I had my wedding here and let me say Fabienne the director of catering really helped me get excited for wedding planning. She is so sweet and knowledgable making the process so smooth. The venue is beautiful and big enough for any size wedding.

What can I even say? We got married Oct 12,2024 and seriously had the most perfect wedding day! Our guests cannot stop raving about every part of our day!

The before: Everything started with Fabienne, who was the absolute best person to work with in our journey. She provided top notch service and was always responsive to our emails and calls. She is so knowledgeable so she was able to provide tips along the way to make sure everything was great. The “admin” side of our day went so smoothly because she is extremely organized and got everything together for us. Her attention to detail is SO GOOD. She also handled the set up of our items and everything was PERFECT. It ended up raining on our day, and Fabienne and her team were able to pivot so quickly so that we had the most perfect day and the coolest set up! For our ceremony! It was a dream come true. I know there is a ton of coordination on the back end during the day and we could not have had the perfect day without Fabienne! (We did not have a separate Day of Coordinator. She handled everything day of and was a total rockstar!)

The food: STELLAR. Everything is a hit! The maple Ginger salmon was absolutely delicious. The chicken and filet were awesome as well. Our appetizers were definitely a hit also! Service was fast, the food was hot and ready, and the staff was extremely nice and caring.

Overall: we had many choices of where to have our wedding and time and time again my husband and I would choose The Club at Boca Pointe without a doubt (we kept saying, “we are SO GLAD we chose Boca Pointe!”) There is nothing I would’ve changed about our wedding day or the process leading up to it. (Got everything together in 7 months!) Seriously the wedding of our dreams!

They gave everything they promised and more. My guest couldn't stop raving about the food. Nothing was overlooked and the service was impeccable. When we or friends have another party, we'll head straight for Boca Pointe.

The Club of Boca Pointe is an excellent venue to host your next event. Chef Terry and his team did a phenomenal job in accommodating us in every aspect of my daughter's wedding. The Club at Boca Pointe did a phenomenal job for our daughter’s wedding. Words cannot express how extremely happy and grateful and overjoyed we are with how everything turned out. Everyone was RAVING about the food and the service. People were saying that to me that the steak melting in their mouths. The salmon was OUTSTANDING!! I heard the phrase cocktail hour was off the hook, the cocktail hour was over the top, the bartenders were outstanding and everything was just perfect beyond words. The whole day, in fact, was amazing the service that we received in the bridal room in the groomsmen’s room was just amazing. Deedy and Fabienne were fantastic. They seem to know what we needed before we even realized we needed it! I mean I think I could sit here and go on anon but you’re probably bored by now. Or maybe not lol. Lol. Boca Pointe was simply on point! There is no other way to say it we were ecstatic with every single moment. All our friends were extremely impressed!

Bee Alexis (the Director of Events) is fantastic to work with, she truly has a passion for this and it shows. I remember the first time I met with Bee, she was so genuine and charismatic, that I fell in love with her first and then the venue!! I knew after our first meeting that the Club at Boca Pointe is where I wanted to get married!

Bee was extremely helpful throughout the whole planning process. She answered all my questions, provided insight when I needed it, and referred great vendors. On the day of our wedding, Bee ensured all the details of our special day were taken care of and was there from beginning to the end.

You can rest assured with Bee there, everything will be taken care of. She is extremely professional and personable it was a pleasure to plan our wedding with her!

Not to mention, that the food and staff were great! We had so many compliments from our guests about how wonderful the food and service was.

The Club at Boca Pointe exceeded all our expectations, we are so pleased with how our wedding turned out, we wouldn’t have dreamt it to be any better.

We were so pleased with Bee Alexis and the staff at Boca Pointe. From my frequent emails with many questions to the end of the reception. The support for nearly a year answering questions, offering advice and sending pictures of previous weddings was wonderful. Bee recommended vendors and ones that we chose were THE best and absolutely have given rave reviews on each. The appetizers and meal choices were all delicious just as they were for our taste testing. The cake looked like a picture from a bridal magazine and tasted phenomenal. Would definitely recommend the Club at Boca Pointe.

