Recommend The Copy Shop For All Your Needs!
I was a large "to it yourself" bride who works in communication/marketing and has the ability to figure out how to make each element I wanted, but at some point I simply don't have time to do it all! The Copy Shop was wonderful to sit down with to look at options of save the dates, invitation suites, and programs. It was a fun process to gather ideas from their many ideas and designs. Their designer, Makenna was so patient as I designed part of the suite but she finished it out. They provided ideas on colors, designs, paper options, and were personal. When planning my wedding, I didn't want my suite to look like other weddings and they made sure it was classy and personalize to me, better than most online options. We even created fan programs for our outdoor wedding - they were such a hit! This is something we wouldn't have thought about without the Copy Shop! I think it is vital to support small business where you live, and the Copy Shop provided quality, competitive cost, unique designs quick turnaround and a great experience. I would recommend this to anyone in the area getting married! -

Best printer in town for wedding materials
I got married NYE 2022 and the copy shop did the best job printing all of our stuff! We had a lot of last minute orders and they were so fast and efficient. I cannot imagine how we would have been without them. We even did our invites and thank you post cards with them.-

Beautiful Invitations!
When we decided to get married, there was no decision-making as far as who to go with for invitations. I’ve worked with The Copy Shop on other projects and have ALWAYS been very happy with the work they do. Their selection and attention to detail is just Amaziing! The PERFECT wedding invitations!
I used the Copy Shop for my save the dates and formal invitations. Both turned out so lovely. I received LOTS of compliments on our invitations. I’d highly recommend this place for anyone wanting beautiful invitations. Ask for Deb! -

November 19 Wedding
We started working with The Copy Shop in May of 2022 before our November wedding. They were so kind, patient, and knowledgeable in their field. We started from scratch with invitations. This was a bit overwhelming! Amy and Deb helped me to decide on a style, font, and so on. They were patient with our many modifications and add-ons (bless you both!) I purchased, invitations, programs, thank you cards, menu cards, table numbers, cookie stickers, and a seating chart. I was so ecstatic with every piece!!! It was obvious that this company takes pride in their work. I will forever recommend The Copy Shop!!! Thank you all!! -

When you want all the details perfect!
The Copy Shop is wonderful, wonderful to work with. This is our 2nd daughter wedding, and they also did the invitations for our son's rehearsal dinner and couples' party in the last 4 years. They are so accommodating, fast turn around and so professional. Excellent service, product, & price!
We had a very limited budget but wanted to mail quality wedding invitations for our daughter’s wedding. After checking prices for 200 invitations with several printers and online options, The Copy Shop was our choice. They provided samples of actual invitation styles, paper choices, colors, font styles, envelope styles, and more. Their guidance through the process was excellent. When proofing, we were able to make slight changes quickly and receive the final printed invitations in a very short time. The final price was definitely within our budget! We strongly encourage others to check out The Copy Shop in Bloomington, IL for any printing needs. You can do everything online or visit their shop to touch the papers. Affordable Quality and Selection That's Customized
Whatever your ideas may be for your invitations, signage, etc...The Copy Shop will make it happen and at a competitive, affordable price point. The graphic designer asked all the right questions to make sure they had all the info they need and understood how to make our ideas a reality. They even had suggestions of their own that I'd have never thought of that took what we wanted to the next level. Their service is fantastic and personable. They are so much more than a place to get your invitations, too! They do celebration banners, they can take high quality images to print on canvas (Hi! We're going to be using them for this for one of our wedding photos), they can even print personalized items for your wedding favors. They are going to be our go-to for any of our future printing and design needs. I cannot recommend them enough. This is an amazing company. we were able to meet with a very knowledgeable staff member, see examples and pick out our invitation package within a couple of hours. The prices are affordable too! Unfortunately, we had to cancel the wedding due to COVID-19, but TCS helped us create a regret card that matched the invitations. I cannot possibly put into words how amazing Kat at The Copy Shop is! Planning my wedding was a fairly stress-free affair, but working with Kat was an absolute breeze. My save the dates were stunning and when I didn't like my original wedding invite design, Kat worked with me to make it perfect. They were also extremely fast and the price was very competitive compared to other name brand copy shops such as Fed Ex. Amazing Work
I worked with Monica at the Copy Shop to create our wedding invitations, wedding programs, seating chart, and several signs for the reception. She did an amazing job. When asked for changes she was prompt and did fabulous. The invitations were everything I wanted and I got so many compliments on them.
From step one with out appointments they were easy to work with and provided us with tons of options to show we could go in many different directions!

