Wedding DJ's

The DJ Crew was awesome. They arrived early and were ready and playing music as our wedding guests arrived. They also provided the processional music, happy hour music, dinner music and reception music. They were great at getting our guests to the dance floor and played all the music we had requested. They were more than willing to stay and play music past the agreed upon time. I would highly recommend the DJ Crew to all my friends!

so much fun!!

Cannot recommend John and his crew enough! Choosing a DJ made me nervous, but John assured me they would have everything taken care of on the day of the wedding. They kept us on schedule all night, made the flow of the reception so smooth, and had our guests dancing all night long!! They listened to all of my wants and requests, and truly made our reception. Our guests had so much fun and it wouldn’t have been possible without the DJ Crew!

Excellent!

We had Josh as our DJ, and he was so fun. We didn’t do a super traditional wedding. I mean, we had 3 different songs for the ceremony itself. But he had no problem keeping up with that. He kept the crowd going and played the music that my husband and I wanted and the music that kept everybody on the dance floor.

Killed it!

I can’t say enough positive things about John! Our wedding ceremony and reception were outside with on and off rain for most parts of the day that totally crushed the timeline to hit open gaps in the storm for certain events. John and his helper Casey?, worked 3 times as hard moving their equipment in and out of the rain for multiple switch ups throughout the day. I was waiting for him to just give up all together, it was rough but he always came through soaking wet with such a positive attitude. He’s a full blown professional that just absolutely makes shit happen! His online organization system was fantastic, played everything I wanted to hear and he also had great recommendations that kept people moving all night! A was a firm believer in a good DJ making a wedding fun and I got lucky picking these guys! If you pick them, take trust in them, they’ve been to more wedding than you have and they keep people out there dancing! Thank you John, you guys really made our day awesome, even in the rain!

Amazing!

We had the absolute best time at our wedding with Josh as the DJ. He played everything we had previously requested and did such a wonderful job of monitoring the vibe to keep the party going! I can’t even count the number of wedding guests who came up to me and said Josh was the best DJ they’ve ever had at a wedding. He was able to please all age groups and kept the dance floor packed the entire night. If you want a party, ask for Josh!!

Beyond Expectation!!

The DJ Crew blew us away! When talking to John, before the wedding, he gave me his spiel over the phone and I could picture it on our big day. I was sold. Then, at our wedding, he did exactly what he promised. He hyped the crowd up, he hyped our bridal party up, and he gave everyone a GREAT time. Not only did he ensure everyone had fun in the middle of the craziness of 2020, he was more than a DJ. I had a surprise flashmob/dance planned, at the end of the father-daughter dance, to surprise my husband. I let John in on the secret and he was all in. He, and his crew, took a video of the entire dance and sent it to me the next day!! This was the only footage of the long-practiced routine we had for months, until the videography came back! It was so awesome and above and beyond what we expected. 5/5 stars is not enough.

DJ & Event Planner In One: Highly Recommend

We loved working with the DJ Crew for our wedding. It was very easy to get in touch with them and their event planning website was very straight forward and easy to use. Our DJ for the day of, Josh, was very easy going and fun and also great at his job. He ran around the whole night making sure everything went smoothly while playing great music and getting everyone up and dancing at the same time. Apparently a typical event would have 2 DJs, but because ours was a COVID wedding there was only one. Regardless of this challenge, Josh did a great job and we highly recommend him and the whole DJ Crew team.

Absolutely amazing service!

We, like many others, had to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19. John has been so responsive and set us up for our new date immediately, no questions asked. He has been so lovely to work with, and turned a nightmare into a lovely, happy experience! So Easy to Work With, So Understanding

We had to unfortunately cancel our wedding due to coronavirus, John Kerata has been so understanding and kind surrounding this entire process. It’s hard to find people who still run their company by a high code of ethics- this guy does. Dance Floor Packed All Night!

