We had the most wonderful day! They are so easy to work with, always got back to us promptly when we had questions, and were all around accommodating. It was so fun getting ready in the bridal suite and the grounds are so beautiful for pictures. The food was delicious and for in my opinion the entire venue is a great value. I could go on and on! I honestly don’t have one complaint.

What a beautiful venue! The staff at Spurwing were so easy to work with. All of the little details were taken care of, leaving us to enjoy our evening wedding reception without a hitch. The food was so tasty, and the service was exceptional.

SpurWing was fantastic! We put together our wedding in one month, and Sean Cooper was indispensable! The grounds at SpurWing are gorgeous for pictures and the available spaces, both for the ceremony and the reception, are perfect! I cannot recommend enough!

The Club at Spurwing was a beautiful! All the staff were helpful and professional. Jessca was amazing to work with and was always available to answer any questions we had! Our wedding turned out perfectly! The food was amazing and although it took some time to get the speciality meals to our guests they all complemented on how delicious their items were! Highly recommend!!!

We had a beautiful wedding reception for our daughter Michelle and new son-in-law Phillip at SpurWing on June 10, 2018. I can't thank Mandy De Castro enough for her constant care in all of the preparations, including the menu tasting, updating the contract with my numerous changes, the setup of the room, and even speaking Portuguese with our new relatives from Brazil. The event was executed perfectly.

Our guests were so impressed and constantly remarked about the event and how wonderfully the food tasted. Many said it was the best wedding reception they had every attended. Furthermore, it was especially helpful that Mandy asked us to create a timetable for the day of the event. We, the chef, servers, and Mandy were all following the timetable, which ensured that the steaks were cooked medium rare and served at the time on the timetable. Most of our guests had chosen the Beef Filet and are still talking about it. The beautiful look of The Club also provided so many comments.

Tom and I would like to thank Mandy and everyone involved in making our event so special. We appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. The fabulous employees of SpurWing are really gems. Thank you again for a memorable event.

The Club at SpurWing was an amazing venue. We had access to the venue early to setup decorations, not many were needed because the venue is beautiful!!! Mandy the event coordinator was awesome and easy to work with. She answered all questions and if she had a follow up questions she would ask instead of assuming. The cost of the venue is well worth the experience to be married at SpurWing, we were taken care of and received updates if there were changes or questions. I am so glad we used The Club at SpurWing for our special day, they were a big part of why it was so special. Great place, great people and just an all around amazing time!!!

My wife and I looked at many different venues for my daughter's wedding luncheon and reception, and we were becoming frustrated with what we were finding available. Spurwing was recommended by one venue as a quiet and elegant place to have a wedding luncheon and reception.
In speaking with Mandy at Spurwing, she invited us to a mock wedding reception to see first hand what would be available at Spurwing for such an occasion. We returned a few days later and were amazed at the professional services who were participating during this mock event.
My wife and I were able to see first-hand rooms available to the Bride and the Groom, the table set up & tableware availability, photographer, music options, florist, cake specialist, cosmetologist, and food. I was so impressed with the coconut chicken skewers created by Spurwing's chef that I was convinced this venue would be a wonderful experience for all attending.
In the end, my wife and I were pleased, extremely, with the outcome of our daughter's wedding luncheon and reception because we were able to walk into our event, have everything set to perfection and simply relax and enjoy our special event with family and friends.
I highly recommend Spurwing as a wonderful place to hold such an event as wedding luncheon and reception. My Mother-in-law could only make many glowing comments about the atmosphere at Spurwing, florist work, cake specialist and the chef's preparation of the menu.