From the second my husband and I met Bee and Jenny at The Club at Boca Pointe we just knew our wedding would be beyond amazing.
Bee and Jenny were there for us at any time to answer questions or to offer ideas and advice when we were stuck on something. Bee basically became our own wedding planner without having the additional cost of one. There wasn't anything that we asked for that couldn't be done. Every detail was perfectly executed.
From our food tasting to the day of...the staff was incredibly accommodating. The food and cake tasted exactly as it did at the tasting. We received so many compliments from our guests about the cocktail hour and dinner food and cake.
One of the reasons we chose Boca Pointe is because it's not a wedding factory. There is ONE WEDDING A DAY. The country club was ours from 9am until the last guest left. I was able to get ready there. There was a bridal suite set up with food and drinks and a groom suite set up as well. Guests were moved into the ceremony space and into the cocktail hour and then to the reception seamlessly. If there was anything that wasn't right I never even knew about it!! Bee handled every single aspect of our day.

Bee and Jenny were great from day one. They always answered all my questions and were very flexible since i had to make a few changes. My guests loved the food and the cake. All the crew were so attentive and polite. I recommend The Club at Boca Pointe 100%.

Bee Alexis is my hero. I want her to plan my life. Can you follow me around at work and keep everyone in line? This is the woman you want to coordinate your wedding. She had every detail memorized to a T, and she had everything planned perfectly. She was so kind and professional, and delivered on everything she promised and more. Any changes we requested she accommodated with ease. She was so organized and prepared for the wedding day that even when we had a rain delay, she didn't miss a beat. She stayed calm and adjusted timelines accordingly to account for the change. Not a single detail on our wedding day was missed - she handled it all with the precision of an orchestra conductor. She is the reason we picked Boca Pointe, and in the end - it was the best decision we could have made. Her assistant Jenny was also great to work with and a huge help. The food here was excellent as well - we received many rave reviews from our guests. The pastry chef went above and beyond our original vision and created a cake that exceeded our wildest dreams. We are so happy to have held our wedding here, and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much for everything Bee and the Boca Pointe team!

Bee and Jenny were amazing to work with! Just working with them alone made the venue that much better. You can get ready all day the day of at the venue. They have food, drinks, beautiful bathrooms. Plenty of indoor options for reception Incase it rains. I was able to email either bee or Jenny with any request or question during any time and they got back to me ASAP.

Before wedding: All I can say is AMAZING. Bee truly is a pleasure to work with and has knowledge. She has remembered things I forgot and that I am grateful for. Im so happy you are on my team.

After Wedding: Where do I begin...The food was incredible, the set-up exactly as discussed, and the service impeccable. Our cake was exactly as i imagined.. if not better and tasted absolutely amazing. Although all of this is important, the most important part was having Bee Alexis every step of the way. She had every detail down and nothing missed or overlooked. She had our schedule down to the minute and everything organized to perfection. We cannot say enough about her. Bee couldn’t have done it without her team and support and either could have we. Thank you Bee, Jenny , Mauricio, chef, and all of Boca Pointe for making our day just perfect.

The July 15, 2017 was a beautiful affair thanks to Bee Alexis,and Jenny Jean and their team. The Club at Boca Pointe is such a lovely venue. The décor and table settings were elegant. The bridal suite was so roomy and comfortable. Offering champagne, wine with dinner and the signature drinks along with premium bar service is such a special touch. The food was absolutely delicious. It was a perfect evening.

If we are lucky enough to have an occasion to celebrate in the future, we will be back.

Bee and Jeana are absolutely amazing. This place is beautiful, tons of space and the food was delicious. Get the cake from them also, its is delicious. I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Terry. Entire staff is amazing. Bee did an amazing amount of damage control at the wedding and I can never thank her enough. You will not regret this place.

Boca Pointe made our wedding day a dream!! Bee Alexis and the entire catering team were amazing. Everything ran smoothly..Food was delicious..I would recommend Boca pointe 100%. We looked at 12 different country clubs and trust me when i tell you, Boca pointe by far outshined them all. Prices were affordable. You're getting much more then what you're paying for. Boca Pointe made our wedding day a dream!! Jeana, Bee and the entire catering team were amazing/flexible with our menu selection. The food was delicious! Multiple guests told us afterwards how great the food was! The serving team was exceptional and helpful. Communication was great and easy during the entire planning process. The venue is beautiful and everything far exceeded my expectations!