The one thing I was hoping for at our wedding was for the dance floor to be packed all night and The DJ Crew MORE than delivered! I worked with John Kerata and was beyond impressed by his DJ skills AND his MC-ing skills. My husband and I hired John on the spot after meeting him once in person. His personality was exactly what we were looking for in a DJ. First of all, The DJ Crew has a portal that makes it so easy to pick music as well as a way to submit versions of songs that they might not have. Secondly, you can tell John loves his job by his enthusiasm and overall knowledge of music from every generation. He had great suggestions whenever I was stuck on a specific song. For example, he suggested I don't go with "Single Ladies" for my bouquet toss and instead go with something like "It's Raining Men." We thought that was so unique and clever - It was small things like that which solidified our decision to work with John and the DJ Crew. Before our grand entrance, John came back to pump up our wedding party and told us that we will be setting the mood for the rest of the wedding which he was so right about. John played excellent music and truly knew how to read the crowd, the dance floor was packed the ENTIRE night! John also went above and beyond to help us out after the reception with the sparkler exit. We have gotten so many complements from our guests about how great our DJ was. If you are looking for a DJ who can MC, read a crowd, keep the dance floor packed all night AND helps throw a killer party, look no more and work with The DJ Crew!

Awesome Experience!

The DJ Crew was an absolute hit at our wedding. Tony and Joe played almost every single song we wanted, a few songs we didn't KNOW we wanted, and nothing we didn't. We had guests on the dance floor constantly, and each song was better than the last. There was a perfect mix of oldies, rock n roll, current pop, rap, and everything in between that kept everyone interested, from the handful of children that were in attendance, to all our 30-something friends, to our parents. We can't say enough good things about the great job they did.

The D.J. Crew Was Amazing!!!

Choosing the D.J. Crew for our wedding was one of the best decisions we could have made. They are hands down the best of the best! Our day went so smoothly and was so stress free because Mike was so incredibly professional and so on top of everything. He played great music, he kept the flow of the night running smoothly and on time, he checked in with me and husband whenever he was ready to transition events, he communicated with all our vendors when he was about to make important announcements, he even went above and beyond and got us drinks when we didn't have any come toast time for the speeches! The list goes on and on on Mike's awesomeness! Saying we were happy we booked the D.J. Crew is an understatement. They were absolutely incredible to work with. 110% Would recommend!!!

Would recommend DJ crew and their services 10/10 times for weddings! Shout out to Jeff and Josh for the awesome DJing at our wedding on 10/27! The dance floor was PACKED the whole night and we still have friends and family telling us weeks later what a great "party" we threw! They really know how to read a crowd and keep everyone on the dance floor! Jeff also did our uplighting and texted me a picture of the room before guests arrived to make sure everything looked good (and it did!!!!). Photo booth keepsake booklet is awesome, and our videographers were super laid back and blended in well with our guests and photographers. We would book them over and over again if we could! Thanks for a great and smooth day, DJ crew!!!!

Fantastic DJ!!

From start to finish we had a great experience with the DJ Crew! We had Jim as our lead DJ- and he was fantastic! He played great music, was able to change the songs up quickly and he made sure not to play certain songs that we didn’t want to hear. Jim even went downstairs (of the venue) to grab my reception dress for me. The photo booth was a hit! At the end Jim went out of his way to give us the album as well! Thank you so much again for making our day perfect!!

The DJ Crew did our wedding 9/15. They were amazing!! We had more of an older crowd, but the DJs rolled with it. They did an awesome job picking out songs that suited all ages that were there! They also did a great job on taking care of all that had to be done. We really appreciated that, that allowed us not to worry about any of the little details and just have fun! And have fun we did!! I seriously can’t say enough good things about John Kerata and The DJ Crew. I called more than ten DJ companies and met with the top three. I meant business! I had never been to a wedding before my own, and I kept hearing that the DJ can make or break a wedding. After all, the ceremony is for the couple, and the reception is for the guests. That’s how I looked at it and since all my guests were from out of town, I wanted to make sure they’d be entertained. So I didn’t want a cookie-cutter DJ that announced all the events in a monotone voice, who played all the same music they do at other cookie-cutter weddings, etc. I wanted entertainers. That’s exactly what I got with The DJ Crew. The first conversation I had with John lasted two hours because he was just so personable and our personalities instantly clicked. He took the time to not only go over all of their services, answer all of my questions (and I had a whole page worth of questions), but he also just took the time to chat with me. Then when my husband and I met with him, we knew The DJ Crew was the company for us. We were SO lucky to have John as one of our DJs on the wedding day. Their performance was delivered exactly the way it was promised. They even came up with creative ways to make our reception unique, like the crowd collapsing in on my husband and I after our grand entrance and before dinner. That was SO AWESOME!! If you are looking for a professional company with DJs who are personable, humorous, and AMAZING at reading the crowd, I HIGHLY suggest The DJ Crew!
OH, I almost forgot, I also used their photobooth and videography services. I had guests who attend lots of weddings comment that our photobooth was one of the best they’ve ever seen because it had so much room! And the videography team was AMAZING!! They even pulled out a drone and flew it over the lake and then over us and the guests as we stood in the gazebo. Seriously, they couldn’t have made my day anymore magical than they did!

