  Incredible

  Amy and the staff at The Crane Bay were nothing but incredible the entire process from touring the venue to the night of the wedding. The venue was pristine, the staff was friendly and incredibly accommodating, the food was amazing and made our wedding reception one of the best I’ve ever attended!

  I cannot say enough good things about The Crane Bay. I'd been there for a work party nearly two and half years ago and decided that if I ever got married, that was the place to do it. Luckily, my husband agreed. We booked them almost a year and a half in advance. Amy Keemer is the absolute best, as well as all of their staff. They were so welcoming, helpful, and did everything we asked and more. The venue itself is industrial and urban, it's perfect if you are looking for that vibe. I think every single guest we had (150) commented on how amazing they were. The food was excellent and the bartenders were fantastic. They were flexible and very communicative. Like I said, I won't be able to say enough good things. Our wedding went on without a hitch, and it definitely was thanks to Amy & The Crane Bay.

  This place set the bar for customer service! As the Father of the Bride I do not have one single complaint with this venue. We had 300 guests and I think every one of them commented on the venue and the service as "the best they have ever seen". I couldn't recommend them more. We worked with Amy Keemer and she was the absolute best!

  So I spent a weekend looking for venues with my mother and mother-in-law. We just couldn't find the right place, so my mother-in-law mentioned Crane Bay. We drove up to it, and I gave a quick "No." Of course they made me walk up, and they were setting up an event. One of the guys setting up was very inviting and showed us around. Umm... WOW. I knew right then and there that this place was it. You can pretty much do anything with the space, and they will help make it all happen! They were so easy to work with. We struggled to find a time to make it to tastings because my husband and I recently had moved out of the state. They helped us work it out so we could get every detail figured out. The food was amazing and not that sub-par wedding food. I have absolutely no complaint about the place. Our wedding went so smoothly and was sooo perfect. If you are looking for something urban and different this is definitely the place to go!

  I can't say enough how wonderful the staff at Crane Bay was at our wedding. From start to finish they were incredibly helpful, friendly, responsive, and easy to work with! The day of our wedding was absolutely flawless because of the incredible staff at Crane Bay! We could not have picked a better venue for our big day!

  We couldn't have imagined hosting our wedding at any other Indianapolis venue besides The Crane Bay. Absolutely everything was gorgeous, the food was excellent, and their outstanding staff was so accommodating throughout the entire process. We loved the modern unique characteristics of the venue and how we were given the opportunity to customize our decor and the flow of the event into different areas of the building throughout the night. We would give more than 5 stars to them if we could and we would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a venue in Indy!

  Our wedding was fantastic at the Crane Bay, and we had multiple people it was the best wedding they had ever been too. We had a very large wedding (around 300 people) and both the price per entree and catering minimum were cheaper than any other venue that could have accommodated us. In addition, the food was not only unique but delicious. They are a full service venue, so you don't have to book a caterer, linen people, sound techs, etc. The only things you need are photographer, band/dj, videographer, and cake person. Crane Bay takes care of everything else. The space is beautiful on its own with all the lighting, but you can add to it as you please. Amy and Amanda were both super responsive and accommodated our less traditional needs. If you want an unforgettable, unique wedding that is customizable (both in the sense of price and decor), then I highly recommend Crane Bay.

  This venue is PERFECT! My now husband and I stumbled upon this beauty while searching venues in Indianapolis and were truly blown away. The entire space is customizable, making every event unique. The gals that worked there (Amanda and Holly) are phenomenal. They were so responsive and willing to help when I was at a standstill in our planning. The whole day went off without a hitch. Our guests haven't stopped raving about how awesome it was. We held both the ceremony and reception here and had more than enough space to accommodate everyone. All of the lighting is customizable too! Even the FOOD is great which made our guests very happy. I couldn't be more thrilled with our selection of the Crane Bay. The day was so easy and carefree - they know their stuff!

  Crane Bay is an amazing wedding venu!! Not only is it fun and modern, but the staff and service is top notch. They were helpful and knowledgeable while not pushy . The actual day of the wedding we were blown away with their professionalism. We could not have asked for a more perfect day! The food was great, our guests had a great time!

It can be divided up into cocktail space and reception space. There is plenty of room to hang out during the reception if you are not on the dance floor. There is even outdoor space, including a fireplace, to enjoy the outdoors. The staff is some of the best around. They will work with you to get everything exactly the way you want it. My husband and I have to admit that we expected at least SOMETHING to go haywire at some point (as really you should with any event this big and detailed), but at 11:30pm we looked at each other and said it was PERFECT! This is because of Crane Bay's staff! Their team is the definition of service and care. We were blown away by all the little things and considerations everyone made. We had numerous people say it was the best food ever. We also heard, “the venue was beautiful,” and “oh my goodness the staff is so sweet.” The care they put into their work has left a memory with us and our guests that will be cherished for a lifetime! Thanks a million for the best night ever!

  GREAT VENUE! THE WEDDING WAS A HUGE HIT!!! I would recommend this venue to any bride/groom getting married, great place, great team, great potenital!!! They did a wonderful job, were very helpful and reliable and creative. Great service on the actual wedding date at the reception, everything looks wonderful !!!

  The space was absolutely beautiful! Everything came out exactly the way is wanted. Food was good and good service. I love how it’s a space that you can really make your own. Amy was great to work with. I would recommend Crane Bay a million times over!
