Beautiful Wedding Venue

The Crossings is a beautiful venue and the inclusive packages made wedding planning pretty easy and stress-free. We had the most incredible wedding day, and we owe so much of that to our fantastic day-of coordinator, Lauren. From the very beginning, she was so sweet and made us feel completely at ease. Throughout the planning process, she was always very responsive to our emails and patiently answered all of our questions. On the day of the wedding, Lauren was an absolute rockstar. She was on top of every single detail, making sure everything ran smoothly and perfectly on time. Because of her, we were able to just relax and be present on our special day without a single worry. We feel incredibly lucky to have had Lauren as our coordinator and can't recommend her enough! She truly helped make our day perfect.

Amazing venue for a wedding!

We recently got married at The Crossings on 10/25/25 and it was truly the best day ever. Our journey with them started in July 2024, when we had a meeting with Megan. What an amazing human, inside and out. She was so sweet, answered all of our questions, and truly helped us see the vision if we chose to move forward. We walked through the space, were able to see getting ready rooms (which are amazing and very spacious). My husband and I knew at the end of the meeting that this was our venue. This was the perfect blend for us, as ceremony was held outside with an ocean view but we could create a beautiful, fall and rustic feel that I was envisioning, along with an indoor/outdoor space for cocktail hour and inside reception space.

Megan was so responsive with emails, answering my thousands of questions, open to my crazy ideas and helped me bounce ideas off her. She was a calming presence for me day of, as she knew I was worried about some family conflicts, but she was there for me just like any of my bridesmaids were. She was such a dream to work with and I could not recommend her enough if you choose this venue.

Our guests were so awed with the beauty of the venue, the views, the food, EVERYTHING. Wedding food can get a bad wrap but let me tell you, the food was a huge talking point for our guests and how much they loved it. Pictures of this place are beautiful but they don’t do it justice.

I cannot say enough great things about Megan, her assistant Maddie, all the staff and the venue. Everyone was so amazing and worked so seamlessly together to create our vision and also cleaned up/turned over the space so quickly and with ease. This team truly knows what they are doing and have it down to a tee. Thank you Crossings for making our wedding day truly a dream come true!

Amazing experience at The Crossings

Megan was an absolute dream to work with! She was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer our emails, and made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free. Her communication and attention to detail were top-notch, and she was so accommodating every step of the way. The venue was stunning, the ambiance was perfect, and the service—from the waitstaff to the bartenders—was exceptional. The food was delicious, and we received so many compliments from our guests. Everything was beyond what we could have imagined. We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator!

A Dream Wedding at The Crossings – 10/10 Experience!

We recently had our wedding at The Crossings at Carlsbad, and it was truly the most magical day! From the breathtaking ocean views to the stunning sunset backdrop, every moment felt straight out of a dream. The venue itself is luxurious yet affordable, giving us the perfect balance of elegance and value.

A huge shoutout to Lauren, our venue coordinator, who was absolutely perfect in every way. She was organized, attentive, and made sure every detail was flawless. Her expertise and calm presence allowed us to truly enjoy the day without a single worry.

The lodge-style reception area was beyond gorgeous—warm, inviting, and full of charm. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the ambiance, the scenery, and how smoothly everything ran.

1000% Recommend!!!

Overall we loved our wedding at the crossings and we 1000% recommend it!! Everything was amazing!! Stand outs were definitely our coordinator Megan, the amazing food, the beautiful ceremony site, the outdoor space for those who wanted some air, and location to the hotels. We also loved having the bridal and groom suite on site!!!

The Crossings is a MUST for your wedding day!

My husband and I recently got married at The Crossings and it was everything we could have dreamed of and more! We really enjoyed working with Megan from day one. From the ongoing communication, professionalism, planning and overall just so much fun to work with. She really made the whole process easy and made you feel confident everything was going to be perfect (and it was!!). The venue speaks for itself, it is beautiful as is so any decor you bring in is just a plus! The wedding day was probably the least stressed day of our lives. Our guests say its the best wedding they have ever been to and also LOVED the food! The staff really takes care of you and your guests so you have nothing to worry about on your big day.

Best Venue for the Best Day

We had our dream wedding at the Crossings! It's such an incredible venue; the view is gorgeous and the course is beautiful and perfect for photos. The food was the best wedding food we have ever had. Multiple guests commented on how great the food was! The staff was incredibly friendly and very accommodating at every point in the planning process. And a very special thanks to Megan Weber who made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. She was there for us the entire time and made sure everything was perfect on the big day! 10/10 would recommend having your wedding here!

Outstanding

Lauren made the entire wedding planning experience so delightful and easy for me. She is so kind and it felt like she put as much care and attention to detail into my wedding as she would her own. We also had Maddy join us on the day of to assist in coordination and she was an amazing addition. The venue itself is gorgeous and numerous friends and family were raving about how dinner was the best wedding food they’d ever had! The Crossings now has a special place in my heart and we are so thankful for the experience we had.

Dream Venue and Team!

My husband and I recently got married at the Crossings at Carlsbad and had the absolute pleasure of working with Lauren. We can't sing her praises enough. From the moment we walked in, her warmth and accommodating nature made us feel like old friends. Lauren's attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our wedding was flawless. She seamlessly collaborated with our wedding planner and we were able to enjoy every single moment of our wedding.

The venue is stunning and everything flows effortlessly. The bridal suite is beautiful and convenient, there was plenty of space for 7 of us to do our glam. We ordered both breakfast and lunch to the suite which allowed us to relax and enjoy the day without coordinating transportation or food orders. And let's not forget about the dinner - the filet mignon was such a hit, even the dinner rolls had guests raving! Thank you, Lauren and the entire Crossings Team, for your dedication and for making our special day absolutely perfect.
We are so lucky to be able to come back for golf and brunch to relive the memories.