The DJ crew is amazing!! Our head DJ always made sure i had a drink in my hand and kept the party going. I had a long list of songs to play and he made sure to play them all and really got a sense of our style to help make sure everyone had the best time. We hired the DJ Crew after meeting them at a vendor event. John was great to work with and the website made choosing songs, giving party information, etc...very easy. Jeff and Stoli were our wedding day DJ's and they made our wedding! We got a ton of compliments over the variety of music played and managed to get some non-dancers on the dance floor! I was afraid of having one of those super cheesy DJ's and the DJ Crew eased those fears immediately. Had a great time with them and would definitely recommend!

We got married back in August 2016 and the DJ Crew was absolutely phenomenal. Throughout the night they kept the dance floor going and they were great over the microphone (not too overwhelming like I've seen at other weddings). We made changes to the flow of events (I didn't want to stop the dancing so we didn't do the bouquet toss) and my Maid of Honor and I decided to do some karaoke and the DJ was super accommodating to that! Absolutely the best night of our lives and we have the DJ Crew to thank for that! We also used the photobooth through the DJ Crew company and it was a huge hit :)

I tell you what we never met them prior to the wedding day just had email and phone conversations, but the day of the wedding it was like we knew each other for quite some time. We highly recommend the services provided by the DJ crew for your special event! We had the pleasure of working with Jeff and Casey from the DJ crew for our July 2016 wedding after getting their company’s name from a close friend. Planning our day on the client portal was a great way to make sure we didn’t forget any important songs, and we appreciated the opportunity to talk with Jeff prior to our wedding. Our DJs were so energetic and fun, and they did an amazing job of reading our crowd. Our dance floor was never empty, and more than once, a guest was saying goodbye but stayed because of the next song that came on!

We also added on the videography/cinematography service for our wedding day. We have not received our final product yet (NOT late, just writing a review early!) but our two videographers were incredibly professional and helpful throughout our day. They arrived way before our ceremony to set up and adjust for lighting in our church. They were with us for all of the most important moments of our day and had recommendations for places to shoot video in addition to where our photographers were taking pictures. They worked well with our other vendors and had great vision for our video. We cannot wait to see the finished product!

Excellent! We had Tony and a second DJ I didn't catch the name of. They really set the mood for our wedding reception and kept the dance floor busy. Tony kept the reception moving smoothly and made good suggestions but didn't insert himself unless needed, something I really appreciated. Highly recommend, worth every penny. We had Tony at our wedding and he did such a wonderful job! I had last minute changes that he was more than happy to make despite the wedding being the next day. These guys ROCK! We knew when booking a DJ that we were looking for someone to run the night for us. I did not want to have not one worry about my reception and with these guys, I didn't. They started off the night with SO much energy and just kept it going through the entire night. They watched the guests, took their requests and kept everyone on the dance floor. We didnt plan on doing the couple shoe game and John came to us with the suggestion, it was one of the major highlights of the night! They not only run the dance floor and the night but they also cater to you with any other needs. I cant even explain in words how awesome they are!

Chris and I couldn't express how amazing John was at the DJ Crew. Our wedding was a mix of American and Arabic, which was a first for John. I gave him a couple mix CDs of Arabic and John went beyond our expectations on how he mixed the two music genres together. All night, the dance floor was filled with our families and friends, no one sat down. He made our wedding truly a day to remember!

Don't think twice on hiring the DJ Crew. Not only were they professional but so much fun and took charge of the wedding atmosphere. They are truly the best of the best! Thank you for the everything!