The Copy Shop was so easy and great to work with. I looked online at do it yourself places and got overwhelmed and stressed. I thought a place like this would cost so much more than those places, but not the case! They met and exceeded my expectations and helped so much with each aspect of my wedding (save the date, invites, all signage etc.). I highly recommend the Copy Shop! We used them for my daughter's wedding. We worked with Lauren on wedding invitations, programs and a seating chart. She did an outstanding job of designing and helping us with paper/envelope/ink/color selections - the finished product was just beautiful. Lauren had so many great suggestions on aspects of design and printing that we would have never considered! Lauren was also extremely responsive and I never felt stressed because she made everything easier. I am soooo thankful someone recommended The Copy Shop to me for my wedding invitations. I loved how I could stop by the "bridal showroom" just to take a look at what they had to offer without making a firm appointment. After, looking things over I knew this company was exactly who should do our invitations for our big day. I scheduled an appointment with Monica where we sat down and discussed ideas. I told her a little about our wedding style, showed her my swatches, discussed what I wanted and didn't want for our invitations, and explained to her how our guest list was totally massive so I would have to keep things affordable. I felt like we were totally on the same page when I left and that was confirmed when I received my proof in less than 3 days after we met. The proof was incredible and required very few changes. I was super impressed with how well she matched my theme/colors and how quickly she was able to produce something so perfect for such an affordable price. The entire process was seamless and so easy. I cannot believe I was actually considering purchasing from some "cookie-cutter" printing website that didn't really go with our theme, wasn't personalized or unique to our style, wasn't designed by a designer I could actually sit down and brainstorm with, and was 2x as much money. We just sent out our invitations a few days ago and I have already received tons of text messages complimenting them. Many people have said our invites are by far the prettiest they've ever seen. We weren't able to find the look we wanted for our invitations online through Etsy, Minted, etc. After one meeting with Monica, graphic designer, at the Copy Shop, she was able to capture what we wanted and use that theme for our invitations & all reception paper needs (placecards, table signage, etc.). It created a really polished look to have our invitations collaborate with the reception. We absolutely loved the design & quality received from the Copy Shop! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE COPY SHOP! They made the graphic design part of the wedding- from invites to programs and thank you cards a breeze! I tried to order my stuff online through Minted or Vista Print to "save money", but I quickly realized it was much more cost effective to go with the Copy Shop. Not to mention I got better quality, custom designed prints that I could actually look at before ordering, instead of the risky “online proof”! The personal touches of a custom designed invite made a huge difference in my opinion. My husband and I got complement after complement on our invites, thank you’s and programs! I worked with Lauren to create the Save the Dates for my wedding, and I had a wonderful experience! She took the few ideas I had along with the location/subtle theme of my wedding and created a unique product that was unlike any other save the date I had seen. During every step of the design process, I received a proof and had to approve it prior to the final print. She was willing to print off a sample one for each design as well and make any changes we felt were necessary. I felt SO much more comfortable doing this rather than ordering from a random place online because I could actually see a printed copy of my save the date before all of them were printed. The Copy Shop was excellent to work with for our wedding invitations and more! Lauren’s designs were amazing, very creative, and gave our wedding stationary suite a cohesive look from the invitations to the wedding programs and even the seating chart. She often gave us multiple options at different price points so each project fit within our budget. Our invites etc. were less expensive, more personalized, and more beautiful than any of the online retailers. We live about an hour away from Bloomington, so it was really wonderful for us that Lauren was very easy to communicate with through email. We highly recommend working with the Copy Shop!! -

I contacted Amy when we were looking into having someone design our wedding invitations for our daughters wedding. She answered as many of our questions as she could and then suggested we meet with one of their designers. We worked with Lauren on designing the invitations, programs, and escort cards.. She was very helpful and always got back to us right away if we had any questions. We got so many compliments on the invitations and the wedding programs. We had custom invitations, programs, and thank you notes created by one of the designers for our wedding. We LOVED them and the cost was amazing! We saved so much money and we had beautiful, meaningful and custom invitations for our wedding. Monica and the staff at the The Copy Shop were so helpful in creating my wedding invites! She listened to all my feedback and somehow knew exactly what I wanted with the littlest guidance. The staff is friendly and quick to respond! Everything was reasonably priced and they were upfront with all costs that would be incurred and offered options for any budget.