Simply spectacular!

From the first email, to the venue tour, to every single email and phone call, to the big day, and afterward, Lauren has shown us superlative service and consistent care. Our big day could not have come together without the professional help of her and her team. She made everything effortless while showing the utmost patience in answering our many questions. Her expertise and knowledge were shown in every detail and response. She took the time to get to know us as a couple, rather than just another wedding in her books. She followed up with us throughout our planning process and helped calm us down during the most hectic and stressful times. The day-of could not have gone more seamlessly! She is on top of everything! My wife and I were so very fortunate to have her as our coordinator and highly recommend The Crossings to any future couple that is looking to be well taken care of. AMAZING! Cannot say enough incredible things about this venue!

My husband and I recently got married at The Crossings and it was everything we hoped for and more! Throughout the entire process from booking the venue, to picking our meals and everything leading up to the big day, the staff at The Crossings were professional and so friendly. The venue has a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor space and our guests could not stop complimenting everything about our wedding! The bridal suite is beautiful and was perfect for getting ready and had so much room for all the vendors (hair, makeup, photographer, and videographer) to move around comfortably. Although the venue speaks for itself with the beautiful ocean view, the best part about the whole process was the wedding coordinator at The Crossings, Lauren. Lauren from day 1 was so helpful and really made the entire experience so memorable and enjoyable. She took the stress out of so may little things and really made us fall more in love with the venue. My husband and I cannot thank Lauren and the entire staff at The Crossings enough for helping make our big day so full of fun and love. Thank you!!!

Wonderful!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Crossings and the venue was everything we could ask for and more! The setting was beautiful and the space was the perfect size for what we were looking for - a mix of having enough space to accommodate a group of 150 guests, while creating an intimate atmosphere. Additionally, the location was great and we loved that there was ample parking space for our guests.

On our actual wedding day, we were very pleased with the entire layout and utilization of all the different areas that the venue offers, from the outdoor patio to the Roston Room. We received a lot of compliments about the food served during cocktail hour and dinner as well. Also, the golf course made for some great backdrops for pictures (both for the guests and for our wedding party).

Most importantly - the staff at The Crossings were AMAZING! We worked predominantly with our day-of coordinator, Lauren Lee, and she was such a delight! We really loved working with her and couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. Lauren was so great at communicating with us in a timely manner and we really appreciated her willingness to accommodate all of our special requests.

The Crossings made our wedding day super special and one we will always remember! We look forward to going back for brunch in the future!

Megan is amazing!

We had the pleasure of working with Megan as our coordinator at the Crossings. She made the planning a lot easier than expected and was very responsive to all questions and request. The day of our wedding she and the crossings team were on top of everything! They did such a great job with making sure we had everything we needed and kept us organized while enjoying our wedding. The best wedding ever!

I loved every minute of my wedding at the Crossings At Carlsbad. The team was so professional, organized, and flexible. I have been to many wedding and have been in 7 now as a bridesmaid and I will confidently say that this venue has been a stand out, and my coordinator was the best part of my day. The wedding planners and team know how to make you feel very special. My guests gave us so many compliments on the service staff the day of the wedding. I go back every year now for our anniversary to celebrate and have brunch just to re live the best day of our lives.

Best Venue Ever

We can’t thank the staff enough at The Crossings in Carlsbad for making our day the best day ever. We especially want to thank Alex Ghilarducci for being so amazing! She was very responsive and whatever we wanted she made it happen. Alex made the wedding planning process so easy and stress free. The day of, the whole staff was so friendly and made all our guests feel so welcomed. The food was delicious and all our guests raved about it. The venue was naturally beautiful and being able to have a view of the ocean during our ceremony was icing on the cake. We are so thankful that we chose to have our wedding at the Crossings. It was the best decision we made in our whole wedding process!!!

Highly Recommend!

Alexis Shine was our coordinator at The Crossings and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! She made the planning process easy and stress-free from start to finish! She went above and beyond to make sure that everything ran smoothly. She worked closely with all of our other vendors to make sure that everyone was on the same page. She was always available to answer any questions that we had and responded immediately. We planned our wedding from afar (which we were nervous about), but she made sure everything was PERFECT and exactly how we envisioned it.

We would highly recommend booking your wedding here!!! Not only is the venue itself beautiful but all of the staff is amazing. Food was also excellent!

Saved my wedding

The original wedding venue we had for 10 months cancelled on us 2 months before our wedding. The crossings had a cancellation 1 week before we showed up and were able to do our wedding! Best thing that ever happened!!!!! The crossings saved my wedding and made it the best night of our lives. It was meant to be all along :)

I am so glad I picked The Crossings for my wedding day because the whole process and my big day was absolutely PERFECT. My wedding coordinator was Kaitlin and she was a dream to work with. She was prompt with responding to all my emails by the next day, no matter how big or small the question was which definitely helped ease the wedding planning anxiety ;)

The Crossings has flexible packages for different budgets. I opted in for the package that included ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. To my delight, this also included a 1 hour cocktail hour - drinks included, linens, chairs, charger plates, cake and dessert table. To all the new brides doing research let me tell you, these types of all inclusive packages are INCREDIBLY hard to find so it was such a dream that The Crossings including all of this so I didn't have to spend/waste extra money renting these items.

My wedding coordinator made it so easy by providing me with a checklist of what she needed and she handled contacting the vendors to let them know what time to set up and where they needed to be. We were on schedule the whole entire day. My family, who are the pickiest people to exist on this planet, complemented on how beautiful everything was and what a dream my coordinator was.

