookie dough was the favorite of the night). Our ceremony was at a different location, but Taylor made sure everything was setup at our reception for our guests when they arrived - it looked amazing.
Cupcake Couture offers different stand options for rent depending on what style you are going with. It made it a stress-free experience overall.

They were great to work with right from the beginning! We were able to sample everything we wanted to have for our wedding, which no other place did for us. When it came time to the wedding they were super flexible as we had to have a COVID wedding. Even with the changes and new rules that we had to follow they worked with us and made it so easy, prepackaging everything and still making it look great at the wedding. All of our guests commented on how great the desserts were and we had nothing left at the end of the evening. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone!! They helped make my day that much more special!

Our experience with Cupcake Couture was amazing the whole time! When we first met Taylor for a tasting I couldn’t believe the amount of cake we got to try, pretty much was our lunch that day! The cake and buttercream frosting were both perfect! We went with the mini cupcakes for our wedding. We had four flavors and received many compliments from guests on them. The most difficult part of working with Taylor was deciding which flavors to go with since there’s so many good options!

Great Cake
We met with Taylor pre-COVID with a significant amount of cake that was needed. After COVID hit, our numbers dropped significantly for the people attending the reception. Taylor worked with us all along the way. She was so easy to work with and was so accommodating with everything. We told her what we wanted and she delivered and then some. The flavors were awesome.

Best Cake EVER!
Prior to meeting with Taylor Pierce, owner of The Cupcake Couture, we had ordered a couple “test run” cakes from another bakery that had come highly recommended. That other bakery did not rise to the occasion and, sadly, said that our unique design simply was not possible.
We had a vision… we had faith in the vision… we had the great fortune of meeting with Taylor Pierce, owner of The Cupcake Couture. When we told Taylor about our unique cake design, we were waiting for her to laugh at us or something… instead, she responded with, “sure, I can do that”. So, we ordered a “test run” cake and I cannot even find the words that capture our satisfaction. The actual wedding cake was exactly what we were hoping for, as far as the design, and the cake was delicious, too!!!
For future reference, if a baker ever tells you that it is not possible to substitute the frosting between the layers of the cake with pie filling… tell them that Taylor Pierce, owner of The Cupcake Couture, can do it!

We ordered a small tier cake, mini cupcakes and cake balls for our wedding dessert, and they were AMAZING. We ordered way more than we thought we needed and there were hardly any left over! So many flavors, there definitely something for everyone. Taylor was great to work with and super flexible with our number count and date changes. She even has stands and such to put them on so it’s one less thing to worry about with all the other wedding planning. Highly recommend for any event!

Awesome Selection and Great Taste
We did mini cupcakes instead of a big cake and it was a hit at the wedding. We got to chose 4 flavors and there were SO MANY to chose from! She also can customize for different colors or toppings on them as well. Her buttercream frosting is amazing, and the recipe for the cupcakes is delicious! She also did a very nice job displaying the cupcakes at the hall as well. Highly recommend!

Royal wedding theme cake

Amazing! The cake was absolutely declicious and turned out just how we wanted it to. We got to do a tasting before we chose our cake which was awesome. Taylor gave us all the flavors and gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted to do. I was also able to drop off our cake topper and they put it on the cake for us. They also delivered the cake, which was great because it was one less thing we had to worry about. I would highly recommend!

Great to work with and even better cupcakes
We've gotten cake balls and cupcakes from Cupcake Couture for many occasions in the past and it's always been great. A special shout out for the job done for our wedding a couple weeks ago. Planning our outdoor wedding we had concerns on how the cupcakes would hold up. The weather was hot and we were worried about the cupcakes melting. Taylor delayed delivery to accommodate the situation. Then it rained and the cupcakes were placed in a way that we didn't have to worry about them getting ruined that way either. Not to mention the cupcakes tasted fantastic. Taylor was great to work with. Highly recommend.

Easiest vendor we worked with!
Cupcake couture was by far the easiest vendor out of the entire wedding planning process to work with! Emails and questions we sent over were returned punctually and the finished product was delicious and attractive in display! We had quite literally one extra cupcake at the end of the night because our guys were obsessed with them! We’d highly recommend these guys to anyone!

My husband was very key on having the best cupcakes - he is a dessert guy so when we sampled the cupcakes at the Cupcake Couture we knew we had our winner. We ordered Salted Caramel, White Wedding and Andes Mint and all were amazing! We had very few left after the wedding and everybody was raving about how good the cupcakes were - particularly the Andes Mint. We now know where we will be going for all our future event cupcakes and desserts!

We absolutely LOVED working with cupcake couture. Their selection is outstanding (almost too good.. we had trouble picking one single flavor so we ended up doing 5 different flavors of mini cupcakes). They have different display options, provided little signs to set next to each flavor, set up and tore down in a very timely manner, looked and acted professionally, and communicated very easily. Payments were done at our convenience, tastings were delicious, the list goes on and on. Everything a bride could ever dream of. It was a “piece of cake” to work with Cupcake Couture.