The BEST at what they do. Being a part of the wedding video industry and having attended over 100+ weddings in recent years, it was an easy choice having these guys DJ MY OWN wedding! Bolstering excitement, passion, and creativity they kept the night fun from the minute we arrived to the very last dance. They made sure to fulfill all of our wishes and to bring some of their own creative and fun elements to the table. Seeing these guys work time and time again, as well as seeing how their entire roster of DJs masterfully go above and beyond what's expected of them, I whole heartedly recommend them for any event. DJ crew was amazing! John was so informative & so helpful with everything! It really put my mind at ease. My husband & I had such a hard time picking out music also, we knew our family & friends were of such a variety of ages & music choices we had no idea what to do! When we spoke with John a few days before our wedding we told him exactly what we wanted... Which was to have everyone up & dancing &having a lot of fun! We said we put our trust in ur music choices & left the music selection in his hands!!!! They did an amazing job!!!! I dont think we stopped dancing the entire night!!! They picked the best music for the event & it was appropriate for every single person there! still to this day people tell me that our wedding was the funnest wedding they have been to in a long time! you don't realize how important a DJ really truly is untill its ur wedding! Between them the photographer & videographer they run the event. I wanted to pick someone I could trust &?know would make my wedding all I dreamed of!!! When it came down to picking a videographer &photographer I was clueless as well! I was sick of seeing the same pictures from all our local photographers! When speaking with john he was helpful & informative of some people he's worked with & has seen great results in his area! With his advice I pursued an amazing photographer videographer ( riverfront photography- Bruce johnson &shadow studios).These guys worked amazing together!They feed off each other& know how to work so well together! They captured the moments we were unable to see! It wasn't staged at all & everyone just went with the flow of things!.I am so lucky the the DJ crew were able to be apart of our big day! The DJ Crew was a dream to work with! We had lead DJ Andrew and second DJ Tyrone, and both were incredibly professional but also fun. They impeccably managed the party from start to finish, getting involved on the mic when necessary but not inserting themselves into the party when they weren't needed to keep the fun going. Our dance floor was packed and energy high thanks to them! The event planning system The DJ Crew offers gave us the peace of mind that all of our special requests and music selections would be honored. They were probably a bit pricier than other vendors, but we definitely think the extra money was worth it. Andrew got to know us enough in just one phone conversation and by reading through our planning site, that he knew our music tastes and the vibe we wanted and executed it flawlessly. It was so great to have him in charge! We 100% recommend The DJ Crew.

Just wanted to thank you for the excellent service! The Djs (Andrew and John) were amazing and truly made the reception exactly how we had imagined it! They were easy to work with and made sure at all times that everything was going the way we wanted it. They played every song we asked them to play and picked great dancing songs. We had so many people still dancing at the end of the night they actually started chanting "One more song" and we contribute that to your djs! Thanks again for everything!

The DJ crew did an absolutely amazing job! John is so creative and had so many great ideas for our wedding video! Eric and Eric jr. (videography) were friendly, professional and very helpful! Eric jr. even held my dress as I walked :) They produced and awesome video for us. The DJ crew is a DJ service you don't want to pass on! We had the absolute privilege to work with the DJ crew. John & Jeremy did an amazing job and we couldn't have asked for a better night. They kept the energy going all throughout the night and were very strategic on how they played the music. There were some times throughout the night when we had to change or extend songs and they were great on being flexible and adjusting when they needed too. I was never worried throughout the planning process and trusted their judgement when making song choices to keep the energy high so everyone had a fun time. Phil and Ryan kept the dance floor packed all night. It turned into a 90's dance party and couldn't have wanted it any differently. Phil was able to keep everything smooth and had just the right tone that our intimate wedding asked for. He even let me dedicate a first dance to my friends that never had a wedding reception of their own. Thanks again!

My husband and I knew we wanted to book the DJ Crew for our April wedding because we have seen them perform at other weddings in the past. Let me just say, they did not disappoint! I would like to thank Kevin and John of the DJ Crew for the beautiful, fun-filled memories that our family and friends will forever cherish. On May 10, 2014 my beautiful daughter, Mary, married the love of her life, Josh. They are a very special couple...my daughter is wheelchair bound, however, Josh and anyone else who loves and admires Mary looks beyond that and only sees the gift she is to all. It was evident to all who shared in our celebration that our DJs felt the same. They were exceptional, loving and professional in every way and became like part of the family in our joy. Because Mary loves to dance (in her chair), a dance was exuberantly shared by everyone as they danced in their chairs surrounding Mary and Josh. It was so much fun. The enthusiasm and charisma of the DJs kept the dance floor filled, which included one of the priests in attendance. We all enjoyed the wedding reception so much that at the request of many we extended the celebration one hour longer!!! Again, Kevin and John, "thanks for the memories"!!