Ok, THE FOOD. Food was delicious. In cocktail hour we were able to choose three apps and we went with the lamb skewers, poke, and capresse skewers. All 3 were so good and I consider myself a foodie so I am picky when it comes to these things. Dinner also did not disappoint and everyone said all the food was delicious. We went with the herb marinated steak, chicken, and ravioli.

The wait staff it also amazing, flexible and so friendly. Shout out to JR who when I almost fell trying to pick up my napkin that fell off my lap, picked me back up like a knight in shining armor.

The Crossings was AMAZING! Kaitlin made the whole experience easy and fun!! We got so many compliments. Everyone had a blast. I would highly recommend this venue. My husband and I got married at The Crossings on August 4th and we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful day. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, the staff was super professional, everything was within our price range and there were no "hidden" costs. While I have many great things to say about The Crossings, the real praise goes to our coordinator, Kaitlin. There aren't enough words to express how amazing Kaitlin is! She is friendly, energetic, organized, responsive (even while on vacation!), and did everything within her power to make sure our wedding day was the most special day. So, if you're having trouble choosing a wedding venue, look no further than The Crossings. And if Kaitlin is your coordinator, you will have absolutely nothing to worry about! She's a superstar!

If I could give Kaitlin and The Crossings more than 5 stars, I would. Our May wedding was the end result of a year and a half of planning and Kaitlin ensured that we had the absolute best day. The whole venue is beautiful, our guests wouldn't stop telling us that! The reception was so wonderful, the food was delicious, the staff was so friendly and I truly felt like we had our dream wedding. Kaitlin was our savior that day, when my florist actually GAVE UP on hanging up our arch decorations, she saved the day with a few zip ties and some help from the groomsmen. You will not regret choosing The Crossings for your wedding, they'll make sure you have a perfect day!

This review is wayyy overdue!!! My little sister got married here this past February and I can't say enough great things about this venue and the staff. Kaitlin, her Day of Coordinator, was incredible from the very beginning and throughout the entire wedding process. Working in the event and wedding industry myself, I know it takes a lot of little details to pull off a wedding and in addition, being her older (and protective) sister, I really just wanted to make sure everything was covered and turned out the way they wanted it. My biggest fear was having to "work" on her wedding day and I thought it would be much harder to not be in control the day of their wedding to make sure everything went smoothly, BUT Kaitlin definitely put my mind at ease and made everything was covered - I had nothing to worry about and I am so grateful for her! Long story short - I was able to enjoy my sister's wedding day as her sister and not "work" - so THANK YOU Kaitlin and to your entire staff and team. You all made my sister and her husband's wedding day a dream come true and I can't thank you all enough! <3

Becca was a dream coordinator. She always had time for us, she worked with our budget, and she took the reins on everything so we could enjoy our day. The food is by far the best I have had at any wedding, and we have been to a lot of wonderful weddings. The venue is gorgeous, the view is gorgeous, and it made our most special day something to remember.

My wife and I recently had our wedding at the Crossings and our guests can't stop raving about how wonderful it was. We had a fully outdoors ceremony and reception looking out over the Pacific Ocean and sunset. We worked with Kaitlin M. who went above and beyond to make our big day flawless. She was so helpful and responsive throughout the planning process and had every last detail locked in so we could relax and enjoy.

We looked at just about every venue offering a fully outdoor ceremony and reception in the San Diego and North County area, narrowed it down, visited 12 separate venues and this was the clear winner. The grounds are so beautiful for photos and the celebration and there was more than enough room for all of our guests. The wedding packages are such a great value for your dollar and the food is just as good as ordering an individual meal from Canyons. Highly highly highly recommend this venue and staff.

I can't even begin to express how wonderful this place is!! Kaitlin went above and beyond and I seriously can't thank her enough for everything she did for us!! The entire staff was extremely polite, professional and made sure that our day was amazing!! Not only does The Crossings have an amazing staff, it also has an unbelievable view and delicious food that they customized to our wedding theme! The cake was even included in our package! When searching around for venues, I had a really tough time because most of the places that I contacted were extremely expensive, "too gourmet" for my fiance and my tastes, not available due to maintenance/renovations, never responded or just didn't click with me. I was looking for something outside of the typical beach, hotel/ballroom type wedding. I wanted something that was cozy but also located nearby hotels or major roads. Another major perk, INDOOR FIREPLACE!! This is HARD TO FIND in San Diego!! Fast forward about six months until our wedding date.. I got a new job which took up an extreme amount of time. Kaitlin was organized and on top of everything for me! She was flexible with our meeting times and put up with my frequent emails! Kaitlin even has amazing design skills! I literally brought a bunch of random things and told her to place them wherever she thought was best. She set it all up perfectly and even packed it all up for me at the end!! Kaitlin I cannot thank you enough for all of your hard work! It was beyond perfect!!

The Crossings was the perfect venue for our wedding. We loved how the ceremony was outside with a gorgeous view and cocktail hour/the reception were conveniently located right upstairs. The food was really great and we only had the basic package. Kaitlin was our wedding coordinator and she didn't skip a beat on anything. She made sure the entire night ran smoothly, ultimately making sure that we were having the best day ever. I highly recommend The Crossings as a wedding venue :)

I'm so glad we chose this venue for our wedding. It was the first site I looked at on WeddingWire after getting engaged based on photos alone, but after touring a few other local San Diego venues I knew this was the place for us. The on-site coordinator Becca Hartegan and her team were simply amazing from the start! Becca answered every question, and provided recommendations for various things throughout the whole planning process, always in a timely and thorough manner. Becca was on point and very well organized throughout the entire event, and keep you at ease every step of the way. The venue itself is beautiful, green grass for the ceremony site with an unbelievable view of the ocean (note, your guests may need sunglasses during the ceremony at sunset). The packages available are reasonable and may be modified/upgraded easily. I loved having our ceremony and reception at the same site, this was great for guests and allowed us time to take pictures on the beautiful golf course grounds. The inside of the reception area, normally their restaurant by day, is elegant and simple, and you can easily add fine touches to it to make it your own style. The staff is also fun and friendly. Thank you to the Crossings and Becca for making my wedding unforgettable!