When we picked them up the day before the wedding, they were packaged perfectly for getting to our venue. We loved the wooden crates and stumps... they matched our wedding theme perfectly. With three kids, I’ve ordered my share of cakes/cupcakes and no one compares to the quality of service from the Cupcake Couture! Such a variety of flavors, it’s so hard to narrow them down to a few!! Taylor made cupcakes for our wedding reception on the fourth of July. The shop was closed that day but she made it work for us!. It was crazy hot that day and she was able to fix the melted cupcakes. All our guests loved them! She even left a box so we could take the (very few) cupcakes left over home with us! We go to the Green Bay area at least once a year and we plan to come back for cupcakes too!

Oh. my. God! We got a 2 tier cutting cake and 130 cupcakes for our wedding and people cannot stop talking about how delicious they were! Great experience! First off, the list of cupcake flavors/ options is more than extensive. Taylor was great to work with. The cupcakes looked awesome. I was able to ‘rent’ a cupcake stand from Cupcake Couture, so we didn’t have the added expense of buying something we probably wouldn’t use again. The pricing was reasonable. The cupcakes were delicious. We had lots of compliments.

We ordered 400 cake balls for our wedding and they were a hit! Our guests are still talking about them. We also got a small 2 layer cake for us and the bridal party. The cake was excellent, I can't wait for our 1 year anniversary so we can order another one (although, I'm sure we'll be back a few times before then!) This place was so amazing to work with! My hubbs and I had the best time going back every month and seeing what new flavors they had to taste- we ate way too many cupcakes while trying to figure out our flavors. But the quality of these cupcakes can't be beat- neither can the taste and uniqueness. We ordered 175 large cupcakes, 75 small with 4 flavors of each for 190 people. These things were GONE in 30 minutes! Everyone loved them, I loved them adn we really did get the best service from them. I enjoyed working with Michelle and Alyssa- they were one of the few cake places to seemed EXCITED to work with us. Their excitement and professionalism was outstanding to us. We got 6 free cupcakes to taste- the rest we bought because we were addicted. This is the best cupcake place in Green Bay, hands down. We were picky about getting good customer service and when we got it here, the flavor of the cupcakes were just a bonus. They brought everything to the venue and set it up for us about 3 hours before the reception. So great!

Cupcake Couture made the most beautiful and delicious wedding cake and cupcakes for our wedding. We could not have asked for a better bakery! As proof to my review, all of our cupcakes were GONE within an hour. Luckily my husband and I had saved some of them to try later otherwise we wouldn't have gotten any! The cake looked magical as well. It was roped with olive branches and lavender and covered in a beautiful cream colored frosting. SO. FREAKIN. GOOD. I would (and have) recommend Cupcake Couture to any of my family and close friends because they will for sure make delicious goodies!

Michelle and her team went above and beyond the day of our wedding. There were some issues with the setup, and because of the communication that we'd had prior to the wedding day, she knew the setup was not right. She was proactive in getting things corrected, and she stayed an extra hour to ensure that things were done correctly. She truly speaks customer service!
Now, onto the cupcakes, D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S!! We had three cupcake flavors:
- hot cocoa with buttercream frosting and a chocolate ribbon garnish
- salted caramel with caramel buttercream frosting which is typically garnished with a cashew, but due to a severe nut allergy in our wedding party, we went without and the team at Cupcake Couture was incredibly accommodating.
- pumpkin with cream cheese frosting and cinnamon garnish (my personal favorite)
Cupcake Couture used their cupcake tower to display the cupcakes, and they presented beautifully. They did the set up, and we had a simple deposit for the tower that was returned when the tower was returned.
We will certainly work with them again in the future!
P.S. Not a single cupcake was left!!

We chose Cupcake Couture for our wedding day because Taylor was so great to work with and was so accommodating. We are from a town west of Appleton and fell in love with how great everything was. You can tell the food is made fresh! We ordered mini cupcakes and cake balls for our wedding night we had received compliment after compliment on how good everything was. Taylor at Cupcake Couture was amazing to work with. All we had to do was email her what we were looking for, and she handled the rest. From a complimentary tasting to free delivery (within range), Cupcake Couture helped create a stress-free wedding dessert experience!! We had a tough order (4-tier cake with 10 dozen mini cupcakes) and she delivered exactly what we had hoped for! The amount of flavors to choose from is also amazing. Our cupcakes were gone within 10 minutes following dinner, and the only cake we had left at the end of the night was our top tier that we froze. I would recommend them to anyone looking to be married in or around the Green Bay area!!

Some of the best cupcakes I’ve ever had....
We had a camping/woodsy themed wedding and had them do a variety of cupcakes plus a small wedding cake. Our flavors included red velvet, better than anything, wedding cake but they really knocked it out of the park with the s’more cupcakes. We received many compliments that night....so moist and delicious.
They were so easy to work with, friendly, flexible and accommodating. I highly recommend them.

We talked to almost a dozen bakers about arraigning the cupcakes to look like bouquets. Everyone else was either unresponsive or said it was too tricky, but not Cupcake Couture! They were excited to try it right away, showed us some demos, and hosted a really fun tasting to try out some of the flavors! The cupcakes were great, and we had less than a dozen left and many compliments! However, we were extremely disappointed that even though we paid to have the cupcakes set up and delivered, they were never set up. Instead, our caterer took the initiative to do it for them. We would recommend them simply based on flavor and how well they went over, but be sure to put your foot down on set up!