Jeana is truly amazing! She responds to email very quickly and is so helpful and accommodating! Everything ran smoothly. The food at the venue is amazing (HIGHLY recommend the Salmon with Maple Ginger Glaze). My wedding cake was amazing, all of my guests raved about it! Our decision to hold our wedding at Boca Pointe was the best and easiest one made during our planning experience. The club itself is beautiful and clean. There are plenty of locations on the property for photographs. The wedding spaces (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) were fantastic. The service was excellent and all meals came out hot and in a timely manner. Our family and friends gave us rave reviews regarding all aspects of our wedding. The event coordinators, Jeana and Bee, however are what made the experience so wonderful. These women are organized, professional, and insightful. They took care of every detail from the moment we signed our contract to the end of our wedding night. They assisted in setting out decorations and favors. They made us feel calm and comfortable so we were able to enjoy every second of our wedding. Jeana, Bee, and the rest of the club staff are fantastic and we highly recommend them as a wedding venue.

All our guests said it was the best wedding food and cake they have ever tasted .When I opened the ballroom I was speechless it was absolutely gorgeous .The both of you were there every step of the way answered every email ,question ,and phone call with such professionalism but yet always friendly and always interested . We definitely picked the perfect venue for our daughters big day.

We had our wedding at The Club at Boca Pointe, and we can honestly say we have no complaints. Jeana and Melanie did such an amazing job, we still cannot believe it. The year's worth of planning and the wedding day itself was handled beautiful and carefully, with Jeana and Melanie paying very close attention to detail, as well as the big picture of the wedding. They are so knowledgeable, quickly responsive, patient, and answered every single question we had. They hooked us up with some extras that we needed, and even were able, after a long struggle to find a UF-themed groom's cake, to get an outside vendor to carve us a big gator head ice vodka slide!! The rooms, the furniture, the lighting, and food and drinks were all amazing, and our guests agreed! Jeana and Melanie were also willing and able to indulge a few of our strange requests, such as the removal of the "Smoking Permitted" sign on the outdoor gazebo, where we were having our first look. Jeana and Melanie were willing to do anything to make us happy because they knew how important our wedding day was to us, not to mention they did a great job on the wedding day of keeping things organized and, most importantly, keeping us calm. We had a lot of troubleshooting questions, and Jeana was very attentive and quickly responsive to our calls and e-mails. We never thought we were planning this wedding alone, as we knew Jeana and Melanie would always be there to help us. They, and the rest of the Boca Pointe staff, deserve recognition for the beautiful and amazing work they do. Thanks so much for making our wedding day the best ever and a day we and our family and friends will remember forever!!!

I absolutely loved this venue. I have seen numerous before I found this place and the first time I visited it, I booked it the same day. They were in the process of a renovation and I was so lucky to be able to celebrate my wedding after everything is done. The price is so reasonable and such a great value for everything that you're getting compared to the other places I have looked at. The place is huge and you get so much space that lets you get creative in keeping your guests busy and entertained. I had so many questions throughout the process and was able to contact Jeana and Melanie with no issues. They responded very quickly and were very accommodating. On the day of the wedding, everybody could not stop talking about how great the food is (they still are actually) and our cake came out amazing! Jeana was checking up on everything every time she gets the chance to. Everything went by so smoothly! We're very happy and we feel lucky we have found this place!

We had our reception here and it was absolutely gorgeous!! The rooms are beautiful, and Jeana and Melanie make the process so incredibly seamless! We did not have our ceremony there but Jeana still gave us a bridal suite to get ready in the morning of. My husband and I did not attend the cocktail hour, but Jeana made sure we had appetizers and wine in the room while we waited for the reception to begin. They also helped arrange for golf carts to take my wedding party and myself out on the grounds to take pictures and do a first look. We booked this venue a year in advance and Jeana was so responsive to emails and my questions during the planning process. My family and guests were just so impressed. If you are looking for incredible food, and a beautiful country club with professional staff, then have your wedding at boca pointe! Amazing day start to finish, thank you BP!

This was the perfect venue for our wedding! I can not say enough good things about this venue. Our wedding was perfect! Jeana was a saint to work with. Her and Melanie made sure everything ran perfectly and smoothly every step of the way! The Venue is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff is very professional and accommodating! We were in communication, planning our wedding for a little over 1 year with the Club at Boca Pointe and have zero complaints! They were very easy to reach and communication was always easy. I was a long distance bride and felt like I was there htroughout every step of the way! Our day was perfect and would not have been the same if we had had our reception anywhere else! Thanks again!