This venue blew me AND my florist away by how beautiful it is, how inclusive their packages were, and what a fantastic value they are. I found the whole team at The Crossings to be extremely helpful and responsive to my many questions. If I could do it all again, I'd pick this venue every time.

And, side note, on the day of my wedding I ran into a lady who also got married at The Crossings. She was also very positive about the experience and said she continues to come back to the venue for all the major life events including baby showers! So lovely.

I had the most beautiful weddings at The Crossings and I truly feel I got a phenomenal deal. The Crossings makes it so easy to do business, all the packages come with pretty much everything you need, including a wedding coordinator. Our wedding coordinator, Becca was phenomenal! I highly recommend The Crossings for a wedding venue if you are looking to have a gorgeous outdoor ceremony with spectacular views and for a steal of a deal!

Wow! We are so absolutely thrilled we chose to have our Wedding here at the Crossings at Carlsbad. From the very beginning, everyone was so helpful. Our Wedding Coordinator Becca was the absolute best!!!!! She was always sweet and prompt to respond. She was so helpful and made the wedding exactly how we wanted. From the first day of planning to the day of, she helped keep us on track to help prepare us so our wedding went off without a hitch and it went so smooth! The day of there was a high chance of rain and it did rain that morning and night and Becca helped keep us and all the guests at ease and we were prompt to figure out a plan B, which we luckily didn't have to use. Everyone was so impressed with how beautiful and together the venue was. Everything was beautiful, the lawn terrace was designed exactly how I wanted it to be, the cocktail hour was perfect, and Becca made sure we and all vendors stayed on track and helped guide us through the night so we could enjoy it. It was our best decision to choose The Crossings! Everyone was highly impressed and the food was spectacular. My husbands favorite part was they contract with VG’s Bakery (his childhood favorite). The cake and pastries were so beautiful and so delicious. The staff was amazing, the food was hot and so delicious. I have nothing but high remarks. Thank you everyone and Becca for making our day perfect.

Becca Hartegan and her team at The Crossings were fantastic to work with and made out wedding ceremony and reception better than we could have imagined. We looked at several venues in the area but decided on The Crossings in large part because of how responsive and flexible Becca was. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and in a timely fashion. The venue has a lot of space and a really nice ocean view. We invited over 200 guests and landed on 170+ and we had plenty of space (including a stage required by our 8 piece band)

The entire staff at The Crossings was super friendly and always made us feel like we were there top priority. From the time we arrived until the time we left, Becca and team were there with us every step of the way and made sure that ALL details of our special day were covered.

If you’re considering a venue for a wedding (or any special event involving great food and spirits) you should take a serious look at The Crossings. You will not be disappointed.

The Crossings at Carlsbad was the perfect wedding venue. We choose the location for the views and the exposed beams and stone. Originally Lindsey was our coordinator. She was very professional and responsive, especially since we booked so early. A few months before our wedding we were told Lindsey was moving and Becca was now our coordinator. During our next meeting at The Crossings, Becca was extremely friendly and was knowledgeable about our wedding despite having just taken over. The day of the wedding, everything was perfect. The staff took great care of us and our guests and made it a memorable, stress free day. I would highly recommend The Crossings. Thank you for making it our perfect day!

We looked a lot of places in Southern California for our venue. We decided we had seen enough places when I my Aunt from Carlsbad suggested The Crossings because she had been to a wedding there. We decided to check it out and fell in love. The venue is absolutely beautiful (yes you will have to deal with plane noises from the airport but it is definitely worth it). Our wedding coordinator was Lindsey Bockoven and she was great! Very responsive and helped us out with anything we needed. It was also a great deal and did not eat all of our budget. If we had to do it all again we would definitely keep The Crossings as our venue.

Choosing The Crossings as our wedding venue was the best choice we made throughout all of our wedding planning. My husband and I could not be any happier with how everything went from when we signed our contract at The Crossings to the day of our wedding. Very impressed with the whole experience! Lindsey was our day of coordinator which was so, so helpful. She made planning my own wedding a breeze. Lindsey met with us numerous times to go through every detail about our wedding day. She sent us charts of what everything would look like and worked with us on table settings, dinner seating, and the ceremony seating plans. The price was great for the space, the ceremony area with the outdoor cocktail area was perfect. The view was better than expected. We had our wedding on a saturday morning and our lunch after. The weather was great, all of the vendors were taken care of by Lindsey when they arrived and everything looked perfect. My guests had an amazing time and were so impressed with how everything turned out. We were able to take the golf cart to the waterfall with our photographer for photos, the timeline was perfectly laid out for us and we had plenty of time for everything we wanted to accomplish. This venue offers everything you will need for your wedding, cake and reception!