I worked with John and The DJ Crew for our wedding. As someone who was helping to plan a wedding from out of state, The DJ Crew was recommended to us, and they did not disappoint. From the first time we spoke, things just clicked, and we were off and rolling. They are experts in what they do, and how the approached our wedding. From how easy it was to communicate with them, to the endless ideas and suggestions based on their experience was truly over delivering on what they promised. Helping to coordinate the ceremony music, entrance music, reception music was a huge help. We had a nontraditional wedding, and The DJ Crew helped to deliver that style. The DJ Crew was the 2nd vendor we booked, which is usually not the second on the list. However, once we had our reception venue/date, we started reaching out to all potential vendors for all our wedding needs, and the DJ Crew was that quick in responding!!

Upon our first phone appointment, we spoke for probably an hour, and John (the rep) was incredibly informative, helpful, excited and re-assuring. He sent me sample videos of their receptions, etc. After that, there was no question we wanted this company to play our music!!

From there, the process of planning, paying and executing is simple. Go into your personalized account, enter in all the information as you get it, make your payment, put your reception timeline on there, and lastly, add your dance music! First dance, father/daughter, mother/son, must play's, maybe play, etc.

My philosophy throughout planning was that if I am paying a vendor to do a job, then I must trust them to do it!! So, when I was sent an email reminding me of a good time to enter x,y, and z information, I did it! The week of the wedding, our appointed DJ called, and went over everything. From how to say bridal party names, to suggestions on the timeline, etc. In short, EASY, easy, easy (as long as you can give them specific information over time on your planning tool).

The day of, we were not disappointed. I cannot remember a point where the dance floor was not packed. Phil picked all the right music, at all the right times. He listened at my requests (which, were limited, because we wanted a variety), and played those too. Some have said it is the BEST wedding music that had heard in some time.

I believe in what they do, and they delivered the exact package they promised. I had recommended them to a friend, and she is using them in August!

The DJ's from The DJ Crew (Jeff and Joshua) did a wonderful job coordinating our events and kept us moving so we got to dance after all the main events (garter toss, first dances, etc.) were taken care of. Additionally, they worked as "damage control" and respectfully declined some inappropriate music requests made by one particular cousin of mine so that I did not have to directly address her or make a scene. I am indebted to them for that- and for being such good sports about handling the announcement of a certain surprise I had arranged for my husband. At one point in the evening, Jeff approached my husband and I to ask if we needed anything to drink or if there was anything else he could get for us. You don't often find the high-quality customer service and professionalism these DJ's provided- and to have such funny, light-hearted yet hard-working, competent individuals was a true blessing on one of the most important days of our lives up to this point. Thank you, DJ's Jeff and Joshua. :) You are superb and I will recommend you to anyone I know looking to host an event in the future.

My husband and I received our package with DJ Crew from the all inclusive package with Elm Ridge Party Center. We had so many compliments from our guests about how good the music was! Even the police officer on duty told me what a party we had! Our lead DJ was Josh, and he was very easy going and easy to communicate with. He was personable and made me feel like I could ask him anything. H was very flexible, and gave me her personal phone number to contact him with any concerns. He played all of the songs we wanted, and all of the genre's of music we like. We had a blast, and danced all night! We would recommend DJ Crew to anyone!

The DJ Crew are Hands Down the BEST DJs ever!!! If you are considering the DJ Crew DO IT!!! Our wedding was On November 9, 2013 and it was everything we imagined! You can now stop searching for your wedding DJ - you've found THE BEST with DJ Crew. Being engaged for 2 years and 6 months, I looked into a lot of DJs and other musical talents. It was a relief to work with such a talented and experienced team. Their website is extremely user-friendly and got us thinking about songs early.

