Amazing experience

Beautiful venue very clean and elegant the wedding coordinators were both very helpful with everything especially given the fact we live out of state, they made the experience very smooth I would recommend it.

What an amazing venue

Our wedding was beyond perfect in this venue. Kira the new wedding planner and her manager went above and beyond my expectations. Everything was extremely organized, they were very flexible but most importantly made my family feel at home from the rehearsal all the way until the wedding day was over. At the end a walk through is done to confirm everything is okay which is great because there a no surprises with your deposit. I want to give a special shout to the owner as well, he decorated the venue for my day and everything came out exactly how I wanted it. Thank you crystal ballroom in Casselberry, you guys rock !!!

The most beautiful venue in saint Augustine

Talk about breathtaking. The ceremony space over looked a lake between two trees and was decorated to the T. The reception was even better. This wedding looked like I spent 50 thousand dollars. This venue is affordable and inclusive!

Jess and her staff were absolutely amazing. Second to none, I work wedding venues all over Florida. Manzel was professional and super helpful. Will highly recommend Crystal ballroom Tampa to anybody on the West Coast looking to do abwedding. These guys are awesome!

It was amazing, the service was amazing everyone was so sweet and everything got done as i pleased! They we’re flexible with my hours and they were very patient with what i had to say. Everything came out as i wanted the staff is alado so amazing.. I love this place !!! 10/10 would recommend

I love the decore, the venue is perfect for a romantic wedding. I like that the clean up is taken care of by the venue because it takes a big weight off the shoulders. They answered all of your questions and make sure to give courtesy calls for your payments so you don't forget. Overall, you get a beautiful location with ample parking and reasonable price.

Taylor and staff did an amazing job with our Wedding! I received a ton of compliments about how gorgeous the venue is. They took the time to answer all my questions and emails and were extremely supportive! My husband and I are very pleased to have found this place. Beautiful nighttime wedding on the river! Just had our wedding on Feb 17th, 2018. It was an amazing experience. The decoration and the place was amazing. I cant say enough from the help i got and the amount of respect i have for the Casselberry team. Everything was above our expectations. We wanted a place where they would take care of everything and thats exactly what they did. To make things even better they remodeled their ceremony and ballroom halls before our wedding. We got to experience the whole place fresh and different just for us. If you're looking for that free of mind experience and just enjoy your wedding like a person should.... Look no further that The Crystal Ballroom!!

The best place to get married in Orlando. The staff was super friendly and intentional about taking care of my priorities and preferences. I could not believe my eyes on the day of. It was perfect and just like l dreamed and planned! Staff is also amazing with details and making you feel stress free and worry free on your big day. Jessica was my wedding coordinator and she is amazing super sweet and professional. Super recommend! Best place to be married. Pictures turn out beautiful as well!

The wedding was absolutely beautiful and I don’t think It could have looked any better without all the help from The Crystal Ballroom staff and decor making the whole day beautiful and stress free. I fell in love with how everything looked before they were even done setting up. Even the little touches that had made myself the staff was so welcoming to give there best advice to make the day even that much more special. I would not change a thing about that day. Thank you Crystal Ballroom for making this wedding one that I will never forget.

This place is what every wedding venue should be like! They made planning my engagement party a breeze and this is coming from someone who dreads these things and is absolutely no good at them. I had also recently accepted a job in a city 3 hours away and was planning from afar, and even so the crystal ballroom was able to accommodate everything I asked for. Best value for what you get. (Altamonte Springs location, Jakie and Lulu were THE BEST!)

The Crystal Ballroom in Casselberry was phenominal!!! I celebrated my daughter's Sweet 16 there and they were fantastic! They paid attention to every detail and made sure that everything was perfect. My guest from out of town were so impressed with the service and this beautiful venue! The staff were couteous and accommodating! I was running a few minutes late and was worried that I would not be able to to take care of a few minor details and when I arrived they had it done already! I would definitely recommend The Crystal Ballroom in Casselberry! Fanny the bartender was the best! Pia you are truly awesome! You made sure everything ran perfectly along with your staff! And Jessica thank you for your professionalism and guiding us through every step!

My Husband and I had our wedding at the Crystal Ballroom in Casselberry last Weekend July 29th 2017, and what can I say, it was the best day of our lives. Everything went so smooth, everytime I had questions before the wedding, Jessica was always able to answer them and help me out. When I saw our reception room I could not believe me eyes. It was so beautiful.

So very happy with our wedding at the Casselberry Crystal Ballroom! We would not have had such a great experience without our coordinator Jessica, she went above and beyond our expectations and made sure our big day was everything we wanted and more. She stayed on top of our vendors and organized every detail making the planning of our wedding stress free!
Our guests couldn't get enough of how beautiful the ceremony, cocktail and reception areas were. everything was absolutely perfect.

I was so in love with my wedding. It was better then what I could have ever imagined and the price was very affordable. I had a high class wedding on a budget. . My coordinator Jessica and her staff felt more like family then just staff that I hired. I will be holing more events there .Love it

45th Wedding Anniversary

I went to the Crystal Ballroom with just a little over 2 months until my event. I had never done anything like this before. I surprised my parents on their 45th wedding anniversary with a reception. The crystal ballroom was great. Anytime I had a question they were there to answer, Jessica even helped me with ideas. Pia was my manager the day of and the entire staff helped me make it a success. I was alone and everyone was so patient. They even monitored what they didn't have to (like the arrival of my caterer who was late). They helped with the entrance of my parents to ensure the surprise was great. I would recommend this Crystal Ballroom to everyone. The service was both courteous and professional. The best part was not how beautiful it was, although it was absolutely gorgeous, rather how courteous and involved the staff were. They made me feel like they cared as much as I did about this night and it made the difference. I am still receiving calls or messages about how beautiful the night was. If you want exactly what envision and people that care about it being just that, go with this ballroom.