From the moment I saw the Crossings I knew I wanted this to be the venue for my wedding. The beautiful clubhouse (which in my eyes looks like a castle) along with the gorgeous ocean view from the ceremony and dining area, made the choice so easy. I felt like a princess walking down the grand staircase! Lindsey was our coordinator; she was great and responded to all of my hundreds of emails. She was so accommodating and helpful with the whole planning process. Even when we found out there was a possibility for rain during the ceremony. She helped keep me calm and explained all my options. Everything worked out and it stopped raining just 1 hour before the ceremony began, which made the ocean view even more spectacular. Lindsey was also so helpful in allowing options for me to verify I got everything I wanted out of my wedding. For example, they even allowed me to extend the cocktail hour to an hour and a half so that I had enough time to head down to the beach for bridal party pictures, which is the one thing I really wanted. The day of the event, Lindsey dealt with everything and I didn't even know when 2 additional people showed up at the last minute, she was able to fix the situation and everything went on smoothly. The food was great and I loved that they have a package that includes having your cake from VGs bakery (famous bakery in Carlsbad). I can’t express enough how awesome The Crossings (including Lindsey and all of her staff) were for the whole planning process and the day of. I will absolutely be recommending this beautiful venue to all of my friends!

We just had our wedding at the Crossings last week and there is no word to describe it other than perfection. Everything went perfectly and we are still receiving the most amazing compliments from our guests. Becca Hartegan was our coordinator and I cannot say enough good things about her. From the first time I met her she was so incredibly helpful and patient. Fast forward two years later to the wedding day, and she nailed everything I asked for. I am forever grateful to her for just being so darn wonderful and making my wedding day more magical than I ever expected. Food was amazing, service was amazing, not a single issue - what more can you ask for??

The Crossings at Carlsbad is a gorgeous venue with breathtaking views! The people are amazing to work with. Becca Hartegan was my coordinator before and during the wedding. To say she is wonderful is an understatement. She made sure our day was perfect for us! I had no worries at all and everything went great. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. My husband and I searched a lot of venues for our wedding. When we had our initial consultation at The Crossings, it was an easy decision. The venue is gorgeous. Their are a lot of very nice venues in San Diego County. What stood out about The Crossings was the level of service for the cost. They went above and beyond to take care of us and make certain that this special day was beyond perfect. We worked with two women their, Erika and Becca. They were very sensitive to our needs, responded to our every question and concern, wanted this day to be as special for us and we wanted and in the end treated us like family. I really can not say enough about The Crossings.....Okay....one more thing....the vendors that we chose to work with who had also worked with The Crossings, also said the same things we did about The Crossings and felt the same way we do....Fabulous, Great Customer Service, Easy to Work with, Great value...

We met Becca on our first visit to see the Crossings. She was a pleasure to work with. Becca made the process easy. She is very professional and helpful. She was even our wedding day coordinator. The venue is perfect for wedding site, cocktail hour and reception. The food is amazing. We have gotten so many compliments on the Salmon! All of the employees are caring and extremely helpful. It was the perfect spot for my daughters wedding and we couldn't be happier.

Lindsey at The Crossings made it SO easy for us. We checked out several placed before meeting with Lindsey and we knew that this was where we wanted to get married once we looked at their location and the options they have. The best part? They have a wedding coordinator service included in some of the packages and they take care of EVERYTHING the day of. I had a lot of decorations and was very particular about how I wanted things set up and they got everything right! I didn't have to worry about a thing the morning of my wedding (we had a 10am ceremony, which, for the record was awesome and our guests loved that it ended around 3pm and they had the rest of the day to do whatever)! I wouldn't have changed a thing that day!

My husband and I recently got married at The Crossings At Carlsbad, and couldn't be happier with our venue selection!! From the very start, we were assigned someone to e-mail or call with all of our questions/concerns. We had Becca Hartegan as our day of coordinator, and were VERY impressed with her responsiveness to e-mails, patience with numerous questions, and overall professionalism when it came to her job. Becca would always answer any question we had for her, and in a quick manner. The Crossings At Carlsbad was very flexible when it came to us wanting to set up for our wedding the evening prior at our rehearsal, since no other event was occurring that evening. This allowed us to be a little more stress free the morning of our wedding. The service was excellent, both from what I witnessed as the bride, as well as what I have heard from guests. As soon as our ceremony had ended, everyone was instantly greeted with champagne/mimosas. From what I heard from guests, there were more than enough appetizers to go around at cocktail hour. The food that was included in our package was INCREDIBLE! Everyone was impressed by it's quality, temperature, and arrival time. The scenery for the ceremony location at the Crossings is breathtaking, and the reception room is absolutely gorgeous. If we were to choose a venue all over again, it would definitely be the Crossings, and we would recommend this to anyone looking to get married!

My husband and I had our dream wedding at The Crossings at Carlsbad. The venue was so beautiful and everything looked better than I had even envisioned. Our coordinator, Lindsey Bockoven, was so organized and at the same time a calming presence. The service was excellent and food was delicious. We had our ceremony out on the lawn with a view of the ocean. Our reception was inside but the view is still spectacular from the restaurant. The Crossings took care of so many of our wedding needs, it made the planning process so enjoyable. Our family and friends are still raving about how wonderful the location was and how much fun they had.

Selecting The Crossings for our wedding was the best decision! We had the greatest day and we've heard from so many family and friends that they did too. Lindsey Bockoven, who is an Events and Sales Manager at The Crossings (and also our wedding coordinator), kept us calm and updated through the entire process. She was extremely easy to work with, and her positive attitude was very refreshing throughout the entire planning process. We were so lucky to have her help! Everyone at The Crossings was extremely accommodating, professional and flexible throughout our entire wedding planning process and the day of the wedding. And, although we've never done this before... we don't think the wedding could have gone any better!