DJ Crew far exceeded our expectations on our wedding day. They gathered everyone on the dance floor for our entrance, and even had us up on a box to one song. They were AMAZING!!! I cannot wait to see the pictures! Every time I went over to ask them something, they were "studying" their musical selections to choose what to play next. We had DJ John and his assistant John for our wedding and OMG!!!
I wonder if I should call him a DJ or an ‘event planner plus DJ’… because DJ John basically coordinated our entire reception party and had everything going smooth as butter and enjoyable as a wedding cake. There wasn’t a dull moment.
I had some bridezilla moments few days before my wedding about how the reception was going to go and no one else (yes no one else) but DJ John calmed me down. He set up a time with us for a phone call 3 days before the wedding and walked us through all the details and sequence of events one-by-one very patiently. That call brought all the pieces of our party together and we knew that we had nothing to worry about.
When we booked him for our wedding he assured us that he knew how to read the crowd and play the music they would like to hear. I can say that he knows what he was talking about! His music made our 92 year old relative stand up and dance. We cannot say enough good words for DJ John Kerata!

Super professional. These guys really know what they're doing. They do a long phone call to get to know you and the vibe you're looking for. Then the website is awesome. You can suggest a bunch of songs so they know what you're looking for but they really play to the crowd to keep the party going. They help keep everything organized amidst the chaos of the wedding and help you with knowing when things need done like garter and bouquets and special dances. We had Jeff and Jake. They were totally great.

I am the groom, and I felt that the DJ Crew helped the night go smoother than I could possibly imagine. We had Kevin and Ryan, and they really know how to get a party going. A couple of days before the wedding, Kevin and I talked on the phone for about an hour about almost every detail, and he carefully listened and took note of any questions or concerns I had. In terms of the type of music played and how the night went, it could not have possibly gone any better. The reception flowed nicely, our favorite songs were played, and they happily answered song requests. Whether classy, roudy, or just simply fun, the DJ Crew was an unbelievable get and is an absolute bargain. I would recommend them to anyone!!

If you are considering booking The DJ Crew, DO IT!! I love working with John, he is very knowledgeable about what he does, was always available to answer any questions I had, and was truly a support! I can tell you that the prices are very reasonable and you will not be disappointed. I had John as the lead and Zach as his assistant. They really knew how to entertain the crowd and keep the momentum of the party :) They also knew how to schedule the activities throughout the night, which was a big stress reliever for myself!!!

I would highly recommend the DJ crew. They were not only entertaining but kind and considerate and went above and beyond the call of duty. We had a crowd that ranged from ages 18-73. They managed to entertain and involve all of our guests. I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation enough for the two class acts from the DJ crew that handled our reception. The DJ crew really worked with me to figure out exactly how I wanted my night to go. They helped me pick out a color of upllighting that would complement my venue/theme/entire wedding and it looked amazing! That night at the reception, I didn't have to wonder what to do next or where to go - they kept me informed and gave great direction without being pushy or trying to take attention away from us. They have the perfect balance of fading into the background and being in the spotlight when we needed them to be! The DJs themselves were super friendly and knowledgeable and kept the mood up the entire night! I can't tell you how many people came up to me commenting on how awesome they were! The DJ Crew really has their act together and knows what they're doing, and they're affordable too! We were suprised how inexpensive they were, we would've paid twice their price for the great job they did! If you need a DJ, you will not go wrong hiring them. I would definitely use them again and reccommend them to anyone who needs a DJ!

If you’re looking for a DJ look no more! The DJ Crew is totally awesome, my experience from day one has been incredible! John is phenomenal to work with and guided me through the process and made booking the DJ Crew a joy! Like most brides, this was my first go around getting married and I was clueless about vendors, planning etc. John did not only help with the DJ part, he also helped me book my wonderful photographer. It is totally obvious he loves to assist brides and help them in any way he can to make their day go easier. If I ever had any problems, DJ Crew had a solution. They also have an online event planner where you can add must play, do not play songs, which was great for me to get a head start on some music my husband and I wanted played.

A week or so before my wedding, Jeff (our DJ) contacted us and went over the whole reception plan with us to make sure everything ran smoothly. He was also very interested in making sure our day was perfect. I gave him a few key songs to play at certain parts of the reception and besides that I just told him to popular upbeat music and he ROCKED IT! My guests were on the dance floor the entire night, everyone loved the music!!! Jeff was totally awesome, he made our night so much fun!