Within two weeks of becoming engaged, Mariah and Jordan were looking for their venue. We looked at three possibilities in the Meridian area, and they instantly wanted Spur Wing for two reasons: Mandy treated them with respect and professionalism from the 'get go' despite their younger age, and the beauty and character of the Club House. For the next 7 months, Mandy was always helpful and made herself available to answer any and all questions we had as the planning continued, including directly working with other vendors. On the big day, everything went according to plan, starting at 9am with delivering mimosas to the girls getting ready, to box lunches, to setting the tables, the appetizers upon arriving from the wedding, the meal, and the late night snacks - all served on time and ALL the food was delicious. We heard rave reviews from many guests, for the entire evening, for food, the beauty, and the wonderful staff. Speaking of, all the staff were amazing on Saturday- very friendly and more than happy to do whatever was needed. As an example, further into our evening, some of guests had left, so our two rooms (the Lounge and the Gold Tee) felt empty; so I asked if it was possible to shut down the Gold Tee Room (so everyone would now be in the Lounge) and bring the selfie station into the Lounge..."no problem" they said and it was done in minutes. Another example, our cake vendor forgot to brink an extra box for the bottom layer, the Spur Wing staff quickly wrapped it up tight for us. We are so happy with the decision to use Spur Wing for Mariah and Jordan's wedding day and reception. Spur Wing was a big part of making their day so very special. Thank you to everyone involved! This was a beautiful place to have a wedding and reception. The staff was awesome, friendly and very professional. Mandy (the wedding coordinator) was so helpful in planning the perfect occasion and was even on site during the event to assure that everything went smoothly. Mandy helped create a perfect day, not one thing went wrong and I credit it to her coordination and attention to detail. We had a late October wedding reception at the Club at SpurWing for 120 people. We had planned to have some tables inside and some tables and dancing outside on the east patio that is, until the weather turned rainy and windy forcing us to move entire reception inside. Within in 48 hours, we changed the entire room lay out and changed our dinner service from buffet to a plated meal. The dinner was delicious, the service top notch and pleasant, and the administrative team responsive and flexible in accommodating our needs and change in plans. We would rate the entire experience as excellent, from the planning stages, through decorating and finally hosting the reception and dinner. Spurwing was prompt and fair in their billing and provided us with ample time to remove our rental items and decorations from the facility. Even the club members were welcoming and friendly to us as non-members. I heartily recommend Spurwing without reserve. kl

Spurwing was absolutely amazing. They're food was amazing and they were all so professional and kind.

Sean and Mandy were great to work with! I was a little disappointed our golf reservation for the groomsmen and father of the bride was cancelled a week before the wedding. But the guys golfed at Banbury instead and had a wonderful time. The wedding side of things at Spurwing was GREAT. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thanks, Sean and Mandy. It was a beautiful day! You even provided great weather for our event. Not too hot or cold.

We used the Sunset room for our wedding reception. We arranged catering and our own wine. Spurwing provided everything else as they said they would. They were great to work with and more affordable that other venues we looked at.

I LOVE THIS VENUE!! I was so unsure about a country club because we don't fit in with that life style. We met Sean and he was wonderful! He gave us a tour, went over every part of the contract! and they are flexible with our budget! I can't wait to say I DO

I just had my reception at Spurwing this last weekend. The whole night went off without a hitch. Sean Cooper was responsive and took care of all of our needs quickly and efficiently. He answered question with no annoyance and was there the day of to make sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding; they were incredibly accommodating and easy to work with.

Absolutely beautiful golfcourse reception place. Large area for great dance floor. Guests were able to stay inside at their tables eating, dancing on the dance floor, lounging at the bar, or outside enjoying the gorgeous scenery of the golf course. The facility really is beautiful. The person I worked with no longer works there, but he was excellent to work with. The food was amazing, and everybody commented on how classy and expensive my wedding seemed because of it. I wouldn't have gone anywhere else for my reception.

SpurWing did an incredible job hosting our wedding; we can't say enough good things about our experience with their entire crew. They were very professional, courteous, and accommodating. Everyone was wonderful to work with and I honestly can't identify a single thing that didn't go as planned that was part of their service. It felt so nice knowing the comfort of our guests and the overall hosting of our wedding reception was in their competent and caring hands. My new husband and our families did not have to worry about a thing during our reception.
The facility is very beautiful and elegant while still allowing guests to feel comfortable and at ease. We loved the outdoor fire pits and the extra room for a kids play room.

My brother used to work at Spurwing so I knew the food was amazing and the room was beautiful. The event manager was somewhat flakey but with perseverance we were able to put together a custom menu and impress all the guests. The day of the wedding we dropped of the decorations and the staff decorated the tables beautifully. Everyone is still talking about how amazing the food was and how elegant the reception was. I've been told over and over that our wedding was by far the nicest.

I really liked it. It made our reception seem high scale. The servers were great, they gave me and my wife our own plate of food when they realized we did not have time to eat. Also, not having to clean up afterwards was nice.
