My husband and I couldn’t be happier with how our special day at the Crystal Coop turned out. From the beauty of the venue itself to the staff who helped us execute our vision - it was all perfect. We used a day of coordinator through the Crystal Coop (Kennedy) and she was a lifesaver on wedding day - if you’re unsure if you want to add that to your expenses, I will tell you it was well worth it. Kennedy seriously did it all - she helped us with rehearsal for an hour the day before, made sure our timeline ran smoothly day of, checked on my husband and I all day to ensure we had everything we needed and wanted including drinks (thanks girl for even responding to my husbands beer request text in the middle of speeches lol) and she also went out and bought more bourbon for us when the bar ran out. Having our bride and groom suites was so nice while getting ready and as a space we could go hide away in for a bit when needed. The venue also has so many beautiful places to take photos. Our wedding was March 28 and you never know what you may get weather wise that time of year - we had originally been hoping for an outside ceremony but the weather was just a little too cold so we opted for the atrium and I am honestly so glad we did because it is GORGEOUS - the natural lighting and the altar are just 🤩😍 - all the perks of an outdoor ceremony with the comfort of an indoor ceremony so don’t stress if you have to go with your backup weather plan because it’ll still be incredible. I could go on and on about how great this venue is but i will end by just saying thank you, thank you, thank you to all at the Crystal Coop for making our day one we will always remember! -

Stacey and Sheree at the Crystal Coop are the most caring, hard working, and professional business owners. We had so many questions and requests, but they always responded right away and helped reassure us. They even made special accommodations for us so we could come in and practice our first dance at the venue in advance of our wedding day!!! I apologize, because I can’t remember her name, but the bartender at the Crystal Coop is hands down my favorite of the night. She is so genuine, warm, caring, friendly….I can’t say enough good things. If you want a wedding that is as stress free as possible, while being absolutely beautiful, look no further than the Crystal Coop!!!The Crystal Coop Reception & Event Center's reply:

My husband and I recently got married at the Crystal Coop, and we had such a wonderful experience! Stacey and Cheree were great to work with. They were very knowledgeable and so helpful when it came to helping with the decor and how to layout the reception area. We loved being able to rent our decor from their I Do Rental company and also use their local Jim's Formal wear for the men's suits. Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was. Helpful staff and the most Gorgeous venue
These ladies went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was everything we had dreamed of! I had a very specific vision and they worked with me every step of the way to make sure even the smallest of details were exactly as I had envisioned it! McCormick Micro Wedding
My husband and I decided a micro wedding best fit our needs. The team at The Crystal Coop was amazing, they assisted us in every step of the process. They can help with your DJ, caterers, and bartenders. Their sister company, "I Do" rentals is on site to help with table decor, signs, and anything else you may need. Our guests continue to comment on how perfect our wedding was. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any size of wedding or event. Friendliest venue
The Crystal Coop was amazing during our planning process & the day of our wedding. The staff was 10/10 the best. The venue is clean, they help you where you may need extra hands, & let you decorate just about however you’d like! Plus- They have an abundance of amenities (which is one less thing a stressful needs to worry about).

My daughter's wedding was incredible. This venue is beautiful and the staff are helpful and friendly. They set up the chairs for the ceremony and the tables/tablecloths and chairs. We rented a lot of the decor from them also. We couldn't have asked for a more amazing day or a more spectacular venue! -

Amazing experience having my wedding here
We loved all the staff, they were all helpful and answered all the questions we had in a timely manner. The venue is beautiful and I am so happy with the rental company I do rentals also connected with the venue. It was so nice to pick out all the decor we wanted and not have to purchase it! We did their micro wedding package and it was perfect. The decorations were beautiful, the set up was lovely. They Officiant/DJ and photographer was great! Everything we wanted happened and I’m glad we went with the Crystal coop. I had a few less things to stress about. -

Cheree and Kennedy helped make my wedding day at the Crystal Coop all I could have asked for and more! Cheree met with me multiple times as we purchased the Platinum package, paid attention to all of my details and gave amazing suggestions in areas that I wasn’t sure what I wanted. I was so impressed and in love with the way all of the decor, florals and flow of the day went. I didn’t have to worry about anything, just showed up and Cheree and her team executed my vision. Crystal coop was the best and prettiest wedding venue we had ever seen! My husband and I were so happy with our experience at the Crystal coop. It has so many great photo ops, accommodates several people, has another beautiful option in case weather is bad, package options that allow you to not stress about every last detail, and great, friendly staff. Definitely recommend! -