The DJ Crew was AMAZING! From the very beginning of planning, John Kerata was super helpful! He was available when questions arose and was always quick to respond. My husband and I had the honor of having Andrew DJ our entire wedding--ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He was fabulous! The reception was a blast! From the first dance, the dance floor was packed all night! In fact, we ended up keeping them for an extra hour and would have kept them all night had the venue allowed us! It was the best night of our lives and we owe The DJ Crew for help making it all possible! I highly recommend The DJ Crew to anyone and everyone for any event!

Kevin and Ryan were our Djs and I must say they were amazing. Kevin was so fun and funny and really made the night memorable. He was so willing to do everything in his power to make us happy, and he did! It was a fantastic night, in large part thanks to the DJ crew.

Kevin and Ryan from the DJ were amazing! They gave us exactly what we wanted...a dance party! The dance floor was packed the entire night and our guests had such a wonderful time! Many of them said it was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding. Thank you DJ Crew!

Andrew and Jon were awesome! They did the ceremony as well as the reception, and it was great. They really help you through the process - they asked me what I wanted played for every event (like the cake cutting and the unity ceremony, which I didn't even think of picking songs for!). They kept the reception moving along, so we had maximum open dance floor time! They kept everyone up and dancing - I kept thinking that I would sit down after the next song, but then they'd play another song that I wanted to dance to - I never sat down, and neither did most of my friends! They did the little extra things, too, like holding the door for the wedding party and me during the wedding processional. The owner, John Kerata, was fantastic from the beginning, and always responded quickly to my questions and concerns. I can't recommend them enough!!!

DJ Crew was great. The communication was great and their website was easy to navigate. Mike Dixon did a wonderful job as our DJ and John Kerata helped us feel comfortable during the planning process. Mike played everything that we asked (more importantly, stuck to the "do not play list") and commanded the reception well. I cannot thank them enough for their service.

The DJ Crew was awesome! They went above and beyond what I expected from a DJ. I was surprised how great they were outlining the night perfectly. From fine details of dinner to dancing the night away. They made sure everyone had a great time; it was their top priority! It was nice to feel taken care of. The DJ Crew is a awesome company for wedding music or wedding reception. They made everyone want to get up and dance. They made the garter, flower toss and dollar dance very fun and interesting. The DJ Crew surpassed all our expectations - my husband and I have a unique musical taste and Kevin (our lead DJ) made sure he researched and included music we would like. We had several special, out of the ordinary requests that he happily fulfilled. From beginning to end, our experience with The DJ Crew was phenomenal. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly answered, and at 11:00 pm we still had 20 people on the dance floor. The bartender said he'd never seen so many people dancing at a reception. Kevin and Kyle responded wonderfully to our crowd and many are still talking about how great the music was. SOOOO very pleased :-)

I chose The DJ Crew after speaking with and meeting with several local Cleveland/Akron DJs. By far, The DJ Crew was the most professional, knowledgeable and reliable. They promptly returned all of my calls and answered my questions, and even when the lead DJ had some personal issues, he was transparent about what was going on but never let it affect the quality of services he provided.

We worked with John and Andrew, and they took care of everything before and at the wedding. John made sure everyone's names were pronounced correctly - and that I always had a drink in my hand! I would recommend The DJ Crew to anyone, especially for a mid to large sized wedding.

These guys were great. Set up all the paperwork online which is nice and convenient for us people that work crazy schedules. They called us a few days before the wedding and went over everything with us in person which was nice and made it easier to go over the flow of the night. It was nice to see 2 guys show up in tuxedos to a wedding!!

The DJ Crew played my cousin's wedding last September and did an amazing job, so I knew (even before we got engaged) that they would be DJing our wedding. They are FAR from your typical wedding DJs - they really work to keep the crowd on the dance floor and keep everyone in party mode. Jeff & Kevin did a fantastic job of making sure that we were taken care of, that our requests were being met, and that we knew what was going on for every moment of our reception. Our guests raved about how great the DJs were, and I have recommended them to numerous people.

The dj crew dj'd my oct 2nd wedding at Gervasi Vineyard @ north canton

The weather was crapy but Phil & Zack helped the guests and my wedding party forget about the cold!

Before the wedding John was great about helping me with questions through email or phone (even if it was 11pm and my original dj backed out!!!!)

