Let me tell you - CSH was EXACTLY what I was looking for on my big day. It is a beautiful blank canvas for any brides who have a specific vision (um, hi. im the problem its me). The venue is stunning, it's unique and spacious and feels so personal and the staff are exactly as helpful as you need them to be!! I am someone who prefers to have folks out of my hair who just let me goooooo. And they really were that. The venue was also more affordable for the whole weekend than the other places I looked at for 6hrs. Which made the entire difference to me. -

Amazing !!!!
This place is amazing for the cost , it will be very dyi but completely worth it ! The space is gorgeous , patio perfect dance floor ! My guests are still taking About it . -

Beautiful and Worth the money!
We got married on 10/02/2020!
We originally were suppose to get married back in April but due to Covid we had to postpone. Abby was amazing with accommodating our needs throughout the entire process. The location is stunning and was more than I ever could have imagined. I highly recommend The Cool Springs House! It’s budget friendly but not cheap looking! If you’re a newly engaged couple, consider this location for your wedding! -

Abby was so nice and very responsive. Everything about my wedding was perfect. The venue is so beautiful, and a great value for the price. We booked for the night before for a little last minute rehearsal dinner and it was so nice having everything we needed on site and being able to get stuff to the venue the night before. -

We got married at the Cool Springs House a few months ago and it was the perfect venue. We had a smaller wedding, around 55 people, and a lot of the other venues we looked at felt too big, but Cool Springs was perfect! We set up a tent and had dinner and dancing as well as the ceremony outside, but it was nice to have the inside of the house to get ready and set up food and the bar. It would also work for bigger weddings with a tent outside. The brides room upstairs was so cute and a perfect place to get ready! We also liked that they let you use whatever vendors you chose, and they were by far the most affordable venue we looked at! -

This venue was gorgeous! We had so many different options for pictures both inside and outside the house. Ended up being an extremely hot/humid day but we set up tables and chairs inside the house as well to cool down. We rented the house for our rehearsal dinner as well; would have been impossible setting everything up in time if we hadn't. Abby was our City of Brentwood contact and she was great with keeping in contact and and making the contracts easy to navigate. Great price for a beautiful wedding venue!! -

More than Expected!
I am beyond happy with this venue. It is so beautiful itself, that we barely needed decor. The property is so well kept and clean. They really have it together and know how to cater to weddings and big groups. Everything we needed was supplied. We used their vendor list for tents, etc, and it was beyond beautiful! I am literally lost for words. We picked this venue because of our budget and ended up getting way more!!! -

Rachel Sent on 04/23/2018We loved our wedding at the Cool Springs House! If you're looking for a DIY venue for a guest list on the shorter side, this is your place. It's a beautiful house with beautiful grounds with lots of history and charm. Although it did rain on our wedding day and we had to do the ceremony under our tents, we were able to hold the reception inside and it was the perfect size for our 65 guests to move about comfortably. I do think, though, that any more than that and we may have felt a little cramped. Abby is a great venue manager and super responsive and helpful. She responds to emails very quickly and will send you payment/forms reminders before they're due so you won't forget and fall behind on what is supposed to be turned in and paid for. I do wish there were maybe a few more things provided such as more chairs/tables and maybe a thick runner for the aisle in case of rain or wet ground, but otherwise it's great. The bridal suite upstairs is beautiful and spacious for getting ready. It has it's own bathroom and mirrors/vanities, lighting, couch/chairs, and furniture for a comfortable day. When you rent the venue, you are allowed in by 8:30am and can use it up through 11pm. We rented it the day before as well for decorating, preparation, and the rehearsal, which is something i would suggest anyone do. Like I said, it is very DIY, so you pretty much have to provide almost everything, but you can use literally any vendor you want, which is nice. I highly recommend this venue!

The Cool Springs House was absolutely perfect for our casual outdoor wedding! The staff was always prompt to reply to my many questions and even let me tour a couple different times. Overall, great experience, great price tag for a beautiful and versatile venue.