We had our wedding with 130 of our loved ones and closest friends at the Crossings at Carlsbad on April 12, 2014. Our wedding from start to finish was absolutely perfect. When we chose the Crossings as our venue almost a year ago, we knew we were in good hands. The staff was friendly and helpful, the surroundings were beautiful and the wedding packages were generous and customizable to ensure our day was everything we wanted it to be. Throughout our year long planning process, we worked closely with our venue coordinator Lindsey Brockoven to plan every detail. She was helpful, kind, knowledgable and met every one of my questions and requests with "Sure!" and "No problem!" She is everything one could wish for in a coordinator: calm, cool and collected, and knows how to create a perfect, seamless day. Our quests were blown away by the beauty of the venue and the delicious menu. Our other vendors were almost all chosen from the Crossings preferred vendor list, and every single one was great. It's no wonder they have good vendors—people love working with the Crossings! We are so very thankful we chose to have our wedding at the Crossings.

There are not enough ways I can express my gratitude to The Crossings for all that they did in the months leading up to, and the day of our wedding. Choosing this venue as the place to have our wedding and reception was by the far the best decision we could have made. This place has the most incredible Wedding Packages to insure that you will get the most out of your budget. From the moment we expressed interest, the girls at the Crossings (Sara and Lindsey) made us feel important and appreciated. They were in constant communication with us through the months, and they were always there to answer questions, and send us information that would help with the planning process. We were even invited to try out the entrees to help with our menu selection. Needless to say, we were blown away by the presentation and the taste of the food. It is absolutely delicious. Hats off to our chef! Lindsey ended up being our Day of Coordinator, and she was fabulous in every sense of the word. She kept everything running smoothly, and made sure the day went off without a hitch. She was on top of every little detail, including the rehearsal, and we cannot thank her enough for all that she did. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. From the breathtaking views of the ocean and foothills, to the gorgeous patio for cocktail hour, and the beautiful lighting for the reception. It was all executed with such precision and expertise. Our guests were raving about how stunning everything looked, and how the food was some of the best they had ever tasted at a wedding. The staff made everyone feel like a VIP, which was more than appreciated by all. The Crossings really knows how to put on an impressive wedding, and they truly helped create a lifetime of memories for us. We miss Lindsey, and the Crossings team already!

This venue is absolutely beautiful and Sara was such a pleasure to work with! We fell in love with The Crossings from the moment we walked in and are so happy we chose to have our wedding day here. The ceremony lawn is gorgeous, there's a great balcony for outdoor cocktail hour and the reception space is very unique with vaulted ceilings and large windows showcasing the amazing ocean/golf course views. They offer flexible packages that include everything which made the planning process a lot easier. We went out on the golf course for our bride/groom photos and there was great waterfall/bridge backdrops, which turned out stunning. The food was amazing too, our guests were raving about the appetizers/dinner. There's a couple hotels across the street, which was very convenient for all of our out of town guests and the bridal party.

The best part of it all though was the service! Sara was so helpful throughout the entire planning process. She genuinely cares about creating a magical wedding day. Her friendly personality, responsiveness and attention to detail really put us at ease. She was there to coordinate vendors and kept the timeline of events flowing nicely. We didn't worry once on our wedding day and were truly able to enjoy every moment.

Cannot say enough good things about The Crossings and Sara. You really exceeded our expectations and turned our wedding day dreams into a reality. Thanks for everything!! :)

This place will always have a special place in my heart. Truly fell in love with the place while looking for venues and could not have choosen any place better. First of all it was within our budget! And depending on when you sign your contract they have deals for booking ahead of time.The location was perfect, we got ready at the Sheraton across the street and for guests visiting the outlets and beaches are down the steet and Legoland is close by.
Sarah and Amanda are amazing to work with and always get to your emails in a timely manner. The food is really good too, we had the hardest time choosing our dishes during our tasting because they were all delicious! The servers are amazing, on the day of our wedding they made sure we were able to have some of the hor dourves we choose and had a plate prepared at our table! Driving up to the venue, I'm always in awe by how beautiful the building is! As for photos we didn't have to go far to have great backdrops for our photos, they have a ton of areas to take photos depending on your taste! Beautiful venue and from the patio area you can see the ocean!

We had our wedding here and it could not have been better! The moment we walked in, we both knew it was our venue with its character and charm; it wasn't a stuffy typical banquet hall. We loved the veranda and distant ocean views, the vaulted ceilings with the exposed trusses and the fireplace. My husband's a golf engineer and a golf course was the natural choice for our ceremony. It was gorgeous and the weather could not have been better! That said, we lucked out that there were just a couple clouds blocking the sun right behind where we stood so squinting wasn’t a problem, but this could potentially be a nuisance. Staff was great. We first met Sara Rader who was so helpful and genuine. Within a few months, they added a new wedding coordinator, Alexandra Clark, and she was awesome, too. She was responsive, open, and flexible. She has a great sense of humor and was a very calming soul (more for the rehearsal with than for the actual wedding day which was stress-free)! The wedding went off without a hitch! We missed cocktail hour because of pictures, but the staff brought us cocktails and our guests raved about the appetizers. Dinner was awesome and they even gave me an extra lobster tail from a guest’s plate that couldn't make it. If you love beer like I do, then you'll be happy to know the selection is really good (Stone IPA which was superb among others). We had a personal server who was very attentive and friendly. There was plenty of space for all the guests to feel comfortable (we had 150) including the veranda all night. At the end of the evening, we weren't pressured to rush the clean up (per family/friends who cleaned so we could see people). All in all, it was a 5-star night and there is not a single thing we would have changed. We stayed at The Sheraton (conveniently located within about a 5-10 minute stroll)! The Crossings was the perfect spot for our wedding and reception. The food is amazing (not standard rubber chicken and cold veggies). Sara and Alex are on top of everything and are incredible at keeping you informed and on top of everything needed to make your day a success.

The location is gorgeous with ocean and golf course views. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. This place is a hidden gem! Best place we could have ever picked!