Any time or place I had a question or concern or just being a bridzilla..lol...The DJ CREW was always there for me!

Our wedding was a huge success, thanks in large part to the awesome DJ service provided by DJ Crew. Kevin was the DJ for our wedding and kept the crowd engaged throughout the night. They talked with our daughter and her fiance a few days ahead of time to understand the types of music they wanted. Kevin talked the wedding party through the schedule for the evening and gave us pointers on how to set the tone for a fun evening. Then they provided relaxing music during dinner followed by one song after the next that got the majority of our guests out on the dance floor for a good part of the night. Everyone had a wonderful time.

I really lucked out by finding this company. I couldn't have asked for anything better! John is a fantastic dj. He listened to all of my suggestions, and offered his own when mine were a bit off. (and by the way, he was spot on!) He was also very good about taking requests, and ignoring the really bad ones- lilke Highway to Hell that was suggested by a recently divorced friend. ;) Everyone, including my mother, complimented me on my choice. They all found him to be a good leader, and very interactive, without stealing the show. We were very pleased, and would readily recommend The DJ Crew to anyone.

The DJ Crew was awesome!! I was a little bit nervous leading up to the wedding because the DJs are somewhat hands-off (you basically fill out a questionnaire of the songs you would like to be played, and then your lead DJ calls you the week of the wedding to confirm). But, everything went off PERFECTLY at our reception. The DJ repeatedly checked in with my husband & I to see how our night was going, if we needed anything, etc. The song choices were spot-on too. There was actually a time early in the reception when the DJs started a song and guests left the dance floor, so they actually stopped the song and put something else on that guests came back out and danced for. My husband & I were extremely impressed - as were our guests who stayed and danced until after midnight.

My husband and I loved our DJs. We got a good deal because we got married on a Friday, but their normal fee is very reasonable. They also have a strong referral program that will give you further discounts, if you use it. As far as their services go, I thought they were wonderful. They did everything I wanted and took care of tons of stuff I hadn't thought of. And they were extra-creative for me, too. I didn't have any good ideas for a song for the cake-cutting, but since my husband is Swedish, I thought they could just play a clip of the Swedish Chef from the Muppets, or something like that. So, they mixed a special song just for us using music and clips from the Swedish Chef. I thought that was great. And they were willing to play lots of Swedish music that we had burned onto a CD and brought with us. Somehow, they just worked it all into the mix and kept a great tempo to the evening. Kevin was the lead DJ, but he also had a second DJ there to assist. We were so satisfied with how Kevin guided the evening and he made sure that we were comfortable and calm at every point. That was worth quite a bit, itself. And all of our guests thought it was a really fun time! In the end, we were very happy to have chosen The DJ Crew.

A-MA-ZING. We wanted a party and the DJ Crew gave it to us. When we told John we wanted the biggest and best entrance ever - he dove right in. He coordinated with our lighting team, mixed a special version of the song we came out to, helped my bridal party set off sparklers and even sent us youtube videos to help us choreograph our dance moves. It set the mood for a good time - and that we did. The moment I knew they were genius - the dancing crowd was at a lull and the DJ Crew knew exactly what to do. They put on "Hang on Sloopy", the crowd immediately picked back up for an endless night of dancing.
Dedicated? Yes. Fun? You betcha. These guys get 5 all around.

The Dj Crew, dj'd by wedding sept 16, 2011. They deserve more than 5 stars...The day started off behind and as a bride i was stressed out but Phil and Zack were great!!! Phil, played everything that i can remember wanting as well as some requests. They both were awesome, providing constent entertainment as well as the perfect transition between dinner to dance music. AFter some of my older crowd the party kicked up a notch and they were amazing. One thing my mom loved was the fact she could actually here people at her table, since my mother isn't a dancer lol. They cordinated everything and I didn't have to worry about a thing!!! They gave me everything i could hope for in my special day. Thanks to The Dj CREW and to especially Phil and Zack!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They also provided my ceremony music..so thanks bunches!!!!!!

The DJ CREW deserves more than a 5! They said they would keep the guests dancing and they did! My husband and I did not have to worry about what event was coming up next; It was coordinated for us! They even helped us out with getting the jello shots from the kitchen when the hall wouldnt give them to my maid of honor! They were great and fun! Many thanks to The DJ CREW!