Great venue and amazing staff
The venue is something that is breathtaking all by itself. But it’s the staff that really make this venue. They truly are so helpful and continued to go above and beyond from the get go. We really got to enjoy the day of without any stress. We couldn’t have asked for a better day. I cannot say enough great things about the crystal coop! It is so beautiful it hardly needed any decorations aside from the table decor. They were so helpful from providing rental decorations at a very reasonable price to their timely responses to all my questions. They truly do work with you through every step. My dream wedding
The Crystal Coop was everything I could’ve asked for, plus more! Stacy and Cheree made the booking part simple, Kali did an amazing job coordinating our crazy wedding party. And Kali and Cheree did the BEST job decorating and helping design our venue. Sunday wedding
We did the Sunday wedding package because the price was in our budget. We moved our ceremony out on to the newly enclosed porch to break up our ceremony and reception. One of our only complaints for the Crystal coop is that we were promised heaters and we only had 2 very small ones. Our guests and ourselves were cold, there was a big heater but it had apparently run out of propane which I understand happens but it would have been helpful if that was checked prior to our wedding. My second complaint being that their wedding planner had made some public videos shaming people for not using her and having their friends coordinate their day of. We could not afford to have her coordinate for us and we did hire some of our friends to do it for us and they were wonderful. I say this to let you know not everyone can afford the extras and to keep that in mind.
We did love the venue over all; it is beautiful and looks great in our photos and most everyone we worked with was wonderful to us even with our small budget. We were able to rent from them and that was so so helpful and we loved that!The Crystal Coop Reception & Event Center's reply:

We had the best experience. From the options offered, to the actual venue, it was all perfect. The owners and the whole crew are all angels. We worked closely with Chrystal and she was very response, attentive and is very knowledgeable! All our questions were answered and they did the best job working with our budget. They have wonderful decor options and the best list of vendors. You can also pick and choose your own vendors to fit your preferences! The actual venue is drop dead gorgeous. You have options of getting married indoor or outdoor at the beautiful alter and with Indiana weather this was a blessing. The bridal suite and the grooms room are conveniently provided to you on the day of the wedding. Multiple packages are available to chose from so that you can plan the wedding of your dreams! Amazing Location and Team

They were creative and active in the planning process and pivoted when needed based on the changes in weather. We booked the Crystal Coop pretty late in the year and they went above and beyond to make it the best wedding possible for us! They helped us find the cheapest route and they were around nonstop for any last minute needs! I absolutely LOVED having my wedding there and the staff was GREAT!! Down to helping me with my son who was sick. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful venue, you will NOT regret it!! Amazing and Beautiful Venue
They went above and beyond for us on our wedding day! It poured rain a majority of our day but thanks to their beautiful covered porch we were still able to have our ceremony outside. The bridal and groom suites are accommodating and had enough room for our 6 bridesmaids, moms, female family members, our 6 groomsmen, dads, and male family members. The inside is beautiful and easy to decorate to make it our own. The owners were amazing to work with and by the end of it all felt like family. Hastings Wedding
We had an amazing time at this venue for our ceremony and reception. Staff was easy to work with and made our big day stress free. It rained and we were still able to go outside for our ceremony. They have great affordable packages that you can customize as well. -

I met with Cheree and she was so polite and sweet. She showed us around the venue and gave us plenty of time to check things out and talk about our options. The venue itself is gorgeous. Very rustic and clean. the white barn walls make it perfect for a light uplifting event. I cant wait to get married there!! -

The Cooper wedding
We loved this venue! We did the I do rental decor and it was so much easier for us as the bride and groom. We crystal coop will set up those decorations for you and take them down! They did an amazing job with the decorations we brought and the venue coordinator even learned how to drive my nephews jeep for us down the aisle. The only thing I did not like that I would recommend to anyone is the photo booth people that we used which is dj rock my world. Their picture thing was super slow and their lack of communication was just not there which had them forget stuff and leaving during our wedding and than trying to leave early that night. But the venue was great and it was an absolutely gorgeous venue! The staff there does an excellent job!The Crystal Coop Reception & Event Center's reply:

Wedding and reception

My fiancé and I stumbled upon this venue and could not believe our luck! This space is amazing (and that’s coming from a bride and a wedding planner)! The owners did a great job thinking through so many aspects of the day, even having an amazing catering kitchen. I signed the contract and then never heard from them again. They promised to have a sit down a month before. Never happened. Then three weeks until my wedding told me they couldn’t host more than 25 people including wedding party. Refused to refund my money until the date of my event. And then not even a week later they had a wedding expo planned on my weekend, offering gifts to the first 25 brides who showed clearly showing how they would be expecting more than 25 people.