Our wedding was absolutely perfect! Alex (the wedding coordinator there) helped with everything and was so wonderful to work with. Everyone loved the food, the service and the beautiful venue. Our wedding was perfect. Thank you to everyone at the Crossings!

We fell in love with this venue the moment we walked in. We started with a differnet cordinator, but I ended up enjoying working with Sara way better. She is so easy to get aa hold of and is very accomidating to make sure you day goes the way YOU want it to go. She did everything I asked and showed no discomfort in doing anything. We were never pressured for time or anything of that sort. The food was amazing! Everyone was like " OMG! that steak!" or "OMG! that chicken!" I loved how this placce was pretty much a one stop shop. They take care of linens, chairs, food, beverages, deserts and even include your cake as part of you pakage with local bakeries that have a deal with them. Our night was prefect and Sara was amazing and we would have not had it any other way!

We loved Meredith. Our wedding was awesome! It was a beautiful Saturday morning (inexpensive too!) and the setting was perfect. The food was provided and it was EVERYTHING we could have dreamed of. Everyone was talking about it for weeks. They even did an ice cream float station, at my request! The cake and catering was included in the price! It was phenomenal. The Crossings is a beautiful location but it was the staff that made it amazing. I am sure that Meredith is doing an amazing job wherever she is.

The Crossings was a beautiful place to get married. My husband and I live in the Inland Empire and The Crossings acutally had the best prices anywhere around. That was especially surprising being so close to the ocean. Meredith was okay as our coordinator but decided to move to another golf course about a month before our wedding. However, Sara, the new coordinator, was way more attentive than Meredith. She answered all of our questions and handled everything beautifully on our wedding day. She even helped me calm my nerves when I thought it was going to rain on us. The food is phenomenal and nothing like you would expect from a golf course. Also a little tidbit, we had our wedding at around 4:30pm and the restaurant closes at about 7:00pm so we had the whole place to ourselves. Just something to think about when you're planning your wedding here. Just a beautiful place for a bride looking for a classic place to have your wedding.

WE LOVE The Crossings at Carlsbad! Our wedding was July 18, 2010! It was truly a magical day! We loved the venue, it was gorgeous! We loved our coordinator, Meredith, she amazing! And the food wonderful! We highly reccomend The Crossings!

We chose The Crossings because we got better meals for our guests for the reception for a better price than other places we'd checked out. We also liked the look and feel of the whole place. It was great working with Meredith, who was such a big help the day of.

This place is so great, its beautiful and in a great location! Meredith is amazing. She takes care of everything day-of, and will answer any questions you may have in preparation. She is super responsive by email (a requirement for me) and really knows what she is doing there. The food was amazing, everyone loved it! Don't let their everyday golf course food fool you, they have a separate caterer for weddings, and it was outstanding!
Everything is in packages, so you can start with one, and then add/subtract depending on what you would like to do. In my research, I thought their prices are reasonable. Also, the cake was included in our package, so I just had to go the baker they suggested. I also just had to pick out the linens (among lots of other things) with Meredith, no need to contact anyone else! She also did a candy buffet for me, it turned out beautiful!
This venue was perfect for us, and we are so happy with how everything turned out. I would HIGHLY recommend!

I can't say enough good things about The Crossings as a wedding venue! It was one of our favorite vendors and we received rave reviews from our guests. Where to begin? The room itself is gorgeous and not a typical banquet room with the beams, lighting and iron. The views are amazing--we had one of the prettiest sunsets I had ever seen on our wedding day so we lucked out but the ocean views and rolling hills are very pretty. The food was delicious, the top shelf bar selection is outstanding and they kept the entire wedding service running smoothly and on schedule. Even the bathrooms are pretty. There are many hotels in close proximity which is a bonus, one within walking distance.
Best of all was the service we experienced. We worked with Meredith and have maintained a friendship with her even long after our wedding was over--she is genuinely concerned about each and every couple's perfect wedding day and also, their marriage. She even offered an anniversary meal on the house--that was a very pleasant surprise. They were so accommodating with our requests and went well above and beyond our expectations--the satellite bar was a wonderful touch and an extra guest showed up and requested an upgrade in the meal and they did not charge us for that (from kids to adult). They are extremely flexible and answer all communication in a timely manner which definitely put my mind at ease. Best of all--their packages include everything so you are not nickel and dimed with the extras such as chairs or a room rental or even the cake. By the way, our cake was fabulous and so pretty!

I highly recommend The Crossings for a beautiful wedding day with excellent service beyond your expectations. They book up very quickly and for good reason--I think they are the best bang for your buck in North County.

the night was exactly what we had wanted and couldn't have asked for anything more. the staff was accomodating and extremely helpful. the food was great and the vendors we used were recommendations of the crossings and were a perfect match for us. finding the venue was probably the hardest part of the wedding planning, but we knew at our site inspection that the crossings was perfect for us. it just felt right and we are so happy with our decision.

I loved everything about The Crossings! When the old coordinator had left I was nervous that the details of my wedding would slip through the cracks seeing as the new coordinator, Meredith had more than her fair share of events to handle; however, not a single detail was over-looked! I was so impressed. We choose the Crossing because of its beautiful and unique banquet space and breathtaking ocean view ceremony site. All throughout the planning the staff was incredibly flexible, understanding and very pleasant to work with. The service was immaculate, they anticipated all of our guests need not to mention the food was delicious! We also used the vendors that they recommended and were so pleased. The Crossings was exactly what we wanted and we would recommend them to anyone!

We decided to get married at The Crossings because of it's amazing reception room and beautiful views of the ocean. After looking all over San Diego & Orange Counties, it was the best fit for what we were looking for.