My husband and I had the BEST experience working with Jeana and Melanie at the Club at Boca Pointe. Every detail of our wedding was perfect the day of! Having them on hand all day meant there was nothing we needed to worry about, and everything turned out better than expected. Jeana was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and accommodated everything we needed. The rooms for the ceremony were nice sizes, and was great for our 175 person wedding. The catering was fantastic. Chef Terry was so wonderful with all of our food allergies, and people are still raving out the taste of the food, the amazing cocktail hour, and the size of the portions. I would recommend this venue to everyone!!!

Boca Pointe is by far the best value for your money in South Florida. The staff and managers were more than accommodating. The food was amazing and beautifully presented. When I casually mentioned I didn't like goat cheese but wanted the goat cheese salad they remembered to serve mine without cheese!! I know how much work and training goes into developing such a professional staff. Everyone raved about the mashed potato bar and fajitas! They also helped to develop our signature cocktails.

The room decorations provided by the club were beautiful. The food was excellent. The wait staff did a great job with the guests. The bridal suite was perfect. Made my other daughter's wedding at Boca Pointe 14 weeks later!!!

Having our wedding reception at The Club at Boca Pointe was the easiest decision in our wedding planning. The outside has beautiful landscaping for capturing romantic photos & the inside doesn't disappoint either. We happen to have a rainy wedding day and utilized the Club's beautifully decorated interior rooms. From the moment we contacted Jeana, the director of special events, she was always quick to answer any questions and find solutions to any problems that occurred. The entire staff was extremely professional and so friendly! All of our guest could not rave enough about the chief's delicious food and we couldn't agree more! If you're looking for a place in the Boca Raton area that captures the beauty of south Florida but do not want to take the risk of being outside then The Club at Boca pointe is for you!

The catering manager Jeana was very helpful and responsive to my requests. She also kept an open line of communication to meet my expectations and wedding coordinator expectation. During my wedding she and her assistant were very helpful and informative towards my husband and I as well as our guests. The service was exceptional, we have received many compliments about the menu and food service. The waiters and bar staff was very pleasant towards my guests. This venue was exceptional with food and services. The venue overall was one of the many I visited including 5 star hotels and I have to say by far this was one of the most reasonable price wise, and easy to work with.

When my now husband and I decided to begun our search for a venue we found ourselves a bit dissapointed; Every venue had something beautiful but lacked a certain something we were looking for... I never thought I would find the perfect venue until I decided to make a call ,to what I thought was a private venue "The Club at Boca Pointe". It was perfect, everything we had hoped for and more, despite early bumps on the road regarding available dates. The place was beautiful, Jeana our wedding coordinator was excellent , our guest raved about the food and the cake, overall it was an amazing experience. Definitely recommend it to anyone, the price was a bit higher than we wanted , but it was well worth it.

We just had our daughters wedding at The Club at Boca Pointe this past Saturday night and they did not disappoint. Bee Alexis was the Caterering Manager who handled our entire event and wow....was she fabulous. Bee worked very hard to make sure to exceed our expectations, she spends the entire day and evening at the party and doesn't leave until the last guest pulls away. The setting is pretty, the rooms spacious, the dance floor and the stage very large. But best of alll, the food was delicious. The passed hor deurs were plentiful and delicious. Definitely get the sushi table at the cocktail hour. Our guests loved it. We selected the duo entree of steak and shrimp. The shrimps were huge, the steak was "like butter" everything reached the table hot. Special attention was given to guests with dietary food concerns. I would not hesitate to have another function here and you shouldn't either. Great value. Great experience.

The venue was a beautiful location for our wedding! Melanie and Jeanna were such caring and sweet ladies to work with. Both of them were always available and made sure everything went as planned! Very adaptable, flexible, and helpful! Everybody raved about the cake and food which was catered by the venue as well. Beautiful country club! It was a dream come true!

If you plan on hosting an event here, make sure you hire your own coordinator. Within the year it took to plan our wedding, we had 2 venue coordinators quit (the last one quit 3 days before our wedding). The venue assured us they would bring in management to help on the day of, but they didn’t help much. We were promised many things that didn’t end up happening. The venue itself is beautiful and the food is delicious, but there is high turnover for the event coordinator. Also, the valet almost lost our keys. If I had to do it again, I would have picked another venue.