After we got engaged i knew we had to go look at The Crystal ballroom. It was my dream place to get married at. The day we went to tour the place we automatically knew we had to do it there so we booked right then and there. We had our wedding on March 24, 2017 and it was AMAZING! Literally breath taking!! All of our friends and family were really impressed with the place. We all had so much fun. The staff were so fun and nice. As for Jessica I highly recommend her for the event coordinator! It ran so smoothly, she always made sure we were good and she was fun with it too. She is an amazing person she really knows what she is doing. I see her more than just a business person. I will forever recommend this place and Jessica to everyone. You will never be disappointed by them. I look forward to doing another event at The Crystal Ballroom in Casselberry. I love you guys!!! We had great service here at The Crystal Ballroom Casselberry. The staff was great from start to finish. They were very attentive to our needs and making sure that everything went as planned. Pia the banquet manager was awesome, the Bartender was the best ever, as well as the rest of the staff. After touring several different venues, and meeting Jessica this venue became my #1 choice. Even the owner Tara was great.

I was completely blown away with the crystal ballroom! Their staff is truly amazing, some of the most helpful and understanding people I incountered for the wedding. They let me take my time when i was picking out my wedding reception layout. They never seemed bothered or upset if I needed to change anything. It's always nice that they decorate for you, and once the wedding is done, you don't have to stay to clean up and break down. I honestly didn't have any issues with my wedding at the crystal ballroom. The AC was the perfect temp and there was plenty of space for all my quest.

I found this venue the night of my engagement. That was two years ago. I had my wedding 11/4/16. I just have to say the professionalism of the entire staff was amazing. Alberto my wedding planner/decorator was absolutely fantastic. Everything went according to plan the venue is absolutely stunning, THE PRICE is almost unreal. So many of my guest LOVED the venue the decor the timing everything was just great. As the bride i had nothing to worry about. thank you a million you made my wedding that much more. <3

The Crystal Ballroom exceeded my expectations from day one. Don't underestimate the location because the beauty lies within! I got married at Crystal Ballroom, Casselberry it was the most beautiful place I have ever seen, great deal and the decoration is amazing. I had the pleasure to work with Alberto who was my Event Coordinator, we worked together the entire time before and during the wedding. He gave me ideas that I ended up loving. I wish I can get marry every 6 months at the Crystal Ballroom and have the best time of my life.

Crystal Ballroom of Casselberry was everything I wanted and more for my daughter's sweet sixteen. it was elegant and the service was amazing. Tara was great, Jessica was the best! WE LOVE ALBERTO, he is so classy and easy going. He really know his designs and went out of his way to please us. The guy is full of ideas when it came to food and favors as well. We just loved him! The staff was AMAZING, always helpful and provided great ideas for my event, but also allowed me to build the perfect day for me and my husband. The wait staff was so friendly to my guest, and the price took my breath away with all that's included for you to celebrate your wedding day. Great venue to get married and have an awesome day in you would not be dissappointed. Alberto was great and nothing was impossible. A must have for any event.

This people really know what they are doing. I didn't hire a wedding planner therefore I needed a place where they would handle most of what it takes to put a reception together. Jessica was always there to answer my questions, Tara did a great job at managing the event!! and the catering staff!!! they were just awesome!! i didn't really get to thank them that night but here I am thanking the Crystal Ballroom staff for making my event just perfect!!! The decorations and their quality of service was a great value. This place was far from me but it was sooo worth the drive!!

I was very pleased with the turn out of our wedding reception. It all looked beautiful and all my guest were complementing me on how gorgeous everything looked. The staff were all great and professional. The bar tender did a excellent job as well.

Working with the Crystal Ballroom in Casselberry was a dream. They take care of so many details that usually haunt you as you are trying to plan a wedding. This venue is so inclusive, it reduced majorly having to hire outside vendors to take care of details like decorating, furniture, bartenders. They provide checklists and assistance on all aspects of anything leading up to AND including the big day. I have recommended them to several friends and they have booked with them and been just as happy. As a side note, any vendors I did have to hire externally (DJ, Caterer & photographer), Crystal Ballroom worked hand in hand with easily. The DJ's said they are looking forward to future dates with this venue because it made their job so simple. Thank you Crystal Ballroom for helping to make our big day perfect!!!!! (Their designers are my favorite people there. They made it a fantastic experience and I was really worried about it. No need to be!!)

We had to move to a different state, but decided to still have my daughter's Quinceañera at the Crystal Ballroom. I had to do my meeting with the designer thru Skype, Alberto was amazing!! He listen to all my concerns and answer all my questions. He was very professional and helpful!! Even though I'm 9 hours away, I was still able to see all the decorations! I did my wedding ceremony in the Crystal Ballroom, it was the best night of my life, everything was perfect and even beyond my expectations! I wasn't expecting even half of what they've done. Love how romantic the ambiance is here. Perfect venue if your on a budget but still want a beautiful wedding. I can't wait to walk down the aisle here!!! Had to switch a few things around and they handled it with ease!

The entire staff of the Crystal Ballroom were nothing short of attentive, professional and meticulous! Everything leading up to our wedding was handled with great enthusiasm which made us feel that we made the right choice in having them handle our wedding!! In addition to the already excellent service, the Crystal Ballroom recommended a photographer and a cake baker...all of which was excellent!! This place and the staff are awesome, I would highly recommend them for all special occasions...we will be back!!

My "Winter Wonderland" themed wedding was brought full circle by Crystal Ballroom!!! The staff was very attentive and accomodating to my guests. I can not count how many compliments I received on our special day! My husband and I are thankful to Charlene for all of her hardwork and assistance. She answered EVERY call morning, noon, or night!!