Unfortunately, the Catering Manager we initially signed with left shortly after the new year. At first, we were worried, but Sarrah, the Food and Beverage Director, was so patient with us and understanding even though she was holding both positions and was way over-worked. The new coordinator, Meredith, was awesome. Everything worked out perfect in the end!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. The food was unbelievably amazing, the service staff was attentive and responsive to our needs and they were quick on their feet with any of our last minute changes and needs. I would never hesitate to recommend The Crossings to anyone looking for the perfect location to get married!

We had a beautiful wedding and reception on July 31, 2015. Rebecca was our coordinator and she did an amazing job! They were professional, responsive, and friendly! Planning the wedding on my own was stressful but when I talked to Becca she took all of my stress away. I was 100% confident that I could trust her knowing our wedding would be a success!
The ceremony design and reception tables were gorgeous and placed exactly how we requested. I couldn't be happier with how our wedding day turned out! I would recommend this venue to everyone!

Best Venue for your wedding

My husband and I got married at the end of July at The Crossings and we couldn’t be happier! The venue is absolutely beautiful and has all the accommodations you need and want for your wedding. The food is fantastic we got compliments about our choices for weeks after the wedding. But most importantly the staff was phenomenal! We worked with Megan and she was so kind from our very first meeting to the end of our event. She really helped with every detail and making sure we were prepared for our special day! Megan is the best I was so relaxed the day of because I knew she had it all under control and had our vision for our wedding come to life. We are so thankful to everyone that made our beautiful day so special!

Fabulous amazing day

We had a blast at our wedding. The planning portion was so easy with our planner Lauren. She made everything we wanted to happen possible and worked well with so many different family member styles. We 100% recommend her and her staff. Slight snafoos here and there were fixed in timely manners and guests couldn’t stop saying what a great time they had!

What a great venue (for a great price)! We had a party of just under 150. Our ceremony was on the lawn and the reception was in the banquet hall. Everything worked great. We planned our wedding from the other side of the country (our family is in the area). We didn't see the venue until the day before - it was better than the pictures! Kaitlin and the planning staff were great. The food at the reception was also wonderful. They took so much of the stress out of planning.

The only downside (if you are on a budget) is that it is in an expensive area. Was difficult to find reasonable accommodations for guests nearby.

We had our wedding at The Crossings on 7/30/17, and it was absolutely perfect! First, the venue is stunning. The ceremony was outside on a grassy area with an ocean view, and the reception was inside their giant banquet room which is also beautiful. Our guests could enjoy going out to the patio at any time of the night also. Additionally, the food was scrumptious! It doesn't taste like traditional "wedding food" but more like a high-end restaurant. Everyone kept remarking on how delicious it was. Finally, this venue was so easy to work with. Becca was our wedding coordinator, and she was extremely responsive. She has a calm and kind demeanor that made the whole planning process run smoothly. She never tried to up-sell anything and was very respectful of our budget. We went with their most affordable package and it was perfect for us. I love how everything was pretty much all inclusive, from set up/take down, the food, tables, etc. Everyone kept coming up to us and telling us how this was the best wedding ever, and I know it's because of how awesome The Crossings was. They truly know how to put on a wedding!

Lindsey Bockoven and her team at the Crossings are wonderful! From our first site visit to the day of-- we loved them. Since we were doing an outside reception with our own catering (yes it's allowed) we still felt very connected and appreciated for picking the site. The bar, however, is managed through them, but the price options are do-able. The day of went very well with just a few issues with my caterer, and I was very pleased with the way it turned out. The only, and absolute only small issue I had was the flameless candles that were put in lanterns on the table weren't turned on before hand... people had to turn their own on and my dad had to go around, so my only recommendation would be a little more attention to detail on the setup part, but that's also something I could have mentioned or recommended instead of assuming. You will NOT be disappointed with this venue!

I absolutely loved the Crossings! We had a May Wedding and hired their wedding planner, Alex. The venue was perfect- beautiful, in a great location and great for wedding pics. The Venue was easy to work with and Alex was very helpful and patient. I had my dream wedding there and I felt that the pricing was very reasonable.

I had my wedding at the Crossing in May 2012 and I couldn\'t have asked for more! Our wedding planner Alex was very attentive and patient and the venue was so beautiful. My husband and I absolutely loved our wedding and the venue. All of our guests really enjoyed the food.

I had my ceremony and reception at The Crossings and it was fabulous!

I highly recommend using them. The only thing is that the site coordinator (who was the greatest person and half the reason I picked it) is no longer there and she was a big part of the planning process. Hopefully they have hired someone with the same great qualifications though.

The only reason I didn't give them all 5s was that they didn't offer mics and speakers for the wedding ceremony, which is fine, but they didn't tell me until a week before, so I had to scramble a bit to rent the AV equip. Just wished I would have known sooner, especially since their wedding fee isn't the cheapest, i just assumed it was included.

This place is Beautiful and the people running it are so kind and easy to work with.They helped with the wedding planning and made the whole process a breeze. I am very happy that we chose to have our reception at The Crossings, and would definitely recommend this venue!

The before and during part of our reception was great. We enjoyed the service during the planning process and during the reception. The atmosphere and food was good too.

However, once the checks had been cashed and the reception had ended, the service ended. I was highly disappointed in the lack of customer serivce and the poor business ethics and practice on pending issues after the reception. A true shame. They did not make any attempt to correct the wrong doing that they did after the fact. The aftermath is what is reflected in my ratings.

Although at the end of the day our wedding was perfect and beautiful, the responsiveness and level of professionalism at the Crossings was horrible. A week before the wedding we didn't even have a contract, and it was the most stressful part of planning the entire wedding. Calls weren't returned, emails went ignored, and the only way to get a response was to threaten to go someplace else two weeks before the event. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
